Abstract

ABSTRACTA Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on teaching and learning in Higher Education.Research conducted during the pandemic situation aims to find out the picture of selfmanagement in students. A total of 80 people were involved in this study. Sampling isdone by convenience or accidental sampling. The method used is descriptive quantitativemethod. Data retrieved using a measuring instrument in the form of Self-Managementscale. The methods of processing and analyzing statistical data are descriptive andinferential. This means that findings such as gender data, aspects of self-managementand other additional data are analyzed descriptively and differences in self-managementof male and female students are analyzed inferentially with the Man Whitney test in orderto describe the profile of self-management comprehensively. The results showed thatthere were no significant differences in self-management in male and female students.The level of self-management in students is in the medium category. This means that theyare capable enough to plan, organize, carry out / direct and control all activities in thispandemic situation. The implication of this research is as preliminary data to see theprofile of self-management in students.Keywords: self-management, students, co-19 pandemic

Abstract

ABSTRACTKalibagor Village, Kalibagor District, Banyumas has the potential forcrafting paper umbrellas that have been passed down from generation togeneration. This partner village program aims to raise the potential for paperumbrella craft tourism in Kalibagor Village by preparing village resourcesthrough training and providing tools that support the promotion of KalibagorVillage as a paper umbrella craft Tourism Village. This activity lasted for 8months, involving 1 chief executive, 2 members, and the participation of UMPHistory Education students. Abstract

ABSTRACTTeaching and learning activities should not only be carried out conventionally, such aslecturers lecturing and students listening. Learning history must have variations in itsimplementation, the use of media can be one way so that teaching and learning activitiesare not monotonous. Because history is the study of the past and historical narrativesdemand to be explained chronologically. Thus, a quartet card containing pictures ofevents and historical figures that are conceptualized in accordance with historicalproclamation, is expected to be able to facilitate the delivery of contemporary historicalmaterial as well as learning activities to be active. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effectiveness of the use of learning media quartet cards events andhistorical figures. This type of research is an experimental method, with one grouppretest posttest design research design. From the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnovtest using SPSS 14 it was found that the research subjects were normally distributed andbased on the results of the Paired Samples Test t-test it was found that the sig value was0,000> 0.05. While the t -10.921 and for ttable at a significant level α = 5% (0.05) withdegrees of freedom (df) n-1 or 45-1 = 44. 2-sided testing (significance = 0.025) resultsare obtained for ttable at 2, 01537 with a significant level of 0.025. Obtained the resultsof -test <-table (-10,921 <-2,01537) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it canbe concluded that the use of Learning Media Quartet Cards Events and HistoricalFigures Contemporary History Materials can improve the learning outcomes of studentsmajoring in history and sociology IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.Keywords: Quartet Card Media, Contemporary History, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACTIdentification of the emergence of a nationality village in Patoman village needs tobe done, this is done because Patoman village has the potential of various types ofheterogeneous communities in terms of religion, culture or ethnicity. So it needs tobe traced and further studies need to be done on the identification of villages that areincluded in the elements of nationalism village. This becomes important and servesas a basis for reference to the grouping of villages that have an element of pluralismand will later be designated as a nationality village. On the other hand can be usedas a reference and input by local governments in providing policies regarding theexistence of a nationality village. Besides that, support from the local governmentrelated to the promotion of the potential / superiority of culture, ethnicity, villagesand regions in Banyuwangi is very intensively carried out, as evidenced by the manyfestivals that are held and scheduled every one year. This research is to identifyvillages that have the potential to become nationality villages in which there arevarious criteria or elements that have been fulfilled, one of which is the compositionof religion, culture, ethnicity and the form of tolerance that is maintained andsustainability, from the results of its study can be used as foothold for policy makers,especially the Banyuwangi local government and related ministries. This researchuses a qualitative approach with a case study design and uses a phenomenologicalperspective. The selection of respondents using snowball sampling, namely thevillage and district government in Blimbingsari, community leaders, religiousleaders, Banyuwangi National Mixing Forum and cultural figures. From the resultsof the research it can be seen that the tolerance value of patoman society and itsdiversity is very close and very good in community relations can be seen from theimplementation of mutual values and religious tolerance.Keywords: Identification, village, patoman nationality

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe ability to argue is an ability that needs to be mastered by students to pass ontheir knowledge to others. This study aims to develop a test instrument for theability to argue on impulse and momentum material. The test instrument wasadapted from the Toulmin's Argument Pattern (TAP) model. This researchincludes research and development by taking a 3-D model that is define, design,and develop. A total of five items of description are made based on indicators ofargumentation ability. In the results of expert validation it is obtained that thetest instrument is feasible to be developed by considering the improvement of theitems by expert advice. The results of the development of the whole item is valid,and has a high reliable value of 0.78.Keywords: development of instruments, the ability to argue, impulses andmomentum.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article aims to determine the standard of the research process at MAAdzuriyatus Solihin ciparay Bandung. This research is a qualitative research bycollecting data in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results ofthis study indicate that the achievement of process standards at MA Adzuriyatus SolihinCiparay Bandung is 91.42% when compared to the entire maximum score that shouldbe achieved in the standard process. This study recommends in-depth. indicators thathave not been achieved optimally, especially school indicators carry out the learningprocess with a maximum of 36 students in the study group and the teacher conducts goodclassroom management with 12 criteria. According to the author, the principal mustconduct an evaluation and supervision of the way to teach in the class, also conducttraining for teachers who have not been able to achieve standard process indicators.Because in learning the class of educators plays an important role in the learningprocess. This is intended to improve the quality of education and satisfaction ofcommunity expectations.Keynotes: process standards, educators, students

