Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation on the performance Officer Rescuer On The Search And Rescue Office Class B Palu and to find out how much influence motivation on the performance of Rescuer Officers On The Search And Rescue Office Class B Palu. This study uses the type of research associative, with the number of samples or respondents who were involved as many as 63 people respondents with a total sampling technique. In addition, in the techniques of data collection in this study through observation, distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. By method of data analysis through descriptive analysis of percentage and simple linear regression. From the results of research researchers note that the motivation has a positive influence on the performance of officers rescuer On The Search And Rescue Office Class B Palu. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of motivation on the performance of officers rescuer Office of Search and Rescue seen from the value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.334, which coefficient value is located at the interval of 0.200-0.399, so included in the low category.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the process of implementation of the policy of procurement of goods and services e-procurement  of Human Settlements, Public Housing Within Land Use Agency of Central Sulawesi province with reference to the theory of Implementation and George Edwards III, particularly four factors: (1) communication, (2 ) Resources, (3) Dispotition and (4) Structure of Bureaucracy. The research method used is qualitative method. Selection of informants as many as five people and were selected based on purposive sampling. The instrument is the researcher's own research and data collection through interviews, documentation and field observations. The results showed that in general the policy implementation process of procurement of goods and services e-procurement  of Human Settlements, Public Housing Within Land Use Agency of Central Sulawesi Province have not found any indication of transparency. This is evident from the implementation of the process of procurement of goods and services. There are four (4) factors that support and hinder the implementation of the procurement of goods and services e-procurement of Human Settlements, Public Housing Within Land Use Agency of Central Sulawesi Province that is a factor of resources, communication, bureaucratic structure and other factors. Therefore, to cope with the indication of the required supervision of all parties so that it can run better without any suspicion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine implementation of the bureaucratic apparatus of accountability Financial Management Board and the Regional Asset  North Mamuju Distric. The research using qualitative descriptive methode. The informant came from the apparatus of bureaucrats on the Financial Management Board and Asset North Mamuju District that consist of Proxy Regional Treasurer, Head of the Sub-Sector Spending, Head of the Sub-Sector Expenditures, officers executing and services of SP2D and also society as a service use. Data collection methods using include observation, interview, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data processing, data reduction, category, checks the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The theory used is based on the theory of Joko Widodo for the Accountability process, it using three indicators: Compliance Procedure, officers Behavior and Media Accountability. The results using the above theory suggests that adherence to procedures officers bureaucrats BPKAD North Mamuju District, showed that the standard implementation of the activities made sufficient in accordance with Regulation of the Permempan PER-34 / NT / 2006 regarding the disbursement of funds by BPKAD, but in implementation still found any irregularities in its implementation. The behavior of bureaucrats apparatus also shows the ethics of the bureaucratic apparatus still needs to be addressed, this is evidenced by the diversity of the service user feedback on the services they receive. A slow time, a culture of giving "extra" money, inaccuracy and the existence of duplicate tasks received by the bureaucratic apparatus, causing a decrease in the quality of public services. .

Abstract

Construction  of  transportation  infrastructure  have  a  close  relationship  with  the  level  ofeconomic activities. This study aims to clarify the effect of the construction of Roads Ampera - Ganti to the socio-economic Change in the Village, District Banawa, Donggala, particularly in terms of income levels, consumption patterns and ownership of assets. The method used is the method of survey research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to 91 respondents who live in Ampera - Ganti  Roads. To get the amount of income and expenditure before and after the construction of Roads Ampera - Ganti, then the data were analyzed by cross-tabulation method and the hypothesis was tested by paired sample t-test. Furthermore, to determine the extent to which the relationship between the increase in income and consumption patterns of ownership of the assets of the analysis used Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient (PMCC) or (Pearson's r) of Karl Pearson. The results showed that after 2 years of establishment Roads Ampera - Ganti, an increase in people's income by 35.21% and the level of public expenditure also rose by 27.11%. The increase in revenue is also affected patterns of consumption and asset ownership but not significantly, even the relationship between the two variables based on the results of testing found low correlation coefficient value, ie respectively 0.323 and 0.255.

Abstract

The research intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of health, safety, and job security on the performance of employees at The National Electricity Company in The Area of Suluttenggo Palu. Type of research is correlational. Population involves 90 employees at The National Electricity Company in The Area of Suluttenggo Palu. Data collected by questionnaire, documentation, interview, and observation. Type of data is qualitative and quantitative taken from primary and secondary sources. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. Based on the test result, it is shown that health, safety, and job security simultaneously and partially have positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at The National Electricity Company in The Area of Suluttenggo Palu.

