Abstract

This research aims to find there is influence of working area, model of teaching learning, and working discipline towards working produktivity of certification teacher in SMK Negeri Kecamatan Metro Timur at the year of 2012/2013. The population is all certification teacher in SMK Negeri Kecamatan Metro Timur that consisted of 101 teachers which the sample is 81 teachers. Simple linier regression used for testing hypothesis 1, 2, 3, and for testing hypothesis 4 by using multiple linier regression. From the analysis was found that: (1) there was influence of working area towards working productivity of certification teacher about 39,9%. (2) there was influence model of teaching learning towards working productivity of certification teacher about 40,4%. (3) there was influence of working discipline towards working productivity of certification teacher about 38,6%. (4) there was influence of working area, model of teaching learning, and working discipline towards working productivity of certification about 60,3%.Keywords: Working Area, Model of Teaching Learning, Working Discipline, and Productivity of Certification Teacher.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of student activity in the organization and discipline of learning to learning achievement (Great Point Academic) of students in the odd semester on student activity in Islamic Guidance and Counseling forum of Teacher Training and Education Faculty Lampung University year 2013/2014. This research used descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and surveys. Probability sampling technique was used with Random Sampling using Cochran formula. To test the hypothesis, it was using Product Moment Correlation and Multiple. Based on analysis of data it obtained: (1) there is a relationship activity in organization with student learning achievement (Great Point Academic), (2) there is a relationship disciplinary learning with student learning achievement (Great Point Academic), (3) there is a relationship of the student activity in the organization and discipline learning with student learning achievement (Great Point Academic).Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi) mahasiswa semester ganjil pada unit kegiatan mahasiswa forum pembinaan dan pengkajian islam fkip unila tahun periode 2013/2014. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Teknik sampling dengan probability random sampling menggunakan rumus cochran. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment dan Multiple . Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh : (1) ada hubungan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi dengan prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi) , (2) ada hubungan disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi), (3) ada hubungan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi ).Kata kunci: aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi, disiplin belajar, prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of supervision, compensation and work discipline towards performance of certified teacher. Method of research used descriptive verification and questionnaire as instrument. Analysis technique used simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed (1) There is influence of supervision to performance of certified teacher, (2) There is influence of compensation to performance of certified teacher, (3) There is influence of work discipline to performance of certified teacher, (4) There is influence of supervision, compensation, and work discipline to performance of certified teacher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen.Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (2) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (4) Ada pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, kinerja, kompensasi, pengawasan

Abstract

This research aims to know difference of learning outcomes between students of grade VIII SMPN 3 Natar who are learned using NHT model with GI model. This research was clasified as an experimental research with comparative approach. Population in this research is 188 students and samples 76 students (2classes) were taken by using cluster random sampling. The results of research showed: (1) There is difference in learning outcomes between students who are learning using NHT model with GI model. (2) The average in learning outcomes is taught using a model of learning NHT model is higher than that taught using the GI model for students who have low achievement motivation. (3) The average in learning outcomes is taught using a model of learning NHT model is lower than that taught using the GI model for studenst who have high achievement motivation. (4) There is interaction between model of learning and achievement motivation of students in learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi antara siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Natar yang diajarkan menggunakan model NHT dan GI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 188 siswa dan sampel 76 siswa (2kelas) diambil dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model NHT dengan model GI. (2) Rata-rata hasil belajar yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran GI bagi siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah. (3) Rata-rata hasil belajar yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT lebih rendah dibandingkan yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran GI bagi siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi. Abstract

