Abstract

This Research Target is to know and analyse the quality of service land registry at Office of Land; Ground of Palu Town.  By Using Research Type Qualitative hence informan selected in this research five of people. Data collecting use the technique interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data used  that is ( 1) Editing Data ( 2) Data Subdividing ( 3) Interpretation Mean the Data and ( 4) Withdrawal of Conclusion and Suggestion. Result of Research (1) Quality of Service Land Registry in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from mainstay factor not yet walked better this matter is seen from time duration still in getting land;ground certificate and result of interview with informan.(2) Quality of Service  land registry in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from factor Responsivitas not yet walked better this matter is seen by that society still visit upon the office of Land;Ground of Hammer Town, also supported by result of interview with the informan conducted by field. ( 3) Quality of Service of land registry in Office of Land;Ground of Hammer Town seen from Guarantee factor have walked better (4) Quality of Service  land registry  Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from empathy factor have walked better and ( 5) Quality of Service  land registry in Office of Land;Ground of Palu Town seen from Direct Evidence factor have walked better.

Abstract

The study intends to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on officials’ performance in the Agency of Regional Employment in Tojo Una-Una District. Type of research is descriptive analysis by wherein it describes the influence between variables, in this case, leadership style, motivation, and performance. Unit analysis is 40 officials who hold civil servants status. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regressions. The results show that leadership style  and motivation influence the performance of officers in Tojo Una-Una District, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the leadership style of the Health Agency Director of Central Sulawesi. This research uses a leadership style according Lippit & White namely, Autocratic, Democratic and Laissez Faire. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, ie to obtain a detailed description of how the leadership style of the Health Agency Director of Central Sulawesi, by using seven informants. Data collection was conducted using interview, observation, and documentation instrument. The operational concept of this research is the leadership style of the Agency Director that includes: 1. Authoritarian style, where all the policies are set by the director himself and the execution is assigned to a subordinate. 2. Democratic style, where a leader always involves all members of the group in making decisions. 3. Laissez Faire style, in this type, the leader provides the widest possible freedom to every member of staff in the planning procedure and what will be done for the discharge of the duties of their office. The result shows that the Democratic leadership is more dominant applied by the head of Health Agency of Central Sulawesi, while the autocracy style and Laissez Faire style is only used for specific situations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of Social Conflict Handling in Moutong Sub-district of Parigi Moutong Regency through Qualitative Descriptive Approach based on model of Logical Framework Approach (LFA) Evaluation Approach According to WK Kellog Foundation, with 5 (five) analysis tools such as Input , Activities, Output, Outcome, and Impact, the number of informants as many as 8 (eight) people, determined by informants who know the problems studied. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion, that the implementation of Social Conflict handling program implemented by the Ministry of Social Affairs with social harmony program in Moutong Sub-district has been running in accordance with the program plan. This is evidenced by the absence of conflicts that occurred within the last 4 (four) years, has established a harmonious relationship between the people of the village of Lobu and the village of East Moutong.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the influence of achievement needs (need for achievement) on the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the effect of power needs (need for power) the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency; (3) to determine the effect relationship needs (need for affiliation) on the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency. This type of research inikuantitatif with explanatory approach. This study population of employees of Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency with the number 44 with census sampling techniques so that the entire population sampled. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) The need for achievement, need for power and relationship needs simultaneously (synchronously) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency. The major effect of 72.5% and the remaining 27.5 explained by another variable to the level of a very strong relationship between the variables of motivation with employee performance; (2) The need for the achievement of partial (individual) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of North Mamuju regency; (3) The need for power partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Mamuju Utara; (4) The need for relationships partial (individual) effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry North Mamuju regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions on lodging service performance in The Representative Office of Tolitoli Local Government in Palu City. This study examines The Quality of the Public Service in The Representative Office of Tolitoli Local Government in Palu City from Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions. The research type of this study was qualitative descriptive research, i.e. the problem-solving research type that illustrates or describes the research subjects and objects based on facts. The informants determined in this study were the employees of The Representative Office of Tolitoli Local Government in Palu City and the public service users of that Office. The data presented in this study were obtained directly from the research objects, those are interviews, observations, and documentations data. The results show that from (a) Tangibles and (b) Reliability dimensions, the public services are not in accordance with what is expected, whereas from (c) Responsiveness, (d) Assurance, and (e) Empathy dimensions, those can be considered good. Based on the results, the public service in The Representative Office of Tolitoli Local Government in Palu City is not optimal in giving satisfaction to the guests/visitors.

