Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate (1) whether there is a difference in the reading comprehension between students who are taught by using CIRC strategy and those taught by using the conventional strategy; (2) an interactional effect between the reading strategyi applied and achievement motivation toward students’ reading comprehension; (3) a difference in reading comprehension between students with high achievement motivation who are taught by using CIRC strategy and those taught by using the conventional strategy; and (4) a difference in reading comprehension between students with low achievement motivation who are taught by using CIRC strategy and those taught by using the conventional strategy. The study administrated a 2X2 factorial design, which 175 students were involved as the sample. The data were collected by using qquestionnaire and a reading test then analyzed by Two-way ANOVA. Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) keberadaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar, (2) Pelaksanaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin dalam pelatihan teater, (3) pelaksanaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin dalam pelatihan tata artistik teater, dan (4) pelaksanaan Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin dalam pelatihan penyutradaraan teater. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin memiliki visi dan misi sanggar, prinsip dan sistem aktivitas sanggar, strategi pelaksanaan sanggar, dan proses kreativitas dalam sanggar, (2) pelatihan teater di Sanggar Teater Angin terdiri atas pelatihan olah tubuh, pelatihan olah suara, dan pelatihan olah rasa, (3) pelatihan tata artistik di Sanggar Teater Angin terdiri atas pelatihan tata rias, pelatihan tata busana, pelatihan tata cahaya, pelatihan tata panggung, dan pelatihan tata suara. (4) Pelatihan penyutradaraan di Sanggar Teater Angin terdiri atas aktivitas penentuan lakon, penganalisisan lakon, pemilihan pemain, dan penentuan bentuk dan gaya pementasan. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sanggar Sastra Teater Angin SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar merupakan teater pelajar yang profesional karena memiliki visi dan misi, prinsip dan sistem aktivitas sanggar, strategi aktivitas sanggar, proses kreativitas dalam sanggar, dan jenis-jenis pelatihan teater, tata artistik, serta pelatihan penyutradaraan yang lengkap dan sistematis. Kata Kunci : sanggar sastra, Teater Angin This descriptive qualitative study aims to describe (1) the existence of Teater Angin Literature Group SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar; (2) the application of Teater Angin Literature Group in rehearsal; (3) the application of Teater Angin Literature Group in artistic design; and (4) the application of Teater Angin Literature Group in the model of directing training. The subject of this study is Teater Angin Literature Group SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar. The data collection method used in this study is observation, interview, and documentation study. The analysis of observation, interview and documentation data is done in three steps, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this research show that, (1) Teater Angin Group has vision and mission, principle, system and strategy of ensemble activities, and creativity process in the group, (2) The rehearsal in Teater Angin consists of physical exercise, vocal exercise, emotionaL state exercise, (3) The artistic design training in Teater Angin consists of make up, costume, lighting, set, and sound training. (4) Directing training in Teater Angin includes deciding the script, analyzing characters, audition, and determining the form and style of the performance. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that Teater Angin Group SMA Negeri 1 Denpasar is a professional school theatre group as it has vision and mission, principle and system of ensemble activities, ensemble activities strategy, creativity process in the group, model of rehearsal, artistic design and directing training, which are complete and systematic.keyword : literature group, Teater Angin

Abstract

Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja, calon tenaga kerja perhotelan harus melalui proses wawancara berbahasa Inggris. Mahasiswa Sekolah Perhotelan Bali dibekali dengan keterampilan wawancara melalui pelatihan Interview Preparation. Pelatihan tersebut diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti wawancara. Hanya saja, hasil yang diharapkan belum memadai. Proses pelatihan belum dilengkapi oleh perangkat pembelajaran yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain mata pelatihan Interview Preparation di Sekolah Perhotelan Bali yang meliputi silabus, materi serta perangkat evaluasi. Ini adalah studi deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengembangan model desain mata pelatihan yang dikemukakan oleh Hutchinson and Waters (1978), kerangka pengembangan materi oleh Jolly dan Balitho (1998) serta kriteria materi yang baik oleh Tomlinson (1998).Data diperoleh melalui interview dan kuisioner serta dianalisi secara kulaitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan silabus, materi, serta perangkat evaluasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa berdasarkan rata-rata nilai pre tes 60 dan post test 70.Kata Kunci : Desain pelatihan, silabus, pengembangan materi, evaluasi Entering the workforce, hospitality workers must attend an interview process in English. Students of The Bali Hotel School, especially Cruise line program were scheduled to attend the Interview Preparation class to prepare them with the future interview. However, the result was not maximal. The training process was not completed with the proper instrument. This research aimed to develop a course design for English Interview Preparation at The Bali Hotel School including the syllabus, material and the assessment procedure. The research was descriptive qualitative, followed the course design model by Hutchinson and Waters (1978), material development framework by Jolly and Balitho (1998) and considered the criteria of a good material by Tomlinson (1998). The data were collected through interview and questionnaire and qualitatively analyzed. The research generated syllabus, material, and evaluation procedure that effectively increase the students’ achievement on the Interview Preparation class from the average score of pre test 60 to post test 70. keyword : Keywords: Course Design, syllabus, material development, evaluation

