Abstract

The Effect of Competence and Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Lecturer Performance (Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru). One of educational goals is to create qualified human in the future, therefore the role of institution of higher education is needed very much. To produce qualified graduates, of course the colleges should have to be qualified ones. The quality of education is affected by several factors such as: students, infrastructure facilities supporting the learning process, and lecturers.This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Lecturer Performance (Case Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru). The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique, while the sample is all permanent lecturers of Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru. There are 61 permanent lecturers there. For technique of Data Collection, the researcher applied questionnaire, interview, and documentation. While in techniques of Data Analysis the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression which were continued to be analyzed by using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this research showed both partially and jointly of Competence and Organization Commitment were affected each other on lecturer job satisfaction. Meanwhile the variable of job satisfaction partially affected the lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of motivation on Performance Civil ServicePolice Unit in the city of Pekanbaru. discipline influence on Performance Civil Service Police Unit inthe city of Pekanbaru. The influence of leadership Performance Civil Service Police Unit in Pekanbaru,and motivatian, discipline and leadership on performance Civil Service Police Unit Member inPekanbaru. Population is the total number of objects studied, the population in this study is themunicipal police Members of Pekanbaru. The number of population in this study were 140 municipalpolice Members with the status of Civil Servants. Given a population of only 140 people, it is feasiblefor sampling in the census.Data analysis and interpreting the data, the method used descriptive analysis and verification ofanalysis methods. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondentsand the research variables, whereas the verification method used to test the research hypotheses byusing relevant statistical tests. Whereas the verification method used in this study is multipleregression.The results showed that motivation influence on Performance Civil Service Police Unit in the city ofPekanbaru. Abstract

This research aims to determine student readiness Strata-1 Universitas Riau in response toPermendikbud No. 49 year 2014 on National Standards Higher Education by collecting informationthrough questionnaires distributed to 300 students from three faculties: FKIP, Faculty of Fisheries, andthe Faculty of Economics.The results showed that the majority (59%) already know the information about Permendikbud No. 49year 2014 but 60% of students who already know the rules, there is only 30% understood what thePermendikbud enactment. 44% of participants stated that the current curriculum support for thecompletion of the study within five years. Related facilities support the learning process, studentsadmitted only 27% of participants who claim to support. For policies issued by each faculty has beengood according to participants. 48% of participants stated that the already available standard operatingprocedures (SOP) that support the completion of the study within five years, while only 23% ofparticipants stating have been implemented. Supporting of information systems that available is stillconsidered to be less while the facultys commitment to help students rated by the participants arerelatively well linked to the lecture, score, and preceptor. Similiarly with associated with non-academicservice by employees still need to be improved.

Abstract

The research seeks to analyze the effect of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Supplier of Fresh Fruit Bunches and Customer Satisfaction on Loyalty Supplier of Fresh Fruit Bunches in PTPN V-Pekanbaru.The numbers of respondents involved were 127 respondents supplier of fresh fruit bunches in PTPN V used probability sampling with sample types using stratified random sampling. The data collection including interview, observation and questioner analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis.Based on statistics analysis results there were several conclusion as follows: The first customer relationship management is significant and positive effect on satisfaction supplier fresh fruit bunches (FFB), Second service quality is significant and positive effect on satisfaction supplier of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), third customer relationship management is not significant and positive effect on loyalty supplier of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), fourth the service quality is significant and positive effect on loyalty of suppliers of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), Fifth the satisfaction is not significant and positive effect on loyalty of suppliers of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), sixth generally loyalty and satisfaction of suppliers is already in the good category.Based on research result of the study, suggested the following matters: first the increase of customer relationship management is more focused on continuity marketing and one-to-one marketing. second the increase of quality of service more focused on reliability, empathy, and responsiveness, third enhancement supplier loyalty must be directed so that suppliers increasingly recommending to suppliers other fresh fruit bunches to supply fresh fruit bunches of oil mill PTPN V.

