Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the development of tourism towards the growth of UMKM in South Sumatra. The type of data used is secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study concluded that the tourism potential in South Sumatra is very large. There are many types of tours that can be offered to tourists, such as ecotourism, cultural tourism, and culinary. The development of the tourism sector can increase the growth of MSMEs because tourism involves many activities. Keywords: Tourism, UMKM

Abstract

Human Capital Management  argues that sustainable profit generated when a company provides products and services that meet customer needs better than competitors do. In other words, it will be achieved if the company has a competitive advantage. Efforts to maintain a competitive edge should be at all times so that the competency or corporate activity and superior rated best by customers compared to competitors, both in view of existing customers, and potential customers. Human capital management is a system to improve the performance of their important role in a company and a major impact on corporate competencies. The blueprint for creating a sustainable competitive advantage should focus on improving performance in implementing key role to enhance the core capabilities. The company creates sustainable competitive advantage through high-quality human resources and organizational capabilities through human capital. The four components that make up the human capital strategy, namely (1) the effective executive team, (2) Leaders who deliver results, (3) key position excellence, (4) Fleet Performance Work. If the performance of each component of the strategy is exellent, the organization will have a sustainable Competitive advantage. To perform the four components of the strategy the company needs to have (1) sufficient organizational capability to deliver the strategy, (2) The definition of success in business, (3) an integrated process improvement, (4) measurement and management disciplines. Key Words : Human Capital Management, Competitive advantage

Abstract

This study examined the phenomenon of employee performance  at PT. Asuransi Jasindo in Palembang. The purpose of research aims to know the influence of Leadership and motivation and  working discipline to the employees performance. The research method  used were descriptive  and verificative , and analysis method used multiple regression, multiple correlation and determination method. This study shows that the  Leadership, Motivation and  Working Discipline has significant  influence toward employee performance, but partially leadership also identifies dominant variables to influence the employee performance. Key words : Performance, Leadership, Motivation and Working Discipline.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the role of the People’s Business Credit for development of UKM in Palembang (Case Study of Bank Mandiri). The role is measured from income earned UKM enterpreneurs after getting help from People’s Business Credit of Bank Mandiri. The results showed that a significant capital for revenue growth of UKM in Palembang. Thus Ha is accepted, it means capital significant or significant impact on earnings UKM entrepreneurs at 95% confidence level.  Key words: Capital, Loan and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage and profitability both simultaneously and partially on dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2018.The data in this study were collected by documentation technique. The documentation technique is used to obtain data related to this research. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. To test the data, the classical assumption test consists of multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, whereas to test the hypothesis, the F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial test), and correlation coefficient (r) analysis, and coefficient of determination (r2).The results of this study indicate the value of fcount has a value lower than ftabel (4.644> 3.25) or significant F 0.016 <α 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha1 can be accepted simultaneously related to profitability and profitability towards dividends on manufacturing companies paid on the Exchange Indonesian effect. While partial shows that the leverage variable has a t-value of -1.335, which means tcount<ttable (-1.335 <2.026) and a significant leverage of 0.184> α 0.05 means that H02 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected, this leverage has no effect Partial dividend policy for manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The profitability variable has a tcount of 3.022 which means tcount>ttable (3.022> 2.026) and a significant profitability of 0.005 <α 0.05 means that Ha3 is accepted and H03 is rejected, this is related to the increase in profitability of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Keywords:Leverage, Profitability, Dividend Policy

Abstract

ABSTRAK .This research was carried out by quantitative analysis approach , the study variable quality of service ( independent variable ) and customer satisfaction ( dependent variable ) . Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to customers PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang , and library research . Sampling was conducted using a sample region or area probability sample . This research instrument using deferensial Scale Semantics and analysis of data in this study were univariate , bivariate analysis using Chi-square and multivariate analysis using the Multiple Logistic Regression .From the results of this research is that of the 100 respondents who gave ratings are not satisfied by 43 people ( 43 % ) and there were 46 people ( 46 % ) who give bad ratings to the quality of service . There is a significant relationship between the dimensions of tangibles, reliability , and responsivness to customer satisfaction as its p value < α ( 0.05 ) and was not a significant difference between assurance and empathy towards customer satisfaction as its p - value > α ( 0 , 05 ) . Responsiveness dimension is the dimension of service quality the most influence on customer satisfaction .It is suggested that excellent service quality should be improved by the General Board of the State -wned enterprises in particular taps as water processing , with the goal of satisfying the customer as the result of research that states there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Service

