Abstract

Evaluasi tumbuh kembang pada anak penting dilakukan agar apabila terjadi penyimpangan pertumbuhan dapat segera dilakukan intervensi sejak awal sehingga dapat meminimalisir kelainan yang mungkin terjadi. Pada anak usia dini perlu dilakukan evaluasi setiap bulan yaitu untuk anak usia 12-72 bulan dan enam bulan sekali untuk anak usia 12-72 bulan. Dalam pelayanan kesehatan berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesehatan anak, namun untuk evaluasi anak di sekolah berguna untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan komponen tumbuh kembang aspek kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik. Beberapa cara yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi adalah dengan tes, pengukuran dan penilaian. Pengukuran sering digunakan untuk menilai jenis nilai sikap (afektif), misalnya kesediaan untuk berbagi dengan sesama teman. Evaluasi dalam bentuk tes digunakan untuk tipe kognitif dan penilaiannya lebih pada evaluasi tipe psikomotorik. Metode yang digunakan adalah profile matching

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penentuan rute dalam pengiriman barang di PT Pos Logistics Indonesia. Pada PT Pos Logistik Indonesia kegiatan transportasi masih belum mempertimbangkan rute, karena dalam proses pengiriman pengemudi kurang mempertimbangkan rute yang masih satu rute tetapi lokasi yang berbeda. Pemilihan metode yang dapat digunakan di PT Pos Logistics Indonesia, yaitu dengan matriks penghematan, dalam mencari rute pengiriman barang terlebih dahulu harus mengetahui terlebih dahulu tujuan yang akan dituju. Ini dapat memengaruhi rute pengiriman dan menurunkan biaya bahan bakar untuk pengiriman barang. Penentuan rute menggunakan metode matrix hemat adalah untuk mengetahui rute terpendek yang akan dilalui. Hasil yang diperoleh dari rute terpendek adalah biaya bahan bakar berkurang hingga Rp. 1. 452.300 yang awalnya berjumlah Rp. 5.662.425 dengan penurunan sebesar Rp. 4.210.125. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Genetic Algorithm dengan mutation probability 0.1 melalui 50.000 iterasi,   didapatkan jarak terendah dan efektif (fitness value) sebesar 4222 km.Lebih baik jika PT Pos Logistics Indonesia dalam menentukan rute pengiriman dapat menggunakan metode Saving matrix sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk bahan bakar minyak dapat ditekan dan dapat menggunakan genetic algortihm untuk penentuan rute yang optimal.

Abstract

The development of video games in Indonesia has grown rapidly since 2015, providing quite a large opportunity for the local game industry to compete in the video game market in Indonesia. Video games developed by local developers have not met players' expectations. Video game development needs to be done so that developers from abroad do not completely control the video game market in Indonesia. Game Cyber Infinity is one of the video games developed to answer the local market's needs. It was developed using the Design Thinking method with five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This research produced a Cyber Infinity game prototype with testing using the Black Box testing method.

Abstract

In this study, the design and manufacture of an encrypted digital image security system was carried out by combining bit matching steganography and cryptographic cipher feedback (CFB) using a linear congruential generator (LCG) as a key generator. The test material used 60 message images measuring 120x120 pixels with 1 cover image measuring 64x64 pixels. The results of the study were obtained: (1) the image can be hidden but there is an increase in the size of the embedding file with an average difference of 459.1167 KB (kilobytes) or an increase of 2135.65%, (2) The image can be reconstructed, the physical image of the extraction result is the same as the original image with an MSE value = 0, but there is a change in size that varies with an average difference of 3.433333 KB (kilobytes) or by 16.20%,  (3) Some robust tests such as image rotation testing, brightness manipulation, addition of gaussian noise make the extracted image damaged. The image is resistant to all contrast tests. Salt and pepper noise testing does not damage the image too much, the image is still resistant to salt and pepper noise testing of 0.001 with an average MSE = 0

Abstract

Statistics is the basis for studying other subjects in the Informatics Engineering Study Program. However, some lecturers have not used teaching materials such as interactive modules to help students learn statistics. For this reason, research is needed which aims to (1) develop literacy-based Flipbook-assisted interactive e-modules in statistics courses that are valid, (2) determine the practicality of literacy-based Flipbook-assisted interactive e-modules in statistics courses for students. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). The research subjects were 30 Informatics Engineering students taking Statistics courses. The development steps in this research are using ADDIE, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research results obtained: 1) the literacy-based flipbook-assisted e-module that was developed was declared valid/feasible with an average percentage of material experts of 80% and media experts of 85.41%, 2) the flipbook-assisted interactive e-module that was developed met the criteria practically with a percentage reaching 75%.

