Abstract

Act Number 17 of 20033, Act No. 1 of 20044 and Government Rule Number 24 of 2005 which has been changed with PP number 71 of 2010 about the Government Accounting Standard. Requiring government agencies to account  the implementation of the government’s mission in achieving the goals that have been set through periodic accountability in the form of financial statements and compiled based on government accounting standard. The fundamental findings to financial statements of the central government/local government (LKPP/LKPD) in addition the weakness of the internal control systems is the lack of human resource capacity of competent in management units of government finances. This research suggests the problem of how the competence of human resources and managerial influence on the quality of financial statements. This research aims to know and analyze the effect of human resource competencies and managerial for the quality of financial reporting. Survey on Departement of Revenue Financial Management and Local Asset at Buol Regency. The method used quantitative research method with the explanation purposes and test hypotheses. The data was collected by questionnaire to 87 employees in DPPKAD Buol Regency. The research results show the competence of human resources and managerial significant simultaneously effect on the quality of financial reporting. Partially the human resources competence gives significant effect on financial statements quality. Managerial competences have significant effect on financial statements quality.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to know and analyze the efects of leadership effectivity at work environment and its impact on personnel motivation simultaneously and partially. This study involves 141 personnel at Alkhairaat University that have been determined using purposive sampling metod. Analysis method used in this research is SEM-PLS Work 3.0. the results show that leadership effectivity performs positive and significant effect on physical, non-physical work environment and job motivation. However, physical work environment does not perform an effect on job motivation of personnel at Alkhairaat University, Palu. The value of R-square 0.784 indicates that 78.4% leadership effectivity is affected by job motivation, physical and non-physical work environment, meanwhile 21.6% is affected by other variables that are not investigated in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public perception of education skills of bamboo creative handycraft industry in improving the socio-economic life for the people in this district. This study is categorised as descriptive. This study aims to obtain a description and picture of the relationship between education skills and the creative industries bamboo craft skills with improved social life ekonomi. The data are collected by: observation, interviews, literature and documentation. Then, the data are analyzed by Chi-Square method. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The results show respondents who provide feedback and assessment of the implementation of the education skills of bamboo creative industriesin Sigi District are 11 respondents. There were 27.5% answered strongly agreed, 39 respondents or 97.0% answered agree, no one respondents answered disagree and no one respondents answered strongly disagree. It shows that the program implementation is supported and required because the publicunderstand that the program aims to progress rural welfare, 2) Educational skills programs of bamboo creative handicraft industry have significant impact for rural communities in Sigi District, as evidenced by analytical testing Chi-Square, where the result is: for social impacts scored 0.33, which proves that the level of relation between the social impact and education skills of the bamboo creative handicraft industry skills in Sigi District is only 33%. Mean while, the economic impact values obtained contingency coefficient is 0.28 which proves that the level of relation between the economic impact and the implementation of education skills of bamboo creative handicraft industryin Sigi District is only 28%.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze significant effects of leadership style, job motivation, and work environment on employees’ performance in The Department of Public Works of Palu, both simultaneously and partially. The type of the research is causal descriptive to link betwen two or more independent variables. Population consist of all employees in The Department of Public Works of Palu with 154 personel selected as sample through census sampling technique. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the result show that leadership style, job motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have significant effect on the performance of employees in The Department of Public Work of Palu.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the quality of public services administration of handling National Identity Card (e-ID) at Ampana Kota district. This research was a descriptive research using a qualitative. approach. The data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this research consist of 4 people, 1 person is the head of Ampana Kota district as key informant, 1 section head of government. 2 user community support services as an informant. Data analysis technique used (1) Collection of data, (2) data reduction data presentation, verification conclusion. The theory used in this research is the theory Parasurahman that measure the quality of service, namely (1) reliability, (2) responsiveness, (3) assurance: empathy and direct evidence. The research results show that; (1) part of the public service at Ampana Kota district was not have facilities such as generators that less optimized, when the power fails, the service process will stop, it means people do not get service. This happens because oj limited funds and no funds provided by Touna regency for theprocurement process. (2) people are not satisfied with the services provided by the Ampana Kola district. In the aspect 0.[ reliability about reliable in handling public complaints. reliable in terms oj time and accuracy of the service process, (3) the employees who help people who need the service must communicate well, (4) the security in Ampana Kota district have shown efforts to improve the quality oj services related to providing security for the community by placing the parking attendants to participate in securing the circumstances in the parking, (5) the aspect oj empathy that given of Ampana Kota district is giving a pleasant impression. It can be seen Jrom the attitude of the officer who explain clearly the service procedure and accept criticism or suggestions well as introspection Jor better service.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) untuk mengetahui and analyze the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency; (2) to assess and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency; (3) to mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh extrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. This type of research inikuantitatif. Population research staff at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency totaling 40 people with census sampling techniques so that the entire population sampled. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and data analysis technique multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) There is the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency with the influence of 62.9% and the level of the strong relationship between variables; (2) There is the influence of intrinsic motivation partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. Intrinsic motivation in this research are influenced by the recognition as recognition of the work ability, whereas the intrinsic motivation of employees who have indicated is a matter of individual responsibility as the completion of the work not on time; (3) There is the influence of motivation eksrinsik partially on the performance of employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Mamuju regency. Extrinsic motivation in this research are influenced by incentives, while extrinsic motivation is the employee who has not obtained adequate working facilities used.

