Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

Padang merupakan salah satu kota yang berada pada pesisir pulau sumatera. Kota Padang dialiri oleh 5 sungai besar dan 16 sungai kecil. Sungai yang ada sering terjadi luapan air ketika musim hujan. Luapan air yang tidak terduga dan tanpa adanya pemberitahuan membuat terjadinya kerugian materi yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat yang diakibatkan dari banjir. Permasalahan tidak adanya alat pendeteksi ketinggian air menjadi dasar permasalahan yang penting untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan prototype alat pendeteksi ketinggian air pada musim hujan sebagai langkah mitigasi risiko berbasis IoT. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno, Sensor Ultrasonic untuk mengukur ketinggian air dan Sensor DT22 untuk mendeteksi awal hujan turun. Adapun luaran wajib yang ditargetkan dari penelitian ini adalah publikasi jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan draft seminar internasional. Tingkat kesiapan teknologi saat ini fokus pada perancangan sistem dengan target akhir yang ingin dicapai adalah prototype alat pendeteksi ketinggian air.

Abstract

To expedite the production process, companies need to make adjustments to technological developments to support company performance. This is done so that the company does not experience problems in the production process. One of the technologies used in manufacturing companies is a machine that can simplify the production process so that companies can optimize time and energy. The machine used must be guaranteed to operate at high performance, so periodic inspections must be carried out. In machine maintenance activities at PT. SNP, not based on damage data as a reference, and in its implementation is still not programmed. In this study, a solution will be sought to overcome the problem of optimal machine scheduling by considering the cost of repairs and number of repairman. The historical data of engine failure will be used to calculate the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and model the engine maintenance, so that it is expected to be able to reduce repair costs.

Abstract

As a means of transportation, the position and role of the road network in essence concern the livelihoods of many people to maintain the sustainability and service quality of these roads. If the road section is damaged, it will have a significant impact on the condition of the traffic flow. Many road damages occur due to the high use of the road which causes a high volume of vehicles, overloaded vehicles, rainwater runoff or poor drainage systems and others. The Sheet-Sekotong-Pelangan road section is a provincial road section located in West Lombok Regency, NTB. This road segment has been damaged in several road segments and disrupted traffic flow so it requires handling. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of road damage using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method and to determine the effect on vehicle speed and to find recommendations that are appropriate to the level of road damage. This study includes a visual survey to determine the condition of road damage and vehicle speed. The analysis used to determine the effect of road damage on vehicle speed is Simple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that the R square value is 0.893, which means that road damage has an influence on vehicle speed of 89.3%. Regression model y (vehicle speed) = 9.012 + 0.581x (PCI), which means that if the PCI 9.012 variable increases by 1 unit or 1%, the vehicle speed will increase by 0.581 units or by 58.1%. The lower the PCI value, the slower the vehicle speed will be. Conversely, the greater the PCI value, the faster the vehicle speed.

Abstract

Paving block is constructions material usually used for form wall on building or construction jobs. Quality C dan D paving block manufacture on SMEs Scale in Tasilkmalaya Village does not have proper workplace design so that molder operator work in squat position. Squat position in manufacture paving block process is increasing RULA Score and ergonomic risk for musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs). In previous research, improvement has been applied to workplace, it has successfully increased productivity, but it is not sure can decrease ergonomic risk musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) and RULA Score. This research aim to identify and compare the RULA Score before and after improvement. Analysis methods is used Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) with CATIA on moves element which has break down with Theblig methods. The result of research is workplace improvement has successfully decreased levels of ergonomic risk 43%.

Abstract

The production process in SME KelapaTiga Putra still uses human labor as well as the milling process which has not applied ergonomic principles. If the work posture is in a position that is less ergonomic, it can cause complaints in parts of the body such as the back, waist, neck, arms and it can lead to musculoskeletal risk. By paying attention to the situation at work, a tool will be made that if it can change a less ergonomic position into an ergonomic one. The design of this tool aims to simplify the coconut milling process using the anthropometric method. The object of this research focuses on the coconut milling process workers. There are three methods used, namely the NBM questionnaire to find out complaints, analysis of work postures using the REBA method, anthropometry used as a measure of aid. The results of the NBM questionnaire have complaints with a score of 65 with a very high level of risk. Classification of the level of risk of the musculoskeletal system based on the total score of individual workers having complaints with a score of 65 with a very high level of risk means that coconut mill workers need comprehensive action as soon as possible. Analysis of the initial work posture has a very high risk, while the analysis of the final work posture after using the tool has a very low risk. The anthropometric percentile used is the 50th percentile with the size of the tool. Abstract

