Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengembangkan model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang inovatif. Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan hasil belajar siswa berupa produk dan proses pembelajaran diperoleh berdasarkan: 1) Rekapitulasi persentase hasil pengisian kuesioner evaluasi validasi ahli diperoleh rata-rata jumlah skor 47, dengan persentase 79% yang termasuk kategori cukup valid, oleh karenanya model aktivitas belajar gerak berbasis permainan dapat digunakan sebagai materi ajar Penjas di kelas I SD. 2) Data nilai hasil kemampuan belajar siswa, bahwa model yang diujicobakan pada uji coba skala kecil diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 68.97% yang berarti baik dan pada uji coba skala lebih luas diperoleh ketuntasan belajar siswa rata-rata sebesar 76% yang berarti baik, sehingga dapat dimaknai jika model yang dikembangkan secara nyata mampu memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam kemampuan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan data hasil pre-test menunjukkan tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa hanya mencapai 36.36%, kemudian setelah dilaksanakan penerapan produk model, pada tahap post-test menunjukkan tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 86.37%. Perbedaan tersebut merupakan efek dari penerapan pengembangan model, dimana efek model yang dikembangkan memberikan dampak positif kepada tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa.__________________________________________________________________This study aims to describe and develop models of innovative teaching physical education. Research development produced outcomes and learning processes student in the form of products obtained by: 1) Summary of the percentage of the validation results of the expert evaluation questionnaires obtained an average score of 47, with a percentage of 79% which is quite valid category, therefore the model of motion based game learning activities can be used as the physical education teaching materials in class I elementary school. 2) The data value of the students' learning ability, that the model is tested on a small scale trial gained mastery of student learning outcomes at 68.97%, which means good and on a wider scale trials mastery learning students gained an average of 76%, which means good, so it can be understood if the model developed is able to contribute significantly positive in the ability of student learning outcomes. Based on data from the pre-test showed the level of mastery learning students only reached 36.36 % , and thereafter the application of product models , at the stage of post-test showed the level of mastery learning students amounted to 86.37 % . That difference is the effect of the application development model, where the effect of the model developed a positive impact on the level of mastery learning students

Abstract

The result of preliminary study conducted through interview and documentation study of personnel and general equipment in FIK in January 2017, found the number of lecturers with the position of Lektor in Faculty of Sport Science (FIK) amounting to 33. Of 33 lecturers when viewed from time to occupy the position and education owned there are 16 lecturers who should have proposed to the position of Head Lector. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How is the effectiveness of focused mentoring model in acceleration effort to increase to Head Lector’s Position and what are the obstacles faced in the field related to model intervention. The research method was done by qualitative approach, the informant was determined by purposive sampling technique and then the informant was added with the snowball technique. With purposive sampling technique, there were 10 people as informant. The research instruments are in-depth interview guide and observation guide, and data analysis technique using analysis model from Miles and Huberman.The result of this research get the effectiveness value of model 30% (not effective), this happened because of the characteristics of departments in FIK. Inhibiting factors in increasing the human resources of lecturers to the position of Head Lecturer in the field of public health and sports on FIK Unnes have different characteristics. In the field of public health, the main constraint is in the field of educational activities, where the IKM department is a relatively new department and with human resources who are still in S3 studies (33%). Increasing human resources to the position of Head of Sports sector, the obstacle that needs to get the main attention is the publication to the journal, this is exacerbated by low motivation, although there are 5 lecturers who have passed the S3. Characteristics of each field in this FIK require a mentoring model to be able to improve the quality of human resources, especially to Head Lector

Abstract

Pembinaan prestasi olahraga di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Jawa Tengah merupakan wadah pembinaan prestasi atlet-atlet yang memiliki potensi olahraga di Jawa Tengah. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi optimal perlu adanya SDM pengelolaan yang kompeten. Di samping itu faktor penunjang seperti pendanaan dan sarana prasarana yang memadai akan menjadi efek samping dalam meraih prestasi yang tinggi. Melalui manajemen pembinaan yang baik prestasi olahraga di PPLP dapat ditingkatkanThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of the traditional game of rounders repetition techniques to increase gross motor skills of children SLB N Ungaran mild mental retardation. The method used in this study is the experimental method. This research is pretest posttest One Group Design. Methods of data analysis using the t test. Population and sample is a random sample of mild mental retardation children SLB N Ungaran totaling 7 children. All samples were given treatment repetition rounders game techniques.Gross motor research results with the t test there is the influence of the average results of a calculation using a mild mental retardation child hypothesis tests to run 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test), running 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test) , throws 1:29 (pre-test) and 2.71 (post-test), capturing 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:43 (post-test), hit 1:29 (pre-test) and 2:14 (post-test). Aspects that there is no influence, namely jumping 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:57 (post-test), jump 1:43 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test), kicking 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test) , In addition to every aspect of the average in the overall gross motor tests increased by an average of 1:44 (pre-test) and 2:07 (post-test). Abstract