Abstract

Abstrak Studi eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh peta konsep dan kemandirian terhadap kemampuan menulis siswa kelas delapan SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain posttest only control group dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Sebanyak 60 siswa dilibatkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Mereka dipilih dengan teknik sampel acak. Data kemampuan menulis siswa dikumpulkan dengan instrumen yang merupakan tipe tes essay. Data tingkat kemandirian siswa dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan ANAVA 2 jalur pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Temuan penelitian ini adalah 1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan menulis antara siswa yang diajar dengan peta konsep dengan yang diajar dengan metode konvensional. Itu dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0.00, yang lebih rendah dari 0.05. dan 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara metode mengajar (peta konsep dan konvensional) dan tingkat kemandirian (tinggi dan rendah) terhadap kemampuan menulis. Ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,778. Itu berarti bahwa peta konsep sesuai untuk diterapkan bagi pengaturan diri siswa tingkat rendah dan tinggi. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari analisis deskriptif yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai siswa yang diajar dengan peta konsep adalah lebih tinggi daripada yang diajar dengan teknik konvensional baik untuk pengaturan diri siswa yang tinggi maupun yang rendah. Dari analisis deskriptif, nilai rata-rata tinggi pengatuaran diri siswa diajar dengan keta konsep = 85,29, sedangkan nilai rata-rata tinggi kemandiriian siswa diajar dengan teknik konvensional = 79,82. Sementara bagi siswa pengaturan-diri yang rendah, nilai rata-rata siswa yang diajar dengan peta konsep = 80,00, sedangkan nilai rata-rata pengaturan diri siswa rendah diajar dengan teknik konvensional = 73,97.Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: peta konsep, kemandirian, kemampuan menulis Abstract This experimental study aims at investigating the effect of Concept Mapping and self-regulation on the writing competency of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. The design of this research was posttest only control group with 2x2 factorial arrangement. 60 students were selected as sample through random sampling. The data of students’ writing competency were collected by using an essay type test. Meanwhile, data of students’ self-regulation level were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale. The acquired data were analyzed statistically by two way ANOVA at 5% significance level. This research discovers (1) there is a significant difference in writing competency between the students taught with Concept Mapping and those taught with conventional technique. It is proven by the probability value of 0.00, which was lower than 0.05. and (2) there is no significant interaction between the implementation of teaching technique (Concept Mapping and conventional technique) and self-regulation levels (high and low levels) on students’ writing competency. It is proven by the probability value of 0.778. it means that Concept Mapping is appropriate to be implemented for low and high self-regulation students. It can be proven from the descriptive analyasis showing that the score of students taught with Concept Mapping is higher than those taught with conventional technique both for high and low self-regulation students. From the descriptive analysis, the mean score of high self-regulation students taught with Concept Mapping = 85.29; meanwhile the mean score of high self-regulation students taught with Conventional technique = 79.82. Meanwhile for low self-regulation students, the mean score of students taught with Concept Mapping = 80.00; meanwhile the mean score of low self-regulation students taught with Conventional technique = 73.97. keyword : Keywords: concept mapping, self-regulation, writing competency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) penalaran siswa dalam menyampaikan argumen lisan ditinjau dari pola organisasi tuturan, (2) penalaran siswa dalam menyampaikan argumen lisan ditinjau dari teknik pengembangan tuturan, dan (3) penalaran siswa dalam menyampaikan argumen lisan ditinjau dari pemilihan materi bahasa di kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Banjar. Dalam mencapai tujuan ini, peneliti menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Banjar. Secara umum objek penelitian ini adalah penalaran siswa dalam menyampaikan argumen lisan ditinjau dari pengorganisasian tuturan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalis secara deskriptif kualitatif yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu, (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Penalaran siswa dalam menyampaikan argumen lisan ditinjau dari pola organisasi tuturan yang muncul adalah pola sebab-akibat, pola kronologis, pola spasial, pola pemecahan masalah, dan pola topikal. (2) Penalaran siswa dalam menyampaikan argumen lisan ditinjau dari teknik pengembangan tuturan yang muncul adalah teknik sebab-akibat, teknik narasi, teknik urutan spasial, teknik kronologis, teknik