Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship development has become a national issue, because it is believed entrepreneurship is the key to a number of desirable social outcomes, including reducing unemployment. One of the causes of high unemployment I Indonesia due to lack of entrepreneurial intentions, especially among students of fact in order to stimulate the economy is strong, it takes at least 2% of the population who have an entrepreneurial spirit. The reality in Indonesia there are about 1% of the population are self-employed.This study will be made by using the Theory of Planned Behaviour approach (TPB). This behavior theory is closely related to aspects of entrepreneurship motivation. This means that entrepreneurship can be learned and mastered. Entrepreneurship can be a job and a career choice for college graduates, if the student's self there is no intention and motivation to become a entrepreuneur.             This study will be conducted over six months in Palembang, from April 2014 through October 2014 and will examine the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions Palembang students that attitude, subjective norm and selfcontrol. From the research that has been conducted on a sample of 100 students PTS Palembang, can be of value in the following regression:             Y = 11.435 + 0.271 + 0.227 X1 X2 X3 + 0.215 + e Constant of 11.435 states that if there is no increase in the variable Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control then Intention Entrepreneurship remains at 11.435 a balanced unit, while the view that the regression coefficient of 0.271 attitude variables, Subjective Norms of Behavior Control of 0.227 and 0.215 means that the tendency the projected changes between variables Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control for Entrepreneurship intensity variable indicates that any change or improvement of variables Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control at 100% then also lead to an increase in the variable intensity of Entrepreneurship at 27.1%, 22.7% and 21.5%.             While the magnitude of correlation (R) variable Attitudes, Subjective Norms and Behavior Control for Enterprise intensity of 0.621 means that showed a very strong correlation and positive (unidirectional) amounted to 62.1%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not diteliti.sebesar 37, 9%. Key Words: subjective norm, behavior control, intention entrepreneurship

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify organizational commitment, organizational culture and leadership style which affect internal auditor’s performance. This research uses 35 internal auditors of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, as respondents. Purposive sampling and multiple regression model are used in the research. The result show that organizational commitment and leadership style didn’t have significant effect on internal auditor’s performance, while organizational culture have significant effect on internal auditor’s performancce and significant. All variables are simultaneously affected to internal auditor’s performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, organizational culture, leadership style, internal auditor’s performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to find out and analyze the impact of financial performance against Stock of Return on Index Agri companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017. The data were analyzed by using logistic regression analysis model. There were five variables in this research. Dependen variabel was Stock of Return is proxied. Independen variabel in this research was Frequency of trading ,Price Book Value (PBV) as a proxy of the stock value, Return on Assets  (ROA) as a proxy of profitability, Return on Equity  (ROE) as a proxy of profitability and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as a proxy capital stuctureThese results of logistic regression showed that the variabels Frequency of trading ,Price Book Value (PBV) as a proxy of the stock value, Return on Assets  (ROA) as a proxy of profitability, Return on Equity  (ROE) as a proxy of profitability and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as a proxy capital structure variable has no effect on stock of return on Index Agri companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. This research give due consideration to the company's management to consider the financial governance of the company to generate earnings and stock of return. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find out how much influence the capital structure and financial performance simultaneously on firm value in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, to find out how much influence the capital structure has on the value of the company in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to find out how much influence financial performance has on the value of the company on insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. The prerequisite test for classical data analysis and assumptions uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and hetoroskedasticity test. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses multiple linear regression with F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique and the number of samples used was 50 out of 10 companies. The results of the study show that the capital structure and financial performance simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. While the results of the partial test that partially the capital structure does not affect the value of the company, and the that financial performance partially has a significant effect on firm value. For further research it is recommended to use the entire population of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and vulnerable to extended periods of research. Keywords: Capital Structure, Financial Performance, Corporate Value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of performance appraisal and employee training on job promotions at PT Bank Mandiri KCP A.Rivai Palembang. This research is a type of causal associative research that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study were all employees with a minimum service life of 5 years. The sampling method using the census method with a total sample of 36 people. Primary data is collected through questionnaires and interviews, secondary data is collected from companies and literature studies. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variable performance appraisal and employee training simultaneously or partially had a positive and significant effect on the promotion of the position of PT Bank Mandiri KCP A.Rivai Palembang with the contribution of Adjusted R Square of 51.5% promotion was influenced by the variable performance appraisal and training employee, the multiple regression equation is obtained: Y= 8,517 + 0,584 (x1) +  0,277 (x2)  + e   while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Keywords: Job Performance Evaluation, Employee Training, and Job Promotion

Abstract

Promotion is a means to encourage employees to be better or more eager to do a job in a corporate environment. By looking at these facts, the employee performance that leads to promotion must be done effectively in order to be accepted by all parties without anyone feels aggrieved. Promotions and employees' performance very closely and is also important within the company. This study discusses in depth about the influence of scientific and Campaign Against Occupation Employee Achievement In PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion on employee performance on PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang.The results of this study are as follows: (1) There is a positive influence between promotion on employee performance on PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang, (2) large or strong influence of promotion on employee performance on PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang is by 75,9% , while 24,1% is influenced by other factors.Applications of this research in the future to make the boss always gives high motivation of the employees PT.Sinarmas Multifinance Palembang. Keywords :Promotions, job title, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine to find out how much the relationship between Dean leadership style with employee morale and lecturer at the Faculty Economics, University of Tridinanti Palembang. In this study used probability sampling with a sample of 25 people.. From the results of statistical analysis known to a significant degree of leadership style variables (X) of 0.003 (p ≤ 0.05), indicating that leadership styles have a significant effect on morale. Correlation coefficient between the variables of Leadership Styles (X) with a variable work  spirit  (Y) of 0.570 or 57%, this suggests there is quite a strong correlation between two variables. Thus the organization's goals will be reached in case of cooperation between leaders and subordinates, because the success or failure of a leader will be influenced by his subordinates, and leader ability to build the morale of subordinates is required. Abstract

This study basically aims to determine the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as an Intervening variable on Pai Li Bang Store employees at Social Market Palembang. From the results of data analysis conducted using path analysis it can be seen that, 1) there is a significantly positive direct effect between punishment on work discipline where tcount> ttable (3.492> 1.995) with Sig. 0.001 <0.05 and the Beta Path coefficient 0.395, which means the category of influence is strong. 2) there is a significant positive direct effect between punishment on employee performance where 2.159> 1.995 with Sig. 0.038 <0.05 and the Beta Path coefficient of 0.244 is in the medium category. 3) Then, there is a significantly positive direct effect between work discipline on employee performance where 3,591> 1,995 with Sig. 0.001 <0.05 and the Beta Path coefficient of 0.405 is categorized as strong. 4) and it is also known, that there is an indirect effect between punishment on employee performance obtained from the multiplication results between the path coefficient X to Y with the path coefficient Y to Z (0.395× 0.405) that is equal to 0.159 in the medium category. Based on the Sobel Test it is found that the value of zcount (2.4500)> ztable (1.96), the path coefficient of 0.159 is significant which means there is a mediating effect and mediation occurs in this hypothesis is a partial hypothesis, because significant punishment (X) on employee performance (Z ) did not change to be greater than 0.05 despite being influenced by mediation. Keywords: Punishment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
