Humano: Jurnal Penelitian (HJP) adalah salah satu jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Khairun yang memuat tentang hasil riset di bidang ilmu noneksakta atau sosial humaniora meliputi aspek-aspek sosial, politik, ekonomi, hukum dan budaya. HJP terbit sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan November. Abstract

This study aims to find out through the application of reinforcement (reinforcement) can improve the discipline of students in the Banau National Middle School class, Ternate City. This research is a class action research (action research class) that consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, evaluation, and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles. The data analysis technique in this study did not use statistical test analysis but used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of observations that have been made are processed and analyzed descriptively qualitatively, namely comparing values between cycles and indicators in research. Observations with this qualitative descriptive analysis are based on the results of observations and reflections of each cycle. The results showed that it was known that in the first and second cycles, there was a significant increase in student discipline. from the average value of D (less) in the pre-study to the average value of C (adequate) in the first cycle, with improvements made, the increase in the second cycle is quite significant, namely with an average value of A (very good). However, there are several important notes that must be considered and cannot be resolved in this study in the category of students doing homework.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning of the rampanan kapa' tradition and the factors that encourage the emergence of social stratification and its impact on the implementation of the rampanan kapa' tradition in Sa'dan District, North Toraja Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and in-depth analysis to obtain the desired data. Interviews were conducted with several informants who had knowledge and had participated in carrying out or participating in the Kapa' Rampanan tradition. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Rampanan Kapa' for the Sa'dan people is interpreted as a traditional procession, starting from at least a statement of intent from the groom, ussorong food, discussing the time and place of the proposal, and ma parampo (application procession). (2) The factors that encourage the emergence of social stratification in the Rampanan Kapa' tradition in the Toraja people in Sa'dan District are divided into 4 factors, namely heredity, education, wealth, and position. Hereditary factor is the main indicator of this determination. While other factors are only a support. (3) The impact of social stratification affecting the implementation of the Kapa' Rampanan tradition in the Toraja people in Sa'dan District affects 3 aspects of position, rules, and sanctions. In the position of the tradition, the rampanan kapa' is divided into 3, namely rampo bongi for the lower strata, rampo karoen for the middle class and rampo allo for the highest strata. The rules for carrying out the Kapa' Rampanan tradition at the highest stratification are all the sequences in the Kapa' Rampanan procession which are permitted to be carried out. As for the sanctions, if one of the parties violates after the marriage, they will be subject to sanctions in accordance with what was agreed upon at the time of application.

Abstract

The role of the teacher in achieving the goals of Indonesian independence can be proven by the presence of a teacher figure in learning that cannot be replaced by any media and learning resources. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to find out how the pedagogical competence of teachers majoring in Office Management Automation (OTKP) at SMKN 1 Bone. The total population in this study was 305 respondents with a sample of 152 respondents using a sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is distribution analysis. The results of the study show that the pedagogical competence of teachers majoring in office management automation (OTKP) at SMKN 1 Bone is classified as very good in terms of characteristic indicators, learning theories and principles, curriculum, educational learning, potential, communication, learning process. , assessment and evaluation, and reflective action.

Abstract

The position of history education in schools is less desirable, especially for students because history is synonymous with knowing and memorizing historical events or facts, and the teacher's lack of maximum use of learning resources in the surrounding environment will lead to boredom for students. Teaching history by emphasizing the use of historical sites around students is a solution so that learning history can be more easily understood. This study aims to determine the history of Saoraja Sawitto Kingdom, the use of the local site of the Saoraja Sawitto Traditional House as a source of learning history, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the local site of the Saoraja Sawitto Traditional House as a source of learning history. The research method used is the historical method with 4 steps, namely Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, and Historiography. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the Saoraja Sawitto traditional house was the home of the Kedatuan Sawitto Royal Palace which was formerly made of wood, but during the Colonial reign there was a change in the structure of the building which then changed its shape to a stone house. With the local historical site of Saoraja Sawitto, students are active and enjoy learning so that it can facilitate the teaching and learning process, especially in history subjects. One of the factors supporting the use of this existing house, namely the enthusiasm of students, and one of the inhibiting factors is the lack of literature regarding the Saoraja Sawitto traditional house.

Abstract

The success of learning carried out in an educational activity is how students can learn, by identifying, developing, organizing, and using all kinds of media and learning resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of ICT learning media in improving the learning outcomes of class X students in the subject of geography on cartography material at SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Tengah. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The implementation of this research follows the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting according to Kemmis McTaggart. The research subjects were class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Tengah. The results showed that the increase in learning outcomes in learning geography after using ICT learning media was in the first cycle, which obtained an average value of 64.44 with a mastery learning achievement of 72.22%. Whereas in cycle II, the average score was 80.55 with student learning completeness achieved at 94.44%. These results indicate that the use of ICT in geography learning can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to reconstruct non-Austronesian language relationships focus on the languages of the Kao ethnic, Pagu ethnic, Boeng ethnic, and Modole ethnicities in the Kao sub-district, West District, North District, Kao Teluk District and Malifut District. The method used in this research focuses on lexicostatistical methods to find similarities, differences, similarities in linguistic characteristics (shared of linguistics) in related vocabulary in the languages of the Kao ethnicity, Pagu ethnicity, Boeng ethnicity, and Modole ethnicity. The approach in this study uses a comparative historical and qualitative descriptive approach. The results found in this study are (1) the existence of kinship data for non-Austronesian languages in the Kao ethnic, Pagu ethnic, Boeng and Modole ethnic languages, (2) non-Austronesian languages in ethnic Kao, Pagu ethnic, Boeng ethnic have a close relationship compared to Modole ethnic (3) The basic vocabulary patterns of the Kao ethnic, Pagu ethnic, Boeng ethnic, and Modole ethnic form word structures Vowels (V), Vocal-Consonants (VC), Consonants-Vowels (CV), Consonants-Vocals-Consonants (CVC), Consonants-Vocals-Consonants-Consonants (CVCC), and Consonants-Consonants-Vocals (CCV). (4) The proto-kinship languages of the Kao, Pagu, Boeng, and Modole ethnicities have the proto-kinship languages of Kao, Pagu, and short Boeng (PKaoPB), which means that they come from one body, while the language of the Modole ethnic group has a language level of This microphylum that describes the Modole ethnic language has a kinship with the Kao ethnic language, whose tempo of separation is estimated to be 50-75 centuries ago. The conclusions of the study confirmed that the non-Austronesian language families, in this case the languages of the Kao ethnicity, Pagu ethnicity, Boeng ethnicity, and Modole ethnicity, have inter-ethnic kinship relationships that are built on one language family (language family).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of the conversation partner fragments in the Mata Najwa dialogue on Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel. This type of research is a qualitative research. The method used is descriptive method. The object under study is a video conversation between Najwa Shihab and Lufti Hasan Ishak on Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel entitled Mata najwa Part1: Pretending to be a Prison – Lutfi Hasan Ishaq's Luxury Cell. The results of the study show that the forms of conversational fragments in the dialogs of Najwa Shihab and Lutfi Hasan Ishaq include: 1) fragments of commemorations; 2) The fragment asks for an explanation; 3) Greetings and greetings/greetings; 4) Fragments of Application and Approval; and 5) Fragments of accusations and denial. The most dominant part of the conversation pair in the Mata Najwa dialogue is the part of asking for an explanation and the part of greeting and greeting. Based on the theory put forward by Richard (in Syamsuddin, 2012) no fragments of conversation pairs were found: 1) fragments of calls and answers; 2) fragment of service offer; 3) fragment of offer and refusal.
