Abstract

ABSTRACT In a technologically advanced era of political movements, it can use "memes" in social media, one of which is shown by the Balinese People Forum refuse reclamation through the use of memes in Instagram social media accounts. The purpose of this research is to know Motivation, ideology and purpose of Forbali movement to do political movements of social media instagram in the form of meme. This study focused on the Forbali political social movement and Instagram account "Forbali13". The method used is qualitative. data collection is done through interviews and document studies. The theory used rests on framed versions of entman analysis and political propaganda as its supporting theories. The findings of the research mentioned that there are, First, there is a hidden purpose of the meme movement in the second Forbali instagram. In Meme Forbali there is a message conveyed, namely the ideology and motivation of movement through social media used to frame the information and education. penyampain from meme done by framing process method in social media of Instagram. Abstract

Village Sidetapa is the Village of Bali Aga in order to level of political participation which is always high when the activities of the election. The research to see high participation factors of villagers Sidetapa in legislative elections year 2014. As a frame research, a theory that used in this research is a theory political participation. Methods used in this study is descriptive qualitative. These findings this research is: First, the mobilization the through Buldog by the potential legislative. Second, there are relation actor political and Buldog, and Third is the punishment or rewards. Based on the findings, the conclusion of political mobilization, the relation and the punishment or reward affecting community choices in the election influence on the winning the legislature and high political participation of villagers Sidetapa community. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the movements and actors in the resistance movement of gold mining in the Pace village Subdistrict Silo, Jember regency. This research was using the Qualitative method include in-depth interviews and field in research studies,In addition collecting documents related to this research. This research had resulted, in finding the relationships between actors prone to be a trigger of conflict and led to the refusal movement made by the village community of Pace. Conflict of individuals who had an influence that made this conflict had became a mass conflict involving the community at large. Meantime, besides individual behalf, the state also had behalf for mining through PT Antam. The presence of the state in gold mining in the Pace village had become new chapter to the people who reject gold mining in the Pace village. Keyword:Movement, Actor, Conflict.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The struggle of political actors has been viewed by various parties in fighting for the people of Klungkung Regency, especially the District of Nusa Penida. What is the strategy of new political actors in the development of infrastructure district Nusa Penida Klungkung district 2016. The theory used in the research is the theory of political elite, and Rational Choice where the method used is qualitative in obtaining interviews with sources. The results in the study there is a politics of repayment to klungkung mainland that only needs to be maintained Meanwhile, in Nusa Penida needs to be built because there is no decent development for the local community. Support from the central figure in Nusa Penida work together in developing development so that the positive impact where both parties mutually benefited in infrastructure development. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is aimed at determining the existence of millennial generation in participating politics, but at the same time the millennial mostly very apathetic. The purposed of this study is to determine the effect of millennial generation participation in the legislative nomination in Bali Province in 2019, by used the concept of millennial generation, dynasty politics,legislative elections. Qualitative methods of observation and interviews are used in this study. The results of this study is the participation of millennial generation is influenced the legislating. First, they had influence of elements of political dynasty and also the support of the winning team, secondly, there was no element of dynasty but a winning team, the third, they had a dynasty without winning team, they supported by social media so it makes easier to get votes from the millennial. Abstract

Makepung is an original culture of Jembrana District which has aSekaa and spreads around Jembrana District then forms an organizational structure by utilizing the culture of Makepung. Makepung Culture became one of the political groups for Incumbent candidates to compete and direct all their social medias to gain power and resources in their area through Pilkada. Mass mobilization relation conducted by Incumbent candidates through Makepung’sSekaa-Sekaa in Jembrana District to win elections in en bloc Pilkada 2015. The purpose of this research is to find out how Makepung’sSekaa as a part of local culture used to mobilize mass in elections in en bloc Pilkada 2015 in Jembrana District. This research uses qualitative methodology and descriptive analysis. Primary data were collected through purposive sampling interview techniques, while secondary data were obtained from news articles, internet, and books related to this research. This study uses social capital theory by Putnam. The results of this study show; One, to see the interaction of Incumbent candidate toSekaaMakepung which caused the Incumbent candidate to provide assistance, the implementation to the attention toSekaaMakepung by using the power in the first period to create a social capital relationship from the thinking of Robert Putnam; Two, mass mobilization fromSekaaMakepung to Makepung fans, relatives, families and society spread in Jembrana District to choose Incumbent candidate who is carried bySekaaMakepung. Abstract

