Abstract

This research aims to produce a Digital-Based Teaching Book on Motor Growth and Development in the Sports Education Program at FKIP Unsri. The method used is Research and Development (RD), which aims to create a digital-based teaching book on motor growth and development. Sampling involved Physical Education students who had taken motor development courses. Data collection methods included validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. Research instruments included validation sheets, questionnaires, and student learning outcome tests. Data analysis techniques involved validity, practicality, and effectiveness analysis. The findings revealed the book's high validity, as indicated by the research validator's results, with an average score of 4.27, classifying it as highly valid. According to student responses in the questionnaire, the book was considered highly practical, achieving a practicality score of 3.55, classified as very positive. Additionally, the student learning outcome test showed the digital-based teaching book on motor growth and development in the Sports Education Program at FKIP Unsri to be effective, with a high proficiency rate of 96.4%. In conclusion, this research confirms that the digital-based teaching book on motor growth and development in the Sports Education Program at FKIP Unsri is highly valid, practical, and effective for supporting learning activities, meeting high standards.

Abstract

The research entitled Development of Application-Based Physical Condition Test Results and Measurements in Short Distance Running Athletics, 1) Wants to Make an Application for Processing Test Results and Physical Condition Measurements of Athletes in Athletics Distance Running Numbers. 2) Can find out the results of physical test data processing, which is valid, practical and effective manually or using digital applications on athletic athletes short distance running numbers. The method used in this study is RD, which is a study that describes products in the form of fitness test applications and physical test component instruments applied to athletic athletes in short-distance running numbers. The results of the research conducted were material validation resulting in validity of 85%, language validation of 83% and media validation of 90%. In small-scale trials it produced practicality of 78% and in large-scale trials the level of practicality produced 84.9% and the effectiveness of test results from media applications in the "effective" category with a percentage of 84.9%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of application-based physical condition test results and measurements in athletic athletes short distance running numbers is valid, practical, and effective. And can be used by coaches, to process data on the results of the physical condition of athletic athletes short distance running numbers,  in order to speed up processing test result data.

Abstract

The research titled The Development of Digital-based Library in Improving Educative Knowledge of Students Majoring in Physical Education Study Program at Universitas Sriwijaya aimed to 1) establish a web-based digital library for first-semester Physical Education students at Universitas Sriwijaya and 2) determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of web-based digital library for first-semester Physical Education students at Universitas Sriwijaya. The method used in this research was RD, which described a product in the form of a web-based digital library for first-semester Physical Education students at Universitas Sriwijaya. The research results were material validation, resulting in a validity of 90%, language validation of 75% and media validation of 95%. The main trial resulted in a practicality of 91.63%, and in the operational trial, the practicality resulted in 86.8%, and the effectiveness of the media was included in the “effective” category with a percentage of 83.5%. From the research results, it can be concluded that developing a web-based digital library was valid, practical, and effective. It also can be used as a digital library for first-semester Physical Education students at Universitas Sriwijaya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes through the D, Volleyball Learning web in volleyball learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. This research uses classroom action research (PTK) using two action cycles. The research instruments are cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills) bottom serve, smash, affective (attitude) tests. This data collection technique uses bottom service tests, smash, observation and documentation. The test data analysis technique uses learning completeness. The subjects used in this research were 31 students in class VIII.2, 11 male students and 20 female students. Based on the results and discussion of the research, it was found that in the first cycle of assessing students' knowledge, the percentage of completeness reached 32.2% with an average score of 58.6. Assessing students' lower service skills, the percentage of completion reached 32.2% with an average of 45.4. Assessing students' smash skills, the percentage of completion reached 41.9% with an average of 64.4. The assessment of students' attitudes, the percentage of completeness reached 61.2% with an average of 70.9. Then in cycle II, the results of assessing students' knowledge, the percentage of completeness reached 83.8% with an average score of 79.3. The assessment of lower service skills, the percentage of completion reached 83.8% with an average score of 75. The assessment of students' smash skills, the percentage of completion reached 87.1% with an average of 74.7. Assessment of students' attitudes, the percentage of completeness reached 80.7% with an average of 77. From the results of observations, students' activeness increased, in cycle I the percentage of students' activeness reached 65.1% in the active category and in cycle II it increased by percentage 80% are very active, so it can be concluded that the implementation of the D, Volleyball Learning web media is effectively used in learning volleyball at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu.

Abstract

At the moment, Indonesia is moving into the endemic phase. For information on healthy living in the world of  education. The purpose of this study is to highlight the value of physical literacy as a means of  embracing this time of transition. At this time, there is no clear correlation between the online sports learning process and the field-based lectures themselves. It is necessary to promote physical literacy in order to boost physical activity. Sports learning will therefore function effectively. The study conducted a thorough review of many articles on physical literacy. A total of 12 studies were included in this review. The outcome is that, in general, physical literacy will be better applied right away, specifically when the child is still a young child.
