Abstract

This study evaluated the effect of basically Leadership Styles and Work Motivation of Employee Performance Management Market Revenue Service and Pagaralam. And Management Revenue Service Pagaralam City Market is one of the offices under the auspices of the City of Pagaralam has a daunting task, one program is a mainstay of regional autonomy in carrying out all it can increase the motivation of people in development through payment of taxes and levies.Research hypotheses:1. Manager's leadership has a positive effect on employee performance.2. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.3. Manager leadership and employee motivation are common - both have a positive impact on employee performance.   Used in this study Saturated Probability Sampling. This technique is used for all members of the population is used as a sample. While the design of this study is the influence of relationship between variables - variables using the survey method is to look at the influence of independent variables consisting of the leadership style (X1), motivation (X2) with variable attached to the performance (Y) Employees Revenue Service and Market Management Pagaralam city.Overall, the results of the study was based on leadership styles and motivation to work, either partially or themselves - individually or simultaneously to influence employee performance quite significantly. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of human resources, communications, organizational commitment, motivation and compensation to the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province either simultaneously or partially. The method used is descriptive method with multiple regression analysis. In this study using Proportional Random Sampling as a sampling technique. Sources of data and population in this study is a Civil Servant in 4 (four) Unit of Local Governments of South Sumatra Province, among others: Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda), the Agency for Promotion and Licensing Investment (BP3MD), SERVISE community and village authorities (BPMPD) and the Department of Trade and Industry (Industry and Trade) who have qualified education Strata 1 (S1), Strata 2 (S2), Tier 3 (S3) as many as 79 employees. Simultaneously factors Quality of Human Resources (HR), Communication, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Compensation amounting to 50.0% have influence on the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province.Partially Human Resources quality factors have an influence by 24.8% to employee performance, and communication factors have an impact of 23.5% on employee performance, further factors influence organizational commitment have amounted to 23.5% of the employee's performance, while the motivational factors work has amounted to 26.0% influence on employee performance, and compensation factors have an influence of 21.7% to the performance of Civil servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province. Key Words: Quality of Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The operational limits used in this study, including the financial performance of a PDAM the views of the main indicators consisting of: profitability, liquidity and solvency as well as additional indicators consisting of: Efficiency distribution, operating ratios and labor productivity. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the performance of the PDAM Palembang.This research was supported by quantitative research qualitative research. In the study has collected primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by means of unstructured interviews and semi-structured (unstructured and semistructured interviews) from Palembang city taps and secondary data obtained from financial statements.Research shows the level of financial performance and profitability during 2010 fluctuated 2008.2009. But above established guidelines. Similarly, liquidity and solvency, in other words, the financial performance of Palembang city taps into the healthy group. It is seen from the calculation of key indicators and additional indicators. Key Word : Health Level Financial Performance

Abstract

To calculate the cost of goods manufactured, the analytical tool used is the full costing method. This research is aimed to find out how to calculate the cost of water production in the Tirta Musi Palembang PDAM in the 2016-2017 period, to find out how to calculate the selling price at the Tirta Musi Palembang PDAM in the 2016-2017 Period, and to find out how to calculate the cost of production as the basis for determining prices sell at PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. This research method uses secondary data, with descriptive research, the research method used is case studies, and the research uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed the cost of production in 2016-2017 PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang, seen increasing every year. This happened because of an increase in total business costs. The cost of production in 2016 is Rp. 661,886,491 and the cost of production in 2017 of Rp. 699,585,427. the selling price in 2016-2017 shows that the selling price experienced an increase. PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang in calculating water tariffs using a basic rate. In 2016 the basic tariff of Rp. 4097.14 cubic meters, and in 2017 Rp. 4,579.28 cubic meters. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the performance of PT Buana Arga Palembang if measured using the Balanced Scorecard concept which includes a financial perspective, the customer perspective, the perspective of internal business processes and the learning and growth perspective. During this corporate performance measurement conducted by PT. Buana Arga Palembang only sourced from the company's financial information only.. Performance measurement results of PT. Buana Arga Palembang with the use of the Balanced Scorecard concept, it can be concluded that the first regular financial perspective, are said to be good because if compared to the previous year has increased: both, the perspective of the customer have been good but the level akuisasi customers has decreased: third, the internal business processes perspective shows the good performance of innovation conducted and services that have been provided to customers: fourth, the learning and growth perspective for employee productivity showed a good performance but to employee satisfaction levels are still less well resulting in the company's performance in maintaining employees very badly. Keyword : Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

