Abstract

Data Warehouse merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam penyediaan data untuk proses pengambilan keputusan. Salah satunya, data dan informasi tersebut dimanfaatkan dalam analisa resiko kecelakaan transportasi. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) sebagai perusahaan operator moda transportasi kereta api, tentu terdapat berbagai kendala administratif maupun operasional dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada penumpang. Kendala tersebut dapat berimbas pada jadwal yang tertunda hingga  dampak paling buruk yaitu terjadinya kecelakaan. Ketika  kecelakaan kereta api terjadi, investigasi dilakukan terhadap unit-unit yang diduga terkait terhadap kontribusi kecelakaan. Akan tetapi, proses investigasi saat ini belum dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan, data dan informasi sebagian masih manual (tidak terkomputerisasi) dan belum tersusun dalam bentuk data warehouse. Penelitian ini merupakan tahap awal dalam pengembangan sistem analisa kecelakaan kereta api yang terintegrasi. Keluaran tahap awal ini dirancang suatu data warehouse yang mampu menyediakan data periodik maupun insidental guna proses pengambilan keputusan terutama dalam analisa kecelakaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk merancang data warehouse adalah dengan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan menggunakan software MS. SQL Server 2008 R2. Warehouse data is one of the important factors in providing data for decision-making process. One of them, the data and information are used in the analysis of the risk of transportation accidents. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) as its operator railway transportation mode, there are of course a variety of administrative and operational constraints in providing services to passengers. Such constraints could impact on the schedule is delayed until the worst impact namely accidents. When the train accident happened, an investigation carried out on the units allegedly linked to the contribution of the accident. However, the investigation has yet run effectively and efficiently. This is because, the data and information is still partly manual (not computerized) and has not been arranged in the form of a warehouse data. This study is an early stage in the development of systems for analysis of integrated rail accident. The output of this initial stage, designed a data warehouse that is able to provide data periodically and incidental to the decision making process especially in the analysis of the accident. The methods are used to design a warehouse data is the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and use MS software. SQL Server 2008 R2.

Abstract

SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Aquisition) merupakan hasil pengintegrasian komponen otomasi yang digunakan untuk memonitor dan mengontrol proses yang terjadi di lapangan yang mempunyai kemampuan menyajikan informasi dan kontrol secara realtime yang akan memudahkan operatornya dalam melakukan pengendalian. Pembuatan miniatur level air yang digunakan sebagai salah satu bentuk simulasi dari proses yang terjadi dalam dunia industri. Perangkat lunak aplikasi Winlog SCADA digunakan untuk implementasi sistem SCADA yang akan memberikan gambaran lebih nyata tentang proses yang dimaksud. Untuk lebih memudahkan proses kontrol dan monitoring, maka bentuk dan ukurannya-pun dibuat dalam model miniatur yang mudah dibawa. Proses pengujian dilakukan dengan menjalankan simulator level air dan program aplikasi SCADA yang diimplentasikan dengan Winlog SCADA. Dari pengujian diperoleh bahwa aplikasi SCADA dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pengendalian dan pemantauan sistem level air. Kata kunci: Winlog, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition). AbstractSCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) is the result of the integration of automation components that are used to monitor and control the processes that occur in the field that has the ability to present real-time information and control that will allow the operator to control. Manufacture of miniature water levels are used as a form of simulation of processes that occur in the industrial world. Winlog SCADA application software used for implementation of SCADA system that will provide more real picture of the process in question. To further facilitate the process control and monitoring, the shape and size-were made in miniature models are easy to carry. The testing process is done by running the water level simulator and SCADA application program that is implemented by Winlog SCADA. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan, pengeluaran dan luas lahan minimum yang harus dimiliki petani padi sawah untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Jayapura Kabupaten OKU Timur pada bulan November sampai Desember 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penarikan contoh menggunakan acak berlapis tak berimbang. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendapatan rata-rata petani dengan luas lahan 0,25 Ha sebesar Rp.3.852.750/mt, luas lahan 0,50 Ha, pendapatan rata-rata Rp.7.398.220/mt, luas lahan 0,75 Ha, pendapatan rata-rata Rp.13.037.100/mt, luas lahan 1 Ha, pendapatan rata-rata Rp.16.791.050/mt, luas lahan 1,25 Ha, pendapatan rata-rata Rp.21.247.000/mt, luas lahan 1,50 Ha, pendapatan rata-rata Rp.25.525.250/mt, luas lahan 1,75 Ha, pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp.29.366.800/mt, dan petani dengan luas lahan 2 Ha, pendapatan rata-rata Rp.32.385.000/mt. This research was carried out in Jayapura Sub-district of OKUT Regency from November to December 2018. The research method used was the survey method and sampling using unbalanced random sampling. Abstract

