Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

Autistic children are a term for children who have nervous system disorders that affect their daily behavior. Classification of children's emotions is a pediatric-related treatment that helps identify psychology, as in autistic children. Several models of handling children's emotions have used digital media for the therapeutic use of children with the need for concentration control and learning habits. Art therapy can use technology media to provide treatment through fun and interactive games. The sensation of technology can give space and time for the emotional fulfillment of autistic children. One of the uses of technology that can be used for learning autistic children is through educational website applications. The website’s function provides the right solution to current needs in learning at school, with family, and in the surrounding environment. The material resource facility supports many references and literature using audio-visual media, games, and interactive learning.

Abstract

                Office ergonomics is a branch of ergonomics that covers the entire work environment (workstations) and work tools (especially using computers and chairs) in offices. Computer users or office workers often experience health problems related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The Secretariat and P3T BUMD Gresik Regency use a computer/laptop as the main work tool. Secretarial employees use computers for 8 (eight) hours daily, while P3T employees use computers for about 5 hours daily. The method used in this study was the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA). Assessment of work posture using the ROSA method on six office employees at BUMD Gresik Regency is divided into three sections. Section 1 assesses the height of the seat, the outside of the backrest seat surface, and the chair’s armrest. Section 2 conducts an assessment of the use of monitors and telephones. Section 3 assesses the use of mice and keyboards. Based on the calculation results using the ROSA method, the results obtained at the risk level value for each employee, namely, four employees have a high-risk level value or are at a dangerous/risky level and need to be repaired immediately. The other two employees indicate a safe / non-risky risk level.

Abstract

XYZ Cafe is an MSME business in Gresik Regency with a target market of teenagers and surrounding office employees. Cafe management evaluates cafe services for consumer complaints, which decreases the number of cafe visitors. Service quality is essential in marketing current products so that products can be well received in the market. The method used to determine the quality of service is service quality while determining the service attributes that need to be improved using the importance-performance analysis method. The quality of service provided by the XYZ Gresik cafe is based on service quality. From the results of the IPA analysis, the results of quadrants I, II, have relatively high demand, and quadrants III, IV, have relatively low demand with a relatively high level of satisfaction, so it is considered excessive. And from the GAP calculation results using the service quality method has a negative value.

Abstract

PT. KQW is related to quality. Some problems occur during the production process and product results, which are associated with the level of defects in the production process. From historical production data for April 2022 – June 2022, glulam wood products contribute the most defects, both congenital physical defects of the material itself and during the production process. This study aims to identify the level of defects in wood products, determine the factors that cause defects in wood products, and determine the efforts made to reduce the level of damage to wood products. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to control the damage/defects of wood products faced by PT. KQW. This research method uses FMEA. This research resulted in defects in the production process of glulam wood cracks, holes and breaks. The highest types of defect are hollow wood. Identification of the causes of every kind of defect, the order of the highest RPN value for each NG defect. There are 3 solution recommendations based on the highest RPN value for each defect. For cracked wood defects, the highest RPN is because the workers are less thorough (100). Then for hollow wood defects, the highest RPN is due to poor raw materials (147). Abstract

In this increasingly modern era, human needs are also growing. These need to be supported by adequate transportation infrastructure and can help. The stability against shear was obtained by the value of Rh = 235.20 kN and the importance of active earth pressure (Pa) = 96.08 kN so that the safety factor against shear was obtained from the division between the Rh value divided by the Pa value, a matter of 2.45 was brought. Why, Thishere this value more significant than the safety factor from shear, which is 1.? it can be concluded that stability against shear can be safe. Strength against overturning is obtained by comparing the moment of resistance of the structure as a support with the moment of turning that causes overturning (Mgl). With a value of Mw = 414.038 kN/m and agl = 179.36 kN/m, ana Fg an anna luan of 2.31 isobtainedwhichhch is where this value is greater than the safety factor for overturning, which is 1.5. From the calculation results, the ultimate bearing capacity value for the foundation on the surface (qu) is 292.76 kN/m, two, and the soil pressure to the bottom is evenly distributed (q'). Of 78.54 kN/m2.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a service company in the field of construction and fabrication. This study aims to determine the results of work postures in the company and determine the level of risk for operators based on the nordic Body Map (NBM) and provide suggestions for improving work posture to the operator. Ovako Work Posture Analysis System(OWAS) is a method for evaluating and analyzing the work attitude of observed operators, including body movements of the back, shoulders, arms, and legs, including thighs, knees, and ankles. This method is fast in identifying work attitudes that have the potential to cause work accidents. Work accidents that are of concern to this method are the musculoskeletal system. It is known that there are 4 work postures from the company PT XYZ, out of these four postures need improvement as soon as possible. It is recommended to pay more attention to the health and safety of operators, especially during disturbancesMusculoskeletal disorders which are caused by unsuitable work environment conditions and workload which can result in decreased work productivity

