Jurnal Sosial, Ekonomi dan Humaniora (JSEH) adalah jurnal akademik direview dengan sistem peer review. Pertama kali terbit pada tahun 2015 di Lembaga Penelitian Universitas Mataram terbit setiap enam bulan sekali, yaitu Bulan Juni dan Desember Mulai tahun 2022 diterbitkan setiap tiga bulan sekali yaitu Bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember Artikel yang dimuat meliputi artikel di bidang sosial ekonomi dan humaniora serta berlaku umum untuk di dunia akademik di bidang sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora Indonesia. Kontribusi dan Bidang yang dikaji dalam jurnal ini sangat luas termasuk di dalamnya bidang-bidang yang bersinggungan dengan bidang ekonomi, manajemen, akuntansi, hukum, bahasa dan sastra, budaya, sosiologi, antropologi, politik, dan bidang yang sangat makro seperti pariwisata, ilmu keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan sosial serta kewirausahaan. Dengan demikian jurnal ini di masa kini dan masa depan memiliki kontribusi yang menentukan di ketiga bidang utamanya yaitu sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora nasional dan harmonisasi sosial

Abstract

Islam forbids selling goods that are misused. Contraception is an item that is sold freely to unmarried people, so there is a lot of abuse of contraception. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem is as follows: How is sharia marketing ethics regarding contraception, How is the practice of buying and selling contraception in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan Subdistrict, How is the syariah marketing ethics analysis of contraceptive sales in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan District. This study aims to determine how Islamic marketing ethics regarding contraception, the practice of buying and selling contraception in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan Subdistrict, and sharia marketing ethics analysis on the sale of contraceptives in Indomaret, Bandung Wetan District. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method qualitatively. The data source used primary data is data obtained directly from the Indomaret cashier through interviews. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were obtained that it turned out that Indomaret sold contraceptives not in accordance with Islamic marketing ethics and was not in accordance with the purpose of contraceptive procurement, because from the interviews with Indomaret cashiers that they strongly safeguarded consumers' privacy and did not want to know about consumer condoms use or for whom the condom was purchased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Leverage Dan Likuiditas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kebijakan Dividen Sebagai Variabel Intervening”. Sampel penelitian diambil dari perusahaan sektor Perdagangan, Jasa dan Investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2017 dengan metode purposive sampling. Diperoleh 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel, yang diobservasi selama 6 tahun dengan total observasi sebanyak 60. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, analisis outer model, analisis inner model dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen dan Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan variabel Leverage dan Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaann melalui Kebijakan Dividen

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether e-procurement, Whistleblowing System and internal control systems influence the prevention of fraudulent procurement of goods and services. This research method uses quantitative methods and primary data. The sample used in this study amounted to 63 respondents, namely employees of procurement of goods and services who have served at least 1 year in the environment of Yogyakarta City regional government agencies, the Procurement Services Unit and the Yogyakarta City Regional Work Unit. The sample method used was purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used partial test. The results of research conducted indicate that the existence of e-procurement and internal control systems has a significant positive effect on fraud prevention of goods and services procurement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of perceived benefits and ease of use on the interest in using an OVO digital wallet. This type of research is associative research using survey sample data collection methods and nonprobability sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit test (t test, f test and ). The results showed the variable Perception of Benefits and Ease of Use had a positive and significant effect on Interest in Using OVO Digital Wallets. This is evidenced by the positive relationship between the variables of Perception of Benefits and Ease of Use which are factors driving interest. In addition to the benefits and ease of display on the features are also very influential because by beautifying or beautifying the appearance of features consumers will feel happy when making payment transactions using an OVO digital wallet. In addition to displaying the company's features, it must also be more aggressive in providing various kinds of promos, discounts and free vouchers that can attract consumers to use the OVO digital wallet application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) status perkawinan terhadap migrasi komunitas warga Sulawesi selatan ke kota ternate, (2) kesempatan kerja terhadap Migrasi Komunitas warga Sulawesi Selatan ke Kota Ternate, (3) pendapatan terhadap Migrasi Komunitas warga Sulawesi Selatan ke Kota Ternate. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah komunitas warga Sulawesi Selatan yang melakukan migrasi ke Kota Ternate khususnya oada tujuh kelurahan. Sebanyak 90 responden disurvei dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga hipotesis yang diajukan hanya dua hipotesis yang diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Faktor Budaya Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Lo’i Me’e Mbojo Di Kota Bima”. Sampel penelitian diambil dari pengguna Lo’i Me’e Mbojo di Kota Bima dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Diperoleh 100 responden sebagai sampel, yang diobservasi selama 2 bulan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi dan uji t dengan bantuan SPSS IBM 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor Budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Lo’i Me’e Mbojo di Kota Bima.

Abstract

Corruption is a very massive act, because it almost happens in all aspects of government activities. Such as the handling of illegal logging is very sensitive to the practice of corruption. Illegal logging is only a small proportion of corruption. Therefore this research is looking for ways of Batulante KPHP in handling corruption in tackling illegal logging, and looking for factor that cause obstacles in handling corruption in the enforcement of illegal logging and look for factor that cause obstacles in handling corruption in the enforcement of illegal logging. the method used in this study uses normative and empirical researc methods in which the data collected is assessed qualitatively and supports quantitative data. The analysis in this study uses deductive analysis. This research aims to provide a renewal or add to a theory in preventing the occurrence of corruption, especially in the field of forest protection as well as providing advice and solutions in tackling corruption against illegal logging.

Abstract

The aims of study were to identity the characteristics of consumers, to identity the process of making purchasing decision, and to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decision at Bakso Boedjangan Restaurant Matraman, East Jakarta. The method of study were survey. The method used were an quota sampling of 100 respondents. The data were analyzed of using descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that there are four variables that have significant effects, namely the price, the service, the varian product, and quality product. Abstract

This study aims to identify hygiene factors and analyze their effects on job satisfaction. The data collection method in this study is a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all employees at the staff level and executors/non-staff of PT. PLN UIP Nusra consists of PT. PP Wartsila, PT. Hydro Techno Utama, and PT. Purnama Indonesia. Employees at the staff and executive/non-staff level are 75 people. At the same time, the determination of the sample is done by using accidental sampling method with a total sample of 50 people. The research variables consist of independent variables in the form of dimensions of hygiene factors and the dependent variable in the form of job satisfaction. Data analysis procedures in this study were divided into three stages, namely: 1) Conducting an importance-performance; 2) analysis (IPA) on the dimensions of hygiene factorsConducting analysis Crosstabs (cross table); 3) Conducting multiple regression analyzes. The results of data analysis showed that overall the quality performance of the dimension hygiene factors was in a proper category. Then, an analysis of the level of employee job satisfaction shows that the employees of PT. PLN UIP Nusra shows job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable hygiene factors and motivating factors had a positive and significant effect on the level of employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN UIP Nusra.
