Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dapat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek permasalahan terutama masalah keuangan. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi masalah keuangan terbentuk dari pengambilan keputusan yang dapat berdampak bagi pengelolaan keuangan. Faktor tersebut adalah literasi keuangan, gaya hidup, dan status sosial ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, gaya hidup, dan status sosial ekonomi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Tehnik sampel yang digunakan adalah tehnik purposive sampling melalui soal tes dan kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keunagn, gaya hidup dan status sosial ekonomi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, literasi keuangan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan keuangan, gaya hidup secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Status sosial ekonomi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

Kesehatan anak adalah prioritas utama dalam pembangunan suatu negara. Stunting adalah kondisi kekurangan gizi kronis sejak masa kehamilan hingga 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Menurut Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) prevalensi Kabupaten Ponorogo turun di angka 14,2% pada tahun 2022 dibandingkan tahun 2021 yang mencapai angka 21%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2023 prevalensi turun menjadi 13,1%. Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di lima desa penanganan stunting di Kabupaten Ponorogo yaitu, Desa Karangpatihan, Desa Binade, Desa Paringan, Desa Wagir Kidul, dan Desa Pudak Wetan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu balita (12-59 bulan) dengan jumlah sampel 105 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Univariat dan analisis Bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pendapatan keluarga dengan kejadian stunting pada balita (p=0.003<0.05), tidak ada hubungan akses air minum dengan kejadian stunting (p=0.456>0.05), tidak ada hubungan kepemilikan jamban keluarga dengan kejadian stunting (p=0.502>0.05), tidak ada hubungan bantuan sosial dengan kejadian stunting (p=0.842>0.05), dan ada hubungan jaminan layanan kesehatan dengan kejadian stunting (p=0.044<0.05). Pemerintah disarankan untuk intervensi pada program peningkatan pendapatan keluarga, memperkuat jaminan kesehatan, dan meninjau efektivitas bantuan sosial dalam upaya mengurangi stunting. Layanan kesehatan juga diharapkan lebih proaktif dalam edukasi, penyuluhan dan pencegahan stunting. Selain itu, kerjasama dengan program kesejahteraan sosial diperlukan untuk membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the behavior of UMSIDA Financial Management Study Program Batch 2022 students as consumers in relation to financial literacy, self-control, and religion. Ninety-seven students of the UMSIDA Financial Management Study Program Batch 2022 were used as research respondents. SPSS 22 software was used as an analytical tool, and statistical calculations were carried out in the form of validity and reliability tests. Traditional assumption tests (heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality tests), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing in the form of t, F, and coefficient of determination (R²) tests are some of the techniques used in data analysis. The study findings on financial literacy have a major impact on the way people shop. Consumer behavior is strongly influenced by self-control. Religiosity has a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Simultaneously financial literacy, self-control and religiosity have a significant effect on consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan perkoperasian terhadap partisipasi aktif anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa di Kota Banjarmasin. Masalah difokuskan rendahnya tingkat partisipasi aktif anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kontribusi anggota melalui pendidikan perkoperasian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling sebanyak 219 anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa di Kota Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner kepada anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa serta dengan mengambil referensi dari jurnal, buku dan sumber relevan lainnya. Analisis instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rasch Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara pendidikan perkoperasian terhadap partisipasi aktif anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa di Kota Banjarmasin sebesar 19%. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diketahui nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan perkoperasian (X) berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi aktif anggota (Y) Koperasi Mahasiswa di Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions in Maera Indonesia’s online shop. The author investigated using quantitative research methods with a total of 38 respondents. The collection of data obtained in this study by disseminating likert scale questionnaires distributed to consumers and Maera Indonesia partniers. Thie author usies data analysis tiechniquies such as validity, rieliability, normality, hietierocadastisity, simplie liniear riegriession, dietiermination coiefficiients, and tiest-t. Thie data obtainied is prociessied using SPSS 22 by thie author. Basied on thie riesults of thie study using thie t tiest obtainied a count r valuie of 7,856 > r tablie 2,037 and also dietierminied a valuie of significancie is 0,000 < 0,05 which mieans that thie bound variablie is affiectied by thie frieie variablie. According to thie tiest riesults dietiermination coiefficiient obtains a R-squaried valuie of 63.2%. Thierieforie, basied on thie analysis carriied out thien it can bie concludied that thie purchasie diecision is influenced by the promotion.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the influence of training on the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah, (2) determine the influence of professionalism on the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah, (3) determine whether the perception ease of use can mediate the influence of training on the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah, and (4) determine whether the perception ease of use mediates the influence of professionalism on the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah in Junior High Schools in Central Java. This research was conducted quantitatively using path analysis with SEM-PLS. The population of this study comprises junior high schools that use the e-procurement application SIPLah, with a sample size of 392 schools in Central Java. The results of the study indicate that (1) Training has a significant effect on the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah with a p-value of 0,009, (2) Professionalism significantly affects the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah with a p-value of 0,008, (3) The perception of ease does not mediate the effect of training on the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah with a p-value of 0,075, and (4) The perception of ease significantly mediates the effect of professionalism on the use of the e-procurement application SIPLah with a p-value of 0,000.

