Abstract

ABSTRAKPanel surya merupakan energi terbarukan yang menjadi solusi untuk masa depan. Tetapi efisiensi menjadi masalah tersendiri pada panel surya, dengan efisiensi yang rendah mengakibatkan daya yang dihasilkan kecil dan tidak sebanding dengan harga yang dikeluarkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi panel surya ke titik maksimal dengan berbagai fitur yaitu sistem tracking, cermin reflector dan monitoring IoT. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi intensitas cahaya dan dilengkapi juga motor penggerak untuk mengatur sudut elevasi, cermin reflector sebagai pemantul cahaya, dan IoT untuk monitoring jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan cermin reflector mampu meningkatkan daya pada siang hari tetapi turun ketika pagi dan sore hari, sedangkan sistem tracking mampu memproduksi daya lebih baik pada waktu kapanpun.Kata kunci: panel surya, sensor, reflektor ABSTRACTSolar panels are renewable energy which is the solution for the future. But efficiency is a problem in solar panels, with low efficiency resulting in small power generated and not worth the price incurred. In this research, the design is carried out to increase the efficiency of solar panels to the maximum point with various features, namely the tracking system, mirror reflector, and IoT monitoring. This system uses an LDR sensor that is used to detect light intensity and is also equipped with a motor to adjust the elevation angle, reflector mirror as a reflection of light, and IoT for remote monitoring. The results showed that the use of reflector mirrors can increase power during the day but go down in the morning and evening, while the tracking system is able to produce better power at any time. Abstract

The system proposed in this research is mini garden which is a smart technology to provide plants and trees the required nourishment from the sunlight and to prevent the same from the harmful effects. System components used are humidity and temperature sensor, relay nodes for automatic control, and arduino manage using fuzzy system to control mini garden information. A model of mini garden is achieved. It was possible to do control plant growth through closely studying relationship between indoor environmental information and monitored information on crop itself. The mini garden fuzzy automatic control system will fully automate the management of a mini garden using the latest pervasive systems and technology. Abstract

SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Aquisition) merupakan hasil pengintegrasian komponen otomasi yang digunakan untuk memonitor dan mengontrol proses yang terjadi di lapangan yang mempunyai kemampuan menyajikan informasi dan kontrol secara realtime yang akan memudahkan operatornya dalam melakukan pengendalian. Pembuatan miniatur level air yang digunakan sebagai salah satu bentuk simulasi dari proses yang terjadi dalam dunia industri. Perangkat lunak aplikasi Winlog SCADA digunakan untuk implementasi sistem SCADA yang akan memberikan gambaran lebih nyata tentang proses yang dimaksud. Untuk lebih memudahkan proses kontrol dan monitoring, maka bentuk dan ukurannya-pun dibuat dalam model miniatur yang mudah dibawa. Proses pengujian dilakukan dengan menjalankan simulator level air dan program aplikasi SCADA yang diimplentasikan dengan Winlog SCADA. Dari pengujian diperoleh bahwa aplikasi SCADA dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pengendalian dan pemantauan sistem level air. Kata kunci: Winlog, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition). AbstractSCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) is the result of the integration of automation components that are used to monitor and control the processes that occur in the field that has the ability to present real-time information and control that will allow the operator to control. Manufacture of miniature water levels are used as a form of simulation of processes that occur in the industrial world. Winlog SCADA application software used for implementation of SCADA system that will provide more real picture of the process in question. To further facilitate the process control and monitoring, the shape and size-were made in miniature models are easy to carry. The testing process is done by running the water level simulator and SCADA application program that is implemented by Winlog SCADA. Abstract

On a Frequency Modulation (FM) receiver there is an interference caused which is usually due to the distance and strong signal from the FM transmitter carried to the FM receiver device. The system used PLL (Phase Loocked Loop) system on the oscillator. An oscillator is an electronic device that produces a voltage signal output. The use of oscillators as the carrier of the signal and the message signal produces waves with a certain frequency value, and has a frequency shift of 56,25KHz. The output of the FM receiver is a signal containing of the FM transmitter in the 88MHz-108MHz range. The signals received from the transmitter are short audio and sine signals, so they can be analyzed based on their waves in oscilloscopes and matlab experiments. In this trainer, there are tuners, IF amplifier, multiplexer demodulator, and digital counter frequency. The IC used is LA1260, LA3361, LB3500, LC7265. The result of making an FM receiver trainer get a satisfaction value of the practical test 80,12% based on aspects of media appearance, technical quality and usefulness. Abstract

