Abstract

This research plans the volume and rotation of formwork. Formwork modelling in the LectureBuilding A project of Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung used the concept of BuildingInformation Modeling (BIM). This research aims to model formwork for plate, column and shearwall works and determine the rotation method used in the Lecture Building A project of Faculty ofMedicine, University of Lampung by applying the concept of Building Information Modeling(BIM). The results showed that the formwork volume in Revit was smaller than the BoQ volume inthe project. Expressed the difference in column volume results by 285.03 m2 (36.31%), platevolume of 205.13 m2 (30.63%), and shear wall volume of 26.138 m2 (13.4%). And in theformwork output of the beam structure with the sampling method of the deck floor +25 beam typeB2 (400x250), the total volume result is 33.2639 m2 (4.38%). And then results of the rotationanalysis total volume of formwork required in the shear wall structure amounted to 67,554 m2(40.01 %), 213.39 m2 (42.67 %) of columns, and 195.37 m2 (42.06 %) of plates.Keywords: Formwork, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Volume

Abstract

LRT is a mass transportation facility that supports public mobility, reduces air pollution and alleviates traffic congestion, also decreases public transportation cost. Risk management is very important in LRT to ensure the safety and security for users and employees services. This research aims are to identify and determine the potential risks of accidents based on each variable, also to know the level of accident risk that may impact users and employees safety on LRT Palembang. This research involves questionnarie surveys and semi-quantitative data analysis, also makes the accident risk profile for LRT Palembang. Based on data analysis, users risk profile score with 9 variables, 5 variables result in low risks with 4-8% percentage, and 4 other variables result in medium risk with 12-20% percentage. Operators risk profile score with 10 variables, 3 variables result in low risk with 8% percentage, and other 7 variables result in medium risk with 12-20% percentage.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan salah satu teknologi yang mempresentasikan digital dari karakteristik fisik dan fungsional dari suatu bangunan yang memuat informasi mengenai bangunan tersebut. Salah satu software yang mendukung konsep Building Information Modeling ialah software Autodesk Revit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung dengan menerapkankonsep BIM serta mendapatkan output volume pada pekerjaan cat dinding, pintu, dan jendela untuk setiap ruangan tiap lantai sebagai referensi pengambilan keputusan pada pemeliharaan dan perawatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data as built drawing dan juga tinjauan lapangan. Pemodelan diawali dengan mengatur satuan, membuat grid dan level, membuat family struktur serta memodelkannya, membuat family arsitektur serta memodelkannya, membuat identity data, melakukan clash check, selanjutnya mengeluarkan hasil volume sesuai tujuan penelitian. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa memodelkan Gedung Perawatan Neurologi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung menggunakan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) lebih efektif karena output volume yang didapatkan tidak hanya secara menyeluruh tetapi dapatdikhususkan pada lantai maupun ruangan tertentu.Kata kunci : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan

Abstract

AbstractThe use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an alternative solution to optimize the time for each step of work in a project. This study aims to determine the duration of scheduling with the normal and overtime method accompanied by the addition of heavy equipment and to determine the stages of planning with the application of 4-Dimensional BIM. The analytical method used is the implementation of a 4D Scheduling Simulation in Building 6th of the State University Education Hospital (RSPTN), University of Lampung. The calculation result by using the scenario of labor use with a normal duration of 8 hours/day showed that the completion of the work takes 272 days. After crashing with the addition of working hours (overtime) for 3 hours and the addition of heavy equipment, the duration was reduced to 200 days with a difference of 72 days. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the use of crashing method increases time efficiency by 36% higher than duration planning using the normal method and the application of BIM 4D can provide solutions that can be used as a reference in understanding engineering and construction plans.Keywords: Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4D Scheduling Simulation, Building 6th RSPTNAbstrakPenggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan solusi alternatif untuk pengoptimalan penggunaan waktu tiap tahap pekerjaan dalam suatu proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan dan mengetahui durasi penjadwalan dengan metode normal dan lembur yang disertai penambahan alat berat serta mengetahui tahapan perencanaan dengan penerapan BIM 4 Dimensi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan penerapan 4D Scheduling Simulation pada Gedung 6 Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (RSPTN) Universitas Lampung. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan skenario penggunaan tenaga kerja dengan durasi normal selama 8 jam/hari menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian pekerjaan membutuhkan waktu selama 272 hari. Setelah dilakukan crashing dengan penambahan jam kerja (lembur) selama 3 jam serta penambahan alat berat didapat pengurangan durasi menjadi 200 hari dengan perbedaan selisih waktu 72 hari. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasannya penggunaan metode crashing meningkatkan efisiensi waktu 36% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perencanaan durasi menggunakan metode normal serta penerapan BIM 4D dapat memberikan solusi yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pemahaman teknik dan rencana konstruksi.Kata kunci: Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4D Scheduling Simulation, Gedung 6 RSPTN