Abstract

The research aims to find out, to analyze and to formulate the right strategy in developing fishing tourism in Sigi District of Sigi Regency. Population of the research was 4 entrepreneurs of fishing tourism spot in Sigi District. This was a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data were collected through questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results indicated that: (1) strengths and weakness have the highest score compared to opportunities and threats in fishing tourism development strategy of Sigi District, Sigi Biromaru Regency, so that it should put combination strategy between strength-opportunities for the position of fishing entrepreneurs in internal and external matrixes from now on and for future in developing the fishing tourism object; (2) the recommended strategy to develop the fishing tourism is strength-opportunities strategy, which means the strategy using strength to utilize with action plan as alternative as follow: (i) utilizing natural resources as high demand of business/fishing place; (ii) increase a good partnership and relationship among fishing entrepreneurs with low competition climate; (iii) make local development priority as the local income source; (iv) utilizing the easiness of gaining material and availability of facilities in developing fishing pool; (v) workers number should be sufficient with the growth of fishing business; and (vi) increasing motivation in the effort to fulfill facilities in fishing pool development.

Abstract

The research was aimed at analizing the Policy Implementation of Article Number 34/2004 in optimizing coordinative role of Kodam VII/Wirabuana Inspectorate to improve the main job realazation of Kodim 1306/Donggala. The method of the research was qualitative research. The number of informan was five people, who were chosen based on purposive sampling. The techniques of data collection which were used included observation, interview and documentation. Based on the analysis, the policy implementation of Article Number 34/2004 in optimizing coordinative role of Kodam VII/Wirabuana Inspectorate to improve the main job realization of kodim 1306/Donggala ran quite well. From the six indicators, only one dimension which ran less well, that was on the dimension of human resources; while other dimensions like policy standard and goal, executor organization characteristic, executors attitude, communication inter organization, and social, economical and political environment.

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is the scouting educational influence on the character formation of students in MTs. Alkhairaat Kalukubula? ". While the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect on the formation of character scouting education students in MTs. Alkhairaat Kalukubula. This research is a descriptive study causal approach used surveys. The research sample as many as 52 students at MTs Alkhairaat Kalukubula using census where all the population sampled so that all members and scoutmaster who exercise regularly scouting in MTs Alkhairaat Kalukubula set as the primary data source research. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the results showed that the educational scouting has an influence on the character formation of students in MTs. Alkhairaat Kalukubula. It is based on the results of statistical tests test-t, where t-count value is greater than t-table (7.474> 2.021) and a probability of 0.000 at significant level of 95% smaller than a 0.05 (p <0, 05). Means that Ho refused and Hi accepted.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the extent to which the implementation of Smoking Area policy that is implemented within the General Hospital Undata, Central Sulawesi. Non-smoking Area is a place where people are not allowed to smoke in the area, including the public areas, educational facilities, health care facilities, transportation places, children's playground, worship place and workplace. This research uses a qualitative research method and technique of sampling is conducted using purposive sampling with eight informants. The main informant is the director of Regional General Hospital Undata, a specialist, a health worker and five visitors. The results show that the implementation of Smoking Area policy in Regional General Hospital Undata of Central Sulawesi has not run well yet because there are some visitors who smoke in the hospital environment, it is due to the lack of "smoking area" building which is the main facility in the application of non-smoking Area. In addition, due to lack of implementer firmness in conducting the policy, by the lack of sanctions firmness, then it cannot provide a deterrent effect against violators of the rules which makes the implementation of these policies is considered not going well.