Abstract

                PT. XYZ is a service company in the field of construction and fabrication. The purpose of this research is to identify critical components in system failure on the lathe unit, to find out how often a failure on the lathe is likely to occur, to find out the causes of damage to the lathe machine components and to be able to find out the criteria of risk that has the highest risk score and RPN. The analysis process in this study needs to be done to minimize damage to the lathe. If there is damage to the lathe, the production process cannot run smoothly. For the production process to run smoothly, it is necessary to have machine maintenance activities. Machine maintenance activities aim to keep machines in good condition and ready for use in the production process. The method used in this research is FMEA and RCA. The FMEA method can be used as a system to prevent errors that are predicted to occur. This method is carried out by sorting the RPN value from the highest and then suggesting improvements to the lathe. Meanwhile, the RCA method is a structured approach to identifying influencing factors in one or more past events so that it can be used to improve performance. There are various structured evaluation methods to identify the root causes of problems. The results of this study are the two most significant RPN values, namely the Chuck and Gear components. The cause of the failure of these components is for the chuck. When setting, the chuck is not a flashlight, while the machine is not functioning properly for the gear.

Abstract

This study examines and analyses the influence of brand image, service quality, and store atmosphere on impulse buying behavior at the Indomaret Wawotobi Store. The subjects of this study were consumers at the Indomaret Wawotobi Store who had made impulsive purchases at the Indomaret Wawotobi Store, totaling 75 respondents. This study usingusesMultiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results showed that brand image, service quality, and store atmosphere significantly affected impulse buying behavior in Indomaret Wawotobi Store. The brand image partially especially impulses behavior Indomaret Wawotobi Store. Service quality has mainly changed using the behavior t the Indomaret Wawotobi Store.  The store atmosphere has significantly changed behavior at the Indomaret Wawotobi Store.

Abstract

Cost is one of the 3 most important project management components, with the other two being Quality and Time. The calculation of construction work costs in detail is regulated in Indonesia by a Ministry  Regulation. This Ministry  Regulation has only undergone changes in 2022, which replaces and/or fixes several existing rules in the previous Regulation issued in 2016. For brevity, the two Regulations is shortened to regulation 2016 and regulation 2022. Of course, the accuracy of these regulations is especially important regarding the smooth implementation of projects. This study uses the two Ministry  Regulations on two different Construction Projects to see analyse the different result of cost calculation caused by the regulation change. This change itself is important to be understood to continuously improve the Ministry  Regulation regarding cost estimation. In conclusion, regulation 2022 can produce a more accurate results, with regulation 2016 often gives a higher cost estimation than regulation 2022. For future research it is best to analyse other type of construction infrastructure to gain more insight into which estimation that can still be improved in the future.

Abstract

Employee performance is a very influential factor in the work system. Therefore, to reduce the wrong side of employee performance, it is necessary to have employee comfort and a work environment to improve a company’s quality and optimal performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee comfort and work environment on employee performance (at PT. Danwood Nusantara) using the methodFMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data processing using the FMEA method, fishbone diagrams and productivity level calculations. The study results show that from the data obtained through interviews, three variables have a small value (must be corrected): comfort with lighting, room temperature, and noise. Data processing using the Results Analysis method Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) shows that three types of work accidents have high RPN values: cutter scratches, pinched storage racks, and sprains when lifting goods. The productivity level in the warehouse is 0.99741 of the 16688 working hours that should have been lost due to work accidents 43 hours 10 minutes. The impact of work accidents can reduce employee productivity, thereby indirectly harming the company