Technological developments and the need for information lead to increasingly complex information that must be processed and presented quickly and accurately. Religious tourism is a new trend that is of interest to the public. This is evidenced by the many activities of religious managers, ranging from tour fleet providers to general public figures. The aim of the research is to produce an interactive knowledge application that can be used by the community as a method of knowledge about religious tourism in Banten Province, West Java by providing information from several religious tourist attractions accompanied by a location map. The research method used by the author is the Research and Development (R&D) method, which is a research method used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the method so that it can be used to develop or validate products used in education and learning. The selection of application programs is made using the Android programming language with an easy-to-understand user interface. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that this application can be used as an effective and communicative method of knowledge for the community

Abstract

Bakcang is a traditional Chinese food which is quite famous among the people of Surabaya. In the manufacturing process, bakcang still uses traditional methods using human expertise in a relationship regarding improving the quality of taste and appearance according to customer and company expectations. The stages of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method are carried out by making a House of Quality (HoQ) matrix. The results of the research are in the form of priority scales that must be improved for business development based on Voice of Customer. Improvements wrapping bakcang. Therefore, research was conducted to identify the quality characteristics of taste and appearance that are expected from both the consumer and company sides. The method used in this research is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The distributed questionnaires will include the attributes of the respondent's classification, the level of importance, and the level of customer satisfaction. Then the results of data acquisition from filling out the questionnaire will be processed using the House of Quality (HoQ) method. The results of the study will show that there is to the output of HoQ are replacing packaging with other materials, providing labels as product information, making prints for more precise sizes, making cooking time guidelines so that the level of maturity is even, preparing fresh raw materials, utilizing social media, holding prices reductions, making new variations in the form of frozen, and opening new outlets with sufficient facilities.

Abstract

Micro-and medium-sized enterprises are the axis of the economy, especially in Indonesia, and have an essential role in supporting the running of the national economy. With the rapid development of technology. Innovation is the primary key to improving a business so that it can compete even on an international scale. This study aims to design a banana chip chopper machine that considers ergonomic values, considering that there are still many banana chip chopper machines sold on the market without considering ergonomic values in the product. They are like the height of the machine, which is different from the average height of the Indonesian people. The chopping process is still manual, and it is challenging to create consistent quality pieces of chips because the slicing is still manual and must adjust to the size of the machine. It does not match the average height of Indonesians, where which can result in injury to the hands and muscles of the hands. Then the study results will show an ergonomic banana-chopping machine with a height and size that match the anthropometric data of Indonesian people

Abstract

Mode of transportation is one of the basic human needs in carrying out an activity. Transportation consists of land, sea and air transportation. The development of modern transportation can be viewed from several aspects, such as quality, effectiveness and efficiency for its users, especially the millennial generation. One of the modern transportation today is an electric motorcycle. The development of electric motorcycles in Indonesia is not as fast as the development of conventional motorcycles. Electric motorcycles that are currently developing need to be analyzed to determine the level of consumer satisfaction. Analysis of the level of customer satisfaction can be done using the method. By knowing the analysis of the Kano method, improvements or evaluations can be made for developers of relevant electric motors in the future. Test analysis was carried out by conducting a survey of electric motorcycle users in the Surabaya area. Based on the analysis of the results of Kano's research that has been done, it can be seen that there is a need for an increase in electric motorbikes. This shows that with an increase in electric motorbikes, people's satisfaction with the use of electric motorbikes will increase.

Abstract

The Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Aceh Jaya is an agency engaged in the industrial sector. Assessment of work behavior is one of the most important things in a service or agency that aims to guarantee the objectivity of fostering civil servants (PNS) in terms of assessment to reduce the subjectivity factor. The purpose of this study was to obtain criteria and sub-criteria for assessing the results of the work behavior of civil servants in the industrial sector at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry, Trade in Aceh Jaya, an agency engaged in the industrial sector. The methods used to assess employee performance are the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Rating Scale methods. The Analytical Network Process (ANP) method is used to weight each criterion and sub-criteria while the rating scale method is used to assess employee work behavior. The results showed that through ANP, the weight of each criterion was obtained, namely service orientation (0.048), integrity (0.05), commitment (0.048), discipline (0.073), cooperation (0.082), leadership (0.071) and community service (0.125). Employees civil servants who are assessed for work behavior using the rating scale method have different values, from the 5 employees the highest score is Employee 4, (4.259907), and the lowest score is employee 1,2,3 and 5 respectively (3 ,7289214).
