Abstract

The study uncovers the influence of price and service quality on the satisfaction of motor vehicle insurance's customers in PT. Asuransi Jasindo (Persero) of Palu Branch. The aim to achieved is to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of price and service quality on consumer's satisfaction of vehicle insurance in PT. Asuransi Jasindo Palu. Type of research is verificative with questionnaires as its instrument that distributed to 184 respondents. The results indicate that price has positive and significant influence on customers' satisfaction. Parameter estimation in table 4.28 between variables of price and customer satisfaction is significant because p value is lower than the level of significance of 5% or 0,05 that is equal to 0,004. The estimated value between variables of price and customer satisfaction is 0,522 which means if the price increased, then the customer satisfaction will also increase. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Parameter estimation in table 4.28 between variables of service quality and customer satisfaction is significant because p value is tower than the level of significance of 5% or 0,05 that is equal to 0,036. The value of estimation between variables of service quality and customer satisfaction equals to 0,396, which means that if service quality increased by 1, customer satisfaction will also increase.

Abstract

This Research Target is know and analyse The Policy Implementation Of Land Registry At Office Land Donggala  Regency Central Sulawesi Province. this Research Type is research qualitative with the informan selected by the four of people. Data collecting use the technique interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data used by that is (1) Data collecting (2) Data Discount (3) Data Presentation (4) Verification (5) Conclusion. The researcher Theory used in this is Van of metre and Horn Van in (Subarsono, 2005), measuring policy implementation by: (1) standard and Target (2) Resource (3) Communications (4) Executor (5) social Condition  and ( 6) Disposition. The result of research and analysis a researcher is hence concluded the implementation of policy  land registry not yet walked better, with the the following detail: (1) Implementation  policy of]land registry in Office Land Donggala Regency seen from factor of standard and policy target not yet walked better, seen from time duration still in land registry become the certificate, so that society feel saturated in conducting land registry and visit upon the Office of Land Donggala Regency (2) Implementation of policy  land registry in Office Land of Donggala Regency seen from Resource factor not yet walked better this matter is seen from medium and prasarana not yet adequate and also sum up the officer which still office Land Donggala Regency. (3) Implementation of policy  land registry in Office Land Donggala Regency seen from factor comunication, characteristic, political and economic social condition and also disposition factor not yet walked better, this matter is seen from facility which disedikan not yet adequate is and also supported by result of interview with the informan conducted by a field telling not yet walked better

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of the visionary leadership of headmaster on teacher performance. The populations of this research are headmaster and all teachers with a total population of 39 people. Due to population was relatively limited, then to ensure the accuracy of the data, the author determined the entire member population is as the sample, using census method. The type of data in this study consisted of qualitative and quantitative data with the source used consisting of primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To answer the research hypothesis, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis; the results showed that visionary leadership headmaster significantly affect on teacher’s performance, with the value of the F-count amount 56.115 with a significance level of 0.000. When compared to the value of the F-count (56.115) with the F-table (1.84) at a significance level of α 0.05, it means that variable visionary leadership of headmaster which consists of the ability to determine the direction the organization (X1), understand the wishes of the people or consumers (X2), effected in activity and become a guide (X3) and be able to anticipate the future become an agent of change (X4) simultaneously significantly affect on teacher’s performance at SMPN 12 Sigi.

Abstract

This research aimed at determining the effect of disparity, the independence of judges, and  understanding the efforts in minimizing the possible disparity of narcotic crime. This research used normative method elaborated by some research approaches such as Statute Approach, Conceptual Approach, and Comparative Approach. Independence of Judges has established disparity in punishment because in determining the sentences, the judge is free from intervention of any party. The judge is also free to explore, understand and comprehend the values of justice and shall assess  good and bad behaviors of each candidate convicted subjectively. With the model of criminal threats that applied in Indonesia, disparity in punishment cannot be avoided. Therefore, in order to minimize the possible disparity, the judge must have the same understandings and principles in determining punishment.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know the effects of cempetency, work environment, and organizational commitment, simultaneously and partially on personnel’s performance at Educational, Youth and Sport Office in Tojo Unauna regency. This is survey method research using descriptive and verificative approach. Analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Population of this research covers all civil servants at Education, Youth and sport office in Tojo Unauna Regency with the number of 63 personnel, however only 58 that have been analyzed. The result show that constribution effect of competency, work environment, and organizational commitment on personnel’s performance is 23.2% (indicated by adjusted R square 0.232). this means that the contribution of three independent variables on personnel’s performance is 23.2% and 76.8% is affected by other factors for instance motivation, work culture and leadership style. Competency, work  environment, and organizational commitment simultaneously perform significant effects on personnel’s performance at education, youth and sport office in Tojo Unauna regency at the significant level of 0.001. partially, independent variables also perform sinificant effects on personnel’s performance where in competency significant at the  level of 0.049, work environment significant at the level of 0.042, and organizational commitment significant at the level of 0.036 respectively.