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing the Monitoring of Development Activator Youth Scholar Program in Central Sulawesi (A Case Study in the village of Ampibabo Utara). The number of informants in the study are 8 people, namely three people of the Technical Team PSP3, the head section of Youth Leadership, Secretary of the village and two people of PSP3 participants also a civilian. The technique used in determining the informant is purposive by choosing informants purposively. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The result shows that Monitoring of Development Activator Youth Scholar Program in Central Sulawesi has already implemented but it has not been optimal. This is proved by the results of interviews viewed from the dimensions of direct inspection with indicators stating that monitoring implementation in the form of direct inspection is not carried out in accordance with the applicable rules, to be exact 2 twice in a month, but it is carried out in 3 to 4 months with an unspecified time which is resulting the inactivity of PSP3 participants in the placement location in implementing the programs and also the report in place has not been established by PSP3 in accordance with what is assigned because the PSP3 participants have not prepared the report of work they performed. As for the dimensions of indirect inspection, it has been executed properly, which it can be seen from the indicators of written and oral reports.

Abstract

The study intends to know: 1) significant influence of social economy and infrastructure simultaneously towards community behavior on waste management in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una; 2) significant influence of social economy towards community behavior on waste Mmanagement in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una; 3) significant influence of infrastructure towards community behavior on waste management in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una. Sample consists of 99 respondents from 6 urban villages and 4 villages in Ampana City Sub-District. Data analyzed with descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result shows that social economy and infrastructure simultaneously and partially have significant influence towards community behavior on waste management in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una.

Abstract

PT. Samas Agung is a shipping expedition company and implements contemporary service marketing system. The management of the company adopts service marketing mix strategies on product, place, price, promotion, people, productivity, and quality, process, and physical evidence. Yet, the operation is still ineffective. Therefore, this research intends to explore service marketing mix  and its effect on customers ’ decisions and satisfaction by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result indicates a significant influence of product, place, price, promotion, people, productivity and  quality, process, and physical evidence on customers ‘ decision; and decision has a significant effect on customers ‘ satisfaction. This study suggests that the results can be used to maintain or improve customers ‘ satisfaction. In addition, the company is required to improve its marketing mix strategy in its policy implementation and market penetration.

Abstract

The purpose of  this research is to know work motivation of the civil state apparatus in Central Peling subdistrict office of Banggai Kepulauan regency. Type of this research is a descriptive qualitative approach which was obtained from the deep interviews result. The location of this researchwas located in Central Peling  sub district office of Banggai Kepulauan regency. As much as 5 (five) persons civil state apparatus was selected purposively as the informants of  the research. With data sources were including primary data and secondary data and techniques of  data collection which was through observation, interviews, and documentation. By using the Interactive model of data analysis Miles and Huberman (2007:20). The theory that be used was a theory which stated by McClelland that is there are 3 indicators of work motivation, they are achievement needs, power needs and affiliation needs. The results of the work motivation of the civil state apparatus in Central Peling subdistrict office of Banggai Kepulauan had been said good overall, this was indicated through 3 aspects of work motivation, it was achieving needs, as long as this time the employees had been motivated to work well in carrying out their duties and responsibilities because of the existence of a desire to ful fill their need of achieving to get good recognition from the boss or partners and from the employees it selves. An indicator of power needs was ran well, because most employees are motivated  to work to get higher position behind his/her devotion as a man of the society, but for the most employees, the power needs is not a motivation to improve performance, as well as the needs of affiliated are already well, because all this time the relationship of cooperation had been  harmonized  in order to achieve the purpose of Central Peling subdistrict office of Banggai Kepulauan regency.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the effect of organizational culture simultaneously the performance of employees in the Secretariat of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the effect of organizational culture partially on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju. Organizational culture theory used from Denison, while the theoretical performance of Robbins. This type of research with a quantitative survey approach. The study population is employees of the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju totaling 148 people were drawn using the formula to 60 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) the influence of organizational culture simultaneously the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju determined by adaptability (adaptability), consistency (consistency), involvement (engagement), danmission (mission) .Besar effect obtained with 62.2% the level of the strong relationship between the variables. While the descriptive results indicate that the dimension that has the highest percentage value is the mission (mission) with a percentage of 82.22% which means all members of the organization have the same objectives in terms of vision and mission, while the lower dimension is adaptability (adaptability) with a percentage of 67, 33%, which means that the employee has not been able to learn from mistakes that it faces in its work; (2) the influence of organizational culture partially on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional District of North Mamuju determined by the influence of adaptability (adaptability) to employee performance, the effect of consistency (consistency) to employee performance, the effect of involvement (engagement) to employee performance, and influence mission (mission) to employee performance.