Abstract

The building envelope, which serves as the boundary layer between the interior and exterior, plays a crucial role in regulating heat exchange. The shape of the building also impacts heat distribution and airflow within and around the structure. The orientation of the building, particularly in relation to the sun, determines how much solar radiation it receives, directly affecting the building's thermal load.Using Sefaira, a building performance simulation software, researchers can visualize and optimize these thermal aspects. This simulation allows them to experiment with various scenarios related to the building envelope, shape, and orientation to achieve ideal thermal conditions, which are not only comfortable for occupants but also energy-efficient.The findings of this research are expected to provide new insights into sustainable architectural design, especially in tropical regions like Lampung. By understanding and applying the correct thermal principles, buildings can be designed to minimize energy usage for cooling or heating, supporting efforts to reduce the impacts of climate change

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Diseminasi Hasil Riset Tahun 2023 bekerja samadengan KUB Minan Nelayan Desa Kunjir Lampung Selatan  berupaya melakukan produksi kemplang panggang. Permasalahan mitra dalam kegiatan produksi adalah penggunaan alat yang masing manual sehingga mempengaruhi mutu kemplang panggang serta kegiatan produksi yang masih tidah memperhatikan sanitasi dan higienitas.Tujuan dari program diseminasi hasil riset adalah:(1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan KUB Minan Nelayan dalam melakukan pengembangan kewirausahaan kemplang panggang.; (2) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan KUB Minan Nelayan dalam melakukan pengembangan kewirausahaan melalui kegiatan sanitasi produksi pada produk kemplang panggang. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan bersama dengan KUB Minan Nelayan sebanyak 15 orang dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung/demonstrasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai pre test dan post test. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan KUB Minan Nelayan dalam melakukan produksi kemplang panggang menggunakan mesin semi otomatis MJ-1805 Matrix Stainless dan penerapan sanitasi hygiene dalam kegiatan produksi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan pendapatan KUB Minan Nelayan dan meningkatkan kualitas kemplang panggang yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Mangroves is a ecosystem can absorb carbon more efective than teresterial vegetataion. The goal of this research is to analyze effectively carbon absorption in the mangrove aea in the Karang Anyar Village. The research was conducted in Karang Anyar Village. Survey and tree sampling were carried out from Juni to August 2024.  Biomass measurements provided information on carbon sequestrtaion. Data obtained was analyzed using allometric equation. Results showed that mean carbon sequestration of the mangrove biomass in Karang Anyar Village was 40,45-69,24 kg C/m2. Carbon sink in mangrove sediment was 402,15-907,95 kg C/m2. This research showed that mangrove ecosystem in Karang Anyar Village held sufficiently high carbon stock. Nevertheless, the future study needs to be directed to carbon stock comparison with other locations in Lampung.

