In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. Related to the online game industry. This is exploited by online game developers to benefit from this industry. One way to do virtual product marketing is by the electronic method of word of mouth (EWOM). The purpose of this study was to study the EWOM dimensions of purchasing decisions of virtual goods in online games. The research instrument discusses the questionnaire and uses a Likert scale as the Score score. By conducting descriptive tests, validity, reliability, classic assumptions and multiple linear regression, hypothesized against 100 respondents. The results of this study are known as the Intensity variable which has a positive relationship with Virtual Goods Purchasing Decisions in Online Games with a relationship rate of 7.84%. Opinion Validity Variables have a positive relationship with Virtual Goods Purchasing Decisions in Online Games with a relationship level of 6.60%. Content Variable has a positive relationship to the Purchase Decision of Virtual Goods in Online Games with a relationship level of 41.73%. And the variables Intensity, Opinion Opinion, and Content are positively related to the Purchase Decision of Virtual Goods in Online Games with a relationship level of 64.8%. The objective of this study is to validate employee performance measurements in terms of behavioral aspects. The validated instrument was a Performance Management Behavior Questionnaire (PMBQ) instrument consisting of 27 statement items. The instrument statement consists of six dimensions, namely the Process of goal setting, Communication, Feedback, Coaching, Providing Consequences, and Establishing/monitoring performance expectations. Conducting a survey of retail sector employees in the city of Bandung, as many as 135 employees carried out using simple random sampling techniques. Testing instruments using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The results showed a valid and reliable psychometric analysis. The research implications can prove that the Performance Management Behavior Questionnaire (PMBQ) instrument can use as a reference for measuring employee performance in terms of aspects of consumer behavior. Information Technology (IT) is one of the most powerful pillars in a company while many functions cannot be managed without IT. Nowadays IT is becoming a technology that is widely used by most organizations and is expected to help improve ongoing processes, and be controlled in the field of education. School is one of education with one of the tasks it carries is to provide services to the community to provide quality and efficient future Human Resources (HR). The main activity in the school in accordance with the specified function, namely as an education provider, is an academic service. This study discusses one of the information technology governance work agreements, ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) version 3. This framework provides best practice guidelines for IT Service Management. One of the cycles in ITIL version 3 is IT Service Operations which is the focus area of this research. From the results of a survey conducted on IT and Non-IT Students, IT and Non-IT teachers as well as IT and Non-IT employees regarding their responses to the readiness requirements for implementing IT Service Operations at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung, it is necessary to have time in the game now. initial and repetitive where current improvements still need to be done Steps related to the implementation of IT Service Operations. In this study preparations have been made in the steps, strategies and evaluation of improvements for the application of IT Service Operations at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung by using IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3. The final result of this thesis is a clue / clue related to the steps , strategies and evaluation of improvements that need to be done before implementing the activities and processes of IT Service Operations at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. This study aims to determine the effect of invesment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of companies Miscellaneous Industry listed on the IDX period 2014 to 2018. The dependent variables in this study is values of companies while the independent variable in this study are invesment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Total of sample is 6 companies selected using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used in this research is panel data regression analysis with multiple linier regression method. The results of this study indicate that jointly invesment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy have a significant effect on the value of companies in the miscellaneous industry listed on the IDX period 2014-2018. Competency and individual characteristics such as self-efficacy and locus of control can determine an entrepeneur's success in managing its business. This study examined the effects of self-efficacy, locus of control and competency on small medium enterprises performance in Darmaraja-West Sumedang. This study used survey research design and respondents were SMEs entrepreneurs located in Darmaraja-West Sumedang (N = 236). Result of the multiple regression analysis showed that competency had a significant and positive effects on SMEs performance. self-efficacy had a significant and positif effect on Competency. and locus of control had a significant effect on Competency. Today's technology is an important asset to support the business activities of institutions or institutions, STMIK