Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi Monte Carlo pada durasi pekerjaan optimis, paling disukai, dan pesimis hasil survey pada pihak kontraktor Gedung Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Malang. Simulasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan software @Risk dan distribusi data yang di gunakan adalah distrubusi triangular. Durasi pekerjaan hasil simulasi Monte Carlo kemudian digunakan untuk melakukan penjadwalan menggunakan software Microsoft Project Professional. Sehingga di dapatkan jadwal dan kurva S hasil simulasi Monte Carlo yang selanjutnya akan di analisis dan dibandingkan dengan jadwal dan kurva S dari proyek. Adapun analisis dilakukan dengan cara monitoring dan tracking dan membandingkan monitoring proyek dengan bobot biaya seperti pada umumnya dan monitoring dengan bobot durasi proyek. Hasil dari monitoring yang di lakukan pada penelitian kali ini terdapat perbedaan penjadwalan pada total durasi pekerjaan yakni durasi rencana proyek selama 192 hari dan durasi hasil simulasi Monte Carlo selama 216 hari. Berdasarkan simulasi Monte Carlo yang dilakukan diketahui probabilitas jadwal rencana proyek sebesar 30 % dan untuk jadwal hasil simulasi adalah sebesar 80 %. Dengan monitoring proyek menggunakan bobot durasi lebih mengetahui kemungkinan keterlambatan proyek dan dapat mengamati aktivitas kritis yang ada.

Abstract

The exposure of high temperatures which exposed reinforced concrete beams will cause damage to the cement paste as a binding component of the materials and decrease the ability of the beam. The objective of the study is to identify the high temperatures effect which exposed reinforced concrete beams (10 x 15 x 100 cm), focusing on the bending stiffness, deflection and bending capacity. The tests were conducted in some temperature variations which are 400 ˚C, 600 ˚C and 800 ˚C with the heating concept based on the slow changes of surface temperature and the convective heat transfer, the normal beam specimens (27 ˚C) were also tested as control specimens. The results show that the bending capacity decreases as the heating temperature increases, followed by the decrease of bending stiffness and also the increase of deflection before the beam reaches the first yield, then there is an increase on the bending stiffness of the beam which have been exposed by high temperature at 400 ˚C after the first yield is reached.

Abstract

Bundaran Kecil intersection is close to Tambun Bungai intersection, so vehicle must stop at each intersection because it gets red signal. To reduce delay and queue, signal coordination is required. Primary data include vehicle volume, geometric intersection and roundabout, signal timing, saturation flow, and travel time. Method used are Indonesian highway capacity manual (IHCM) 1997 and saturation flow approach method. From analysis, on roundabout, degree of saturation at weaving DA (R. T. A. Milono street - G. Obos street) reached 0.901. On signalized intersection, average delay value is > 60 sec/pcu (LOS F). Best scenario is 8th scenario with cycle time of 90 seconds and has LOS D. Based on coordination diagram obtained offset of 40 seconds and bandwidth of 13 seconds.

Abstract

Most of the general public of service users have not understood the value of construction consultancy services. This inhibits market opportunities in the private sector for construction consulting services particularly in South Kalimantan. The objective of the research is to create an appropriate marketing strategy for corporation construction consultancy services in South Kalimantan.Strategies can be identified by SWOT analysis, AHP analysis and Importance Performance Analysis. This research is done by giving questionnaire to the service users and construction consulting firms in South Kalimantan. The result of the research are, a model of the marketing strategy of the construction consulting service, Strength-Opportunity strategy, grow and build strategy, service pricing strategy, and a basic strategy. This is a collaboration between the marketing-mix and service quality.

Abstract

A good construction management can support the acceleration of the infrastructure construction and a low performance in implementation of the construction projects will lead to delay and cost overrun. This paper is intended to identify the risk factors which affect to performance of construction project. Gorontalo Hajj Dormitory construction project are not completed within the estimated scheduled and cost. Data in this research were collected through questionnaires from stakeholders. Regression model of an analysis result then simulated with Monte Carlo method and the variables in this model are the most dominant risk factor which influence on a performance. The most dominant risk for cost and schedule performance is bad condition during construction, incorrect of implementation methods, rework and equipment failure. The cost and schedule performance of the construction work are in poor condition. Generated statistical model is aligned with Earn Value Method and can be apply on the field.

