Abstract

The goal of this research is to know training and education programs that influence job satisfaction and the impact to employee performance in the PT.(Persero) PLN Palembang. This research was conducted by using sampling jenuh method to collect data from employee in the PT.(Persero) PLN Palembang. Data was analized by using Path Analysis. Result of this research shows that direct effect training and education and job satisfaction to employee performance is 1,875, 0,937 and 2,295. Indirect effect training and education to employee performance is 2,348 and by job satisfaction is 0,076. Influence of training and education to employee performance is 3,318, and by job satisfaction had total effect is 2,328, while influence of training and education, job satisfaction to employee performance each is 0,187, 0,937 and 2,295. The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is job satisfaction. Influence other variable outside of models to employee performance is 0,481.     Key words: Training and Education, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the School of Management , Learning Management, and the Role of the School Committee Against SDN Pioneering Achievement in Education MBS ( 139 Case Studies in SDN , SDN 137 , and 128 Palembang SDN ) .The hypothesis proposed ( 1 ) . There was a significant effect of school management , learning management and school committee together on educational achievement in SDN stub MBS , ( 2 ) . There was a significant influence on the performance manejemen school education in SDN stub MBS , ( 3 ) . There was a significant influence on the management of learning in the educational achievement of SDN stub MBS , ( 4 ) . Abstract

The selling price of goods is determined before production orders done, the company will calculate the cost elements contained in the production are estimated. This assessment is based on the standard cost (standard cost) which has been determined in advance by the company. If the state of the economy is assumed to be stable in which prices are generally relatively constant then the estimated production cost can approach the actual cost of production.  Keywords: Standard cost, cost of production

Abstract

This research is a study of "The Effect of Wages and Incentives on Employee Productivity at PT. Tirta Bumi Raya Palembang ". The dependent variable in this study is Work Productivity and the independent variables are Wages and Incentives. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from data processing and questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees, the method of determining the sample using the census method that is all the population into the study sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested first are tested using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study, prove that partially and simultaneously wages partially have a significant effect on work productivity. Then partial incentives do not significantly influence work productivity. While simultaneously wages and incentives simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity.  Keywords: Wages, Incentives and Work Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT            Analysis of Factor Contributing to Credit loan and Mitigation Effects and the Solution to BRI Palembang using qualitative descriptive analysis technique. From the result of conducted can be found that the percentage of non performing loans in the BRI Unit Lemabang in 2008 is as high as 25,5% for loans amounting Kupedes, 0,38% for Fixed Income Group loans, and 27,47% for KUR loans due to bank extern factors.To deal with nonperformking loans arising PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Persero Tbk unit Lemabang trying to cope Palembang by analysing 5C, establish good relationship with consumers, monitoring the use of credit and billing. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study basically discusses the implementation of the Social and Environmental Accounting as a Corporate Social Responsibility at PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the Social and Environmental Accounting as a Corporate Social Responsibility at PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang.               Implementation of corporate social responsibilit, Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang can be said has been good to be divided into two usage. For the Partnership Program and Community Development made Statements of Financial Position and separate Program Activity Report with the Financial Statements of the Company. For its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang seen from the post Expense Community Development (ComDev) in the Income Statement are classified in the Other Expenses. PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region II Palembang also reveal the activities of social responsibility that a Sustainability Report in narrative form, because it's social responsibility does not have control of the company and indeed the position is outside the company's operations, and not has a significant influence on the company for the purpose of PT. Pertamina (Persero) carry out its social responsibility is to meet the existing regulations, to improve the image, quality and productivity, reduce the cost of risk on the company's operations, lowering stress, and increase customer loyalty. Keyword : Social and Environmental Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at Head Office PT. Thamrin Brothers Palembang. In this study a total population of 145 people. Based on the calculation formula Slovin, the number of samples obtained in this study as many as 60 people. The samples in this study using Accidental Sampling.From these results simultaneously variable Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment jointly affect the Turnover Intention, it can be seen from the Test sig F F where the value of 0.000 <α (0.05). Working in partial satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention indicated by coefficient - 0,156 and sig t of 0.002 <α (0.05). Variables Job Stress has positive and significant influence on Turnover Intention indicated by the coefficient of 0.161 and sig t of 0.000 <α (0.05) and Organizational Commitment variable has a significant negative influence and partially on Turnover Intention indicated by value coefficient - 0.143 and sig t 0,001 <α (0.05). The correlation coefficient of 0.748 means indicates a very strong relationship and significant. To find out how much influence can be seen from the value of determination R Square of 0, 559. Turnover Intention Variables can be explained or there are significant variables Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment, while the rest influenced by other factors not examined. Implementation is an effort to increase job satisfaction, such as giving the opportunity of employees to use their skills and abilities, providing appropriate salary, increase incentives, leaders apply the appropriate style of leadership, maintaining a good relationship between co-workers, and provide promotion policy against employees who achievement. Attempts to lower the Job Stress, such as reducing the workload, providing a longer working time according their work, improve feedback and give authority over the responsibilities of the job. Efforts to improve the Organization's commitment, as is involving employees in the organization, to convince employees to survive, fulfill obligations to the organization's employees. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Stress Work, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Many research results on the quality of service employees in government offices. Like the research conducted by Rukayat regarding the Quality of Public Service in the Field of Population Administration in Pasir Jambu District. The results of his research indicate that the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Pasirjambu District, namely the Public Service section, has not provided good service to the community. However, the community is satisfied with the service in terms of reliability, namely reliability in handling any public complaints.The results of the study of quality and work attitudes on service performance and satisfaction in Sungai Pinang Ogan Ilir District showed the results of the path coefficients between variables having an influence at medium intervals. This means that the quality of service in this office must be further improved. Employee performance in serving the community must be improved again.

Abstract

Research this aims to examine and determine the effect of NPL and NIM both simultaneously and partially on the stock price of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. This type of research is quantitative research and the type of data used is secondary data obtained by researchers indirectly from the object of research. Data collection method used is documentation study.The dependent variable used is the stock price, while the independent variable used is the Net Performing Loan (NPL) and Net Interest Margin (NIM). This study uses multiple linear regression analysis for statistical analysis and regression models have been tested first in the classical assumption test.The results show that simultaneously shows that the Net Performing Loan (NPL) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) have a significant effect on stock prices. Partial research shows that the Net Performing Loan (NPL) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) have a significant effect on stock prices.