This study aims to see the working capital conditions of PT. Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk by calculating the source and use of working capital. The results of calculating the source and use of working capital at PT. Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk for the period 2016-2019, namely the development of working capital has increased by 3.39% in the 2016-2017 period and shows an excess of working capital in 2017 amounting to IDR 2,737,702,490. For the 2017-2018 period, the development of working capital increased by 28.52%, indicating an excess of working capital in 2018 amounting to Rp. 23,316,600,337. Whereas in the 2018-2019 period, the development of working capital decreased by 0.19%, indicating a shortage of working capital in 2019 amounting to Rp.204,079,037. The use of working capital at PT. Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk for the 2016-2019 period, namely the use of working capital in the 2016-2017 period is appropriate because in the operational management of PT. Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk has excess working capital of Rp. 2,737,702,490. The use of working capital in the 2017-2018 period is appropriate because in the operational management of PT. Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk, there is an excess of working capital of Rp. 23,316,600,337. Meanwhile, the use of working capital in the 2018-2019 period is not appropriate because in the operational management of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of region income of Local Government Expenditures in Banyuasin, to determine the effect of Revenue Sharing on Local Government Expenditures Banyuasin and to know the effect of Local Revenue Equalization Fund of Local Government Expenditures in Banyuasin. Regional Revenue Contribution to the shopping area is still very low at an average of 23.4% with an average increase of 0.11% per year. While most of the district government expenditures amounted to 93.49% in Banyuasin funds come from fund balance. While the balance fund contributions to local spending is as high as an average of 93.49% with a decrease of 1.58% per year. Trend region income increasing and balancing the increasingly indicate that the development of independence in Banyuasin County Government for its budget each year has increased. This indicates that the District Government has been trying Banyuasin independent in managing the financial area and try to be autonomous in accordance with the goals you want to target in the regional autonomy that is the achievement of fiscal autonomy of a region. Also in Banyuasin regency government has been trying to reduce its dependence on transfers from the central / provincial financial manage their areas and strive to create and explore more potential derived from its own country.Keywords: Contributions, Fund Balance and Expenditure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial statements by measuring the level of liquidity at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk by proxy to the value of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Liquidity is a matter to be considered by every Bank, especially PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Liquid company means the company can guarantee its debts with its current assets. The research method used is Quantitative Analysis (nonstatistik) and this type of research is descriptive. The results showed that the level of liquidity of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. During the period 2011-2015 tend to decline, especially in the last three years. So it can be concluded that the liquidity ratio fluctuates. Based on the results of research suggested to the management of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. May increase future liquidity.Keywords: Financial Statement, Liquidity, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR)

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Office of Lawang Kidul urban village of Palembang, the number of employees as many as 31 people and entirely sampled. The result of regression between Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) to Performance (Y) variable is 20,782, stated that if there is no increase of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and variable Discipline (X3) on Performance (Y) then the value of performance of 20.782. The regression coefficient of 0.319, 0.185 and 0.202 states that each addition of a score of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) variables will give a score increase of 0.319, 0.185 and 0.202 for Performance (Y) so that the form of multiple regression equation are as follows : Y = 20.782 + 0.319 X1 + 0.185 X2 + 0.202 X3. Correlation between variables Leadership (X1), variable Motivation (X2) variable Discipline (X3) with variable Performance (Y) obtained R value of 0.628. The acquisition value of correlation coefficient (R) means that if the Leadership variable (X1), Motivation Variable (X2) and Discipline variable (X3) have a very close relationship to Performance (Y). Coefficient of determination equal to 0,394 or 39,4%. Coefficient of determination used to know the percentage of influence of independent variables (Predictors) to changes in the dependent variable. From the processed processed data obtained value of determinant coefficient of 0.394. This means that the contribution of leadership variables, motivation and discipline to performance variables is 39.4% while the remaining 60.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Leadership style, Motivation and work discipline

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss about management planning and control in Program Kemitraan Usaha Kecil (PKUK) PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang in terms of business capital management which Program Kementrian BUMN to help people economy through  granting of rotating fund (capital) to support business contiunity especially UKM and Koperasi. The grant is only granted to UKM and Koperasi which are central business that needs to be developed by providing soft loans business funds, coaching and training in order to grow and compete in the global market. This research was conductes at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang in Departemen PKBL part Kemitraan is located at Jalan Mayor Zen Palembang. The result showed that in lending capital only pursued management targets that let led to inefficient distribution of capital and make companies less throught in conductive credit analysis. This causes the non-performing loans of the assited partners. The management control of PKUK is also not going will because of the back of maximum monitoring and billing to the assisted partners. This it is expected that the management performance of PKUK PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang can perform better and selected business capital management in terms of lending to prospective partners, so that the disbursed capital is more effective and targeted, not merely fulfilling the obligation and forming a positive image of the company in the social environment.Keywords : Management planning and control, PKUK