Abstract

The aim of this study; (1) to determine the influence of achievement needs (need for acbievement), power needs (need for power), and the relationship needs (need for affiliation) simultaneously (together) against the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency; (2) to determine the power needs (need for power) partially (people) to the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency; (3) to determine the effect relationship needs (need for affiliation) partially (people) to the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency; (4) to determine the influence of achievement needs (need for acbievement) partially (people) to the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency. This type of research is quantitative and descriptive. The study population is employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Mamuju regency totaling 31 respondents. Sampling techniques using the census, so that the entire population sampled, as well as data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) The need for achievement (need for acbievement), power needs (need for power), and the needs of the relationship (need for affiliation) simultaneously (together) affect the employee's performance Regional Development Planning Board Mamuju Utara, with effect of 43 , 9% and the level of relationship "strong", which means that the increase in motivation will improve employee performance. Descriptive analysis showed the need persntase obtain high power, especially indicators of the desire to control, while the need for achievement is still low, especially praise the leadership; (2) The need for achievement (need for acbievement) partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of Regional Development Planning Board North Mamuju regency; (3) The need for power (need for power) partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of Regional Development Planning Board North Mamuju regency; (4) The need for a relationship (need for affiliation) partially (individual) effect on the performance of employees of Regional Development Planning Board North Mamuju regency.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) the condition of the character of  students,  (2)  functions, adjustment,  and  the  process undertaken  in  the  implementation of  the principal character education, (3) development of  a  flagship character performed the principal. Methods used is a descriptive with a descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques of interactive models,  Miles  and  Huberman, and  Likert  scale question form  analysis. The population in this study is a entire  principal a number of 5 persons, a number of 118 teachers, and students to a number of people  at 1,041 person in Sindue Sub-district. Sample. The number of samples of the principal  amounts of 5 people using sampling  a number of principal  samples are  saturated,  280  students are divided into 56 school 5 pupils by  school using  random sampling  techniques,  sample teacher as much as 90 people are  divided  into  18  schools  teachers by  school using random sampling techniques. Engineering data retrieval using  descriptive  analysis  and  interview guide scale Likert. The results showed that: first, the character of  the students in junior high se Sindue Sub-district is divided into (1) characters are weak, (2) strong characters , (3) the character of ugly, (4) good characters. Second, the function, and the process of  adjustment, in character education is done in General by the principal, the difference  is  how to encourage  teachers and students in carrying outactivities of character education  in their respective junior high school. Third, the pre-eminent character development done by the head of the junior school is generally done by dissemination to the program the extracurricular activities. The thing that distinguishes is awarding tasks in a community environment is only done by the head of the junior school the country  5  Sindue.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of policy implementation of Law Number 32 Year 2004 on the performance of Legislation Morowali Regency, informants in the study consisted of the Chairman of Parliament Chairman of Faction Chairperson of the Commission, Member, SKPD. While the data analysis technique used is to reduce the data, presenting data, and describe and conclude and verify the data. The results showed the policy implementation process of the Act No. 32 of 2004 on the performance of Legislation Morowali district legislature has not so it can be a maximum of three indicators to measure in this study such as: first, communication was limited to communication which is run at the level of members of the Board legislation alone without involving stakeholders in the district Morowali. Second, the resources owned by a local parliament member Morowali inadequate. Third, the disposition is a member of Legislation lack of awareness of the responsibilities that have been run in to mandate him. While the factors that affect members of the legislature in carrying out the task is First Area. The total area owned by the District Morowali greatly affect the performance of a member of Legislation Morowali district legislature because most members of the legislative districts are located at a distance away from where they worked as a representative of the people. the lack of creativity and innovation in policy have so that the initiative comes from the Legislation is still so lacking. Should be as representative of the people expected to turn up the initiative of representatives of the legislative initiatives discussed based on the interests of their constituents without having to wait for the draft that is given by the executive.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of media study used documentery film concerning the result of students learning at social subject at class VIII B at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue. This experimental research used the design of quacy experiment. The population of this research was from eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sindue which consist of class VIII B as experimental class and class VIII C as control class. The sampling technique used is random sampling techniques. Independent variable in this research was documentery film and dependent variable were the students learning outcomes at social subject. The technique of data collection used test. The validation and reliability counted using excel. The requirenmets using SPSS 19.00 aid using covering normality test by Kolmogorov-Smirnov and homogeneity test used Levene Test. Hypothesis test used t-test with significantly level 0.05. The result of the research indicated the achievement of mean or average to 78,76 for the experimental class by using documentery film, while mean of control class do not used the media only get 54,28 or didnot reach the minimum standard of 70. Based on statistical test result, t-test indicated that the value of sig or p about 0,000 compared smaller of 0,025. In conclusion, the result of the reasearch both experimental class and control class did not same or different actually.
