The first, the concept of an islamic education and practices are deemed too narrow, too much emphasis on the interests of the hereafter. The second, institutions of islamic education  has not been able, or less, to meet the needs of the muslims to face the challenges  in the modern world. Therefore, educational reform efforts can be directed steadily, if only based on some strategies and steps: reorientation of the basic philosophical and theoretical framework of education, vision and mission of islamic education, islamic educational strategies, islamic educational goals, islamic educational curriculum, islamic educational methodologies, and  management and resources of  islamic education.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper is trying to capture the role of muslim women. It is like a clock pendulum between the domestic and public sector. In modern times, the roles of women are very different from the previous periods. In the modern era, the roles of women are no longer single but double, which cover the roles in domestic and public sectors as well. In carrying out these double duties, women themselves must improve their multidimensional qualities so that the roles and duties as the first and foremost educators  are not crushed and oppressed by the era.

Abstract: Plato is one well-known Greek philosopher. His philosophical thoughts was strongly influenced by the ideas of Socrates because of his teacher.  The essence of Plato’s teachings is about the idea (the world of idea). In his view, there are two kinds of the world. The first, this world, which is observed with the senses. The second, the world of idea, a world that has no change, no plurality (in the term of the good is only one, and beauty is only one). It is eternal. The concepts of these ideas eventually affect Plato’s ideas about education.

Abstract

Abstract: Compensation in education is everything accepted by educators or employees such as fringe, benefits, or  rewards for their works in order to improve their professionalism, motivation and job satisfaction and necessities. Compensation can include money, benefits, additional wages, gifts, health insurance, vacation, and so forth. The problem is on the compensation disparity between educators or employees who are civil servants and temporary, whether they are  in domestic institutions or in the private sector, which in turn,  affects  the quality of education. Compensation improvements should be continually arisen to improve teacher motivation.
