Abstract

This study aims to identify the determining factors for the success of Jenang Karomah MSMEs in Kudus Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Spradley model through domain analysis, taxonomy, componential analysis, and cultural theme stages. The results of the study indicate that the success of Jenang Karomah MSMEs is influenced by the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy which includes product quality, appropriate pricing, easily accessible locations, and promotions carried out directly and through digital media. In addition, a production strategy that maintains consistent taste and product quality, managerial skills in managing the business, and government support also contribute to improving business sustainability. Customer orientation is also an important factor, because good service and meeting consumer needs can create customer loyalty. It is recommended that Jenang Karomah MSMEs increase the use of digital marketing and expand cooperation with online sales platforms to expand market reach and improve business competitiveness.

Abstract

The fashion sector confronts progressively intricate issues in the contemporary digital world. Swiftly evolving fashion microtrends require enterprises to adopt stringent inventory and supply chain management practices to maintain competitiveness. Toko Samanda, a fashion retail establishment, faces immediate consequences of these micro-trends, including ineffective inventory management, intuition-driven restocking, and manual recording inaccuracies that lead to overstocking. As a result, increased warehouse inventory risks diminishing market appeal, thereby decreasing selling value. Progress in information technology underscores the need for effective inventory management, especially for small enterprises such as Toko Samanda, which hitherto relied on manual record-keeping. This research aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system using the First In First Out (FIFO) method to optimize stock management. The researcher utilized the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology to construct the system. The system's functionality includes managing data for employees, categories, items, suppliers, and customers, processing procurement and sales transactions, and generating inventory reports. System testing through Black-box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), using Toko Samanda's personnel, resulted in a satisfaction rate of 95.19% (Grade A). The application of the FIFO approach efficiently governs the movement of items, improves accuracy and processing velocity, and facilitates more informed management decision-making.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged the use of artificial intelligence as a means of supporting decision-making, one of which is through the application of expert systems. Honey guava plants are a superior variety that is widely cultivated. In cultivation practices, the emergence of various diseases is one of the main obstacles, so that effective, fast, and precise handling measures are needed. The development of an expert system in this study was carried out as a solution to help identify diseases that attack honey guava plants through a certainty factor approach. The system's knowledge base is compiled from expert information and scientific references that cover 9 types of diseases and 32 related symptoms. The diagnosis process is carried out by analyzing the combination of symptoms selected by the user, then the system calculates the confidence level using expert weighting values to produce the probability of the disease being detected. Based on the test results, the system output shows a level of accuracy that is in line with manual calculations and expert validation, so this system is considered capable of supporting the process of early disease diagnosis in honey guava plants.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the impact of user experience on customer satisfaction, the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction, the relationship between user experience and customer loyalty, the influence of e-service quality on customer loyalty, and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Gen-Z users of the McDonald's app. This study utilizes the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory and the Expectation Disconfirmation Theory (EDT) to elucidate how external stimuli, such as user experience and e-service quality, affect users' internal assessments and behavioral responses. The research strategy utilized is a correlational study using a quantitative methodology, and hypothesis testing was performed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The sample consisted of 120 respondents who are current users of the McDonald's app in Indonesia, chosen through unintentional sampling. The study's results indicate that service experience positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction; e-service quality positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction; user experience positively and significantly impacts customer loyalty; and e-service quality positively and significantly influences customer loyalty. Moreover, customer satisfaction exerts a positive and substantial influence on customer loyalty and serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between user experience and e-service quality.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the mediating function of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) in connecting the impact of Micro Influencers and Macro Influencers on Brand Awareness among TikTok users. In the evolution of digital marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) has emerged as a significant force influencing consumer perception and behavior, particularly through user interactions such as comments, reviews, and recommendations on social media. This study employs a quantitative methodology via a poll of 300 current TikTok users who have engaged with material from both Micro and Macro Influencers. Data were gathered via an online questionnaire and evaluated using linear regression and the Sobel Test for mediation in SPSS. The study's findings demonstrate that Micro Influencers and Macro Influencers exert a substantial impact on Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM). Moreover, Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) has been shown to impact Brand Awareness significantly. The mediation test results demonstrate that Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) significantly mediates the relationship between influencers and Brand Awareness. The results indicate that influencers' efficacy in enhancing brand awareness relies not solely on audience reach but also on their capacity to foster interaction and communication among users through Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM).
