In performing pencak silat, speed is needed. This study aims to determine the effect of modification exercises directional hand movement on the punch speed in pencak silat. The method used was an experiment with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study was 32 students (20.15+0.84) at the Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the exercise modification of directional hand movement improve the punch speed in pencak silat. The t value = 8,258, with df = 31, and the p-value = 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in the speed of the punches through the modification of the exercise directional hand movement. This can be an input for coaches and sports teachers as a reference for variations in exercise in increasing the physical component of speed in martial arts.

This review article was conducted to provide an overview of sports activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is the method of literature study or literature review. Literature study is a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording, and managing research material. This technique is carried out with the aim of expressing various theories that are relevant to the problem being studied as reference material in the discussion of research results. In a search carried out through Boolean Operators using the keyword “Sport and Covid-19†on the website produced 273 findings, then narrowed by 2020, free full text found 206 findings, then narrowed back to journal articles, human species, English language, found there are 61 findings. After that the data obtained is excluded according to the needs of researchers so that they get 5 data articles. Research results show that many large-scale sports activities must be stopped, but exercise also has a positive impact on increasing endurance or immunity so that the body can strengthen itself from viruses or bacteria.

This study aims to analyze the learning process in rhythmic gymnastics courses for the Physical and Recreational Education Study Program of the Nahdlatul Ulama University Lampung as a basis for developing electronic module teaching materials for rhythmic gymnastics courses. This research method refers to the stages of the Borg and Gall development model. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students and interviewing lecturers of rhythmic gymnastics courses. Data analyzed descriptively. The results showed that on average 90% of students have a high interest in learning rhythmic gymnastics courses, but students have not been well facilitated in their learning. So that 100% of students say that it needs to develop electronic module teaching materials in rhythmic gymnastics courses. Also, the learning of rhythmic gymnastics courses takes place well, but learning has not used an innovative and interesting learning model that can clarify the material presented and based on developing technology to facilitate student’s understanding of the material independently. Thus the need to improve teaching materials in the form of electrical modules in rhythmic gymnastics courses

Currently, physical education learning is experiencing a dilemma caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, so teachers must be able to improvise and be creative in creating distance learning models so that learning can be adequately conveyed to students. The purpose of this study was to examine the creativity and strategies of physical education teachers in improving the quality of student learning outcomes to maintain the continuity of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects, namely Physical Education teachers and students of Wonosobo Public Senior High School 1. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the form of physical education teacher strategies in improving the quality of online learning during the COVID-19 outbreak was by using the method of publishing the work of students. This method is proven effective and can increase students’ interest, motivation to learn, stimulate student discipline, and can make it easier for teachers to make assessments. The obstacle in this research is that not all students get the same facilities from their parents, both in terms of learning facilities and infrastructure at home

This study aims to determine students’ perceptions about the use of multimedia learning based on (1) students’ perceptions of students’ teaching styles, (2) the use of technology in learning, (3) the usefulness of technology in learning, (4) the need for multimedia development. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that (1) students’ perceptions of learning styles obtained a value of 72.81%, with a good category (2) The use of interactive multimedia in learning 92.14%, very good (3) the usefulness of interactive multimedia in learning 89.64% very useful (4) The need for developing interactive multimedia is 92.50% with the category strongly agree. The results of this study indicate that the students’ perceptions of the development of the interactive multimedia-based single-handed single-handed learning model in the physical education study program at Pgri Palembang University are positive, for that it is necessary to develop a learning model for the basic techniques of interactive multimedia-based pencak silat