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and identify how much influence the health and safety of employees can affect the productivity of work. The sample used in this study is saturated sample by using the entire population employed about 49 people were used as the respondents, with data collection questionnaires, by using variable research is Health, Safety, Productivity . Data validity was tested using Pearson product moment correlation, and fatherly test level using Cronbach Alpha reliability with, then the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test with significance level of 5%. Researchers using SPSS Version 16. tools for Windows. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that occupational health (X1) and Safety (X2) has an influence on employee work productivity (Y). from the calculation of the F test, it can be seen that the F test (25.507)> F table (3,19). So Ha which says there is a significant effect of occupational health and safety of employees working on productivity. Results of tests performed with partial regression analysis occupational health variables (X1) has t X1 3.017> 2.001 t table, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, this means that there is significant influence by the occupational health variables (X1) of the Work Productivity of employees. (Y). Safety variables (X2) has t X2 3.364> 2.001 t table, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, this means that there is a significant influence by the variable Safety (X2) of the Work Productivity employees of PT Sekawan Kontrindo Palembang (Y). This means health variables (X1) and Safety (X2) significantly influence labor productivity. See from these results that the health and safety it is necessary to increase employment in the company. Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of the quality of services offered by pt.Gojek indonesia towards customer satisfaction among student Majoring in Management Faculty of Economics University Tridinanti palembang with the number of respondents as many as 82 students (of the 100 respondets sampled)  in described according to sex, course of study, the first half, and the days of.This research using two variables, namely variable the quality of service as variable independent ( freely with use of five indicators research, that is evidence of display ( tangibles ), the best thing of ( reability ), responsiveness ( responsiveness ), guarantee ( assurance ), danempati ( emphaty ). The regression equation is to research this is y = 31,786 + 0,672x.Based on the results of the analysis simple correlation obtained correlation namely 0,641 which means happened relationships and to relationships that are positive because the value of r positive. While based on the results of index determination, the percentage influence the quality of service for customer satisfaction of 41,1% which means showed a very strong. Keywords :  Service Quality, Consumers Satisfaction

Abstract

            Doing the pilgrimage is a human obligation to Allah the almighty for people who can travel to Baitullah. People with limited funds and many other needs that must be met must rise and collect money before doing the pilgrimage.            But there is an easy way to get around the pilgrimage payments that are of great value. Hajj savings is the answer. Opening hajj savings can make the payment of pilgrimage by way of setting aside some money for the preparation f doing the pilgrimage.              The portion number is also a queue number for the departure of the Hajj which is listed on the first deposit of the cost of Hajj.            Data analysis used to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collected by distributing questionnaires at three private universities in Palembang. Researcher disseminates specially to lecturers who already have cetification allowance.            The result of the research concludes that income, certification allowance and the working period of lecturer have an effect to the desire to save hajj savings in Palembang. Keywords: income, cetification allowance, employment and saving

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Palembang Branch. In this study the total population was 133 people. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula, the number of samples taken in this study were 57 people with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of this study there is an F Test which shows that the calculated F value is 1.019 with Sig 0.000a. Searching for Table F, with dfl =2, obtained the F-table value. With F-count condition smaller than F-table (1,019 < 3,16) with Sig 0.000 a value which means smaller than alpha (0.000a > 0,05), then the conclusion that can be taken is H0 rejected which means that independent variables consist of leadership (Xl), work discipline (X2) together have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) in the form of employee performance. There is at test showing that the leadership variable has a Sig.0,000 > 0.05 means significant. Where as t count 5.551 > fromt-table (n - k, 57 – 2 = 55) 0.2609 means that H0 is rejected. So that leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance. There is attest showing that the work discipline variable has a Sig value of 0.000 > 0.05 meaning significant. Where as t count 6,514 > from t-table (n­ k, 57 – 2 = 55) 0,2609 means that H0 is rejected. So that the  work discipline partially  has  a   significant  effect  on   employee   performance. Implementation is an effort to improve performance can be done by improving leadership and  work discipline which  in turn can   improve performance. Keywords: Performance, Leadership and Work Discipline