Abstract

This Research Aim To Find Out Implementation Of Officers’ Extra Policy And Implication Of Extra Income Toward Officers’ Working Motivation At Regional Secretariat General Bureau Of Central Sulawesi Province. Theory Used Is From Edward III Consisting Of Some Factors For Measuring Policy, Communication, Resources, Bureaucratic Structure, And Disposition. This Research Type Is Qualitative. The Informants Are The Officers’ Of Regional Secretariat General Bureau Of Central Sulawesi Province. The Data Were Collected Through Observation, Interview And Documentation. The Technique Of Data Analysis Covers Data Reduction, Data Display, And Drawing Conclusion. The Research Result Indicates That The Implementation Of Officers’ Extra Income Policy And Implication Of Extra Income Toward Officers’ Working Motivation At Regional Secretariat General Bureau Of Central Sulawesi Province Has Not Fully Been Good Because From The Aspect Observed There Was A Factor Did Not Support, Thar Was Resources While The Other Factors Were Already Good.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Implementation of Management Village Fund Allocation Policy in Siboang Village, Sojol Sub-district, Donggala RegancyBy using theory of Edward III. In this study we use 7 informants by using purposive method. Data are collected by Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results show that Implementation of Management Village Fund Allocation Policy In Siboang Village less run well. Because the four dimensions which have been examined, explained that the four dimensions are all running less good. They are the dimensions of communication (socialization Less implemented), Resources (human resources, infrastructure and other supporting facilities are inadequate), Dimensions Desposition (less commitment) Bureaucratic structures (Coordination between related parties is less established).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction, trust, dan dampaknya pada Repeat Usage pada BNI Mobile Banking di Kantor Cabang Palu. Sampel yang digunakan adalah metode Purposive Sampling. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak komputer, yakni Analysis Moment of Structure (AMOS 18). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ditemukan E-SERVQUAL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust, E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repeat usage, Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repeat Usage, dan hipotesis terakhir Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repeat Usage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of discipline, work motivation, and competency on the performance of teachers. Population in this research consists of 86 certified teachers in 12 public vocational schools in Donggala Regency; 56 teachers from 3 schools selected as sample with census sampling technique. Tool of analysis used is multiplelinear regressions. Simultaneous and partial significantly have influence on teacher’s perfoemance in public vocational schools in Donggala. The results show that the variation in the variables of teacher’s performance in public vocational schools in Donggala Regency can be explained by the variable discipline, work motivation and competency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of motivation influence on the quality of service on the Procurement Services Unit Mamuju Utara.Jenis quantitative research with survey approach. This study population Procurement Services Unit employees and partners in the Procurement Services Unit of North Mamuju regency are 54 people consisting of 14 members, Procurement Unit and the 40 partners that are determined by census so that the total sample of 54 respondents. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaire, and documentation, while data analysis techniques using simple linear regression.The results showed the influence of motivation on the quality of service at the Procurement Unit of North Mamuju regency is determined by physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs and the needs of the influence diri.Besar actualization of 63.3% to the level of relations "strong". Descriptive analysis shows the dimensions of self-actualization needs had the highest percentage, in terms of implementation of tasks and employees have the skills means that employees Procurement Services Unit is able to do a good job and they have the skills to do the job, while the dimensions of the lower is the need for security in case of a guarantee health and safety working conditions, which means that employees of the Procurement Services Unit of North Mamuju regency lack health insurance and they feel less safe to do work in his office room.