Abstract

Text recognition (OCR - Optical Character Recognition) is a research field that is gaining widespread attention due to its wide application in image and document processing. Although OCR technology has achieved a high level of success, the main challenge faced is the presence of noise in text image, noise causes decreased text recognition results, noise causes miss classification. Therefore needed noise handling text recognition.  The aim of this research is to provide valuable insight into the techniques and approaches used in the context of noise treatment using global threshold methods. The method used starts from an input digital image, then preprocessing is carried out by converting the image into a gray scale image, then a threshold is applied to the image, then recognition is carried out. From 6 experiments, the best results were obtained for character recognition with a threshold value (t) of 65 and a character recognition accuracy percentage of 94.29%. T value determined manually and static for separates the all object and the background, while in reality the lighting or contrast always varies. Suggestions for further research include developing an adaptive thresholding method approach to obtain threshold values automatically and optimally. So that if faced with varying lighting conditions or contrast, better results can be obtained.

Abstract

Algoritme Random Forest (RF) sangat populer digunakan pada metode klasifikasi karena waktu learning yang cepat, mampu melakukan pembobotan pada variabel, dan kinerja yang sangat baik pada dataset berukuruan besar, namun algoritme RF mempunyai performa yang buruk saat menangani data dengan kelas tidak seimbang. Data dengan kelas tidak seimbang adalah jumlah data pada kelas tertentu lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah data pada kelas lainnya. Undersampling (US-RF) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk penanganan data dengan kelas tidak seimbang, namun metode undersampling akan memilih dan mereduksi data secara acak pada kelas mayoritas sehingga berakibat hilangnya data yang berpotensi berguna. Untuk menghindari hilangnya data yang berpotensi berguna tersebut karena dipilih secara acak, maka akan diterapkan penetapan nilai random state pada metode undersampling. Metode yang diusulkan diberi nama random state parameter undersampling Random Forest (RSUS-RF). Dalam penelitian ini akan dibandingkan antara metode RF, US-RF dan RSUS-RF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata akurasi metode RSUS-RF lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode RF dan US-RF dengan nilai rata-rata akurasi metode RSUS-RF sebesar 0.8259, sedangkan nilai rata-rata akurasi metode RF dan metode US-RF sebesar 0.8035 dan 0.7945. Serta terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan diantara ketiga metode tersebut ketika diuji menggunakan Friedman Test dengan nilai p-value adalah 0.005.

Abstract

As the volume of motorbikes increases, the number of motorbike service outlets also increases. However, not all service places get customers equally, from the customer's side various variables really determine visits such as location, level of spare parts availability, level of service to consumers and price. Likewise, in terms of service owners, when opening a new service location, they need to pay attention to various variables such as proximity to residential areas, number of competitors, capacity of passing vehicles, and proximity to spare parts suppliers. To collaborate several influential variables to produce a decision regarding the right place, a method is needed that is capable of carrying out calculations to produce a ranking of locations that will have an influence. One method that can be offered is profile matching. This method performs by finding the difference between the weight value determined at the beginning and the input value for each location object. The ranking results of all location objects can be used as alternative locations for appropriate service locations..

Abstract

Beras merupakan komoditas pangan utama bagi masyarakat di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Tengah. Sebagai kebutuhan pokok, ketersediaan dan harga beras sangat mempengaruhi stabilitas ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pemantauan dan analisis harga beras menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Salah satu hal dalam memahami harga beras adalah dengan melakukan clustering atau pengelompokan harga berdasarkan harga eceran beras medium. Clustering dapat memberikan gambaran lebih jelas variasi harga di jawa tengah metode yang digunakan yaitu K-Means dan K-Medoid dengan membandingkan metode  tersebut diharapkan mendapatkan informasi detail dan pola harga beras di berbagai daerah. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa validitas DBI K-Means dengan K=3 dan K=5 lebih unggul dari pada menggunakan K-Medoids.

Abstract

In the study titled " Expert System For Diagnosing Diseases In Dogs Based On Web Using Dempster-Shafer Method " it was found that keeping dogs provides positive benefits to human mental health. Despite dogs having rapid adaptability, high loyalty, as well as significant development and intelligence, proper care is essential to maintain their health and prevent diseases. The limitation in the number of veterinary doctors poses a challenge in handling animal diseases, particularly in dogs. Hence, this research utilizes an Expert System with the Dempster-Shafer method to diagnose canine diseases. Out of 45 test cases used to evaluate the system, it achieved an accuracy rate of 88.89% in comparison to veterinary doctors' diagnoses. Some cases showed discrepancies due to related symptoms, accounting for 11.11%, with more than one disease type within the system and having a confidence level below 70%.
