Abstract

Salah satu penyakit yang menyita perhatian yang besar dalam dunia media adalah Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Pengobatan ARV bertujuan mengurangi laju penularan HIV di masyarakat, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian, dan memperbaiki kualitas hidup orang dengan HIV dan AIDS (ODHA). Terdapat persoalan seperti lamanya respon dan pendamping dikarenakan proses pendataan di layanan secara manual. Mengurangi penggunaan kertas dalam melakukan pendaftaran dan resep obat, belum adanya sistem yang mengelola berbasis website dan telegram yang diterapkan untuk melakukan sistem pengingat secara visual untuk mempermudah ke lima aktor yaitu pasien, admin (layanan), dokter, dan pendamping dalam penginputan data, Pada tahap pengujian aplikasi, terdapat pengujian aplikasi yaitu pengujian dengan black box testing. Metode black box testing menguji fungsi yang terdapat pada aplikasi seperti login, menu dashboard untuk menampilkan halaman utama berisi informasi jumlah dokter, pendamping, pasien vct dan arv, menu management user untuk mengelola user atau pengguna aplikasi, menu jadwal reservasi untuk mengelola jadwal reservasi pasien, sub menu kirim pesan untuk mengirim pesan ke pasien tentang jadwal reservasi melalui perantara telegram, sub menu pesan masuk menerima data pendaftaran reservasi dari pasien melalui perantara telegram, menu daftar pasien untuk validasi pasien dan resep obat, menu daftar ambil obat untuk apotek menerima resep obat dari dokter.

Abstract

Independence in students will influence student achievement at school, one effort is to increase student learning independence through learning changes by implementing the group investigation (GI) type cooperative learning model. This research aims to determine the effect of the group investigation type cooperative learning model in increasing student learning independence at SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique, namely 260 students. The data analysis technique uses SMART PLS Version 3.2.9. The results of the research found that there was a positive and significant influence between the application of the investigative group type cooperative learning model on the learning independence of students at SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of village unit cooperative administrators in Barito Kuala Regency. Descriptive quantitative research method with a sample of 37 administrators. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, classical assumption analysis, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, it shows that organizational culture affects performance. A good organizational culture can be achieved by implementing work rules that must be obeyed by all administrators, being thorough, results-oriented, establishing good cooperation between administrators, providing encouragement and assistance to fellow administrators and appreciating every achievement that has been successfully carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using learning media on the learning interest of class X students at SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with descriptive quantitative type using questionnaire and documentation methods and the sample used is students in classes X-3 and X-4 with a total of 78 people. The validity test used in this research uses the validity test itself using the Product Moment (Pearson) correlation formula and uses the Cronbach Alpha reliability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is to test the prerequisites for analysis using the normality test, while for hypothesis testing using a simple regression analysis formula, and partial testing (T test). Based on the research results, it was concluded that the classroom-based learning media variable had a significant influence on students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of cooperatives in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit, especially in the administrators and members of school cooperatives in SMAN Banjarmasin City. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique as many as 163 people consisting of administrators and members of school cooperatives. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires to administrators and members of school cooperatives and by taking references from journals, books and other relevant sources. Instrument analysis in this study used the Rasch Model. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption analysis, simple regression analysis and partial test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence between the role of cooperatives on the entrepreneurial spirit of the administrators and members of school cooperatives in Banjarmasin City High School.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of Financial Literacy, Hedonic Lifestyle, and Locus of Control on the Financial Behavior of Lambung Mangkurat University Students. This problem focuses on the low level of financial literacy among students, which is exacerbated by a hedonistic lifestyle culture. As a result, students have a low locus of control, which causes less wise financial behavior. Data was collected through observation and questionnaires, then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research were students at Lambung Mangkurat University. The research with a sample of 260 respondents. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The research results show that there is a positive impact between Financial Literacy, Hedonic Lifestyle, and Locus of Control on the Financial Behavior of Lambung Mangkurat University Students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan investasi dan modal minimal terhadap minat investasi saham mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP ULM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi di FKIP ULM. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 136 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, riset kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi saham. Semakin tinggi pengetahuan investasi mahasiswa maka minat investasi saham akan semakin tinggi. Variabel modal minimal berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi saham mahasiswa. Semakin kecil modal minimal yang diperlukan untuk memulai investasi maka minat investasi saham mahasiswa akan semakin tinggi. Secara simultan pengetahuan investasi dan modal minimal berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi saham mahasiswa. Semakin tinggi pengetahuan investasi dan diiringi dengan modal minal investasi yang rendah mengakibatkan minat investasi saham mahasiswa semakin tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the accounting literacy level of MSMEs actors in the wetlands area in preparing financial statements. The Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI) has been provided an accounting standard to MSMEs actors in Indonesia. The financial accounting standard of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) designed by IAI aims to guide MSMEs actor in preparing financial reports and assisting in access banking. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through interviews with MSMEs actor in the wetlands area. Their core business is carried out in producing sago palms into wet sago in Pemakuan Village, Banjar Regency. The businessman produces sago palms into wet sago to become characteristics of the region. However, in fact, they still cannot develop better as long as limited access to banks. The results of the study stated that MSMEs actors in the wetlands area did not have knowledge in preparing financial statements. The businessman of MSMEs in Pemakuan village did not record the process of credits and debits at all. They consider that it is difficult to do bookkeeping such as recording credits and debits. Moreover, a low level of education greatly affects the assessment of the importance of recording financial activities. The SAK EMKM, which set on 1 st January 2018, will be difficult to implement by the actors of micro, small and medium enterprises that have been ratified by the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants. Abstract

The size of agricultural land ownership is a crucial asset for farmers in achieving abundant harvests. Smallholder Palm Oil Plantations are owned by farmers with limited harvest scales. Small farmers often face challenges in meeting their daily needs and acquiring agricultural inputs. This dilemma in the lives of small farmers prompted the researcher to delve deeper into their existence and the strategies they can employ to create economic resilience. This study adopts a qualitative case study approach to investigate the phenomenon in depth. The findings indicate that small farmers owning less than 2 hectares of land need to enhance their capacity to optimize available resources. Additionally, the minimal agricultural yields necessitate the development of new economic sectors and innovations in sustainable agricultural systems.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan kebersihan lingkungan dan penataan lingkungan berupa pemasangan penanda batas wilayah di desa Bawahan Pasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini ada 4 Tahap yaitu: Persiapan, Sosialisasi, Pelaksanaan serta Evaluasi dan Monitoring. Hasil dari Pengabdian ini bahwa pelaksanaan Gerakan kebersihan lingkungan yang dilaksanakan dibeberapa titik dapat membuat lingkungan desa lebih bersih, sehat dan nyaman serta pembuatan penanda batas wilayah membuat Masyarakat tau akan wilayah RT nya masing – masing sehingga diharapakan memiliki kesadaran akan tanggungjawab di wilayahnya masing – masing. Dengan komitmen bersama, diharapkan kedua inisiatif ini dapat terus berlanjut dan menjadi bagian integral dalam pembangunan dan pemeliharaan lingkungan.
