Abstract

Bencana alam adalah bencana yang diakibatkan oleh peristiwa atau serangkaian peristiwa yang disebabkan oleh alam antara lain berupa gempa bumi, tsunami,  gunung meletus, banjir, kekeringan, angin topan, dan tanah longsor. Kuningan merupakan daerah yang rawan akan terjadi bencana alam, maka masyarakat perlu untuk tetap waspada dalam menghadapi bencana alam, namun informasi yang di dapatkan oleh masyarakat tentang bencana alam belum optimal karena belum ada sistem khusus tentang bencana. Pada menelitian ini penulis tertarik untuk membuat sistem aplikasi tentang kebencanaan berbasis android, diharapkan masyarakat dapat menerima informasi dengan cepat tentang kebencanaan sehingga masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan  dalam menghadapi bencana. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak  yang digunakan  adalah Relational  Unified Process (RUP) menggunakan konsep  Object  Oriented Dengan adanya aktifitas yang berfokus pada pengembangan model dengan  menggunakan  Unified  Modelling Language (UML). Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian sistem, sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sistem dapat menampilkan notifikasi pada perangkat smartphone android ketika ada informasi bencana alam dan peringatan dini terbaru, melalui sistem ini juga masyarakat dapat melaporkan bencana alam yang terjadi di lokasi masyarakat berada dan masyarakat dapat melakukan diskusi dengan pihak Admin.Kata Kunci       : Android, Mitigasi, Bencana Alam, BPBD Kabupaten Kuningan

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in various field, including the field of electronic, necessity of facility and comfort in controlling the electric devices are important, especially in controlling and monitoring the lamps. Nowdays society can control the electrical devices only with the switch connected by cabel. Then, it is needed a control system and monitoring lamps automatically. One of the systems is using micro controller. Based on the problems identified in Computer Sciences Faculty, system for controlling and monitoring lamps hasn’t  run efectivelly because it still uses manual and it has not got the lamps should be burn. Method of software development used in this research is Rational Unified Process (RUP) method by using design of Unified Modeling Language (UML) such as using case diagram, scenario, activity diagram, class diagram dan sequence diagram. Meanwhile, the problem solving method is using Fuzzy Logic method. System of controlling and monitoring the lamps built by fuzzy logic method is efective automaticallty. The system can be applied to the research object and assist in the process of controlling and monitoring the lamp automatically.Keyword : Rational Unified Proces method, Arduino, Unified Modeling Language,Fuzzy Logic, Controlling and Monitoring the Lamps

Abstract

TKD is a test derived from the State Personnel Board (BKN). This test consists of three parts namely General Intelligence Test (TIU), National Insight Test (TWK), and Personal Characteristic Test (TKP). TKD is intended to explore the knowledge, skills, and attitude / behavior of Civil State Apparatus candidate (ASN) to get civil servants who have good skills so that they can work professionally later. The implementation of TKD uses computer-based system using CRNG Multiplicative Algorithm (Congruential Random Number Generator). Where the algorithm is used to randomize the numbers that can not be predicted emergence. The programming used for this TKD application uses PHP programming which explains that PHP scripts can be embedded script that puts the PHP tag between HTML tags while non embedded script that is all HTML tags are placed in PHP tags. So the application of algorithms in PHP-based TKD application will allow random or random questions raised, which later about TKD on one computer with another computer will produce different problem numbers

Abstract

Kuningan Regency is one of the tourist destinations that is quite popular among tourists. Kuningan has many potential tourism object whether it is natural tourism, history, jiarah, and artificial. To find tourism destinations, tourists are usually looking at search engine applications or tourist maps so it takes a long time. To facilitate tourists in finding tourist destinations, it needs an application. The application that will be developed based on preliminary research held at Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan. Mobile-based application is needed in finding the location of tourissm objects and it provides descriptions of attractions, and facilities that exist in the tourism object. It is created only to show the location of existing tourism object in Kuningan Regency. In finding the closest route, it will be displayed in the form of maps. Tourists can choose the location of tourist attractions and initial location of tourists, then the system will display the results of the existing route on the maps. And in this application is also available services to find the location of tourists using GPS technology. And the author uses Dijkstra algorithm to determine the shortest route in finding the route from the initial location to the desired location of the object of tourism. And in the data storage in this application, the author uses MySQL or Apache as a web server in storing data objects and data node,, destination and route concerned with searching the location of the tourist attraction. Abstract

Along with the development era of ease in doing an activity is increasing, such as in fund raising for natural disasters that occur around the environment even in other environments. The fundraising process is commonly done conventionally or by way of direct descent into the street. The conventional fundraising process has a deficiency in terms of effectiveness because of the large number of members who have to go down the road and the lack of transparency of incoming funds due to no publication of reports, not yet computerized reports of fundraising results. Therefore it is necessary for a media that can assist in the process of fundraising to facilitate the conduct of fundraising. Website creation by implementing Algorithm can improve the function of the website, Revese Colussi Algorithm as String Matching Algorithm can be implemented in a search in website so that search can be more effective. Research methodology of software development used in this research is RUP (Rational Unified Process). In this peneliltian writer using PHP programming language with Dream Weaver as its editor, besides writer use PHP MySQL as database. Abstract

The development of technology on mobile phones is now developed by using Android operating system technology. Android is an operating system for mobile phones based on Linux operating system that is Open Source. With today's mobile technology, we can easily use it as one tool that can help in everyday life. Mobile phone can be used as a fun learning media, it is well known as Mobile Learning (m-Learning). Mobile Learning is the next generation of e-Learning and based on mobile devices. Mobile learning is a learning model that utilizes information and communication technology. In the application that the author created contains about complementary means of learning systems to support especially on the history of Islamic culture that is knowledge about the history of Islam. Which is presented using the tools of mobile and android technology where students can get the material, working on the matter gets the value. with media aids such as android based smartphones. Abstract

ABSTRAK Assessment of tourism object is a process where the Department of Kuningan tourism and culture can evaluate and decide easily its rank based on some criterias in the tourism object. It can give information to society about the tourism object relating to its quality and facility. So it is necessary to facilitate the development of information technology in assessing tourism system. One of information technology is Decision Support System ( DSS ). Decision Support System is a set computer based procedure for processing and assessment to help managers to make decisions. Decision-makin in this case is to help decision makers to choose various alternative decision as the result of information processing that is obtained or available. The writer uses Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) because this method is one method of solving problems with  priority level.
