Abstract

This study departs from the existence of problems in employee job satisfaction, which indicate the non-optimal work commitment of employees. Instead, this study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of organizational commitment components on employee job satisfaction—this research conduct at two sub-district offices in Bandung. To determine the magnitude of the influence of the organizational commitment component on employee job satisfaction, the researcher used a quantitative approach by testing a sample of 57 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The study results show that the organizational commitment component affects job satisfaction by 68.7%, the remaining 31.3% is influenced by other factors not examined. The study results recommend that the leadership pay more attention to increasing employee commitment so that employee job satisfaction can fulfill. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

As one of the largest banks in Indonesia and in the midst of competition between existing banking institutions, Bank XYZ participates in providing credit to customers in the form of credit cards. The provision of credit card facilities for customers at Bank XYZ must go through a customer screening process and check data in depth so that banks can avoid non-current customer credit. One way that banks can use is by using the data mining method. Abstract

The development of the Gemanurani Integrated Islamic School information system encountered obstacles because it was carried out based on the personal needs of the developer at that time. So that the development carried out is not necessarily appropriate or has optimal benefit value in the future. Along the way, there have been many changes to forms, reports to system procedures. This shows that the development of the information system is not based on existing needs, so management is difficult to make decisions. Gemanurani Integrated Islamic School started the development of Information Systems for New Student Admissions (PSB), Finance, Administration (TU), Study Programs (PRODI), Students and Teachers without Human Resources Development (HRD). One of HRD's routine tasks is payroll where the implementation is still manually using MS. Excel, problems often arise when calculating teacher intervals, teachers across school programs and employee deductions. By prioritizing the development of a payroll information system that suits the needs, it is hoped that it will facilitate the HRD department in processing employee and teacher salaries. Abstract

This study aims to assist the work of cutting the advertisement tax at UPT Local Tax Region 2 Margahayu can be better in time utilization and data accuracy. The author conducts research using descriptive analysis methods, with the data collection techniques used are making observations, and literature studies that have a close relationship with the subject matter. From the results of the research, the obstacles that were found were in the advertisement tax calculation still using Microsoft Excel, and data processing had not been processed optimally, even though it had used computers. So it is necessary to have an application that can help companies in calculating the advertisement tax so that it is not done several times, making taxpayer reports and advertisement tax reports. One of the tools that can support this is the use of adequate computers and human resources to form a good application. So the billboard tax deduction application was made, this application was created using the PHP programming language, APACHE as a web server, and MYSQL as a database processing. Abstract

Departing from the phenomenon of a decline in product sales indicated by customer complaints regarding product quality, the researchers conducted a study to determine what factors shape the quality of automotive products seen from customers' perceptions who have made product purchases. The survey approach carries to answer research questions. Respondents are customers who have made a purchase, while the number of respondents is 104 people. Researchers use factor analysis techniques to determine the factors that shape product quality. The study results indicate that three factors make up the reputation, variety, and prospects. Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to create a system according to the needs of collectors, optimize the input of visit reports that can be accessed on each collector's cellphone and there is information on the results of bills from each collector both from the results of daily bills and the final results of billing and TL (Team Leader) can monitor collector visits via GPS tracking. The benefits of this research can be a solution to the problem of collector visits and help the Team Leader of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk so that work becomes more effective and can make it easier for collectors to input visit reports. Descriptive research method with data collection techniques, interviews with the authorities. The location of this research is in Bank Central Asia (BCA), especially in the credit card billing section. Abstract

AHASS Munjul Motor is an official Honda bicycle workshop which is engaged in the maintenance of Honda motorcycles and serves the purchase of Honda motorcycle parts. AHASS Munjul Motor provides a variety of genuine Honda motorcycle parts. In ordering parts to suppliers for ordering purposes, AHASS Munjul Motor still uses the manual method. This requires a long time so that the work becomes less effective. Often asking for errors in ordering parts fo suppliers. Restful web services are the standard for conducting data between applications or systems. This research implemented a quiet web service to integrate the AHASS munjul motor systems with the system supplier. Abstract

The best contract workers are contract workers who display certain values and criteria determined by the company. Contract Workers who have the criteria to meet the specified conditions will receive an award as the best Contract Workers in the company where the Contract Workers work, as implemented by PT. ABC. There are several evaluation criteria in determining the best contract workers in this company, namely: Productivity (Quality), Quality Internal Control (Quality), Teamwork (Cooperation), Initiative (Initiative) and Absence (Attendance). So that in writing this thesis conducted research that is intended to produce and can assist in the selection of the best contract workers. The aim is to test the Profile Matching method in determining the best Contract Worker, to find out how the process has gone in determining the best Contract Worker and who is the best Contract Worker at PT. ABC. This was obtained from the results of the calculation and comparison of the profiles of the best Contract Workers who emphasized productivity and quality. Abstract

BPK PENABUR HOLIS high school is a private school located in the city of Bandung. BPK PENABUR HOLIS senior high school is engaged in education. Information Systems and Information Technology is a basic requirement and has been applied in schools, but not all parts of implementing information systems as a result of data and information needs are not integrated, so that business process activities are not running effectively. To overcome this, by planning an enterprise architecture that can integrate existing systems with systems that will be built. This methodology uses the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) in collecting data using qualitative methods based on a description of the actual conditions by means of Literature Studies and interviews. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and achievement motivation on affective commitment to employees of the education service sector in Bandung. Previous research has shown that delegative leadership consisting of competency readiness, quality of time together, suitability of goals, level of job position, and quality of superior-subordinate relationship (LMX) has affected achievement motivation and continuous commitment. However, after more profound analysis of partial parameters, it turns out that only job position and LMX affect achievement motivation significantly, and only in terms of goal compatibility significantly affect continuance commitment. This situation demands to conduct further research on leadership. On the other hand, previous research shows that LMX does not significantly affect continuance commitment. Therefore, the affective commitment chose to investigate whether it will be significantly affected and improved by LMX simultaneously and partially with parameters. Therefore, achievement motivation was selected and appointed as the focus of research to find out and analyze its effect more deeply on the affective commitment that previous researchers had developed. As a result, there is a significant direct effect of LMX on the affective commitment by 17.2%. Furthermore, there is an indirect effect of LMX through achievement motivation on the affective commitment of 12.3%, so the total direct and indirect effect of LMX on affective commitment is 29.6%. Likewise, there is a significant direct effect of achievement motivation on the affective commitment by 23.8%, and there is an indirect effect of achievement motivation through LMX on the affective commitment of 12.3% so that the total direct and indirect effect of achievement motivation on affective commitment is equal to 36.1%. Then the total effect of LMX and achievement motivation on affective commitment is 65.7%. So, if LMX and achievement motivation are more effective on the job, it will increase affective commitment. Keywords : Leader-Member Exchange, Achievement Motivation, Affective Commitment.