Hama dan penyakit menjadi kendala utama dalam proses budidaya cabe, salah satunya adalah penyakit antraknosa yang dapat menyerang setiap bagian tanaman, memiliki daya rusak yang sangat tinggi dan penularanya juga sangat cepat sehingga sangat merugikan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi minyak camplong terhadap pertumbuhan jamur Colletotrichum sp.  penyebab penyakit antraknosa pada tanaman cabe. Hasil isolasi antraknosa pada sampel cabe yang diteliti menunjukkan bahwa colletotrichum sp yang teridentifikasi adalah jenis C. gloeosporiorides. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Hasil uji aktivitas minyak camplong terhadap  jamur ini pada konsentrasi 2 %, 6 % dan 10 % menunjukkan bahwa pada konsentrasi 10 % memberikan hambatan pertumbuhan koloni yang nyata pada pengamatan 7 hari setelah inkubasi yaitu 2,20 cm dan persentase penghambatan sebesar 47,20 %.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengadaan bahan baku sering menjadi permasalahan dalam suatu industri. Pengadaan bahan baku yang baik dapat memperlancar jalannya suatu proses produksi sehingga kebutuhan dapat terpenuhi tepat waktu dan meminimalisasi biaya pengadaan. UD. Gerald Unedo yang terletak di Desa Sabiyan Bangkalan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri rajungan berproduksi sebagai pengulitan Rajungan. Pengadaan bahan baku metode perusahaan dilakukan berdasarkan apa yang biasa dilakukansebelumnya  oleh perusahaan yaitu perusahaan akan memproduksi berapapun bahan baku yang tersedia pada suplier.Hasil yang telah dilakukan dengan metode MRP teknik Lot For Lot didapatkan biaya pemesanan sebesar Rp. 247. 470. 417 dan biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp. 256. 700. 806 penghematan sebesar 44 % lebih hemat dibandingkan dengan metode perusahan. Kata kunci : Persediaan, Pengadaan, Pemesanan, Penyimpanan, Lot For Lot, UD. Abstract

Pohon asam (Tamarindus indica) sangat sesuai untuk peneduh dan lanskaping karena bentuk tajuknya rindang, daunnya kecil-kecil, rantingnya kuat dan tidak mudah patah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui populasi pohon asam di sepanjang Jl. Raya Socah-Arosbaya, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Survei dilaksanakan pada Juni-Agustus 2018 dengan metode purposive sampling mulai dari jalan raya Socah dengan koordinat 7°05'48.6"LS 112°42'44.3"BT sampai Jalan raya Gebang Arosbaya yang berada di koordinat 6°58'57.3"LS 112°47'38.0"BT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan populasi pohon asam sepanjang Jl. Raya Socah-Arobaya hanya ada 102 tanaman (5.03%) dengan indeks biodiversitas sebesar 0.1509. Pohon asam perlu dilestarikan karena selain bernilai sejarah juga sebagai tempat endemik anggrek Vanda limbata dan kepentingan penelitan biologi di lahan kering.Kata Kunci: Bangkalan, indeks biodiversitas, peneduh, pohon asam, Tamarindus indicaPopulation Diversity of tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) populations in Socah-Arosbaya Highway, Bangkalan District and Conservation Strategies ABSTRACTThe tamarind tree (Tamarindus indica) is very suitable for shade and landscape because the the canopy is shady, the leaves are small, the branches are strong and not easily broken. The purpose of this study was to determine the tamarind tree population along Socah-Arosbaya highway, Bangkalan district. The survey was done in June-August 2018 with purposive sampling method, starting from Socah highway with coordinates 7°05'48.6"S 112°42'44.3"E to Gebang Arosbaya highway located at coordinates 6°58'57.3"S 112°47'38.0"E. The results showed the tamarind tree population along Socah-Arobaya highway there are only 102 plants (5.03%) with a diversity index was 0.1509. Tamarind trees need to be conserved because in addition to historical value as well as a place of Vanda limbata orchids and the importance of biological research on dry land.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Telkom Bangkalan untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan dengan menggunakan metode servqual dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Servqual digunakan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan harapan pelanggan berdasarkan dimensi kualitas jasa, dan AHP digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai pembobotan dari setiap variabel pelayanan. Selisih antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan akan dikalikan dengan hasil pembobotan AHP sehingga dihasilkan nilai servqual terbobot. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode servqual menghasilkan nilai mean untuk harapan pelanggan sebesar 4,778 dan nilai mean persepsi pelanggan sebesar 3,381. Kesenjangan (gap) antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan ada 15 kriteria. Berdasarkan nilai perhitungan servqual terbobot, terdapat 10 kriteria kualitas pelayanan yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan. Kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi prioritas tersebut antara lain tarif promo speedy sangat menguntungkan, paket yang ditawarkan bervariasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, customer service mampu menangani keluhan/masalah dan mampu menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan, download dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, tarif bulanan speedy yang kompetitif dan sesuai dengan kualitas internet yang pelanggan inginkan, browsing dan chatting cepat dan mudah, pelayanan cepat/tidak perlu menunggu, kecukupan informasi mengenai produk/program baru, customer service mampu menjelaskan produk dan fasilitas speedy dengan baik, pelayanan yang diberikan cepat dan akurat. Kata kunci: servqual, persepsi, harapan, gap, AHP. AbstractThis research was conducted at Telkom Bangkalan in order to increases the service quality by using servqual method and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Servqual used to determine the perceptions and expectations of the customer based on the dimensions of service quality, and the AHP is used to determine the weighting of each variable service. The difference between perceptions and expectations of customers will be multiplied by weighting the results generated AHP to get servqual value weighted. The results of calculations using the method servqual generate mean values of 4.778 to customer expectations and customer perceptions of the mean value of 3.381. Gap (gap) between the perceptions and expectations of customers there are 15 criteria. Based on the calculation of weighted servqual, there are 10 criteria for quality of care a top priority for improved and enhanced. Criteria-criteria which are priorities include speedy promo fare is very profitable, the packages offered vary according to customer needs, customer service is able to handle complaints/problems and be able to answer customer questions, downloads can be done quickly, monthly rates are competitive speedy and appropriate with the quality of the Internet that customers want, browsing and chatting is quick and easy, quick service / no waiting, the adequacy of information about the products/new programs, customer service is able to explain the product and speedy with good facilities, service provided quickly and accurately. Key words: servqual, perception, expectation, gap, AHP.