Abstract

Capital market in Indonesia in its development has shown its place as part of the economic instruments , which is used as a reference by researchers and practitioners in seeing the picture of the Indonesian economy . Empirical data show that from 2008 to the end of 2012 fluctuations in the Indonesian Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), which tends to increase. It proves that economic indicators several years after the global crisis indicate the symptoms restoration of confidence is increasing. In general, experts agree that the international stock exchanges interlinked with each other . In this case , usually the larger exchanges will affect the smaller exchanges. Since the growth of the Indonesian capital market quite rapidly, it appears that the capital market in Indonesia is also indicated relatively vulnerable to macroeconomic conditions of the world in general. It is necessary to study factors that influences Indonesian Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The global stock indices that used in this study are: the Dow Jones index, Nikkei 225 index, Shanghai Composite Index (SSE), UK : FT100, KLCI, STI index, which taken monthly from January 2005 until December 2014. The macroeconomic indicators that used in this study include oil prices, gold prices, and the exchange rate USD / IDR that taken monthly from January 2005 until December 2014. To determine whether a stock index and global economic indicators have a positive or negative effect on IHSG, a tool already used in this study, which is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Dow Jones index, Shanghai index, UK : FT100 index, KLCI index, and STI Index significantly give the positive effect to IHSG, while the Nikkei 225 index variable, world oil prices, gold prices, and the exchange rate USD/IDR giving negative effect to IHSG. Future studies wishing to examine the influence of multiple indices and global economic indicators of the condition of the Indonesian capital market can add a variable index of Asia Pacific countries such as: Hang Seng Index (Hong Kong), Kospi Index (South Korea), BSE index (India) and macroeconomic variables such as: inflation, BI rate, GDP (Gross Domestic Product).

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Trimitra Pekanbaru. The purpose of thisstudy is Knowing Effect of Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance PT. Tri MitraSejahtera Pekanbaru. While the benefits of this research is as a material consideration in applyingMotivation and Leadership Award for improving employee performance PT. Tri Mitra SejahteraPekanbaru in the future. The study used primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews, andthe sampling method used is random sampling by the formula Slovin. Where the amount of the overallpopulation as many as 74 people. For this study the entire population sampled, so that the samplingmethod using census method. The data an8alysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. From theresults of research on the influence of discipline in improving the performance of employees of PT. TriMitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru with a coefficient of determination (R square), the amount is 0.315 That is31.5% while the remaining 68.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of information asymmetry, mechanism practical Corporate Governance through Earnings Management directly through the value of company and to observe the influence of information asymmetry, mechanism practical Corporate Governance which has mediated by Earnings Management through the value of company directly and indirectly. The population of this research is LQ45 Company which has registered in BEI in 2009- 2013 for 45 companies in LQ45 Company. Sample of this research is measure by using purposive sampling method, and the result is 22 companies as sample. The result of this research proved that information asymmetry has influence significantly through value of company, there is no significant effect between information asymmetry and value of company which has mediated by earnings management, there is no significant effect between corporate governance and company value, there is significant effect between corporate governance which has mediated by earnings management through company value indirectly and there is significant effect between earnings management and company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating Good CorporateGovernance (GCG) to financial performance. A measure of Corporate Governance implementation isCGPI score A measure of corporate performance is Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment(ROI) and Earning Per Share (EPS).The statistical method used is simple regression analysis. Sampling was purposive sampling techniqueis the selection of samples with specific criteria, so that samples obtained in this study as ma ny as 9companies. The statistical software used was the software Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) version 17.00 for Windows with T test, simple linear regression and Classical Assumption Test.The result from this research shows that significant effect on the Implementation of Good CorporateGovernance to Return on Equity and there are no significant effect partial implementation of GoodCorporate Governance to Return On Investment and Earnings Per Share.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational performance with total quality management as an intervening variable in PT. Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan with simultant.The study population were employees at PT . Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan who work at the company. Determination of samples carried out in a non probability sampling. The total sample of 135 respondents were selected based on purposive sampling. Variables used are Organizational Performance as the dependent variable and leadership, organizational culture and total quality management as an independent variable . The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using statistical tools wuth SPSS 17 for windows.The result of this study showed that leadership and organizational culture on organizational performance with total quality management as an intervening variable as simultant have influence of positive and significantly to organizational performance at PT. Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan.As impllication, this research has been performed only on the crude palm oil factory. Therefore, for further research, its adding another contruction variables that can affect the organizational performance directly such as motivation, work environment and Organizational Commitment so that the organizational performance can be increase with significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable job satisfaction, commitment to work, and working environment on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir. This research was conducted on the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir of 60 people. In testing the hypothesis menggunaka statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tools.The results showed that the variable is independent (job satisfaction and job commitment) had no significant effect on the performance of the facilitator. Only variable working environment has a significant influence on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir.The theoretical implications that can be derived from this research is the result of this study showed that facilitators work directly related to masyaraat the placement factor and maintain the condition of the surrounding community became noteworthy. Downstream conditions of the district are relatively safe indragiri be one contributing factor comfort in the work of facilitators. To produce optimal performance, it is recommended should the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir equipped with good communication skills so that they can be accepted by all elements of society who become surrogate .
