Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: Porter’s generic strategies in increasing competitiveness in the Pajajaran Sindangkasih Ciamis Minimarket. Suggestions used in this study are qualitative with descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The research informants were 10 informants who were obtained by owners, unit managers, mentors, cashiers, marketing units, suppliers, customers of the Pajajaran Sindangkasih minimarket, and customers from support. The Porter’s generic strategies applied in the Pajajaran Sindangkasih Minimarket provides discounts for various items in a certain period, lower prices for sponsor products. For the main material products and other general retail products, the average Pajajaran Sindangkasih Minimarket is superior to that. Minimarket Pajajaran Sindangkasih offers services that provide and benefit such as membership cards and groceries, which means there is no other retail promotion. The Focus Strategy of the Pajajaran Sindangkasih Minimarket is used to build competitive advantage in a tighter market segment, by opposing the superiority of the merchandise products offered to customers, which is the basis for better supporting the retail development strategy. Through the evaluation of profits per product, retailers can classify which products are classified as fast selling products (fast moving products) and which products are classified as less salable products (slow moving products).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze Financial Leverage, Earning Per Share (EPS), and the magnitude of the influence of Financial leverage on Earning Per Share (EPS) at PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk for the period 2007-2016. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory method. The measurement scale uses a ratio scale. While the statistical analysis is in the form of classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, regression, and determination. The development of Financial Leverage and Earning Per Share (EPS) at PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk tends to fluctuated. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, it shows a moderate level of relationship Based on the coefficient of determination of 21.1%. Based on the hypothesis submission, it is concluded that there is no significant effect of financial leverage on earnings per share (EPS) at PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk in 2007-2016.Keywords: financial leverage; debt ratio; earning per share. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Financial Leverage, Earning Per Share (EPS), dan besarnya pengaruh financial leverage terhadap Earning Per Share (EPS) pada PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk periode 2007-2016. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis metodenya eksplanatory. Skala pengukurannya menggunakan skala rasio. Sedangkan analisis statistik berupa uji asumsi klasik, koefisien korelasi, regresi, dan determinasi. Perkembangan Financial Leverage dan Earning Per Share (EPS) pada PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk cenderung mengalami fluktuatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 21,1%. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis disimpulkan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan financial leverage terhadap Earning Per Share (EPS) pada PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk pada tahun 2007-2016.Kata Kunci: financial leverage; debt ratio; earning per share.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study is to empirically test the effect of Market Share and Debt To Dequity Ratio on Return On Equity at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2018. The research approach is quantitative with descriptive method, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The population of this study is the company's financial statement data, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2018. The statistical technique used is multiple linear regression. Results Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the magnitude of the influence of Market Share and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Equity is 0.867. The results of the research simultaneously show that Market Share and Debt To Equity Ratio together have an effect on Return On Equity at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, while partially show that Market Share has a significant effect and Debt To Equity Ratio has no effect on Return On Equity at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2018. Keywords: MarketShare; Debt to Equity Ratio; Return On Equity.   ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Market Share dan Debt To Dequity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Tahun 2009-2018. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini merupakan data laporan keuangan perusahaan yaitu PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk tahun 2009-2018, Teknik statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya pengaruh Market Share dan Debt To Equity Ratio terhadap Return On Equity sebesar 0,867. Hasil penelitian secara simultan bahwa Market Share dan Debt To Equity Ratio secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Market Share berpengaruh signifikan dan Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk tahun 2009-2018. Kata Kunci: MarketShare; Debt to Equity Ratio; Return On Equity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to empirically examine the influence of MarketShare and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Year 2009-2018 partially or silmutanously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling using a purposive sampling research method. The population of this study is the company's financial statement data, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2018. In this study using secondary data types obtained at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data is then processed and analyzed using time series analysis. Multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. Based on the results of the study the influence of MarketShare and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Equity of 75.2%. Hypothesis test results explain that MarketShare and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) together have a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The partial effect of MarketShare on Return on Equity (ROE) is 60.09 %, and hypothesis testing shows MarketShare has a positive and significant effect. Large influence partially Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE) is 15.10%, and hypothesis testing shows no significant effect on Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) of Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2018

