Abstract

The planning of a railway bridge over the river is carried out by analyzing the hydraulic factors on the river in accordance with PM No. 60 of 2012 concerning Technical Requirements for Railway Lines. Hydrological and hydraulics analysis was carried out using the HSS Nakayasu method and the HEC-RAS v5.0.7 application program. This study aims to analyze the height of the flood water level based on hydraulic factors on the Way Tipo River and to design a guard height limit (freeboard) railway bridge based on the previously calculated water surface elevation results. Hydraulic analysis and high maintenance planning (freeboard) railway bridge (BH-102 KM. 53 + 778) on the Way Tipo Bekri River, Central Lampung Regency, resulting in flood discharge values for 50 and 100 year return periods of 742,281 m respectively3/s and 854,431 m3/s, the flood water level (MAB) is +45,38 m and +45,51 m, as well as the freeboard the length of the bridge is 1,32 m for the 50 year return period and 1,19 m for the 100 year return period in terms of the difference between the flood water level and the bottom girder of the bridge. It was concluded thatfreeboard The obtained railroad bridge meets the planning criteria, namely at least 1 meters from the bottom girder of the bridge to the flood water level.Key words : railway bridge, hydrology, hydraulics, HSS Nakayasu, HEC-RAS. Perencanaan jembatan kereta api di atas sungai dilakukan dengan menganalisa faktor hidrolika pada sungai sesuai dengan PM No.60 Tahun 2012 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Jalur Kereta Api. Analisis hidrologi dan hidrolika dilakukan menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu dan program aplikasi HEC-RAS v5.0.7. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tinggi muka air banjir berdasarkan faktor hidrolika pada Sungai Way Tipo serta merancang batas tinggi jagaan (freeboard) jembatan kereta api berdasarkan hasil elevasi muka air yang telah dihitung sebelumnya. Analisis hidrolika dan perancangan tinggi jagaan (freeboard) jembatan kereta api (BH-102 KM. 53 + 778) pada Sungai Way Tipo Bekri Kabupaten Lampung Tengah menghasilkan nilai debit banjir untuk kala ulang 50 dan 100 tahun masing-masing sebesar 742,281 m3/s dan 854,431 m3/s, elevasi muka air banjir (MAB) sebesar +45,38 m dan +45,51 m, serta nilai freeboard jembatan adalah 1,32 m untuk kala ulang 50 tahun dan 1,19 m untuk kala ulang 100 tahun ditinjau dari selisih antara elevasi muka air banjir dengan gelagar terbawah jembatan. Disimpulkan bahwa freeboard jembatan kereta api yang diperoleh sudah memenuhi kriteria perencanaan yaitu minimal 1 meter dari gelagar terbawah jembatan terhadap muka air banjir. Abstract

AbstractSelf compacting mortar is a mortar which is able to flow under its own weight and completely fill the formwork without the need for external compaction, while maintaining its homogeneity. This study aims to determine the effect of variations in the addition of polypropylene fiber to the compressive strength and flexural strength of self compacting mortar (SCM), as well as to determine the optimum variation of the addition of polypropylene fiber in mixed mortar. In this study, the test specimens were made with a water-cement factor of 0.4 and the ratio between cement and fine aggregate was 1:2.5 and the addition of 2% superplasticizer by weight of cement and the addition of polypropylene fibers with variations of 0%, 0.04%, 0.06%, 0.08%, 0.1% of the volume of the mortar test object. Tests were carried out on specimens aged 28 days. The results showed that the compressive strength of SCM experienced an optimum increase in the addition of 0.04% polypropylene fiber which was 34.81 MPa with an increase percentage of 14.07% of mortar without fiber, while the flexural strength of SCM increased with increasing variations of polypropylene fiber until the increase The optimum variation occurred at 0.1% polypropylene fiber, namely 11.72 MPa with a percentage increase of 26.05% from mortar without fiber. Key words : polypropylene fiber, superplasticizer, compressive strength, flexural strength.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan salah satu teknologi yang mempresentasikan digital dari karakteristik fisik dan fungsional dari suatu bangunan yang memuat informasi mengenai bangunan tersebut. Salah satu software yang mendukung konsep Building Information Modeling ialah software Autodesk Revit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung dengan menerapkankonsep BIM serta mendapatkan output volume pada pekerjaan cat dinding, pintu, dan jendela untuk setiap ruangan tiap lantai sebagai referensi pengambilan keputusan pada pemeliharaan dan perawatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data as built drawing dan juga tinjauan lapangan. Pemodelan diawali dengan mengatur satuan, membuat grid dan level, membuat family struktur serta memodelkannya, membuat family arsitektur serta memodelkannya, membuat identity data, melakukan clash check, selanjutnya mengeluarkan hasil volume sesuai tujuan penelitian. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung menggunakan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) lebih efektif karena output volume yang didapatkan tidak hanya secara menyeluruh tetapi dapatdikhususkan pada lantai maupun ruangan tertentu.Kata kunci : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan

Abstract

Mangrove ecosystems are able to maintain the coastline from abrasion and erosion, and are able to withstand strong winds coming from the ocean to land. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of roots, litter and sedimentation in maintaining the coastline. The methods to be used are quadrat transect, spot check and laboratory tests. The result is that mangrove roots have the greatest damping effectiveness compared to litter and sedimentation, because mangrove roots have a bouncy force and have a dense density. So it can be concluded that the factors in mangroves that can prevent abrasion due to the impact of sea waves are mangrove roots, litter and sediment that can be a natural damper of environmentally friendly beachfront buildings. The thicker the mangrove ecosystem, the greater the ability to dampen waves. Key words : mangroves, coast, waves, abrasion Ekosistem mangrove mampu menjaga garis pantai dari adanya abrasi dan erosi, serta mampu menahan tiupan angin kencang yang datang dari lautan menuju daratan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kemampuan akar, serasah dan sedimentasi dalam menjaga garis pantai. Metode yang akan digunakan yaitu transek kuadrat, spot check serta uji laboratorium. Hasilnya bahwa akar mangrove memiliki keefektifan peredaman terbesar dibandingkan serasah dan sedimentasi, karena akar mangrove memiliki gaya lenting dan memiliki kerapatan jenis yang padat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor pada mangrove yang dapat mencegah abrasi akibat hantaman gelombang laut yaitu akar mangrove, serasah dan sedimen yang dapat menjadi peredam alami bangunan tepi pantai yang ramah lingkungan. Semakin tebal ekosistem mangrove, maka akan semakin besar kemampuan meredam gelombang.  Kata kunci : mangrove, pesisir pantai, gelombang, abrasi

Abstract

AbstractThe use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an alternative solution to optimize the time for each step of work in a project. This study aims to determine the duration of scheduling with the normal and overtime method accompanied by the addition of heavy equipment and to determine the stages of planning with the application of 4-Dimensional BIM. The analytical method used is the implementation of a 4D Scheduling Simulation in Building 6th of the State University Education Hospital (RSPTN), University of Lampung. The calculation result by using the scenario of labor use with a normal duration of 8 hours/day showed that the completion of the work takes 272 days. After crashing with the addition of working hours (overtime) for 3 hours and the addition of heavy equipment, the duration was reduced to 200 days with a difference of 72 days. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the use of crashing method increases time efficiency by 36% higher than duration planning using the normal method and the application of BIM 4D can provide solutions that can be used as a reference in understanding engineering and construction plans.Keywords: Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4D Scheduling Simulation, Building 6th RSPTNAbstrakPenggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan solusi alternatif untuk pengoptimalan penggunaan waktu tiap tahap pekerjaan dalam suatu proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan dan mengetahui durasi penjadwalan dengan metode normal dan lembur yang disertai penambahan alat berat serta mengetahui tahapan perencanaan dengan penerapan BIM 4 Dimensi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan penerapan 4D Scheduling Simulation pada Gedung 6 Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (RSPTN) Universitas Lampung. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan skenario penggunaan tenaga kerja dengan durasi normal selama 8 jam/hari menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian pekerjaan membutuhkan waktu selama 272 hari. Setelah dilakukan crashing dengan penambahan jam kerja (lembur) selama 3 jam serta penambahan alat berat didapat pengurangan durasi menjadi 200 hari dengan perbedaan selisih waktu 72 hari. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasannya penggunaan metode crashing meningkatkan efisiensi waktu 36% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perencanaan durasi menggunakan metode normal serta penerapan BIM 4D dapat memberikan solusi yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pemahaman teknik dan rencana konstruksi.Kata kunci: Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4D Scheduling Simulation, Gedung 6 RSPTN