This study aimed to whether there is an influence parental knowledge about compulsory education, availability of home study and teaching capabilities of teachers to the learning outcomes of IPS Integrated eighth grade students. The population is 158 students with a sample of 113 students, which is taken by random sampling technique. The technique used to collect the data were observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. To test this hypothesis one, two, and three using a simple linear regression model and the fourth hypothesis using multiple regression models. Based on data analysis results show that: (1)There is the influence of parental knowledge about compulsory education learning outcomes IPS Integrated eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung. (2)There is the influence of availability of home study learning outcomes IPS Integrated eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung. (3)There is the influence of teachers' ability to teach social studies learning outcomes Integrated eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung. (4)There is the influence of parental knowledge about compulsory education, ketersediaaan means of learning at home and teaching capabilities of teachers to the learning outcomes of IPS Integrated eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning environments on learning outcomes of economic semester of ten grade student of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Academic Year 2013/2014. The method used in this research is descriptive approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The population in this study amounted to 235 students and a sample of 148 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed by computer through SPSS version 16. The first and second hypotheses testing using simple linear regression formula, while the third hypothesis using multiple linear regression formula. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes of economic semester of ten grade student of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Academic Year 2013/2014. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of learning environments on learning outcomes of economic semester of ten grade student of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Academic Year 2013/2014. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation and learning environments on learning outcomes of economic semester of ten grade student of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Academic Year 2013/2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Tahun Pejaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 235 siswa dan sampel 148 siswa. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket dan diolah dengan komputer melalui program SPSS versi 16. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana, sedangkan hipotesis ketiga menggunakan rumus regresi linier multiple. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Tahun Pejaran 2013/2014. (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Tahun Pejaran 2013/2014. (3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pringsewu Tahun Pejaran 2013/2014. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, lingkungan belajar, dan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to know differences achievement of economics and the effectiveness of learning models CM and MaM by considering the form of questions. The research method is comparative with quasi-experimental approach. The results showed: (1)there are differences in achievement between the learning models CM with MaM; (2)no differences average achievement were tested using essay questions with multiple choice; (3)there is an interaction between learning model with the form of questions; (4)the average of study result used learning model CM which was higher than model MaM if it was tested using essay; (5)the average of study result used learning model CM which was lower than model MaM if it was tested using essay; (6)the average of study result used essay was higher than those are used multiple choice in the CM learning; (7)the average of study result used essay was lower than those are used multiple choice in the MaM learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi dan efektifitas model pembelajaran tipe CM dan MaM dengan mempertimbangkan bentuk soal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1)ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran tipe CM dengan MaM; (2)tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar yang dites menggunakan soal esai dengan pilihan ganda; (3)ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan bentuk soal; (4)rata-rata hasil belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe CM lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran MaM jika dites menggunakan soal esai; (5)rata-rata hasil belajar pada model pembelajaran tipe CM lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran MaM jika dites menggunakan soal pilihan ganda; (6)rata-rata hasil belajar menggunakan soal esai lebih tinggi dibandingkan soal pilihan ganda pada pembelajaran CM; (7)rata-rata hasil belajar menggunakan soal esai lebih rendah dibandingkan soal pilihan ganda pada pembelajaran MaM. Kata kunci: cm, hasil belajar, mam, soal.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine whether there is a difference between the use of problem-based instruction and make a match models against students' economic learning outcomes and to determine differences in the effectiveness of the use of problem based instruction learning model and make a match the learning outcomes of economics class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberjaya. The method used in this study is the method of comparative research with experimental approaches. The test results of the first hypothesis with ANOVA test obtained Sig. 0.0160.05 indicates that there are differences between students' economic learning outcomes with treatment of problem based learning model of instruction and make a match learning models. As for the second hypothesis with manual calculations using formulas obtained results is 1.02, which means that the effectiveness of the use of problem-based instruction model is more effective than make a match models.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan antara penggunaan model problem based instruction dan make a match terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran model problem based instruction dan make a match pada hasil belajar ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberjaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Hasil uji hipotesis yang pertama dengan uji Anava diperoleh Sig. 0,016 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi antara siswa dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran problem based instruction dan model pembelajaran make a match. Sedangkan untuk hipotesis kedua dengan perhitungan manual menggunakan rumus diperoleh hasil keefektifan adalah 1,02 yang artinya penggunaan model problem based instruction lebih efektif dibandingkan model make a match.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, make a match, problem based instruction

Abstract

This research aim to know the influence of parent attention, student perception about teacher skill of teacher in teaching and learning activity to IPS Terpadu. Method used in this research is descriptive method of verifikatif with the approach of ex post facto and survey. Abstract

The background of this research is the result of studying economics which still relatively low. The objective of the research was to know the differences result of learning economics at the tenth grade social studies of SMAN 13 Bandar Lampung and which the model that is more effective between the cooperative learning model of TAI and TGT. The population on this research were 160 students and 79 students as sample (2 class) taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The design of this research was pretest-posttest only control design. The collection of data through observation, interview, documentation and test. The data analysis technique used t-test polled varians and effectiveness of N-Gain. The result of the research showed: (1) There is the differences in the result of studying economics which used cooperative learning model of TAI and TGT and (2) The cooperative learning model of TAI is more effective than TGT.Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar Ekonomi yang masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 13 Bandar Lampung dan model mana yang lebih efektif antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dan TGT. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 siswa dan sampel 79 siswa (2 kelas) diambil dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling.