deduktif, teknik klimaks, teknik induktif, dan teknik analogi. (3) Penalaran siswa dalam menyampaikan argumen lisan ditinjau dari pemilihan materi bahasa yang muncul adalah pemilihan kata yang jelas dan sederhana, majas personifikasi, gaya bahasa pleonasme, kata yang berona, kata spesifik, gaya bahasa sarkasme, gaya bahasa metafora, gaya bahasa perumpamaan, dan gaya bahasa hiperbola.Kata Kunci : penalaran, argumen lisan This research aimed at describing: (1) student’s reasoning in oral argument from talk organization pattern point of view, (2) student’s reasoning in oral argument from talk development technique point of view, and (3) student’s reasoning in oral argument from language materials point of view in the ninth grade of SMP Negeri 1 Banjar. In achieving this objective, the researcher used qualitative description research design. The subjects of this research are the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Banjar. In general, the object of this research is student’s logical reasoning in oral arguing from talk organization point of view. The researcher collected the data using observation method. The collected data were analyzed by using qualitative description technique with three steps, namely; (1) reducing data, (2) presenting data, and (3) concluding. The findings of this research show: (1) student’s reasoning in oral argument from talk organization pattern point of view that appear was a cause effect patterns, chronological patterns, spatial patterns, problem solving patterns, and topical patterns. (2) student’s reasoning in oral argument from talk development technique point of view that appear was techniques causal, narrative technique, spatial sequence technique, chronological technique, deductive technique, climax technique, inductive technique, and analogy technique. (3) Student’s reasoning in oral argument from language materials point of view that appear was the selection of the words that is clear and simple, personification figure of speech, redundancy stylistic, hue word, specific word, sarcasm stylistic, metaphor stylistic, parable stylistic, and hyperbole stylistic. Based on the result of this research, it’s suggested to the students to practice of oral argument by utilizing the talk organization pattern in order to the speech became more interesting and effective. Besides that, by determine the talk organization pattern, talk development technique, and language materials, the students can more be easier to organize main idea, so it will produce a good and interesting argument. keyword : reasoning, oral argument

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan memaparkan (1) wujud kesantunan tuturan dalam pilihan kode bahasa siswa perempuan, (2) wujud kesantunan tuturan dalam pilihan kode bahasa siswa laki-laki, (3) strategi kesantunan tuturan dalam pilihan kode bahasa siswa perempuan, dan (4) strategi kesantunan tuturan dalam pilihan kode bahasa siswa laki-laki di SMAN 1 Ubud. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Ubud. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Observasi digunakan untuk menjaring data wujud dan strategi kesantunan siswa. Wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh data konteks tuturan siswa. Cara menganalisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 37 data tuturan siswa perempuan presentase kesantunan tuturannya sebesar 75,7% dan 25,3% tuturannya tidak santun. Sedangkan, dari 44 data tuturan siswa laki-laki, presentase kesantunannya sebesar 61,4% dan 38,6% tuturannya tidak santun. Berdasarkan presentase di atas, siswa perempuan lebih santun dibandingkan dengan siswa laki-laki dalam bertutur di sekolah. Pemakaian strategi kesantunan antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan juga berbeda, siswa laki-laki lebih condong menggunakan strategi kesantunan positif sedangkan siswa perempuan condong menggunakan strategi kesantunan negatif dalam bertutur. Pihak sekolah hendaknya mendidik siswanya agar menjadi siswa yang santun, baik dalam bersikap maupun dalam bertutur. Kesantunan adalah menciptakan keharmonisan dan menghindari terjadi konflik dalam bertutur. Kata Kunci : kesantunan, kode bahasa, gender, sosiopragmatik This research uses descriptive qualitative design with the aim of describing (1) the form of the speechpoliteness in language code choiceon female students,(2) the form of the speechpoliteness in language code choice on male students, (3) the speech politeness strategies in language code choice on female students, and (4) the speech politeness strategies in language code choice on male studentsat SMAN 1 Ubud. The sources of the data in this study were students of SMAN 1 Ubud. The methods used to collect the data are observation and interview methods. The data analyze is done by a few steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research showed that the data of 37 female studentsspeech,the percentage of their speech politeness is 75.7% and 25.3% their speech were not polite. Whereas, the data of 44 male students speech, the percentage of their speech politeness by is 61.4% and 38.6% their speech were not polite. Based on the percentage above, female students are more polite than male students in the school. The use of politeness strategies between male and female students are different, male students are more inclined to use positive politeness strategy while female students inclined to use negative politeness strategy to speak. The school should educate students to become well-mannered students, both in attitude and in speak. