Cultural that is famous in Banyuwangi namely teks Osing, which is a tribal prayer the existence of spiritual magic. This research uses theory Hegemony Gramsci. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The instrument in these study using an in-depth interview on the informant. Determination of informants using techniques purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results of the research are: first, Semar Mesem as the fine witchcraft of sage used to attract the opposite sex. On progress Semar Mesem can be used as a science magic to gain one's desire to be fulfilled. Second, the symbolic form of use Semar Mesem Belt, heirloom, implant, powder and lipstick. The symbol is used to maintain the position, authority, charm of love and attract the opposite sex. Third, the concept of hegemony Gramsci in use Semar Mesem originated from the doctrine of cultural dominance etnic Osing became heirs and rulers etnik from Banyuwangi which actually people unconsciously follow. ABSTRACT Traditional market can not be separated from human being, in order to full fill the form of basic necessity such as Clothes, Foods, and Home because these kind of things can not be formed and producing it goods and service by itself. Thus society can be easily to full fill their necessities by the existence of the market as a place for trading all goods and products has been showed in Sindu market development by economical point of view followed by tourism sector which is carrying Sanur Village into a revolution. The government has committed to revitalize traditional market in Denpasar City and one of the proof of the commitment shown by supporting and authenticatring a program of Sindhu Traditonal market’s revitalization as it agenda. Theory that used in this research are Rational Choice theory and Agenda Setting which utilized by the Qualitative methods by getting an information by deep interview. The result of this research is showing a dinamics of the government in the process of revitalization by authenticating that agenda and as supporting idea which is harmonized for both of sector in this revitalization agenda. ABSTRACT This research reviews disaster management and pre-flight standard in domestic flight service at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport. This research used descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interview and field study, beside that this research also used library study related to the problem studied. In this study which Angkasa Pura I as airport manager in disaster management related to response, recovery, and development where the activities conducted before and after the disaster occurred. Response is an action taken before and after the impact of a disaster to save lives, possessions, and who deal with direct disruption, damage to other effects caused by a disaster. Recovery is the process by which people and government helped to return to previous life functions after a disaster. And development is the relationship between disaster-related activities and national development intended to ensure that disaster outcomes are effectively reflected in future policies for the benefit of national progress. And how Angkasa Pura I in conducting response, recovery, and development towards standard of pre-flight in domestic flight service that formed in land operation management system. In the aerospace world, there are three main stages of service: pre-flight service, in flight service, and post flight service. Pre-flight service is the handling of passengers and aircrafts prior to departure (at the airport of origin). Keywords: Disaster management, Pre-flight service, response.

ABSTRACT Patriarchal culture tends to be one of the factors causing less favorable treatment for women. Patriarchy is a system of social structures where men dominate women. In the case of determining Udeng Dara Kepak at the Bali Democratic National Party Regional Leadership Council, women were impressed only by following the order made by men. As a research frame, the theory used in this study is the theory of female existentialism. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the data analysis carried out, the findings were obtained that, first, political parties only fulfilled the policy of affirming women's quota as a form of formality so that the existence of women became the object of male construction only. Secondly, masculinity in political parties is formed as a result of the shackles of patriarchal culture inherent in women in Bali and the assumption of women being complementary is legitimized by the existence of cultural products in the form of Udeng Dara Kepak as a political symbol that favors men only. Based on these findings, it was concluded that the determination of Udeng Dara Kepak as a symbol of struggle is one form of gender bias in the viewpoint of the chairman of the Bali Democratic National Party Regional Leadership Council as a "decision maker". ABSTRACT This research examined the Political Strategy of Incumbent Female Regional People’s Representative Assembly (DPRD) Members in Simultaneous Elections 2019 in Bali Province. The Theory used in this research was the theory of Political Strategy by Peter Schroder. This Political Strategy is divided into two, including the Offensive Strategy (expanding the number of voters) and the Defensive Strategy (maintaining the number of voters). Social movement emerged as one of the phenomena in the era of modernity, there are several reasons that led to a prominent social movement in that era: The sense of alienation that raises the desire for community with solidarity and togetherness, the cheapness of social inequality and the transformation of the political system that opens up opportunities for collective action. A special study to find out the strategy of Save Street Child Surabaya community in achieving its goals. This study uses. And strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, Unit analaisis from this research that is Strategy of Community Save child street Surabaya, Technique data of data based on: Primary data (observation, interview) and secondary data (literature study, Documentation). The results of the research are as follows: SSCS has a strategy in their movement to advocate its Vision, their advocacy is to attract street children to join SSCS, they offer several activities programs that aim to give children the rights they can, then advocate assistance from various parties, both government, private and other NGOs to support their programs. Women struggled so long to be able to have equal rights with men. The process of struggle continues into a movement. The majority of contemporary movements do not have a clear structural basis and not always through group mobilization, one of them through cultural productssuch as literary works by Oka Rusmini that tell about how Balinese women wrestle with the struggle to get equal rights with men in the middle of patriarchal tradition. The purpose of research is to know the resistance movement of patriarchal ideological in Bali in Oka Rusmini’s literary works 2000-2012. This research uses New Social Movement Theory and qualitative method of analysis. The findings of this research that the resistance movement by Oka Rusmini meets the criteria as a new social movement and is an movement that fight for women's issues through non-conventional political channels. This movement, firstly, affirmed by Oka Rusmini that her literature works is a resistance movement, second, according to semiotic analysis by Barthes that Oka Rusmini’s literature works is laden of resistance to patriarchy. Overall, Oka Rusmini’s literature works succeeded in influencing public opinion, making some new thinking, and getting political influence from the government. ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine the factors behind the poor response of the state to the campaign props violations in Denpasar City. As the research framework, this research used the state in society theory and collective action theory. This research used the case study method. The findings represented that political power in various government institutions was the reason behind the state’s weakness in overcoming the campaign props violations. Through images and practices in the campaign props phenomenon, it can be seen that the relationship between the state and political parties was caused by the transformation of society through political parties for the purpose of domination. Conditions created by the images, practices, and transformations led to various impacts, from collective action in political parties to the occurrence of free riders by political parties inside and outside the coalitions, which increased the number of campaign props violations. ABSTRACT Benoa Bay reclamation policies led to the reaction a resistance movement of various circles of society to indigenous villages. Resistance indigenous village began to spread, which initially only indigenous coastal villages Benoa Bay, now the traditional village far from the coast of the Gulf of Benoa party to the resistance movement refuse reclamation of Benoa Bay. This research takes the traditional village Pasedahan Karangasem as a case study. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe how the resistance movement Pasedahan indigenous village in Karangasem regency refuse reclamation policy Benoa Bay. The theory used is the theory of the Resistance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Research data collection techniques by observation, interviews, literature method, discorse and documentation. This research on the findings discovered that the resistance movement is done the traditional village Pasedahan still in the form of semi-open resistance (social protests or demonstrations), installation of billboards and flags ForBALI, as well as participation in joint actions Pasubayan Village People/Pakraman. In data analyzed that there are two factors that underlie the emergence of resistance movements Pasedahan indigenous villages. First, trust/faith in the sacred area which produces resistance that there are points of sacred region Benoa Bay. Second, the sense of solidarity which produces resistance can be interpreted as a manifestation of concern society based on equality of morality, collectivity, and belief as indigenous peoples. ABSTRACT Female legislator knowledge about gender is one of the problem in Indonesia, especially at Regional House of Representative (as known as DPRD) Nusa Tenggara Timur. This research aims to find out the understanding from two female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur to responses the overseas workforce gender issues and how they fight for this case at commission meeting. This research used some theories, first Liberal Feminism theory by Merry Wollstonecraft. Second, Political Representatives theory by MichealSaward. And the last is Rational Comprehensive theory by Hoogerwerf. This research also used Descriptive qualitative method which is to find the data by observation, interview and document. Result from this research is the female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur already understand about gender and they do their duties and responsibilities as appropriate. Their performance has shown their ability and also the other females legislator from another commission to understand about gender issues and how to resolves the gender bias of Indonesia overseas workforce. The outcome from this understanding and female legislator performances at Regional House of representative NTT 2014-2019 is a local regulation has ratified by 2016. The local regulation content talk about Indonesian workers services and control , especially control and mechanism for Indonesia labor abroad. Keywords:Gender and Legislation Process