To support the learning process of a course must be supported by teaching materials that are cheap, simple, easy to learn, easily accessible and quickly accessed by students. Along with the rapid advances in technology, many media have been developed both in print and online to support the learning process. One technology that is now widely known is the QR Code. This study aims to produce QR Code-based teaching materials that are easy to learn, easy and quickly accessible to improve learning motivation in organizational subjects and match systems. The research conducted is development research. The development model used is the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan, et al. 4D stages consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate. In summary the data obtained from the evaluation of material experts showed 83%, from the evaluation of linguists 83%, evaluation of media experts 79% so it can be concluded that the product is feasible and good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang: (1)pengaruh latihan rope jump 10 detik dengan interval training 1:3 terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh latihan rope jump 20 detik dengan interval training 1:3 terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan kelincahan, (3)pengaruh latihan rope jump 30 detik dengan interval training 1:3 terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan kelincahan, (4) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan rope jump 10, 20, dan 30 detik dengan interval training 1:3 terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan kelincahan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa putra IKOR angkatan 2015 dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Proses pengambilan data power otot tungkai menggunakan tes jump DF dan kelincahan menggunakan TLBZ pada saat pretest dan posttest. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan ANOVA. Selanjutnya data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) latihan rope jump 10 detik dengan metode interval training 1:3 dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai sebesar 28,58% dan kelincahan sebesar -0,97%, (2) latihan rope jump 20 detik dengan metode interval training 1:3 dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai sebesar 35,02% dan kelincahan sebesar -1,42%, (3) latihan rope jump 30 detik dengan metode interval training 1:3 dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai sebesar 40,28% dan kelincahan sebesar -1,91%, dan (4) latihan Rope Jump 30 detik dengan interval training 1:3 merupakan latihan yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai dan kelincahan pada mahasiswa putra IKOR angkatan 2015 Universitas Negeri Surabaya.This study aimed to analyze: (1) the effects of 10 secondrope jump exercise with interval training 1:3 towards leg muscles power and agilityenhancement, (2) the effects of 20 secondrope jump exercise with interval training 1:3 towards leg muscles power and agilityenhancement, (3) the effects of 30 secondrope jump exercise with interval training 1:3 towards leg muscles power and agilityenhancement, and (4) the difference effect betweenrope 10, 20, and 30 second rope jump to wards leg power muscles and agility enhancement. Type of research used in this research is quasi-experimental methods.Population of this research is male students of Sport Science with the number of sampleare 40man.The data analysis using ANOVA. The data collection process ofagility used the 'TLBZ test and leg muscle power using jumpDF tests during the pre-test and post test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SPSS version 21. The research results showed that: (1) The 10 second rope jump exercise with interval training 1:3can increase effect on leg muscles power as big as 28,58% and agility as big as -0,97%, (2) The 20 second rope jump exercise with interval training 1:3 can increase effect on leg muscles power as big as 35,02% and agility -1,42%, (3) 30 second rope jump exercise with interval training 1:3 can increase effect on leg muscles power as big as 40,28% and agility as big as -1,91%, and (4) The 30 second rope jump exercises is the most effective exercise to improve leg muscle power and agility on male sport science students of Surabaya State University.