Abstract

Abstract Pesawaran Regency has a strategic value in increasing the regional development of Lampung province. Regional development aims to improve regional welfare by utilizing all available resources so that whole community gets the maximum benefit. There are indicators that can help develop the territory of a district, namely the availability of infrastructure and road network systems in the region. In order to improve road network infrastructure, a method is needed, namely by setting priorities because the large number of road sections in Pesawaran Regency can result in limited time, costs, manpower, and resources in improving the quality of road network infrastructure. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used as a determinant of priority order with the criteria used, namely road conditions, accessibility, mobility, public service infrastructure, and regional development. From the results of the calculations and analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the main criteria that determine priorities are road condition criteria (45,52%), in addition there are accessibility criteria (22,06%), mobility criteria (13,64%), public service infrastructure criteria (10,32%), and regional development criteria (8,46%). The order of priority for the improvement of the Pesawaran Regency road sections includes Kubu Batu - Kota Jawa, Pasar Baru - Gunung Sari, Penengahan - Gunung Sari, Kubu Batu - Lubuk Tanah, Tegineneng - Tri Rahayu, Sidodadi - Pringsewu Boundary, Way Harong - Sukamandi, Wiyono - Way Brulu, Wates - Sumber Jaya, Guyuban - Pringsewu Boundary. Key words : Regional Development, Priority, Analytical Hierarchy Process Abstrak Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki nilai strategis dalam meningkatkan pengembangan wilayah provinsi Lampung. Pengembangan wilayah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan wilayah dengan memanfaatkan seluruh sumberdaya yang dimiliki agar seluruh masyarakat memperoleh manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya. Terdapat indikator yang dapat membantu pengembangan wilayah suatu kabupaten yaitu ketersediaannya Infrastruktur dan sistem jaringan jalan di wilayah tersebut. Dalam rangka meningkatkan infrastruktur jaringan jalan diperlukan suatu cara yaitu dengan menetapkan prioritas karena banyaknya ruas jalan Kabupaten Pesawaran dapat mengakibatkan adanya keterbatasan waktu, biaya, tenaga, dan sumber daya dalam meningkatkan kualitas seluruh jaringan jalan yang ada. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Proses Hierarki Analitik sebagai penentu urutan prioritas dengan kriteria yang digunakan yaitu kriteria kondisi jalan, aksesibilitas, mobilitas, prasarana layanan publik, dan pengembangan wilayah. Dari hasil perhitungan dan analisis yang telah dilaksanakan Dapatkan kriteria utama yang menjadi penentu dalam menetapkan prioritas yaitu kriteria kondisi jalan (45,52%), selain itu kriteria aksesibilitas (22,06%), kriteria mobilitas (13,64%), kriteria prasarana layanan publik (10,32%), dan kriteria pengembangan wilayah (8,46%). Adapun urutan prioritas peningkatan ruas jalan Kabupaten Pesawaran diantaranya ruas Kubu Batu - Kota Jawa, Pasar Baru - Gunung Sari, Penengahan - Gunung Sari, Kubu Batu - Lubuk Tanah, Tegineneng - Tri Rahayu, Sidodadi - Batas Pringsewu, Way Harong - Sukamandi, Wiyono - Way Brulu, Wates - Sumber Jaya, Guyuban - Batas Pringsewu. Abstract

Porous asphalt is an asphalt mixture that has a high pore space, therefore it is necessary to use asphalt modification which is expected to increase the stability of porous asphalt, so that porous asphalt is expected to have better performance. Plastic waste can open up opportunities to be used in the field of highway construction because it is easy to obtain and the price is more economical as a porous asphalt mixture. Referring to this, a research was carried out on the durability of porous asphalt mixtures with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic waste as an additive to asphalt. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using PET plastic waste on the durability of porous asphalt mixtures. The method used is a laboratory scale experimental method based on 3 types of testing, namely marshall, cantabro loss and asphalt flow down. The gradation in this study used the Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) 2004 open graded. The test results showed successively the immersion effect of porous asphalt with the addition of 0%, 5% and 7.5% PET plastic resulted in a decrease in the IDP value (Index Durability First) of 1.25%, 0.89% and 0.83% , and also a decrease in the value of IDK (Second Durability Index) based on the value of loss of strength of 44.12%, 33.31% and 30.52%. This shows that porous asphalt mixed with PET plastic has better durability than without PET.