Abstract

Due to the difficulty of families finding a livelihood to support their economy, they must continue to improve their quality of life in various ways. At this point, PT Pegadaian provides various solutions to make it easier for people when they need funds quickly, safely, and easily. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing public interest in the Fast Secure Credit (KCA) pawn product at PT Pegadaian UPC Warujayeng Nganjuk East Java. The researcher used quantitative research with a case study type. The results of the study showed that there were several factors that influenced public interest in the KCA Pawn product at PT Pegadaian UPC Warujayeng, including product quality, promotion, service quality, customer satisfaction, location, and knowledge. Not only that, the most dominant factor influencing public interest in the Pawn product at UPC Warujayeng is the quality of the service itself.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of institutional ownership, accounting conservatism, and sales growth on partial and simultaneous (together) tax avoidance in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018–2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative research and uses data sources in the form of annual reports on food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018–2022 period. The data collection technique uses documentation and literature study methods, and data analysis is calculated using the Eviews Version 12 software program. The results of this research are that institutional ownership partially has no effect on tax avoidance, accounting conservatism partially has an effect on tax avoidance, and partial sales growth has no effect on tax avoidance, jointly (simultaneously) institutional ownership, accounting conservatism, and sales growth influence tax avoidance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus mencari tahu dampak akibat adanya Ketergantungan Keuangan, Pertumbuhan PDRB, dan Belanja Operasi terhadap Fiscal Stress. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu provinsi di SUMBAGSEL yang terdiri dari 5 provinsi dari tahun 2013-2022. Data penelitian bersumber dari Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) provinsi di SUMBAGSEL tahun 2013-2022. Teknik analisis yang dipakai yaitu analisis SEM PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian r-square variabel Ketergantungan Keuangan, Pertumbuhan PDRB, dan Belanja Operasi secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap Fiscal Stress. Hasil pengujian path coefisients variabel Ketergantungan Keuangan dan Pertumbuhan PDRB secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fiscal stress. Sedangkan Belanja Operasi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap fiscal stress.

Abstract

CV. Parikesit is one of the leather bag artisan industries located in the INTAKO Tanggulangin area. The purpose of this study was to determine the Marketing Strategy in Maintaining the Existence of the Bag Craftsman Industry in Tanggulanin (Case Study of CV. Parikesit). Approach this research method uses descriptive qualitative methods so that data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the marketing strategy in maintaining the existence of CV. Parikesit uses 3 ways, namely product marketing strategies, strategies in processing raw materials, and labor management. In marketing its products CV. Parikesit does 2 ways of selling, namely through offline and online. In managing raw materials CV. Parikesit uses 2 leather materials, namely genuine leather derived from cowhide and synthetic leather derived from the remaining raw materials for shoes, by using 2 different skins it can produce products with different selling values. In the labor management of CV employees. Parikesit, like what the owner of CV. Parikesit by organizing 2 classes of employees in his business, namely daily workers and piecework. Daily workers who work 6 days a week who will work on all orders according to the target and the specified deadline, while for piecework workers who work on products only on demand
