Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see if the two-saddle mold device could be used asa means of training an athlete in overcoming the difficulty of mastering a sirkel movement on the saddle. The study method used samples as many as 16 athletes, 2 gymnasts and 2 equipment experts. Research came up with the prototype two-saddle fungus. Gymnasts claim that 90% of saddle mushroom instruments can be used as a training tool, equipment experts claim that mushrooms are safe for athlete training, and as many as 16 claim that moldings can be used for circular motion exercises. The conclusion can be drawn that an athlete's two-saddle mushroom instrument was effectively constructed for the training of sirkel movements using a saddle horse as well as for the limitations of both the means and the gymnast equipment in central Java.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan servis atas atlet bolavoli putra Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) adalah seluruh atlet Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 24 atlet putra. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 atlet putra setelah menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kekuatan otot lengan dengan menggunakan alat expanding dynamometer dan tes servis atas bolavoli. Data dianalisa berdasarkan teknik korelasi, teknik korelasi yang dipergunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:  terdapatnya hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan servis atas atlet putra bolavoli Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) Pekanbaru

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of sports in terms of the sport development index in Tegal Regency. In this study, the method used was a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach in terms of Sport Development Index (SDI). The research instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. The data obtained were then analyzed using SDI analysis. The data obtained were then analyzed using SDI analysis. The research subjects used a sample of 90 people. The SDI score in Tegal Regency is 0.296 and is in the low category. The government must make policies regarding the development and improvement of the quality and quantity of sports facilities and infrastructure and carry out program planning to encourage and develop recreational sports, such as car-free days in the end. Sports activities such as gymnastics, walking or other recreational sports. activities so that people are more interested in sports activities. People must use the open space for sports wisely and have a sense of each other. In addition, he also uses open space exercises with full responsibility and cares for the environment so that he becomes more comfortable when doing sports activities.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to examine the effects of the dryland training model on swimming performance in youth athletes duning covis-19 pandemic. The covid-19 pandemic affects the physical condition and performance of athletes, therefore these athletes need to maintain physical fitness by continuing to practice even with limitations in carrying out sports activities. The dryland training model was a training on land which aimed to improve physical and performance components in the form of strength, flexibility, agility, aerobic endurance, and speed also as an alternative training model on pandemic situation. The method used in this research is an experimental method (Experimental Design) with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design with a sample of 30 youth athletes (17 male and 13 female) drawn from the population using total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was the 50 meter freestyle swimming test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of the dryland training model on the swimming performance of youth swimming athletes during the covid-19 pandemic and the dryland training model provides an increase in swimming time of 50 meters freestyle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce Bottle Shoot game product as learning of futsal big ball game for junior high students that is adapted by capabilities and characteristics. The method of this R&D research is product development research. The obtained datas of Bottle Shoot game product trials are experts’ questionnaire evaluation and students’ questionnaire forms that contain cognitive aspect  and the observations as affective and psychomotor aspect. The final results from physical education and learning experts of the first trial are  81% and 92%. Reinforced by students’ questionnaires results are 83% of psychomotor, 91.7% of affective, and 89.5% of cognitive. The second trial of three schools  an average percentage that is on the cognitive aspects of 91.7%, 87.4% affective, and psychomotor 77.5%. The average of three schools get 85.5%. Based on the percentage of the trial result  can be concluded that Bottle Shoot game can be used as big ball game learning in futsal for junior high school students in Sampang distric, Cilacap.

Abstract

This study aims to examine several exercises that can be done at home during the Covid 19 pandemic or when practicing social distancing.  Material and methods: This study implements descriptive methods to examine various possible exercises to do at home.  The exercises discussed in this study are easy to do but full of benefits.  In addition, these exercises also do not require special equipment available in gyms.Result: The kinds of exercises discussed in this article include: (1) cardiovascular exercises that aim to improve cardiovascular (heart and blood vessel) fitness and lungs’ respiratory capacity and (2) exercises to strengthen muscles and bones, which aim to promote bone and muscle strengths in order to facilitate us doing activities without any motion problems. Conclusion: there are at least thirteen types of exercises that can be adopted as home-based alternatives of exercises without partner or special equipment.  As has been mentioned, these exercises are improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.  Doing medium-intensity exercises routinely will improve immune system.

Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler merupakan wadah bagi siswa dalam menyalurkan minat dan bakatnya diluar pelajaran akademik disekolah. Berbagai macam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler anatara lain bidang seni, kerohanian, kepemimpinan, jurnalistik dan tidak kalah populer dan hampir setiap sekolah ada adalah ekstrakurikuler bidang olahraga. Antuasias dan peminat ekstrakuler olahraga disekolah sangatlah luar biasa. Kondisi ini didukung dengan banyaknya kompetisi dan kejuaraan antar sekolah dibidang olahraga bahkan sampai pada level multi even yakni POPDA, O2SN, POPNAS, bahkan Kejurnas PPLP yang basis atletnya merupakan pelajar disekolah. Potensi yang timbul dari iklim kompetisi ini membuat keberadaan ekstrakurikuler disekolah sebagai lumbung atlet pelajar menjadi sangat sentral dan harus dikelola dengan baik, terarah serta berkesinambungan sebagai dasar pembinaan olahraga pelajar.

Abstract

The aim is to find out how much motivation Indonesian workers are towards the gymnastic at the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. The research method is descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research is 76 Indonesian workers residing in the shelter. The data analysis used descriptive percentage. The results showed the average score of motivation in following gymnastic was 25.64 with a percentage level of 80.13% categorized as high. This motivation appears to be influenced by several supporting indicators, including: the average physiological indicator is 3.29 with a percentage level of 82.25% categorized as high, the average safety indicator is 3.84 with a percentage level of 76.80% is categorized as high, the average social indicators is 7.53 with a percentage level of 94.13% being categorized as very high, the average self-esteem indicator is 4.45 with a percentage level of 74.16% being categorized as high, the average self-actualization indicator is 6.51 with a percentage level of 72.33% being categorized as high. Aerobic participants have high motivation to maintain health and physical fitness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discover the correlation between nutritional status, intake of energy, and VO2Max level in female futsal players. The method used is quantitative correlation with the research design of Cross Sectional Study. The subjects in this study used female futsal players from Antartika Senior High School Sidoarjo with an age range of 15-18 years with a total of 30 people. Data were collected using measurements of height and weight, food recall 2x24 hours, and Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Data analysis using Rank Spearman. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between nutritional status and VO2Max (r= -0.427 and p= 0.019) and there is a correlation between nutritional status and energy intake with values of r= 0.646 and p= 0.000. However, there is no correlation between energy intake and VO2Max (r=0.080 and p= 0.674).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes relay through a scientific approach in Class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 districts of Magelang regency in 2016. This study is a Class Action Research. Subjects were students in sixth grade elementary school districts Salaman Salaman IV Magelang regency amounting to 24 students. Data collection methods used were observation and tests of performance, processing data using descriptive percentage. Based on the research results in cycle 1, the cognitive aspect completed 66.6%, 34.4% did not complete, thorough afekif aspects of 20.83% and 79.16% did not complete due psychomotor aspects of incomplete 58.3% and 41.7% , student learning outcomes in classical complete 14 students (58.3%) and 41.7% did not complete the study on results in cycle 2, the cognitive aspect completely 100%, 91.66% completed afekif aspect is not finished 8.33%, psychomotor aspects completed 79.16% 20.83% is not exhaustive and completeness of student learning outcomes in the classical 21 students (87.5%), 12.5% did not complete. In this study showed that an increase in the classical mastery learning outcomes by 29.5%, from cycle 1, 58% increased to 87.5% in cycle 2. Thus we can conclude that the scientific approach can improve learning outcomes relay in class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 subdistrict of Magelang regency in the academic year 2015/2016.