Mardira Indonesia is a higher education institution that requires technology for educational service facilities. Information technology security governance is useful for protecting assets while maintaining the sustainability of information technology services, several standards for governance have also been used to ensure the security of information technology assets, SNI ISO / IEC 27001 and SNI ISO / IEC 27002 are national standards that adopt from international standards in its activities require evaluation to determine governance readiness and the US index is used as an evaluation tool towards the standardization. The evaluation results in the electronics sector have a value of 21 which means the electronics sector in this institution is high according to the US Index 10 to 15 low, 16 to 34 high and 35 to 50 strategic. However, on the status of preparedness with a value of 117 which means that it is still not feasible for SNI ISO / IEC 27001 certification to be eligible for certification is a range of values 273 to 445. On the basis of some evaluation results obtained, governance is carried out in Annex A.5.1.1 Information security policy document, A.5.1.2 Review of the policies for information security, A.6.1.1 Information security roles and responsibilities, A.15.1.1 Information security policy for supplier relationships, A.16.1 Reporting information security events and weaknesses and Annex 16.1 .3 Reporting information security weaknesses. Often various viruses threaten the safety of the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) server, if it is not well documented, the Information Technology Installation must do a re-investigation with the same virus. So with this problem, a Web-based Banyumas Hospital ITI Documentation system was created using Ubuntu Server with Codeigniter and Postgresql where Codeigniter and Postgresql frameworks will give birth to a combination of superior speed and capacity. Garut Regency is a Regency in West Java Province, Indonesia. The capital is Tarogong Kidul. The regency is adjacent to Sumedang regency in the north, Tasikmalaya regency in the east, Indian Ocean in the south, and Cianjur and Bandung regencies. The number of tourists who travel in Garut regency, making the workers in the tourism office burdened with the many questions surrounding the location thrown by local and foreign tourists. With Location Based Service technology, tourists can find the location of the desired tourist position without a guide from the tour guide though. In this study the authors use research methods Develoment Life Curcle Software (SDLC) waterfall (Waterfall), while for application method using Location Based Service (LBS). This application utilizes Global Positioning System (GPS) that has been integrated with the handset. With the LBS application is expected to provide accurate information, clear and precise to know the points of location Nature Tourism Garup Kabupatem, and can facilitate local and foreign tourists and the community, especially Garut regency. Observation of SIMAK that in the process of operating the system is still experiencing obstacles such as data leakage which results in impaired agency performance, insufficient security and control to anticipate forms of fraud and illegal actions that result in large losses for information owners and uncontrolled access rights, so that a system the information used must have a guaranteed level of information security, including database security, hardware, software and human resources.Based on observations in SIMAK, the authors conclude to audit SIMAK so that they are documented and obtain audit evidence and evaluate it objectively. From the results of comparisons with other methods, the authors chose the ISO 27001: 2013 SNI standard as a standard for auditing the security of an information system and used as a reference to produce documents (findings and recommendations) which are the results of the SIMAK information system security audit at STMIK Mardira Indonesia.From the results of the study it was identified that the clause used was, Clause 5: Security Policy, the current SIMAK security policy is still not appropriate, Clause 7: Asset Management is still not appropriate to achieve and maintain appropriate protection of organizational assets due to the absence of a policy letter regarding asset management, Clause 9: Access Control so that there is no misuse of access rights and there are procedures for controlling access rights, Clause 15: Compliance has not been adjusted to the applicable academic regulations, and the time has been scheduled on the educational calendar is also the legal aspect of the software used. The complexity of employee behavior in an organizational environment causes management to take management steps effectively. One way to increase employee effectiveness is to optimize and develop organizational members so that it will have an impact on output following the targets that have a plan. The population in this study were employees of financial institutions in the city of Bandung. The approach used is a survey approach where the sample to use is 150 employees of supervisors and employees who work in financial institutions in Bandung City. To answer the research hypothesis, the data analysis technique used component-based SEM Partial Least Square analysis. This study develops a model by filling the theoretical gap where there has been no research that has tested the effectiveness of supervisors on simultaneous employee improvement and development. The results showed that the fit model affected the effectiveness of supervisors on employee improvement and development.