The level of coconut maturity can be determined by not only observing its shell color but also by applying audio recognition approach from knocking on coconut shell. This knocking sound distinguishes young, fairly mature, and mature coconut. Recognizing the sound characteristic of knocking on coconut is usually performed by the skilled ones who are having extensive experiences and sound sensitiveness of coconut knocking. In order to substitute the skilled ones, the design of coconut maturity prediction device with acoustic frequency detection is invented. The coconut sound signal is tapped by stethoscope which is connected to MAX9814 noise sensor. Arduino Due micro-controller is used to process the signal. The process in processing the signal consists of: conversing analog signal to digital, screening the signal, and finding the average value of sound signal frequency spectrum. The signal screening uses bandpass digital filter, type IIR (Infinite Impulse Response) Elliptic order 7. This filter is utilized in order that the signal that is being processed is not some noise but the signal of knocking sound on coconut. The calculation of average value of sound signal frequency spectrum uses FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis. The maturity prediction is carried out using the classification method of Naive Bayes. The input is three average value of knocking sound frequency and coconut size, and the output is classification of coconut maturity. Abstract

The sea has many potentials to be utilized based on the ecological aspects of coastal area. Almost in the coastal areas and islands in Madura are experiencing difficulties in utilizing marine resources. Salinity changes influenced by water osmotic pressure whereas biota living in salt water should be able to adjust the osmotic pressure from its environment. The changes in pH have an effect on the survival of marine organisms as not all saltwater creatures survive with the change of it. From these problems a system of "Designing Measure of Salt Measure and Sea Water pH Using Fuzzy Logic Based Android" is made. Where measuring system is made to prioritize the level of accuracy of changes in salinity and pH value of sea water. So that people could exploit the sea potential based on the condition of the sea water. The reading of sea water condition changes using salinity sensors, pH sensors, and MCU nodes as communication with android devices. Input from the sensor can be sent to the web server and received by android and then processed by fuzzy logic method to get the maximum output. The system can work according to what is expected during 5 days of testing in different locations. Abstract

