Abstract

Computers now have very high capabilities so they can be used virtualization. With computer capabilities that are high enough computer lab practicum and server administration can already be done on a pc or laptop that has virtualization applications installed. Network practicum and server administration that previously could only be done in the classroom, so with this technology it is expected that it can be practiced on a PC or personal laptop for each student, so that students are able to continue the practical scenario that has been given. Virtualization will use Hyper-V that already exists in Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. In the Hyper-V application 4 Windows servers will be installed, all of which will be installed and connected via Active Directory. All windows servers will be accessed using a computer and physical network through the Remote Desktop Connection application. So it is expected that with this study student will be able to practice outside the campus lab environment.

Abstract

Higher education has several elements of human resources; one of these elements is at the implementing level, namely the security unit or security guard. In self-reliant activities in work environment, this element functions as industrial security or security in the university environment. It is necessary to have a performance evaluation for the security unit that is useful to measure the success of certain targets of an agency; evaluation includes the self-value of each security unit including the variables of knowledge, skills, behavior, work results, and care to you. The method used for performance evaluation the security unit is Simple Additive Weighting. Based on the results of the test it was found that the alternative a7 occupies the highest rank with a value of 80.33 with details of the value of 4 as many as 6 aspects (c3, c10, c16, c19, c24), value 3 as many as 15 aspects (c2, c4, c5, c7, c8, c9 , c11, c12, c14, c15, c17, c18, c20, c23) and the value of 2 in 3 aspects (c1, c6, c13) exceeds alternative a20 with a number of values 4 more than a7, this is influenced by the weight of each aspect.

Abstract

Prayer is one of the worship that must be done by all Muslims in this world. If you have entered prayer time, whether we are wherever we are as a devout Muslim it is obligatory to immediately do the prayer. No exception when we are visiting or traveling in a certain area. Therefore, it will be very helpful if there is an application that can find the location of the nearest mosque that can be accessed using a smartphone. Previously, there were similar applications but only accessible via the web. Then, using google maps actually can already find the closest mosque, but there are still shortcomings, namely location data displayed at some point is invalid (the location at certain points there is no mosque). So, the Sigoca Master application (Nearest Mosque Search Information System) in Semarang City based on Android is made to help all Muslims who are visiting or traveling in the City of Semarang. Geolocation and Haversine Formula are the methods I will use to build the Sigoca Master application. With these methods, it is expected that the application built can help find the location of the nearest mosque from the user's location.

Abstract

Tutoring is helping students to get good adjustments in learning situations, so that each student can learn efficiently according to his abilities and achieve optimal development. In tutoring need to need outstanding teachers to produce high achieving students.With the existence of a decision support system, the admin or head of tutoring can determine the instructors who have achievements, and can manage teaching data, employee data safely and efficiently. In this decision support system uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The final results of this study found that the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method was able to overcome the problems in determining teachers who excel, and can manage teaching data, employee data safely and efficiently.    Keywords: Decision Support System, Tutoring, Dunia Sausan Kudus

Abstract

The performance of teachers in educational institutions needs to have an appreciation and assessment that has a basis. Teacher performance assessment is one of the bases for decision making related to the career of the teacher. To improve the quality and accuracy of performance appraisal, this study designs a web-based teacher performance assessment decision support system. The Decision Support System method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and information system design uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. Respondents in this study were deputy principals, teacher representatives, and committee representatives. The results of the calculation of the respondent questionnaire were carried out with a paired comparison matrix. The results of the combined calculation showed that the first level criteria which were the highest weighted were Social with a weight of 33.4% and the alternative teacher with the best performance was Vera Asmara with a value of 22.9%.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan suatu sistem guna mempermudah dalam penyelesaian masalah juga sebagai pengambilan suatu keputusan. Metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) adalah sistem pendukung keputusan dimana metode ini memperhitungkan kalkulasi yang kompleks dan dalam penentuan alternatifpun sangat selektif. Dalam penerimaan asisten laboratorium menjadi masalah yang serius karena banyak factor yang harus dipertimbangkan dan diputuskan. Asisten laboratorium bertugas membantu kepala laboratorium dan dosen pengampu dalam proses pelaksanaan praktikum, menjaga dan merawat peralatan serta menjaga kebersihan laboratorium. Selama ini penerimaan asisten laboratorium dilakukan dengan wawancara dan ujian tertulis kemudian baru dilakukan seleksi secara manual. Pada penelitian ini kami mengambil contoh kasus yang sering dialami oleh Prodi Teknik Sipil. Dari rangkaian proses metode MOORA yang digunakan sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penerimaan asisten laboratorium disimpulkan bahwa metode ini sangat cocok diimplementasikan karena hasil keluaran sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan. Dan nantinya bisa diterapkan di semua fakultas di Lingkungan Universitas PGRI Semarang sebagai sistem dalam sebuah seleksi.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu teknologi yang sedang berkembang dengan pesat pada saat ini, sehingga informasi yang tersedia dapat berlangsung dengan cepat, efisien serta akurat. Pada Unit Transfusi Darah PMI ini sangat minim pelayanan informasi mengenai ketersediaan darah melalui mobile device sehingga banyak masyarakat yang kurang informasi mengenai persedian darah. Maka perlu ditemukan cara memecahkan masalah yang ada dengan menyediakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan divisualisasikan dengan use case diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi donor darah yang mampu menyediakan data stok darah, jadwal kegiatan donor dan lokasi, serta informasi donor darah.