Abstract

Model Teaching Games For Understanding (TGFU) merupakan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk memperkenalkan bagaimana anak mengerti olahraga melalui bentuk konsep dasar bermain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi guru pendidikan jasmani SD di kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan terhadap Model Teaching Games For Understanding (TGFU) dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Sifat penelitian deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan sesuatu apa adanya. Populasi dan sampel yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah para guru pendidikan jasmani yang telah mengikuti pelatihan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan pendekatan TGFU (Teaching Games For Understanding) yang berada di wilayah UPTD Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan berjumlah 30. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu angket (kuisioner). disamping itu juga sebagai penguat data, juga digunakan teknik wawancara terbatas dan observasi di lapangan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru penjas di Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan memberikan respon positif terhadap model pembelajaran TGFU, sebanyak 4 responden (13,3%) yang masuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik dimana capaian jawaban yang benar mencapai diatas 80%. Selain itu juga terdapat 26 responden (86,7%) masuk dalam kategori Baik dengan capaian jawaban yang benar antara 61-80%.Model Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) is an approach to teaching physical education to introduce how children understand the basic concepts of the sport through a play. The goal in this research was to determine the perceptions of elementary school physical education teacher di Kecamatan Karanganyar Pekalongan to Model Teaching Games For Understanding (TGFU) in teaching physical education. This research is a descriptive, aiming to reveal things as they are. The population and samples the subject of research is the physical education teacher who has been teaching physical education training TGFU approach (Teaching Games For Understanding) residing in the District of Karanganyar UPTD Education Department Pekalongan were 30 teachers. Techniques used in data collection is questionnaire . additionally also as an amplifier of data, also used a limited interview and observation techniques. Instrumen used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that physical education teachers in Karanganyar Pekalongan responded positively to the learning model TGFU, and 4 respondents (13.3%) were included in the category of Very Good in which the achievements of correct answers reached above 80%. In addition, there were 26 respondents (86.7%) fall into the category Good to achieving the correct answer between 61-80%.