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Desa Rejasari berlatar belakang bahwa mayoritas kepala keluarga di Dusun Sampih Desa Rejasari adalah perempuan dan hal ini sejalan dengan Pemerintah Kota Banjar yang menjadikan Dusun Sampih tersebut sebagai wilayah binaan pada program Peningkatan Peran Wanita menuju Keluarga Sehat Sejahtera. Adapun tujuannya adalah memberikan pemahaman dan motivasi kepada kepala keluarga perempuan untuk memiliki semangat jiwa entrepreneur sehingga dapat mencukupi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari dan tidak selalu bergantung kepada bantuan pemerintah yang sifatnya hanya stimulan. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah dengan ceramah interaktif yaitu setelah penyampaian materi dan teori, tim mengajak berdiskusi audiens yang pada akhirnya beorientasi pada problem solving. Hasilnya yang didapat setelah dilaksanakananya sosialisasi ini adalah tersampaikannya materi mengenai women enterpreneur sehingga kepala keluarga perempuan yang ada di Dusun Sampih termotivasi untuk bangkit dan memiliki usaha mandiri dengan jiwa wirausaha. Kesimpulannya adalah kepala keluarga perempuan tetap memiliki potensi untuk berwirausaha secara mandiri dengan tentunya tetap memperhatikan kodratnya sebagai perempuan atau ibu rumah tangga. Kata kunci: Women Entrepreneur, Wirausaha, perempuan berdaya saing.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment needs special attention from all parties, considering that currently the issue of population, namely the Demographic Bonus, has begun to be felt, where the number of productive ages is higher than other ages. This condition has an impact on the potential increase in the number of unemployed people in Indonesia, given the limited employment opportunities. This is also the case in Banjar City, where opportunities to get a job are limited while the number of labor force graduates from senior high school/K/MA each year is always increasing. The purpose of this Community Service is to increase the insight and motivation of participants through entrepreneurship orientation and business start-ups. The method used is a lecture by applying Case Based Method (CBM) based on case studies and realities and facts in the field, coupled with PreTest, Post Test instruments, and the existence of a Follow-up Plan (RTL) form. The results were quite significant, namely an increase in understanding and orientation to realize the start-up of participants who are graduates of SMA/K/MA in Kota Banjar who have not yet found a job. The conclusion of this activity is that everyone has the potential to start a business independently, but not everyone has the opportunity to do so, so encouragement and motivation are needed to make it happen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze Operational Costs, Debt to Asset Ratio, Profitability using Return on Assets (ROA) measurements and the magnitude of the influence of Operational Costs and Debt to Asset Ratio on Profitability in the Agricultural Industry Listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2020- 2022. The approach used is a quantitative approach with explanatory methods, secondary data with purposive sampling analysis sampling technique. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression, in addition to that a classic assumption test is also carried out assisted by the SPSS Version 25 for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis that the effect of Operational Costs and Debt to Asset Ratio on Profitability is 27,2%.. The hypothesis test shows that there is a simultaneous influence between Operational Costs and the Debt to Assets Ratio on Profitability. Partially Operational Costs and Debt to Asset Ratio have no effect on Profitability

Abstract

Pengembangan bisnis mikro melalui penerapan platform digital, dengan fokus pada penggunaan TikTok sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif. Kajian ini didasarkan pada kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dosen STISIP Bina Putera pada Kamis, 19 September 2024, di Desa Raharja, Kecamatan Purwaharja, Kota Banjar. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 45 orang, mayoritas ibu rumah tangga dengan usaha mikro seperti warung, pembuatan gorengan, dan makanan ringan. Desa ini juga merupakan salah satu lokasi sasaran program P2WKSS (Peningkatan Peran Wanita Menuju Keluarga Sehat Sejahtera). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah penurunan penjualan akibat kondisi ekonomi di masa resesi. Melalui pendekatan dialog interaktif, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis guna meningkatkan daya saing dan pendapatan usaha mikro melalui media digital. Kata Kunci: Bisnis Mikro, Promosi Digital, TikTok, Usaha Mikro, Pemberdayaan Perempuan.

Abstract