Kelembaban pada suhu dan tanah merupakan sebuah tolak ukur bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Tanaman dapat tumbuh dengan subur apabila tanah dan suhu berada ditingkat kelembaban yang sesuai. Pola iklim dan cuaca sering kali berubah-ubah. Apabila cuaca sering kali berubah, maka kelembaban suhu dan tanah juga akan berubah. Pada permasalahan ini diperlukannya suatu sistem metode yang digunakan adalah metode Fuzzy Logic Control. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan rancang sistem penyiraman tanaman ini adalah menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic Control, dengan metode Fuzzy ketika ingin menyiram tanaman pada suhu dan kelembaban tertentu akan mengetahui durasi dari penyiraman tanaman yang seharusnya. Metode Fuzzy yang digunakan adalah metode Sugeno. Hasil percobaan yang dilakukan pada Proteus dan Matlab untuk simulasi rancang penyiraman tanaman berbasis Fuzzy Logic Control menghasilkan hasil yang sama. Walaupun percobaan yang dilakukan dengan memasukkan beberapa suhu dan kelembaban dan hasil durasi penyiraman tanaman tetap tidak ada perbedaannya. Maka tanaman akan mendapatkan air dengan sesuai yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Facial expressions are one of the ways humans communicate to convey one's emotions to their communication partner nonverbally. Therefore, human facial expressions can be used for various purposes, one of which is knowing customer satisfaction. So far, customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) provide feedback on service quality using only a polling system, namely by filling out a criticism and suggestion form and then entering it in a suggestion box which is distinguished between satisfied and dissatisfied. However, such a method is less effective because it can be easily manipulated by customers and customers are often indifferent to the feedback. So that the improvement of service quality tends to be less effective. This research will design a system that can recognize human facial expressions to determine the level of customer satisfaction with input data in the form of video data taken by a webcam camera with the viola-jones method to detect faces and determine facial patterns. Then the facial data will be classified using the K-Nearest Neighbor method to determine the type of facial expression. Determination of the value of k will determine the success rate of facial expression detection. The processed data will be displayed on a liquid crystal display (LCD) and then stored in a MySQL database. The results showed that the accuracy of facial expression detection was 80.77% from 52 facial expression data.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1. How is the role of the social service in handling ODGJ in Jombang Regency. 2. Obstacles experienced by the Social Service in handling ODGJ in Jombang Regency. 3. Effectiveness of ODGJ Rehabilitation at the Social Service of Jombang Regency. This type of research is qualitative, this type of research does not use calculation procedures or numbers and does not use measuring instruments. This qualitative method only describes an event or events. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources. The results showed that the role of the Social Service in handling ODGJ patients was quite good. In addition, the Social Service has carried out its role in handling ODGJ sufferers in Jombang Regency, namely providing skills guidance, physical guidance, and spiritual guidance. Constraints faced in handling ODGJ are due to lack of human resources, inadequate infrastructure, low community participation, lack of budget, this is the obstacle why until now the handling of the Rehabilitation of People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) is still not fully effective. the Ministry of Social Affairs is also experiencing problems due to lack of funds.Keywords: Role, Rehabilitation, ODGJ AbstraksiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang jenis penelitiannya tidak menggunakan prosedur perhitungan atau angka-angka dan tidak menggunakan alat ukur, Metode kualitatif ini hanya memaparkan suatu peristiwa atau kejadian. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber primer dan juga sumber sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Dinas Sosial dalam penanganan penderita ODGJ sudah cukup baik, Selain itu Dinas Sosial telah menjalankan perannya dalam penanganan Penyandang ODGJ di Kabupaten Jombang yaitu memberikan bimbingan keterampilan, bimbingan fisik, dan bimbingan kerohanian. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penanganan ODGJ ini karena masih Kekurangan sumber daya manusia, Sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai, Rendahnya Partisipasi masyarakat, Minimnya Anggaran, hal inilah yang menjadi hambatan mengapa sampai saat ini penanganan Rehabilitasi Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) masih belum efektif sepenuhnya, Dinas Sosial juga mengalami hambatan karena kurangnya dana. Abstract

Pengelolaan kualitas air pada budidaya udang merupakan satu aspek keberhasilan budidaya udang. Sistem resirkulasi ini merupakan salah cara yang digunakan untuk mengontrol kualitas air pada tambak. Microbubble mengeluarkan gelembung dengan ukuran lebih kecil sehingga kadar oksigen terlarut lebih stabil dan tahan lama. Pertumbuhan udang dipengaruhi oleh suhu, pH (Potential of Hydrogen), dan kadar oksigen pada kualitas air tambak. Dari hasil pengujian sensor DO (Dissolved Oxygen) didapatkan hasil angka dengan rentang 3-9 mg/l yang mana setiap waktunya selalu naik turun, ketika kadar oksigen turun maka pompa air akan aktif dan microbubble bekerja untuk menghasilkan gelembung oksigen agar oksigen yang turun akan kembali normal sesuai set point yaitu 4-5 mg/l. Untuk sensor pH hasil pengujiannya cukup stabil di angka 7-8,5 hasil tersebut masih normal untuk tambak udang, dan yang terakhir hasil pengujian sensor DS18B20 didapatkan hasil pembacaan suhu dari 27-30°C. Seluruh hasil pengujian disimpan melalui RTC (Real Time Clock) secara real time selama 24 jam dan hasil dapat diunduh pada website Thingspeak dalam bentuk dokumen excel. Hasil dari pengujian juga disimulasikan menggunakan matlab dan dihitung manual dengan metode fuzzy tsukamoto. Perhitungan manual metode fuzzy tsukamoto pada sistem pengaturan tambak udang dengan 3 input dan 1 output memperoleh nilai defuzzifikasi 65,464 nilai tersebut dijadikan indikator berapa besar kecepatan pompa air sehingga microbubble bisa menstabilkan kadar oksigen terlarut.