Abstract

Double track railway construction area railroad crossing many hills and rivers makes the railroad body located between the slopes of the hill. Around the area, disasters that often occur are landslides caused by increased pore water pressure on the slope resulting a decrease in the shear strength of the soil (c) and the deep shear angle (φ). Therefore in planning the handling of cliffs of railroad tracks it is necessary to analyze the stability of slopes or cliffs so as not to endanger the surrounding environment, especially in railroad transportation. The purpose of the research are: (1) To know the cross section of the safest slope by considering the slope angle, (2) To Find the value of the safe factor for shear and rolling on the slope by using software analysis, (3) To know type of slope safety in accordance with slope conditions. The location of this research was conducted in the Martapura-Giham area which is the location of the construction of double track railroad, Waykanan Regency, Lampung. The method used in the analysis of slope stability is Geostudio Slope/W Analysis by making 3 cross-section slope designs which are then analyzed further. The results of the analysis found that the slope conditions before handling obtained the number of safe factors with ordinary, bishop, and morgenstern methods, respectively 0.730; 0.911; and 0.950. While after handling with sheetpile construction, it was obtained the number of safe factors with ordinary, bishop, and morgenstern methods in a row that is 2,945; 3,633; and No Solution. It can be concluded that the slope condition after handling shows increase in the value of the safe factor by 500%. Keywords: Geostudio Slope/W Analysis, Double track railroad, Cliffs and slope stability.

Abstract

Saat ini kondisi lalu lintas perkeretaapian di Provinsi Lampung, banyaknya perlintasan sebidang yang dilewati jalur kereta, menimbulkan kemacetan khususnya di kota Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola operasi untuk kereta api Babaranjang termasuk penataan emplasemen baru di jalur longcut dari Tegineneng–KM3 Panjang. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di daerah Tegineneng-Tarahan, dimana akan dibuat longcut yang bersampingan dengan pembangunan jalan Tol Sumatera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa target produksi tahunan pada tahun 2020 dengan rencana angkutan menuju Tarahan, PT. Bukit Asam, SRENGSEM dan PT. PULP masing-masing sebesar 25 juta ton, 22 juta ton dan 1 juta ton. Menghasilkan jumlah rangkaian kereta api 25 dan 22 rangkaian kereta api isi, dalam satu kali keberangkatan yang terdiri dari 60 gerbong bermuat 50 ton per gerbongnya dan 3 rangkaian kereta api isi, dalam satu kali keberangkatan yang terdiri dari 40 gerbong bermuat 30 ton per gerbongnya. Jumlah frekuensi kereta api dari Tarahan–Tanjungenim Baru pulang pergi yang telah ditentukan sebesar 124 kereta per hari, masih memenuhi kapasitas lintas yang tersedia 126 kereta per hari. Untuk emplasemen stasiun Tegineneng menambah jalur dari 2 menjadi 6, stasiun Sukamenanti menambah arah jalur dari stasiun Tanjungkarang menjadi stasiun Tanjungkarang dan Karangsari kemudian menambah satu stasiun Karangsari diantara stasiun Tegineneng dan KM3 Panjang

Abstract

There are possible problems arise during construction of project that can cause delays. Delays can cause losses in the form of fines, overhead costs, additional salaries and rental tools and other. To overcome the problems, there are some ways to achieve project completion in due time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceleration of the project duration by utilizing crashing method and its impact on project cost. The object of the case study was the construction of Lampung Regional Police Headquarter. The scenario utilized was increased the number of workers by 35% and the added working hours by four hours. The results show by increasing the number of workers across eleven project activities, the project duration was crashed to 252 days or two days earlier than the scheduled time and the project cost was decrease to Rp. 23,964,647,646.00 or 0.908% lower than the scheduled cost. The results also show by adding four more working hours across ten project activities, the project duration was crashed to 253 days or one day earlier than the scheduled time and the project cost was decreased to Rp. 23,995,417,215.00 or 0.781% lower than the scheduled budget. Keywords: Project Acceleration, Crashing method, increase of the number of workers, the addition of working hours
