Abstract

This research aims at determining the extent to which the implementation of Smoking Area policy that is implemented within the General Hospital Undata, Central Sulawesi. Non-smoking Area is a place where people are not allowed to smoke in the area, including the public areas, educational facilities, health care facilities, transportation places, children's playground, worship place and workplace. This research uses a qualitative research method and technique of sampling is conducted using purposive sampling with eight informants. The main informant is the director of Regional General Hospital Undata, a specialist, a health worker and five visitors. The results show that the implementation of Smoking Area policy in Regional General Hospital Undata of Central Sulawesi has not run well yet because there are some visitors who smoke in the hospital environment, it is due to the lack of "smoking area" building which is the main facility in the application of non-smoking Area. In addition, due to lack of implementer firmness in conducting the policy, by the lack of sanctions firmness, then it cannot provide a deterrent effect against violators of the rules which makes the implementation of these policies is considered not going well.

Abstract

The article reveals the concept of multiculturalism in the Koran. Multiculturalism is necessary for dialogue, dialogue patterns, interaction, and cross-faith cooperation. And their significance within the pluralistic framework of Indonesian society. For this reason, various approaches to studying the Quran are applied to uncover the true meaning of the Koran. For tracking the relevance of Qur'anic concepts to the context of Indonesian pluralism, the Living Qur'an approach is used. Based on these approaches, diversity is a necessity that must be proactive and ethical in an ongoing dialogue, not a reactive, artificial, and sentimental dialogue. Another finding is utilizing historical treasures in Islam called taqiyya. Even though Muslims (Shia-Sunni) differ in their position on taqiyya, all acknowledge its existence and use it to address diversity for harmony and tolerance. Abstrak Artikel Mengkaji secara mendalam konsep tentang multiculturalism di dalam al-Quran. Multikulturalitas sebagai keniscayaan, mendialogkan multicultural, pola dialog, interaksi dan kerjasama lintas keyakinan, serta relevansinya dengan konteks Indonesia yang majemuk. Untuk itu, berbagai pendekatan dalam studi Qur’an diterapkan dalam menguak Makna sejati multicultural dari al-Qur’an. Untuk menemukan relevansi konsep-konsep Qur’an dengan konteks kemajemukan Indoensia maka diterpakan pendekatan living Quran. Berdasarkan pendekatan-pendekatan tersebut, keragaman merupakan sebuah keniscayaan yang harus didialogkan secara berkelanjutan yang pro-aktif dan beretika, bukan dialog yang reaktif, semu, dan sentiment. Temuan lainnya adalah memanfaatkan khazanah sejarah dalam Islam yang disebut taqiyyah. Meskipun umat Islam berbeda dalam memosisikan taqiyyah tersebut, namun semua mengakui eksistensi dan penggunaannya untuk menyikap keragaman demi terwujudnya harmoni dan toleransi.

Abstract

Budget is important in an institution or organization. This article aims to examine financial management policies in realizing Good University Governance at the Islamic State Institute (IAIN) of Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This research is field research using a financial economics approach and public management. Data collection comes from primary data sources in the form of interviews with IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo academics, and primary data sources in the form of literature studies related to financial management. Furthermore, the data were processed and analyzed with descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that financial management at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo is guided by the principles of Good University Governance, namely: participation, having a legal basis/rule, transparency, service, mutual agreement orientation, equality, efficiency and effectiveness, accountability, and strategic vision

Abstract

This study aims to identify the reasons behind creating a language environment at the Darul Huffadh Islamic Boarding School in Bone. It also describes the model for designing language environment. This research used qualitative research with data collection techniques, including observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the creation of language environment at the Darul Huffadh was motivated and combined two academic contents, namely tahfidzul Qur'an and Kulliyah al-Mu'allimin al-Islamiyyah (KMI). The various subjects taught in the classroom are generally Arabic and fiqh lessons using the al-Dzikro book written by the founder of the Darul Huffadh, KH. Lanre Said and English lessons. The students are motivated to know and master Arabic in addition to understanding the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as to understand various Islamic subjects and books in PPDH. The models for creating language environment at the Darul Huffadh in general are: carrying out ilqo' al-mufradat, al-muhadathah, syu'bah, holding tajassus for students who speak Indonesian and regional languages, qiraatu al-Nasyrah, install Arabic vocabulary and install asalib in every place. As for the role of language environment in Arabic learning, in general, it can be declared successful in achieving the planned goals, namely increasing the students' Arabic proficiency. Therefore, designing the language environment can be applied as a step to improve students’ language competence. Keywords: Language Environment, Arabic Proficiency, Arabic Learning