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis (1) implementasi pengintegrasian sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, (2) implementasi pengintegrasian sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, dan (3) hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi guru bahasa Indonesia dalam mengintegrasikan sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam pembelajaran bahasa di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Indonesia di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, klasifikasi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi pengintegrasian sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terletak atau ditunjukkan pada komponen tujuan dan langkah-langkah pembelajaran, (2) implementasi pengintegrasian sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan cara memberikan motivasi/dorongan, peringatan, arahan, teguran, penugasan, dan penguatan kepada siswa saat mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran, (3) hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pengintegrasian sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dalam pembelajaran bahasa terletak pada perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hambatan dalam perencanaan, yaitu guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan KD dari KI 1 dan KI 2 untuk diintegrasikan ke KD dari KI 3 dan KI 4 karena tidak adanya pedoman yang pasti. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan, yaitu guru mengalami kesulitan mengimplementasikan pengintegrasian sikap spiritual dan sosial dalam kegiatan pembelajaran karena harus menghadapi karakter siswa yang berbeda-beda. Kata Kunci : sikap spiritual dan sosial, pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, dan kurikulum 2013. This study aims to describe and analyze (1) the implementation of the integration of the spiritual attitudes and social attitudes in the planning of learning, (2) the implementation of the integration of the spiritual attitudes and social attitudes in the implementation of learning, and (3) the barriers faced by Indonesian teachers in integrating attitude spiritual and social attitudes in language learning in the classroom SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. The study was designed in the form of qualitative descriptive study. Subjects in this study were the teacher in the classroom Indonesian SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. The data collected in this study using the methods of documentation, observation, and interviews. Data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data classification, and withdrawal of conclusion. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the integration of spiritual attitude and social attitudes in the learning plan is shown in the components or objectives, measures, and assessment, (2) implementation and integration of the spiritual attitude of social attitudes in the implementation of learning carried out by means of motivating / encouragement, warning, direction, reprimand, assignment, and reinforcement to students while participating in learning activities, (3) the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the integration of the spiritual attitudes and social attitudes in language learning lies in the planning and implementation of learning. Barriers in the planning, namely teachers have difficulty in determining the KD of KI 1 and KI 2 to be integrated into the KD of KI and KI-3-4. Obstacles in the implementation, namely teachers have difficulty in dealing with student character different. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the integration of the spiritual and social attitudes in planning lies in the component objectives, measures, and assessment of learning. Its implementation is done by providing motivation / encouragement, warning, direction, reprimand, assignment, and reinforcement to students while participating in learning activities. The obstacle lies in the planning and implementation. Advice can be given of the results of this research that teachers should be more meningatkan accuracy in selecting the KD of KI-1 and KI-2 to be integrated into the KD of KI and KI-3-4. For the education department, should further enhance the delivery of training related to the implementation of the curriculum in 2013. keyword : spiritual and social attitudes, learning Indonesian, and curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura, dan (4) kendala-kendala yang dialami yang guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan saintifik sesuai Kurikulum 2013 di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, klasifikasi dan penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Indonesia di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dalam tahap perencanaan pembelajaran kelima kegiatan pokok pendekatan saintifik direncanakan pada komponen langkah-langkah pembelajaran, (2) dalam tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelima kegiatan pokok pendekatan saintifik tampak dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan terlaksana dalam dua kali pertemuan, (3) dalam tahap evaluasi pembelajaran penilaian meliputi penilaian aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan, dan (4) kendala-kendala yang dialami guru adalah ketidaksesuaian antara waktu dengan cakupan materi pembelajaran, serta contoh yang disajikan dalam buku pegangan siswa tidak kontekstual. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disarankan kepada lembaga-lembaga pendidikan untuk menggunakan penelitian ini sebagai penyedia teori berkaitan dengan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Para guru disarankan untuk lebih cermat dalam menyusun RPP. Pihak sekolah dan dinas pendidikan hendaknya terus memberikan pelatihan terkait implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran. Peneliti lain disarankan untuk mengadakan penelitian lanjutan terkait implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran. This research is using descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research is compiled using documentation method, observation method, and interview method. The data is analyzed which are the data reduction, data classification, and the drawing of the conclusion. The subject in this research is the Indonesian teacher in VII grade class of SMP N 2 Amlapura. The result of the study shows that (1) in lesson planning stage, five main activities in scientific approach are planned on the lesson plan steps component, (2) in the implementation of learning activity, five main activities in scientific approach appear in the learning activity and it implemented in two meetings, (3) in the assessment stage, it covers assessment of knowledge and skill aspects, and (4) the problems experienced by the teacher are time with the learning material scope is not compatible and also the example showed in student book is not contextual. According to that result, educational institution are suggested to use this research as the theory providers according to scientific approach in language learning. The teachers are suggested for more careful in setting the lesson plan. The school and also educational agency must give the teacher training about the implementation of the scientific approach in the learning process continually. Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) persamaan dan perbedaan frase verba dalam bahasa Indonesia dengan frase verba dalam bahasa Belanda pada kalimat tunggal dan (2) persamaan dan perbedaan frase verba dalam bahasa Indonesia dengan frase verba dalam bahasa Belanda pada kalimat majemuk. Subjek penelitian ini adalah buku yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Belanda, serta native speaker orang Belanda. Objek penelitian ini adalah perbandingan frase verba dalam bahasa Indonesia dengan frase verba dalam bahasa Belanda pada kalimat tunggal dan kalimat majemuk. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode pencatatan dokumen dan wawancara. Metode analisis data digunakan beberapa langkah, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) persamaannya, yaitu dibentuk oleh afiksasi, letak verba di belakang nominal, adanya kata kerja bantu, dibentuk oleh keterangan aspek, verba dapat berbentuk verba dasar. Perbedaanya, yaitu pembentukan verba oleh afiks, pembentukan kalimat aktif-pasif, letak verba berdasarkan tenses, penggunaan kata kerja bantu, perpaduan verba dengan kelas kata lain, pembentukan kalimat tunggal bentuk interogatif dan imperatif. (2) Persamaannya, yaitu dibentuk oleh afiksasi, perpaduan verba dan keterangan, letak verba dalam induk kalimat. Perbedaanya, yaitu posisi verba berbeda di dalam induk maupun anak kalimat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan yang signifikan antara frase verba dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Belanda pada kalimat tunggal dan kalimat majemuk. Untuk itu, disarankan kepada lembaga pendidikan agar selalu melakukan penelitian terkait dengan perbandingan struktur bahasa antara bahasa satu dan bahasa lainnya. This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe (1) the similarities and differences of the verb phrase in Indonesian and Dutch language on simple sentence, and (2) the similarities and differences of the verb phrase in Indonesian and Dutch language on complex sentence. The subjects of this study were the books of Indonesian and Dutch language, and native speakers of Dutch language. Object of this study is the comparison of the verb phrase in single sentence and complex sentence of Indonesian and Dutch language. The data collection methods used is the method of recording documents and interviews. There are several steps for data analysis; those are data reduction, data report, and conclusion. The result of study shows that (1) the similarities are formed by affixation; the verb position is behind of nominal; there are auxiliaries verb, formed by aspect adverbial, the form of verb is base verb. The differences are verb formed by affixation, the formation of active-passive sentences; the position of the verb based on tenses, there are auxiliaries verb, formed by other word class, formation of a single sentence interrogative and imperative forms. (2) The similarities of verb phrase in the complex sentence are formed by affixation; formed by aspect adverbial, the position of the verb in the main clause. The difference is the position of the verb is different in the stem and clause. Based on the results of study, it can be concluded that there are significant similarities and differences between verb phrases in Indonesian and Dutch languages in single and complex sentence. Therefore, it is suggested to educational institutions to always conduct research about the comparison of language structure to other languages. keyword : verb phrase, contrastive analysis.

Abstract

Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) implementasi model quantum learning, (2) respons siswa terhadap pengimplementasian model quantum learning, dan (3) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan model quantum learning dalam pembelajaran menulis deskripsi di kelas X SMKN 1 Abang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa di kelas X SMKN 1 Abang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, pencatatan dokumen, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Cara menganalisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) guru mengimplementasikan model quantum learning dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu tumbuhkan, alami, namai, demonstrasikan, ulangi, dan rayakan. Guru sudah mengimplementasikan quantum learning dengan baik sesuai prosedur. (2) Respons siswa terhadap pengimplementasian model quantum learning positif. Sebanyak 96% siswa kelas X AK.1 merespons positif dan sebanyak 81% siswa kelas X TKJ.1 juga merespons positif pengimplementasian model quantum learning. (3) Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan model quantum learning, yaitu adanya perbedaan konsep belajar 17,23%, kesiapan belajar siswa 19,3%, perbedaan kecerdasan siswa 23,1%, perbedaan kebutuhan dan tujuan siswa 13,5%, dan sikap atau kebiasaan siswa yang salah 25%.