Abstract

Along with population growth in housing needs as the basic human needs come up. There are many ways people do to needs. Among others by building their own, buy from others, or by buying on the housing developers. Prospective home buyers must have criteria that are important considerations in choosing a home. Many criteria are often followed by the availability of more than one house that can meet these criteria. Therefore, the autfzor makes a Decision Support system Web-based Housing purchase which will help the prospective home buyer, which meets the optimal criteria have been established. Decision Support System is a web-based made with the intention that users of these systems can be more extensive than if the system was created as a desktop ayplication. While the decision-making  techniques used m this system is the AHP. Abstract

Hadis adalah sumber rujukan agama Islam kedua setelah Al-Qur’an. Teks Hadis saat ini diteliti dalam bidang teknologi untuk dapat ditangkap nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya secara pegetahuan teknologi. Dengan adanya penelitian terhadap Kitab Hadis, pengambilan informasi dari Hadis tentunya membutuhkan representasi teks ke dalam vektor untuk mengoptimalkan klasifikasi otomatis. Klasifikasi Hadis diperlukan untuk dapat mengelompokkan isi Hadis menjadi beberapa kategori. Ada beberapa kategori dalam Kitab Hadis tertentu yang sama dengan Kitab Hadis lainnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa dokumen Kitab Hadis tertentu yang memiliki topik yang sama dengan Kitab Hadis lain. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode term weighting yang dapat memilih kata mana yang harus memiliki bobot tinggi atau rendah dalam ruang Kitab Hadis untuk optimalisasi hasil klasifikasi dalam Kitab-kitab Hadis. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah perbandingan beberapa metode term weighting, yaitu: Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Frequency (TF-IDF-ICF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF), dan Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency Inverse Hadith Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF). Penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan hasil term weighting terhadap dataset Terjemahan 9 Kitab Hadis yang diterapkan pada mesin klasifikasi Naive Bayes dan SVM. 9 Kitab Hadis yang digunakan, yaitu: Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, at-Turmudzi, an-Nasa'i, Ibnu Majah, Ahmad, Malik, dan Darimi. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa hasil klasifikasi menggunakan metode term weighting TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF mengungguli term weighting lainnya, yaitu mendapatkan Precission sebesar 90%, Recall sebesar 93%, F1-Score sebesar 92%, dan Accuracy sebesar 83%.Comparison of a term weighting method for the text classification in Indonesian hadithHadith is the second source of reference for Islam after the Qur’an. Currently, hadith text is researched in the field of technology for capturing the values of technology knowledge. With the research of the Book of Hadith, retrieval of information from the hadith certainly requires the representation of text into vectors to optimize automatic classification. The classification of the hadith is needed to be able to group the contents of the hadith into several categories. There are several categories in certain Hadiths that are the same as other Hadiths. Shows that there are certain documents of the hadith that have the same topic as other Hadiths. Therefore, a term weighting method is needed that can choose which words should have high or low weights in the Hadith Book space to optimize the classification results in the Hadith Books. This study proposes a comparison of several term weighting methods, namely: Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Frequency (TF-IDF-ICF), Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF) and Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency Inverse Class Space Density Frequency Inverse Hadith Space Density Frequency (TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF). This research compares the term weighting results to the 9 Hadith Book Translation dataset applied to the Naive Bayes classification engine and SVM. 9 Books of Hadith are used, namely: Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, at-Turmudzi, an-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, Ahmad, Malik, and Darimi. The trial results show that the classification results using the TF-IDF-ICSδF-IHSδF term weighting method outperformed another term weighting, namely getting a Precession of 90%, Recall of 93%, F1-Score of 92%, and Accuracy of 83%.

Abstract