Abstract

Pengajaran tata bahasa Arab di era pandemi Covid-19 berbasis internet di Indonesia tidak sepenuhnya mendukung penggunaan dan pemanfaatannya oleh semua perguruan tinggi dalam proses belajar mengajar di dalamnya kecuali penggunaannya secara mengejutkan dan otomatis sesuai dengan kondisi yang dibutuhkan. Tidak memungkinkan proses belajar mengajar berlangsung tanpa Internet. Ini adalah ketika siswa mengklaim bahwa mereka kehilangan banyak hal di universitas dalam hal memahami materi pelajaran, uang mereka, dan waktu mereka yang berharga. Dalam hal ini peneliti menelusuri hal tersebut bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan persepsi mahasiswa Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab STAIN Majene Sulawesi Barat terhadap proses belajar mengajar tata bahasa Arab berdasarkan peta mental yang diajarkan dan dipelajari oleh mereka di universitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dan untuk jenisnya merupakan penelitian survei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di kalangan mahasiswa Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab. Metode pengumpulan dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner yang dibagi kepada mereka untuk mengetahui tanggapan dan persepsi mereka tentang proses belajar mengajar berdasarkan pengajaran di universitas secara luring setelah pandemi Covid 19. Adapun persepsi mereka tentang pengajaran dan pembelajaran berdasarkan itu, mereka menyebutkan bahwa itu dapat memudahkan mereka untuk memahami mata pelajaran yang dipelajari di universitas dengan cepat dan efisien. Selain itu, mereka menyatakan sangat efektif dan menghemat waktu dalam memahami materi pelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the forms of language errors in the writing Arabic of second semester students of the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program at State Islamic College of Majene, to find out the causes of language errors in the writting  Arabic of second semester students of the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program at State Islamic College of Majene, to know the lecture’s effort to avoid of language errors in the writting  Arabic of second semester students of the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program at State Islamic College of Majene. This research method is qualitative research. Researcher used observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The research population was maharah kitabah lectures and second semester students of the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program at State Islamic College of Majene. Data analysis steps by include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that language errors in the writing of Level II students of the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program at the Majene State Islamic College consisted of nahwu, sharaf, semantic and lexical errors. Factors that cause these errors are students having difficulty in applying the rules of nahwu and sharf, lack of vocabulary, difficulty in writing, especially in describing something, and students being afraid and anxious about describing writing. Efforts made by lecturers include: Encouraging students to write Arabic, participating with students when analyzing mistakes, providing continuous training related to the use of Arabic language rules, and implementing various strategies in learning of Mahara al-Kitabah.المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة أشكال الأخطاء اللغوية في كتابة الطلاب المستوى الثاني شعبة اللغة العربية وآدبها بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية ماجيني، ومعرفة أسباب الأخطاء اللغوية في كتابة الطلاب المستوى الثاني شعبة اللغة العربية وآدبها بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية ماجيني، ومعرفة محاولات المحاضر لتجنب الأخطاء اللغوية في كتابة الطلاب المستوى الثاني شعبة اللغة العربية وآدبها بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية ماجيني. ومنهج هذا البحث هو البحث الكيفي. واستخدمت الباحثة الملاحظة، والمقابلة، والتوثيق كطرق لجمع البيانات. أما مجتمع البحث هو محاضر مهارة الكتابة وطلاب المستوى الثاني شعبة اللغة العربية وآدبها بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية ماجيني. وخطوات تحليل البيانات من خلال جمع البيانات، وتخفيض البيانات، وعرض البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج. دلت نتائج من هذا البحث أن الأخطاء اللغوية في كتابة الطلاب المستوى الثاني شعبة اللغة العربية وآدبها بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية ماجيني تتكون من المستوى النحوي والصرفي والإملائي والمعجمي. ومن العوامل التي تسبب هذه الأخطاء هي الصعوبة في تطبيق القواعد النحوية والصرفية، وقلة المفردات، والصعوبة في الكتابة خاصة في وصف الأشياء والتعبير، وخوف وقلق الطلاب من التعبير. ومن المحاولات التي قدمها المحاضر هي: تشجيع الطلاب في الكتابة، ومشاركة الطلاب عند تحليل الأخطاء، إعطاء التدريبات المستمرة على مهارة الكتابة المقرونة بالقواعد النحوية وقواعد الإملاء، وتنويع استراتيجيات في تعليم مهارة الكتابة.