Abstract

This paper explores the experiences of the author about living the discourse of physical education (PE) and physical education teacher education (PETE). More specifically, it focuses on the future of physical education in the United States will look like on its current path and how the author?s views differ and/or match published perspective. The author position statement is also supported by research to look for path physical education and PETE in the US should take and ultimately what it will look like at the end of that path. There also exist some research areas the US PE need to focus more or less on physical education and PETE. The author proposes some essential research questions about physical education and PETE that deserve investigation. The last part of the paper offers specific aspects of physical education and PETE practices that warrant special attention; barriers that have impeded research in the areas, and change to overcome such barriers.Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman penulis dalam menyelami wacara pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan keguruan pendidikan jasmani. Secara lebih khusus, makalah ini memfokuskan pada masa depan pendidikan jasmani di Amerika Serikat sebagaimana saat ini sedang berada di jalannya dan bagaimana pandangan penulis berbeda dan/atau sesuai dengan perspektif literature. Posisi pernyataan penulis juga didukung oleh penelitian untuk melihat jalan yang harus ditempuh oleh pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan keguruannya dan pada akhirnya bagaimana bagaimana bentuknya di akhir perjalanan. Beberapa area penelitian juga diidentifikasi di mana peneliti seyogyanya memfokuskan perhatiannya. Penulis mengusulkan beberapa pertanyaan penelitian yang esensial tentang pendidikan jasmani yang harus diteliti. Bagian akhir dari makalah ini menawarkan aspek praktis pendidikan jasmani dan pendidikan keguruan yang harus diperhatikan, berikut hambatan dan perubahan-perubahan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang penting dalam berlatih senam prestasi adalah kesiapan anak dalam setiap sesi latihan setiap harinya. Kesiapan yang dimaksud terdiri adalah kesiapan intern berupa aspek-aspek psikologis anak misalnya, semangat, motivasi,tanggung jawab, niat belajar dan sebagainya. Dan juga kesiapan ekstern yang merupakan kondisi fisik sebelum sesi latihan. Kondisi Fisik ini beberapa diantaranya meliputi massa tubuh, kesiapan sendi-sendi otot,dan penyesuaian badan agar siap untuk bergerak aktif. Cabang olahraga senam dengan karakteristik pola gerak yang ekstrim membutuhkan rentang lintasan gerak yang luas. Fleksibilitas atau kelenturan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam cabang olahraga ini. Pelatih cabang olahraga senam hendaknya sangat jeli dalam memantau perkembangan, pertumbuhan atletnya. Hal ini ditandai dengan pemeriksaaan pelaksanaan program latihan setiap harinya termasuk penyesuaian pelaksanaannya dengan kesiapan kondisi fisik atlet yang bersangkutan. Melalui teknik pengolahan data tentang kondisi fisik atlet senam sebelum berlatih. Pelatih secara mudah mengetahui kesiapan atlet dalam latihan dalam tiap sesi latihan. Sekaligus memberikan upaya tindakan berdasar data yang ada. Kajian ini berisi tentang penggunaan database tes-tes sederhana dan fleksibilitas guna pemantuan kesiapan atlet dalam latihan senamImportant factor in practicing gymnastics performance was the readiness of children in each session of exercise every day. Internal readiness is a psychological aspects, composed by encouragement, motivation, responsibility, learning intentions and so forth. And external readiness are physical condition prior to the training session. Physical conditions are include body mass, muscle joints readiness, and adjustment of the body to be ready to move on. Gymnastics with characteristic patterns of extreme motion requires a wide range of motion trajectories. And flexibility is one important factor in this sport . Gymnastics coach should be very careful in monitoring the development and growth of their athletes . Gymnastics coach should closely monitor the development and growth of its athletes. Monitoring can be done through the implementation of an exercise program checks every day, including the fit between implementation and readiness of the athletes physical condition. Through data processing techniques on the physical condition of athletes before practicing gymnastics, coach will be easy to determine the readiness of the athletes in training in each training session. While providing action efforts based on existing data. This study describes the use of a simple database tests readiness and flexibility for monitoring athletes in gymnastics.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tentang tahap pembinaan, program latihan serta bentuk dukungan terhadap pembinaan ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2013/2014. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian dengan memberikan gambaran tentang fakta-fakta aktual pada saat ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian berjumlah 4 SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal. Masing-masing sekolah terdiri dari 4 responden, yaitu kepala sekolah, pelatih, dan 2 peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: 1) Tiga sekolah melakukan tahap pemassalan dan pembibitan atlet, satu sekolah tidak melakukan tahap pembinaan 2) pelatih menyusun program latihan tetapi aspek-aspek pelatihan belum sepenuhnya berkembang, sedangkan satu pelatih tidak menyusun program latihan 3) Dukungan pendanaan dari sekolah sudah baik, tetapi dukungan sarana prasarana masih kurang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa 4 SMP Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tegal yang menyelenggarakan ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw belum melakukan tahap pembinaan dengan baik, aspek-aspek pelatihan dan prinsip-prinsip latihan dalam program latihan yang dijalankan siswa belum berkembang secara menyeluruh, dukungan pendanaan sudah baik, dukungan sarana prasarana belum memadai serta tidak adanya peran dari instansi terkait._________________________________________________________________The purpose of this study is to find out about the stages of development, training programs and form of support for extracurricular coaching sepak takraw in Junior High School Tegal Regency on 2013/2014. The approach used is descriptive qualitative approach, the research by providing an overview of the actual facts at this point. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Object numbered 4 Junior High School in Tegal regency. Each school consists of four respondents, it is headmaster, coaches, and 2 participants of extracurricular sepak takraw. The results obtained are: 1) Three schools did public stage and nursery athletes, the school does not do stage coaching, 2) The coaches put together a program of exercise but training aspects are not fully developed, while the trainer does not arrange training programs, 3) Support funding of schools is good, but the support infrastructure is still lacking,. It can be concluded that 4 (four) Junior High School in Tegal regency which organizes extracurricular sepak takraw not done well coaching phase, aspects and principles of training exercises in the student-run exercise programs have not developed a comprehensive, Financial support has been good, inadequate infrastructure support and the absence of the role of relevant agencies.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the absence of parameters and evaluation tools on the physical fitness test of deaf students in extraordinary school(SLB). This research method uses a development method with procedural models and indicators used in TKJIT-03 including: (1) speed, (2) endurance of arm and shoulder muscles, (3) abdominal muscle strength, (4) leg muscle explosive power, and (5) heart endurance. Results: 1) 50 m sprint average 11.25 SD 3.50. 2) average push dynamometer 14.71 SD 6.77. 3) average dynamometer pull of 17.37 SD 8,20. 4) lie down sitting 60 seconds on average 18.33 SD 9.65. 5) vertical jumps averaged 33.5 SD 14.99 and 6) average 10.80 SD 4.61. The TKJIT-03 test is ideal for use in physical fitness tests for deaf children as well as evaluating learning fitness subjects in an SLB.