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the existence of student learning outcomes in social sciencesubjects Theme 8 Sub theme 3 Material Types of Business and Economic Activities underthe KKM, so that the writer is moved to research and propose solutions by applying theEveryone is Teacher Here method. The purpose of this study was to improve socialstudies learning outcomes in fifth grade students at SDN Cempaka Baru 07 Pagi. Themethod used is classroom action research. The study was conducted in two cycles withindicators of the success of students' scores in the cognitive domain ≥ 70, in the affectivedomain ≥ 2.33 with the B-category, in the domain of skills category B, mastery learning≥ 70% and learning outcomes in cycle II> of cycle I. The results showed the averagevalue of students from 47.42 in the pre cycle increased to 49.36 at meeting 1, increasedto 56.77 at meeting 2. At cycle II meeting 1 increased again to 68.55 and meeting 2 to74,19. The percentage of pre-cycle study completion 19.35% increase in cycle I meeting1 to 25.81%, meeting 2 to 51.61%, cycle II meeting 1 to 77.42% and meeting 2 to80.65%. The average value of affective learning outcomes in cycle I was 3.27 (B +), thenincreased in cycle II to 3.52 (A). The learning outcomes of the first cycle skill get anaverage score in category C and increase in cycle II to category B. This shows that theeveryone is Teacher Here method can improve the learning outcomes of social studiesin class V students of SDN Cempaka Baru 07 Pagi.Keywords: Everyone is Teacher Here Method, Learning Outcomes, and Social StudiesSubjects.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe curriculum is the core of the education process in schools. The implementation ofthe curriculum directly influences the educational outcomes. The curriculum reallydetermines the process and results of an education system. The curriculum is adescription of the material presented in learning, is also a very important component inan education system, the curriculum is a tool to achieve educational goals and at thesame time as a guide in the implementation of teaching at all types and levels ofeducation. Curriculum development is a process that plans, produces a better tool basedon the results of an assessment of the curriculum that has been in effect, so that it canprovide good teaching and learning conditions. In other words curriculum developmentis an activity to produce a new curriculum through the steps of curriculum preparationbased on the results of the assessment conducted over a certain period of time.Curriculum principles can also be regarded as rules that animate curriculumdevelopment. This principle has the aim that the curriculum is designed or produced inaccordance with the demands of all parties, namely students, parents, community andnation. In general, curriculum experts view curriculum development activities as acontinuous process, a cycle that involves several curricula, namely components,objectives, materials, activities and evaluations. This paper uses the method oftheoretical study of the principles of curriculum development. The theories put forwardin this paper are understanding the curriculum and its developers, plus theories aboutthe sources and principles of curriculum development, learning and evaluation ofcurriculum development.Keywords: curriculum concept, curriculum development, curriculum principles

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to see a significant correlation between the ability to listen to poetryand the ability to write poetry for students of the Indonesian Language and LiteratureStudy Program at the Faculty of Literature at the Muslim University of Indonesia(UMI).Research is an expose facto that is correlational, which consists of variable X thatis the ability to listen to poetry as an independent variable and the Y variable the abilityto write poetry as the dependent variable. In this study the population and sample werePro students gram Stuin Indonesian Language and Literature, Faculty of Letters UMI insemester 3, as well as technique used to collect this research data is observation and test.Furthermore din this study, the data collected was analyzed using descriptive statisticsof product moment correlation. The results of this study show that calculations using theproduct moment formula reach 0.08 because to find out whether or not there issignificant correlation between listening ability and writing student poetry. So, it appearsthat the acquisition value of 0.08 (r xy arithmetic) <0.388 of (t value of the productmoment table) at a significant level of 95% with the number of students 27 people. So, itneeds to be emphasized that the high ability to listen to student poetry, less influence onhis ability to write poetry.Keywords: Correlation, Listening to Poetry, Writing Poetry

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze undergraduate student’s stress level due to onlinelearning of statistics for business course at vocational education during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). This research was a qualitative descriptive study. Thepopulation in this study was all of the students of the Applied Undergraduate ProgramDepartment of International Business Administration of Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis.The samples were taken by using purposive sampling techniques that only focused onstudents who where taking statistics for business course since enacted online learningdue to the COVID-19 pandemic. The data was collected by using onlinequestionnaires and in -depth interviews with the students to get more detailedinformation. The data analysis technique used in this study was a a qualitativeanalysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion. The result showed that online learning of statistics for business coursecaused 3% of the student having stress level in extremely severe categories, 13% insevere categories, 8% in moderate categories, 24% in mild categories, and 52% innormal categories. The stress level experienced by student were influenced by thegender, while the age of the students under range of 17 -20 years old did not affectstress levels.Keywords: undergraduate student’s stress level, online learning, vocational education.