Abstract

Teknologi Blockchain menjadi kunci penting untuk mengamankan sistem terdistribusi, khususnya terkait Internet of Things (IoT). Mahasiswa sebagai pemimpin masa depan memerlukan pemahaman mendalam mengenai peluang dan tantangan penerapan teknologi ini. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi strategi penyebaran teknologi Blockchain kepada mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mereka akan keamanan sistem terdistribusi IoT. Metode penyebarannya meliputi lokakarya interaktif, studi kasus dan simulasi yang menggambarkan manfaat Blockchain dalam konteks Internet of Things. Survei yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep blockchain dan pentingnya keamanan di Internet of Things. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan penelitian efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan minat mahasiswa terhadap teknologi ini. Kesimpulannya, mengintegrasikan pendidikan Blockchain ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi adalah penting untuk mempersiapkan generasi masa depan menghadapi tantangan keamanan yang kompleks di era digital. Langkah ini sangat penting untuk menjamin keterlangsungan ilmu pengetahuan dalam perkembangan teknologi masa depan.

Abstract

An inappropriate assessment system results in ineffective and inefficient learning objectives. The assessment in the 2020 Ministry of Religion published Arabic Madrasah Aliyah Class Meanwhile, the ability to write (maharah kitabah) requires affective and psychomotor competencies to represent cognitive skills, so that the learning objectives of maharah kitabah are achieved optimally. This research aims to help teaching staff in determining appropriate assessment actions. The method used in this research is library research. Based on the literature analysis in this article, there are research results, namely: a). The assessment of the Arabic language learning book for class b). The innovation in assessing Arabic language learning in the maharah kitabah using Bloom's Taxonomy approach is very effective. This is because in learning Arabic, especially in writing skills, there is a hierarchical structure of language competence which is related to the four Arabic language skills. So, if it is connected to the assessment system in Bloom's Taxonomy, it can be concluded that there are three assessment domains, namely the cognitive domain, the affective domain, and the psychomotor domain, which are very appropriate to use as indicators for assessing the maharah kitabah in the Class X Arabic learning book published by the Ministry of Religion in 2020.Abstrak: Sistem penilaian yang kurang tepat berdampak pada tujuan pembelajaran yang tidak efektif dan efisien. Penilaian dalam buku bahasa Arab madrasah aliyah kelas X terbitan kemenag tahun 2020, menitikberatkan kemampuan kongnitif dan psikomotorik serta masi terdapat kekurangan pada ranah afektif khususnya pada maharah kitabah. Sedangkan dalam kemampuan menulis (maharah kitabah) memerlukan kompetensi afektif serta psikomotorik untuk merepresentasikan skil kongnitifnya, agar tujuan pembelajaran maharah kitabah tercapai dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat membantu tenaga pendidik dalam menentukan tindakan penilaian secara tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka (library research). Berdasarkan analisis literatur pada artikel ini terdapat hasil penelitian yaitu: a). penilaian pada buku pembelajaran bahasa Arab kelas X terbitan kemenag tahun 2020, belum secara maksimal menerapkan sistem penilaian afektif. b). Inovasi penilaian pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada maharah kitabah dengan pendekatan Taksonomi Bloom sangat evektif. Hal ini di sebabkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab khususnya pada keterampilan menulis terdapat struktur hierarki kompetensi berbahasa yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan keempat keterampilan berbahasa Arab. Sehingga jika di hubungkan dengan sistem penilaian pada Taksonomi Bloom, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat tiga ranah penilaian yaitu ranah kongnitif, ranah afektif, serta ranah psikomotorik, yang sangat tepat digunakan sebagai indikator untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap maharah kitabah pada buku pembelajaran bahasa Arab kelas X terbitan kemenag tahun 2020.

Abstract

Students face challenges in choosing a laptop that suits their needs and budget due to the many features and specifications available in the market. To meet the needs of students, especially at Pelita Bangsa University, this research will analyze and develop a decision support system to select the right laptop. The preference ranking technique with similarity to the ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is used to evaluate and rank laptops based on important criteria such as price, performance, storage capacity, and portability. The results showed that the LENOVO THINKPAD E14 laptop brand became the top recommendation from the 15 laptop brands selected. It is expected that this system can assist students in making decisions about purchasing laptops that are more suitable for their academic needs and in accordance with their preferences.