Abstract

Produk kosmetik, sabun dan perawatan kulit wajah, mengkhususkan penggunaan pada beberapa jenis kulit. Ada 5 jenis kulit wajah yaitu normal, berminyak, kering, sensitif dan kombinasi. Mengetahui jenis kulit wajah sangat penting untuk memilih produk kosmetik yang cocok. Diperkirakan sekitar 1518 individu dengan kasus penyakit kulit baru dilaporkan di tahun 2018. Dalam makalah ini, dilakukan proses deteksi jenis kulit wajah dengan menggunakan metode 4 dan 8 konektifitas. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk melakukan deteksi jenis kulit wajah serta merancang bangun sebuah teknologi pengolahan citra digital yang dapat mengenali jenis kulit wajah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi akuisisi citra, peningkatan kualitas citra, segmentasi citra, ekstraksi ciri dan pengenalan pola. Manfaat dari makalah ini adalah dapat mengetahui jenis kulit wajah, sehingga dapat memberikan perlakuan yang tepat, sehingga tingkat kesalahan dalam memilih kosmetik dapat diminimalisir.

Abstract

Current communication can be carried out without having to come face to face, without limitation of space and time, namely through the internet. the availability of internet connectivity is a necessity for all people in almost all activities. The growth of internet users influences changes in the pattern of society in communicating and socializing also has an impact on business trends, one of which is the aspect of promotion and marketing. Conventional promotion through printed media has shifted to online media. Printed media turned to digital form which was then disseminated very easily through the internet to many people in general. This paper will examine the smarsofi application or smart social wifi application that utilizes connectivity accounts from wifi users to collect data. in this case is the visitor's data from a caf ©. The main objective is to facilitate the process of collecting visitors to the caf © connected to wifi, which will then be forwarded to the distribution (broadcast) of digital promotional content.

Abstract

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) adalah salah satu jenis gangguan psikologi yang berasal dari rasa cemas dan takut yang muncul secara tiba-tiba dan tidak dapat dikendalikan oleh penderitanya. Jika gangguan ini dibiarkan maka akan mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari penderita dan menyebabkan depresi. Dalam proses diagnosa oleh dokter, pasien menggunakan kata yang tidak pasti seperti jarang , lumayan, dan cukup dalam menjawab pertanyaan dari dokter. Hal ini menyebabkan dokter kesulitan dalam melakukan diagnosa. Dari permasalahan diatas, maka dibuatlah aplikasi sistem pakar mendeteksi gangguan obsessive compulsive disorder menggunakan metode backward chaining dan certainty factor untuk memudahkan dan meningkatkan tingkat kepercayaan dokter dalam mendeteksi gangguan obsessive compulsive disorder pasien. Aplikasi ini menggunakan ilmu kecerdasan buatan yaitu metode backward chaining dan certainty factor yang digunakan dalam perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi sistem pakar. Aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis website menggunakan bahasa PHP dan MySQL. Dari penelitian ini, dihasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat menampilkan kemungkinan dideritanya tipe gangguan OCD. Hasil pengujian aplikasi telah sesuai dengan pengetahuan dari pakar. Pengujian sistem aplikasi menggunakan pengujian black box yang menunjukan semua fungsi yang ada pada aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan.
