Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

                This research focuses on one of the coffee-making SMEs. The many competitors in this business make it a challenge for companies to compete in marketing their product, namely coffee. From this, it is interesting for the author to make a study. This objective is made to determine the internal and external factors of the company and is used as input for the marketing strategy for the company. This study uses the SWOT and QSPM methods and uses primary and secondary data. The company's SWOT analysis results are in quadrant V. Based on the existing alternative strategies. It is analyzed using QSPM. The strategy chosen was to improve good relations with workers.

Abstract

User Interface is the initial display seen by the user on a system, this research was conducted in the village of klambir lima kebun. Klambir lima village is one of the villages in the hamparan perak sub-district with an area of 22.38 Km2, Klambir lima kebun village is bordered by, to the north bordering klumpang kebun village, to the south bordering tanjung gusta, to the east bordering Helvetia, to the west bordering klambir lima kampung. The Information System for grouping data on residents of the village of Klambir Lima Kebun is a system that is built based on user interface design with a responsive mobile system that is tested based on usability with the uman centered design method. Uman centered design is a method of approach in developing and designing a system that focuses on users according to aspects of the needs and habits of users. In the village of Klambir Lima Kebun, information about the population has not been done optimally and does not have a program to support work in the office. Office employees have difficulty in categorizing population data, still using manual methods or still in paper form. With this system design, it can help village officials in the process of grouping citizen data and accelerating services to the community and providing more effective and accurate information.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of the literature by looking at the use of artificial intelligence with robotic mechanisms in the manufacturing industry. The PRISMA method approach is used in a modified framework to take into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria, one of the bases for selection is the basic understanding of artificial intelligence technology obtained from the Scopus index database only for 2020, 2021, and 2022. The results were from 1178 articles to 481 contiguous articles until the selection of 36 articles. The journal description used as the most common reference of Frontiers in Robotics and AI was used to identify these papers in more depth, the most common journal publisher was Frontiers Media S.A, Italy was the most common country of origin found, and quantitative research was the most common methodology used. Research in 2020, 2021, and even 2022 is still a fraction of what is now being discussed, but the last three years have seen significant growth in discussions on this topic, creating tremendous opportunities for additional studies.

Abstract

Working environment conditions that do not meet the requirements can cause health problems in workers. Air quality, temperature, radiation, ventilation, lighting, and various chemicals in the building are very important causes of complaints and symptoms of microorganisms. This study aims to determine the air microorganisms in the K3 room of PT. PLN UPK Nagan Raya and analyze the air for microorganisms in the K3, WTP, and environmental rooms. Based on the study's results, the multiple linear regression test (simultaneously) obtained a p-value of 0.656, a p-value value > 0.05. It can be concluded that all independents significantly affect dependent variables. The partial test results showed significant values, namely 0.699 and 0.656, and the test results of the multiple linear regression equations obtained values Y = -1702,500 X1 + 20,650X2.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a plastic material and product manufacturing company founded in Riau in 1997. This company produces fibreglass (FRP) goods and accepts design requests according to consumer demand. In addition, PT. XYZ also has water tanks made of Polyethylene (HDPE) and stainless steel. In practice, some inefficiencies and inefficiencies make it difficult for operators to find tools such as grinders. This study uses the ARC (Activity Relationship Chart) and ARD (Activity Relationship Diagram) and redesigns the layout of the fibreglass production facility. The results of the study show changes and rotations in the 90º room operator, the transfer of measurements and cuts close to the base material mixture workstation located in the fibreglass production division room, and the addition of 4 workstations because it utilizes an empty floor. Keywords: ARC, ARD, Fiberglass, Layout

Abstract

The impact of the decline in irrigation performance is direct and indirect. The direct impact is a decrease in productivity, a decrease in cropping intensity and an increase in farming risk. The indirect impact is the weakening of the farmer's commitment to maintaining the paddy field ecosystem because the poor performance of irrigation makes the land less conducive for farming, especially rice crops. In order to obtain an overview of the condition of the irrigation areas being managed, it is necessary to conduct a study of the irrigation areas, to determine the conditions of irrigation performance and to determine priorities for handling the rehabilitation of irrigation networks and to make policies. DI performance appraisal evaluation results. Renggung is 75.8% where the performance condition of Irrigation Area of Renggung Irrigation is Good Performance.

Abstract

In this article, a cluster analysis will be conducted for provinces in Indonesia based on the harvest area (ha) and rice productivity (ku/ha) of 34 provinces in Indonesia. Clustering is done using a hierarchical method, namely single linkage. The distance used as the basis for clustering is the euclidian distance. Based on the results of clustering using single linkage, 3 large clusters were obtained. In this article, a cluster analysis will be conducted for provinces in Indonesia based on the harvest area (ha) and rice productivity (ku/ha) of 34 provinces in Indonesia. clustering is done using a hierarchical method, namely single linkage. The distance used as the basis for clustering is the euclidian distance. Based on the results of clustering using single linkage, 3 large clusters were obtained. Cluster consists of 3 provinces, cluster 2 consists of 1 province and cluster 3 consists of 30 provinces. Cluster 1 is a province with high rice production with an average total rice production of 9,628,788 tons. Cluster 2 with an average total rice production of 5,341,021 tons. While cluster 3 with an average rice production of 863,995.34 tons. Furthermore, based on cluster validation using the anova test, the significance value is 0.00>0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between clusters. Thus it can be stated that the division of 34 Indonesian provinces in terms of land area and rice productivity into 3 large clusters using the single linkage method is valid.

Abstract

PT. Xyz is a steel fabrication company located in Gresik. One of their  projects undertaken by PT. XYZ is a Feed drum Project, the welding process is the most important stage in this project. At the time of product testing or testing there were still many welding points that were defective so that the product did not pass the trial, the trial was carried out by hydrotest where this test was carried out with water as the test medium to determine the strength of a material and find out whether there was a leak or not and as well as a visual check. The types of defects found in the feed drum project are spatter, overlap, porosity, undercut, incomplete fusion, slag, bad String Bead (Weaving Fault), start stop, pin hole. The research uses the FMEA (Failure Mode Effects and Analysis) the method which aims to identify and analyze the occurrence of defects. In the results, the highest RPN value is found in the Incomplate Fusion type of defect with a value of 384 so that it becomes a priority in carrying out control and repair .

Abstract

The village is a small part of the city that manages and regulates the governance system in a smaller scope. In carrying out its work, the village has structured activities in realizing the results of these activities. Village activities include several parts. Activities are often carried out in the village both related to the village office, employees and activities related to the community. So that village activities can be monitored properly and can also be seen directly by the community, this activity needs to be informed to the community through an information system or website that can be accessed directly by the wider community. The current village activity management system still uses a manual system and is not optimal. This research aims to build a village activity management information system design that is responsive to mobile which can provide information about activities carried out through the village office to the general public who live around the village or in other areas. Activity information will be managed by the village office admin directly so that they can read or follow up on feedback given by the community on village activities that have been, are being or will be taking place. The information system that is built is expected to be able to assist the village office in carrying out existing activities in the village of Klambir Lima Gardens so that it can be carried out to improve the quality of subsequent activities