Abstract

The conditions of volume, speed, and density are influenced by the interaction of the driver and the vehicle with the road and the environment. One of the way to understand traffic behavior is by describing it in mathematical and graphical form.Through analysis of the relationship between volume, speed, and density can be known information about the current traffic flow conditions. The Greenshield model is used to represent the mathematical relationship between volume, speed, and density. The purpose of the study to analyze the characteristic relationship on 2/2 roads with an undivided type. Based on the results of calculating the mean speed, the service level of this road is type E. The mean speed in the morning is 28.78 km/hour towards Teluk and 25.44 km/hour towards Tanjung Karang. It concluded that the mean speeds of vehicles at this research location are not according to the Regulation of the Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Number 96 of 2015, where for secondary arterial roads with a service level of at least C, namely 60 km/hour.Based on the analysis of the relationship between traffic characteristics using the Greenshield model obtained (r2) = 0,276.

Abstract

One of the effective and efficient to facilitate operational and maintenance process for a building, technologies in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) is needed. One of them is Building Information Modeling (BIM) that be able to model a building in 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D. 3D is parametric modeling, 4D is material scheduling, workers, area, time and others. 5D is cost estimation and part list, 6D is energy analyst, conflict detection and environmental impact consideration and 7D is facility management. Software that include in BIM category is Autodesk Revit. This Research take a case study of Online Examination System Building and Archives of UPBJJ-UT Lampung. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of applying the Building Information Modeling (BIM) concept which latter will be used for operational and maintenance and to know the result of the modeling to review several volumes which latter will be used for operational and maintenance of building such as paint,doors, windows, and ceramics. The work reviewed includes architectural work without carrying out the cost estimate calculation process from the aspect of Construction Management and MEP. In the maintenance scenario for the entire floor, the material requirements are 470,0641 kg of wall base paint, 718,5397 kg of finishing paint, 45 doors, 56 windows and 2996,29026 pieces of cheramics. Key words : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, Operational and MaintenanceSalah satu cara efektif serta efisien untuk mempermudah dalam proses pemeliharaan dan perawatan  dalam suatu gedung yaitu menggunakan teknologi dalam bidang AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). Salah satunya yaitu dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang dapat memodelkan bangunan gedung dalam model  3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D. Dimana 3D merupakan pemodelan parametik, 4D merupakan runtutan dalam penjadwalan material, pekerja, luasan area, waktu dan lain-lain, 5D merupakan estimasi biaya dan part list, 6D merupakan analisis energi dan deteksi konflik serta pertimbangan dampak lingkungan, 7D merupakan fasilitaas manajemen. Software yang termasuk dalam katagori BIM salah satunya adalah Autodesk Revit. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus Gedung Sistem Ujian Online dan Arsip UPBJJ-UT Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui hasil dari penerapan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang nantinya digunakan untuk kebutuhan pemeliharaan dan perawatan serta mengetahui hasil pemodelan yang dilakukan untuk meninjau beberapa volume pekerjaan yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk perawatan dan pemeliharaan gedung seperti cat, pintu, jendela dan keramik. Pekerjaan yang ditinjau meliputi pekerjaan arsitektur tanpa melakukan proses perhitungan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) dari aspek Manajemen Konstruksi dan MEP. Pada skenario pemeliharaan seluruh lantai  didapat kebutuhan  material yaitu kebutuhan cat dinding

Abstract

Indonesia's development in the construction sector is progressing very rapidly. With the increasing number of developments in Indonesia, the scale and types of work projects in the field of civil engineering are also increasingly varied. In infrastructure development there needs to be a good system and management. This good system and management can be found in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in project implementation. BIM is a process of generating and managing building data in 3D in its project cycle where it can help human limitations in managing data and managing large resources and complex work systems so that errors can be minimized and projects can be analyzed in more depth (Succar , 2008). The purpose of this study was to conduct a study on the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in non-structural modeling of Building B, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung using the Autodesk Revit 2019 software. From the results of the research conducted, non-structural modeling in the form of modeling windows, walls, ceramics , doors and ceilings can be done quickly and well. Then the results of the BoQ comparison between the conventional and Revit methods show a significant difference, this is shown in the difference in brick wall work of -3.91%, the comparison of plastering and plastering work of 6.61%, the difference in the calculation of tiles and bathroom ceilings respectively respectively 3.29% and 4.69%, this is due to differences in calculating the area of brick walls using the conventional method using Revit 2019.
