Abstract

Banten is a province that is rich in natural resource potential but lacks sufficient quality human resources. This condition causes Banten to become the province with the second highest unemployment rate in Indonesia.Higher Education has a role as well as a great responsibility to revise and improve the quality of human resources, as well as being able to survive and even win competition between universities in Banten. The segmenting, targeting and positioning strategy will help universities find market opportunities and make them the basis for developing marketing programs and the means to survive and win competition.Studies of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies have been carried out in various industries, but only a few of these studies have been carried out in the higher education service industry.Increasing competition in the higher education service industry in Banten encourages the need for studies of this strategy, to help them survive and win competition, both against competitors from within and outside Banten.The purpose of this research is to formulate a segmenting, targeting and positioning strategy that can be used by universities in Banten as a basis for designing their marketing programs that effectively defend and win their markets.The survey research design was used to obtain data to be analyzed using the K mean Cluster, Cross Tabulation Method and Correspondent Analysis. The questionnaire was distributed to 500 third-grade high school students and their equivalents in Banten. Questionnaires that can be further processed are 493.This research produces four higher education service market segments that can be selected to be the target market. The four segments are, segment one is physical evidence oriented, segment two is oriented towards scholarship and academic services, segment three is cost oriented and segment four is process oriented education, graduates and prestige. Higher education institutions can choose one or more segments that they can serve better than competitors.Perception maps in this study show variations in the positions of eleven Higher Education Institutions in the minds of prospective students. Some universities have good positioning, while others have unclear and bad positioning. Higher Education Institutions can maintain their positioning or reposition if the existing positioning is not as intended. New players who will enter can use the perception map produced by this research to determine their positioning and the competitors they will face.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of using accounting information and business age on business success. The population in this study is the MSMEs who are in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study in were batik MSMEs who were in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with criteria of MSMEs who had recorded their business. The data collection of this study used a survey method which was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents who met the criteria. The respondents of this study were 40 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with help of SPSS tools. This study found that the success of MSMEs was influenced by the use of accounting information and business age.

Abstract

Industry challenges and opportunities 4.0 encourage innovation and creation from all walks of life, one of is the growth of Online Based Transportation (TBO). The purpose of this research is to more closely observe and examine the extent of the role and impact of Online Based Transportation in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 for the economic development of society in Cirebon. This research method uses a combination of research methods (Mixed Methods). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence on car drivers, motorcycle driver partners and merchants in the city of Cirebon. Based on a survey and analysis of the results of the discussion of the existence of online transportation is very influential (impact) on the socio-economic community in the city of Cirebon. The survey results show that 78% of respondents said online transportation had a good (positive) impact. Hypothesis testing show that the existence of online transportation has a significant effect on the socio-economic community in Cirebon.

Abstract

Today's banking business is ver competitive, it requires hard work by a company to be able to compete with others. For this reason, changes need to be made, including marketing strategy strategies, especially services, because banks are engaged in services. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of service quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction and customer trust as an intervening variable in Serang BPR banks. The research was carried out by taking a sample using 6 x 16 indicators, namely 96 samples at a minimum, but a maximum of 100 respondents were used. Data collection was obtained from 100 respondents, specifically for customers saving savings products at BPR Serang banks. by giving a questionnaire. Processing of respondents' answers was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, using analytical engineering methods using Smart PLS version 2.0.m3. The results of the analysis show that the direct influence of service quality on customer satisfaction is positive and significant. and the direct influence of service quality on customer trust is positive and significant. then the quality of service to customer loyalty is positive and non significant. customer satisfaction with customer loyalty is positive and significant. and customer trust in customer loyalty which is positive and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of free cash flow and agency cost on company performance in the trading sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Another objective is to examine agency cost as a moderating variable of the effect of free cash flow on the performance of trading sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research is an explanatory research conducted on trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables of this study include free cash flow and agency cost as the independent variable while the dependent variable is the company's performance which is proxied by the profitability ratio (ROA). The research population was 53 trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2016. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling so that it was selected to be 25 companies. The data analysis tool uses Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). Research has shown that free cash flow has a negative impact on agency cost. Free cash flow has no effect on company performance. Agency cost increases the effect of free cash flow on company performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income, knowledge of zakat, and muzakki's trust on the interest in paying zakat professionally through BAZNAZ either directly or moderated by government regulations. The study population was all Muslim civil servant teachers of SMK in Semarang City, amounting to 89 people. This research is a research with saturation side so that all members of the population become the research sample. The analysis tool uses moderated regression analysis. The results show that income, knowledge of zakat, and muzakki's trust have a significant positive effect on the interest in paying zakat on profession through BAZNAZ. Government regulations are able to strengthen the positive influence of income and knowledge of zakat, on the interest in paying professional zakat through BAZNAZ, but weaken the relationship of the positive influence of muzakki's trust on the interest in paying professional zakat through BAZNAZ.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior with lifestyle as a mediation variable. The location of this research is in Tasikmalaya. This research is a kind of quantitative research using survey method given to Housewife in Tasikmalaya city. The object of research in this study is the financial literacy, lifestyle, and financial behavior. Determination of the number of samples in this study are as many as 100 respondents with the sampling method used is to use judgment sampling. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. This analysis is assisted by using the AMOS 21. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy does not affect in financial behaviour. While life style can mediate influence financial literacy on financial behaviour;s housewife in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the role of PR hotels marketing in Anyer region after Sunda Strait tsunami in the end of 2018, which affect to the decline of hotels occupation rate. This research impelemented in mid years of 2019. Descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research. The population of this research are 36 hotels in Anyer region. Samples are pointed with probability sampling, therefore, 5 hotels are determined as samples representing Anyer’s hotel’s classifications, consist one five stars hotel, one four stars hotel, one three stars hotel, and three melati (jasmine) hotels. Depth interview were conduct to the managers in order to explore the role of hotel’s PR. According to the resul based on interview, PR’s roles after tusnami disasters are: communicator published positive image in mass and social media.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Agility and Passion on Learning Achievement in Jurusan Management Universitas Serang Raya Banten. Agility problems rarely to research in the field of management, while Passion is still relatively little research done, so researchers are interested in researching with that title. In this study, 83 samples were used and the data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis  tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The result of the study conclude that partially Agility has no significant effect on Learning Achievement, partial Passion has a significant effect on Learning Achievement, while simultaneously Agility and Passion have a significant effect on Learning Achievement. This study develops a model of increasing student Learning Achievement in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company TBK. As the food and beverage industry as one of the industry that contributes the highest to gross domestic product (GDP) to the sector of processing industry in Indonesia. In 2012, the food and beverage industry contributed 7.14% to GDP in Indonesia. A descriptive quantitative is the type in this study, the analytical technique used in this research is to use various tests namely classical assumptions, T-Test and F-test and coefficient of determination. Using multiple regression analysis is the most appropriate method for the lysis of the influence of asset structure and profitablity on the capital structure of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk. From 2009-2018. The impact of independent variables on dependent variables is 74.8% while the remaining 13.6% are described by variables or other factors not incorporated into this model, so it is evident that the independent variables of the assets and profitability structure have had a strong impact on the corporate capital structure of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk in year 2009-2018.