Tribal equations are often used by legislative candidates to advance at the election as a campaign strategy to be a chance of victory. As a frame,the theory that author used in this research is Sociological Theory by Chicago Madhhab. The research methodology in this research is using descriptive quantitative research method. The findings of the research obtained were the highest number of cross-tabulation of respondent's tribe with the respondent's choice of 59 Caniago clan selected Gusmal and Yulfadri Nurdin, and the second highest of 50 Malay tribesmen chose Gusmal and Yulfadri Nurdin, where Gusmal was with Caniago and Yulfadri Nurdin has Malay tribe. Based on data, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of primordialism bonds on the behavior of voters choosing a beginner at pilkada simultaneously in Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency, West Sumatera in 2015. Abstract

ABSTRACT Bangli as one of the participating districts, regional head elections in 2015 in the province of Bali. Songan village is a village in the district of Kintamani Bangli regency. In 2015 Village Songan into one of the two actors participating in the election battle in gaining the support of the community in the area around Lake Batur. The theory used is the Theory of Democracy and the Theory of Capital were utilized two political actors in the General Election in the village of Bangli Songan. The method used is a qualitative exploratory. In this study found that the competition of two actors in the General Election in the village of Bangli Songan which raises two network utilization of capital which kinship networks and network state apparatus. Their kinship deployment, deployment over the state apparatus and there is a touch of the economic approach as a combination of capital used to mobilize the villagers Songan voice. So this research see that how these two political actors are able to utilize the capital that has been held in Bangli Election fight in 2015, especially in the village of Songan. The need for attention and action from the public and Bangli Election Commission in monitoring the implementation of the next election in the village Songan and Bangli.   Keywords: Village Election Songan, Mobilization Community Voice, Theory of Capital

Abstract

ABSTRACT Persons with disabilities (PwDs) in Indonesia are still discriminated, especially on election day. Persons with disabilities in elections have not been fully considered. However, Bengkala Village, Buleleng, Bali Province is able to improve and fulfill the political rights for PwDs. Bengkala Village as a best practice for the needs of PwDs and success as an inclusive Election organizer. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. In seeing the success of Bengkala Village to fulfill the political rights of disability is by using three theories namely: participation theory, rational choice theory, and dramaturgy theory. The three theories dissect disability community relationships with the fulfillment of political rights in elections in Bengkala Village. The purpose of this study is to find out how Bengkala village can fulfill the political rights of the disability. The findings of this research are, firstly, Bengkala Village meets as inclusive village for people with disability, this is inseparable from a Putu Kanta volunteer who supports the existence of people persons with disabilities. Secondly, although there are problems from the KPU, but people with disabilities can still run an inclusive 2017 Election. Abstract

After the end of the new order regime, the existence of community groups made it a necessity in a democratic country. The presence of community group the local electoral in Bali in particular is able to provide its own color. Bali governor election 2018 became a separate stage for the contestation between Baladika Bali and PDIP to consolidate their power. With the Patron-Client Theory approach, this research presents as a description of how the actions carried out by CSOs with a background of violence in fighting over the land of power, and of course the status of power. Dynamic politics makes this phenomenon polarized in diverse manifestations. There is a cultural connection, but there also involves a broker in it. Research using ethnographic qualitative methods or field research. The results of this study explain that the clientelism relationship that occurs is a remuneration for assistance given by Patron to Clients.