Abstract

Development has a purpose to improve the standard of living. The government began to apply the concept of sustainable development through the SDG's programme which integrates economic development with the socio-cultural and environmental aspects. This study aims to identify the participation (social capital) of Sumbermujur Village community on the activities of conservation that can maintain the quality and quantity of the Sumber Deling springs. The method used is social network analysis based on three measures of rate of participation, density and centrality. The results showed that the values showed moderate and low participation rates with high density and centrality values with some actors in the network. this is quite good because it can help in the development of water management.

Abstract

Performance of a building construction will decrease with increase life service of the structure. To maintain the performance building in order to remain functioning properly it is necessary to repair the damaged building components. The purpose of this study is to get an assessment the physical condition of the building and analyze damage level of school structure in Blitar City, and get the order to maintenance of elementary school structures in Blitar City. Weight of structure criteria assessed by the building expert and analyzed with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, then the result of the weight is multiplied by the physical condition index obtained from the observation. Assessment of physical condition index of elementary school structure in Blitar city is 69.34%, it can be interpreted that the structure is in deterioration or damage but does not affect the overall structure of the building.

Abstract

Penggunaan baja hot-rolled semakin tergeser dengan material baru yaitu baja ringan (cold-formed), yang mempunyai keunggulan berupa beratnya yang kecil dan mudah dibentuk serta memiliki kekuatan yang tinggi. Pada penelitian ini, struktur rangka baja ringan difungsikan sebagai jembatan pejalan kaki dengan lantai kendaraan atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan profil baja ringan C-75 tipe G-550. Dilakukan dua macam analisis yaitu analisis secara numerik dan eksperimen. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa jembatan hasil analisis numerik secara umum mempunyai kekuatan yang lebih tinggi dan lendutan yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan hasil eksperimen. Penambahan profil sebagai perkuatan pada bagian sambungan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kekuatan struktur maupun memperkecil lendutan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Aspal merupakan material yang digunakan pada pekerjaan perkerasan lentur jalan. Genangan air yang sering terjadi terutama setelah hujan bisa menjadi masalah terhadap ketahanan aspal. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah permasalahan ini adalah penggunaan aspal porus untuk digunakan dalam pekerjaan perkerasan jalan. Aspal porus adalah campuran yang memiliki gradasi agregat kasar lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan agregat halus. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh penambahan serbuk kayu jati terhadap nilai Marshall yang ada pada campuran aspal porus. Penggunaan serbuk kayu jati ini juga dapat mengurangi jumlah limbah serbuk kayu yang ada. Variasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah variasi kadar serbuk kayu jati dan variasi suhu perendaman. Variasi kadar serbuk kayu jati sebesar 4%, 5% dan 6% sedangkan variasi suhu perendaman 45ºC, 60ºC dan 75ºC. Jumlah benda uji untuk mencari KAO yang dibuat sebanyak 9 buah benda uji. Benda uji Marshall Immersion sebanyak 9 buah benda uji. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis ANOVA Dua Arah. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh dari penambahan serbuk kayu jati terhadap nilai Marshall pada campuran aspal porus.

Abstract

Unsignalized intersection at Jl. Kaliurang Km 13 -Jl.Besi Jongkang, Yogyakarta has traffic flow increased. Vehicles meet from various directions in the intersection and not equipped with traffic control resulting potential traffic conflicts that can eventually lead to an accident. A factor most causing the accident is speed. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the speed towards the motorized safety at unsignalized intersection. Traffic Conflict Technique (TCT) is a method of predicting an accident by the conflict in intersection or road. This method requires some data such as vehicle speed (km/h) and a range of conflict (m) that can be obtained the time to accidents (S) which the conflict can be known to serious or non serious conflict. If a conflict included into the category of serious conflict, the conflict has a potential to cause an accident. Finally, TCT method results show that the unsignalized intersection at Jl. Kaliurang Km 13 -Jl. Besi Jongkang have 76.9% potencial of accidents with an average speed of serious conflict is 26.24 km/h. However, the range distance for conflict only 2.0-3.5 m so the potential of accident increased.
