Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tiap-tiap variabel pada experiential marketing, yaitu sense, feel, think, act, dan relate terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Waroeng Steak and Shake Cabang Sisingamangaraja Medan. Sampel sebanyak 96 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu pelanggan yang sudah melakukan pembelian lebih dari satu kali. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji determinasi (R2). Uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan vaiabel yang terdapat dalam experiential marketing yaitu sense, feel, think, act, dan relate bernilai positif. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, diketahui bahwa variabel yang termasuk dalam experiential marketing yaitu sense, feel, think, berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. sedangkan act, dan relate berpengaruh secara parsial tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Waroeng Steak and Shake Cabang Sisingamangaraja Medan. Hasil uji F sebesar 124,512 menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan atau serempak variabel yang termasuk dalam experiential marketing  secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil R2 menunjukkan bahwa 87,4% variabel independen sense, feel, think, act, dan relate mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan waroeng steak and shake cabang sisingamangaraja medan. Kata kunci : Experiential Marketing, Sense, Feel, Think, Act, Relate, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and can explain the influence of price and facilities on Tourist Tourist Decision In Tourism Object Bukit Gibeon Ajibata District Toba Samosir. The population in this study is 143,769 tourists determined from the number of visitors Bukit Gibeon Tourism Object in the period of one year, and the sample used amounted to 100 visitors. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression used questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to samples (respondents) and collecting them back for processing. Data analysis technique used is data quality test and classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and R2 test. Data analysis of each variable is obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 4,202 + 0,320 X1 + 0,652 X2 + e. Obtained R2 equal to 0,349 which mean X1 and X2 explain influence to variable Y equal to 34,9% while rest 65,1% explained variable outside company. The partial test resulted by each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.05, and the result of simultaneous-test calculation is 26,024 with F table 3.09 which means F count > F table with level of significant (α) < 0.05, which means the accepted hypothesis that Price and Facilities together have a significant effect on Tourist Visits Decision. Thus it can be concluded that Price and Facilities have a positive effect on Tourist Visits Decision In Tourism Object Gibeon Bukit Ajibata District Toba Samosir. Keywords: Price, Facilities, and Tourist Visiting Decision

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of bankruptcy which uses a model Altman Z-Score 1983 once studied the effect of variable ratio of Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (X2), Earnings Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (X3), Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Total Debt (X4), and Sales to Total Assets (X5) against bankruptcy for companies that went bankrupt or for companies that are not bankrupt by the number of samples (purposive sampling as a sampling technique ) as many as 15 companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial ratios Altman model to explain the companys financial condition foods and beverages as a first step in anticipation of bankruptcy. The analysis method in this research is to perform calculations using the Altman Z-Score Revised (1983) and multinomial logit analysis. Testing is done with the first models prerequisite analysis, testing normality with the overall result is a variable based test One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicated that the model in an abnormal position with evidence of significant data α > 0.05. Second, the test results with the results multikolinieritas with VIF < 10 and the tolerance level of > 0.1 indicates that our model is free from the problems of multicollinearity. This is consistent with the assumption multinomial logit analysis that does not require the classical assumption that multinomial logit analysis can proceed. The results of this study are the calculations that have been done, that there are 10 companies in the category of Grey Area and 5 companies in the category is not bankrupt. Seen as a whole has a classification of 95%, while the remaining 5% indicates that bankruptcy is explained by other variables other than those examined in this study In this study the variable ratio of Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Total Debt and Sales to Total Assets have influence significantly to the bankruptcy analysis. So that this research model is Z-Score = Ln (P1/P0) = -149.589 + 117,603BVEBVD + 33,029STA and Z-Score = Ln (P2/P0) = -117.301 + 111,623BVEBVD + 21,657STA Keywords: Bankruptcy, Multinomial Logit Analysis, Financial Ratios Altman Z-Score Model Of Revision.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Customer Value at the Visitor Satisfaction  at Hairos Waterpark Medan. Based on the results of pre-study to do an interview to Manager Hairos Waterpark Medan, the population in this study is that consumers who visit with the average number of 3,468 per month. Accindental sampling using sampling with a sample of 97 people visitors .The test used is the test data quality and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, f test and t test. Validity of test results obtained t> t table for each item reliability test questions and questionnaires obtained a Cronbach alpha of each variable is 0.792 for the variable X1, 0.698 for X2 and 0.605 for the variable Y. This value is greater than the level that is significantly rtabel 0.361. The data analysis of each variable regression equation Y = 9.618 + 0.256 X1 + 0.216 X2 + e. Retrieved R2 of 0.234, which means the X1 and X2 explain the effect on variable Y by 23.4% while the remaining 76.6% is explained variables outside the company. The resulting partial test each independent variables affect the dependent variable with research significance less than 0.05, and the results of the test-simultaneous calculation of 14.369 with Ftable 3.09 which means Fresult> F table with a level of significant (α) 0,000 <0, 05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted that the quality of service and customer value together significant effect on visitor satisfaction hairos waterpark attractions terrain. Keyword : Service Quality, Customer Value, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian  kompensasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Pegadaian(Persero) Kanwil 1 Medan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 56 karyawan PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil 1 Medan. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel digunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus, artinya keseluruhan populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Dan tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji kualitas data, uji Asumsi Klasik,  Uji Hipotesis, dan regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian Regresi Linear Berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi (X1) dan pelatihan ( X2 ) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan signifikansi 0,001 dengan koefisien determinasi ( R2 ) sebesar 2,09 ( 20,9%). Secara simultan dan parsial, kedua variabel yaitu kompensasi (X1) dan Pelatihan (X2) juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat  signifikansi  masing- masing 0,43 dan 0,27. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil 1 Medan. Dan variabel pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil 1 Medan. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk dan nilai emosional terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Ucok Durian Medan.Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah 2000 orang, teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui angket (Kuesioner) yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala Likert dan diolah secara statistik dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan struktural Y=a+b1X1+b2X2+b3X3+e serta diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 19.0 for windows. Dari hasil analisis data maka diperoleh persamaan analisis regresi linear berganda Y=1,130+0,332X1+0,329X2+0,377X3+e. Kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat diketahui dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan hasi sebesar 49,4% yang artinya loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan dengan kualitas produk, lokasi dan nilai emosional dan sisanya sebesar 50,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji F dengan nilai Fhitung (29,653) > Ftabel (2,705).Dari hasil perhitungan diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas produk, lokasi dan nilai emosional berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Ucok durian Medan.Secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai thitung> tyaitu 6,833 > 1,986, lokasi terhadap loyalitas 2,003 > 1,986 dan nilai emosional terhadap loyalitas pelanggan 2,027 > 1,986. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima yaitu ada pengaruh kualitas produk, lokasi dan nilai emosional secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Ucok Durian Medan. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Nilai Emosional, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

This research aims to identify and explain the effect of security, trust, and perceived risk in online purchase decisions at the college student of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. either partially or simultaneously.This research conducted at Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. Sample size of this research is 96 respondents. College student who become respondents came from the Departments of Management, Department of Economics, and Department of Accounting. Data collection technique used was through a questionnaire which was measure using Likert scale and statistically analyzed using multiple regression analysis with  structural education Y=a+b1X1+b2X2+b3X3+e and processed with SPSS for windows 23.00.The result showed that the security (X1), trust (X2), and perceived risk (X3) simultaneously significantly influence the purchase decision (Y). This is evident from the calculated Fvalue of 18.723 and Ftable of 2,70, so the Fvalue of 18.723 > Ftable of 2,70 of the significance α = 5%. Where the influence of the variable security, trust, and perceived risk in the purchase decisions is 37,9% as indicated by the value of R square is 0.379. while the partial security has a influence on purchasing decisions with the tvalue> ttable is 2,655 > 1,985, trust has a influence on purchasing decisions with the tvalue> ttable is 3,331 > 1,985, but perceived risk has not a influence on purchasing decisions with the tvalue<  ttable is -1.096 < 1,985. Structural equation of the model at can be made with Y=1,595+0,252X1+0,359X2-0,095X3+e. Key Word: Security, Trust, Perceived Risk And Online Purchase Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the Influence Influence Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan.This research was conducted at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan in the academic year 2014, with a population of 255 employees and a sample totaling 72 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, and questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha test, and validity tested questionnaire with product moment correlation test. In this study, whole grains valid questionnaires. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 16, the obtained path analysis Y = 0.354 +0.600 x_1 x_2 +0.125. to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the coefficient of determination with simultaneous use 87.5% with significant results using the F test. These results indicate that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction of employees simultaneously at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan of 87.5%. Effect of Transformational Leadership Style partially on employee job satisfaction was 12.5% significantly by using T test. Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment partially on employee job satisfaction significantly by 36.0% by using the test T. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembinaan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada karyawan pengguna komputer dengan sistem operasi Ubuntu di PT. Pegadaian [Persero] Kanwil I Medan). Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I Medan.Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 responden.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh/ sensus, artinya seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala Likert dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan persamaan Y=a+b1X1+b2X2+b3X3+e melalui program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel pembinaan (X1), pelatihan (X2), dan pengembangan (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini terlihat dari Fhitung=18,723 dan Ftabel=2,975, sehingga Fhitung>Ftabelsignifikansi 0,000. Besar pengaruh variabel pembinaan, pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 69,2% ditunjukkan dengan nilai R2  yaitu 0,692. Sedangkan secara parsial pembinaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung>ttabel yaitu 2,077>2,056 signifikansi 0,038<0,05, pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung>ttabel yaitu 2,951>2,056 signifikansi 0,007<0,05, dan variabel pengembangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan  thitung>ttabel yaitu 2,092>2,056 signifikansi 0,046<0,05. Persamaan struktural Y=-2,136+0,178X1+0,583X2+0,373X3. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan pembinaan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada karyawan pengguna komputer dengan sistem operasi Ubuntu di PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Incentives and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan. The research was conducted on PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan with a population of as many as 40 people with using total sampling. Data collection techniques used were through questionnaires (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to a sample (respondents) and collect them again. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data were regressed in the first test of association between the independent variable data to test for normality, multicollinearity, and heterocedasticity. To determine the contribution of factor incentives and discipline to employee performance used formula coefficient of determination (R2). The result showed obtained that by the regression equation Y = 6,505 + 0,532 X1 + 0,247 X2+ e. And showed that  simultaneous incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan, where the value of F count = 15,215 > F table = 3,24 with level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,05. Coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0,451 means that the influence of incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan 45,1% and the remining 54,9% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the research that there is a positive and significant effect of incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan.            Keywords: Incentives, Discipline, Employee Performance
