Abstract

Marketing management is one element that is used by XYZ Bank to introduce its products widely known by the public. Laku Pandai is one of the Bank XYZ network developments with the concept of agency that promotes the development of the economy at the level of Laku Pandai Agent and increases customer satisfaction. The research used the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) aiming to determine the interest and performance of the customers of the Laku Pandai Agent. The results showed that the tools/technology variables used, product knowledge and good manner of the agents, and quick and easy transactions had high interests and satisfaction for the consumers. The study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the effects of marketing mix on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of the research showed that the empathy variable was the most determinant variable on satisfaction for the consumers of the agency when compared to the other variables of Tangible, Reliability, Assurance and Responsibility. Overall, the respondents were satisfied with the quality of services provided by Laku Pandai Agency.Keywords: agen laku pandai, marketing mix, IPA, SEMAbstrak: Manajemen pemasaran merupakan salah satu unsur yang dipergunakan oleh perusahaan untuk memperkenalkan produk-produk Bank XYZ sehingga dikenal oleh masyarakat. Laku Pandai merupakan salah satu pengembangan jaringan Bank XYZ dengan konsep keagenan yang mengutamakan pengembangan tingkat perekonomian Agen Laku Pandai dan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian menggunakan Important Performance Analysis (IPA) bertujuan mengetahui kepentingan dan kinerja dari nasabah Agen Laku Pandai. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel alat/teknologi yang digunakan, pengetahuan produk Agen Laku Pandai, sopan santun Agen Laku Pandai serta transaksi yang cepat, mudah, selalu berhasil memiliki kepentingan tinggi dan memberikan kepuasan bagi konsumen. Penelitian dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel emphaty merupakan variabel yang paling menentukan kepuasan konsumen Agen Laku Pandai bila dibandingkan dari variabel lainnya, yaitu Tangible, Realibility, Assurane dan Responsibility. Secara keseluruhan responden merasa puas dengan kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh Agen Laku Pandai.Kata kunci: agen laku pandai, bauran pemasaran, IPA, SEM

Abstract

Waste is a global problem in all countries, including Indonesia, because the accumulation of waste generated is directly proportional to the number of Indonesian population reached 256 million in 2015. The purpose of this study was to identify factors EFE and IFE waste banks in order to survive and sustainable (sustain). Data collection techniques using FGD, expert interviews and questionnaires by WPL Waste Bank customers and their auxiliaries. Data analysis using SWOT and AHP to determine in detail the strategies and priorities for the development activities of the waste bank. The results of the analysis EFE and IFE waste banks shows that this activity is stable and has the potential to grow and develop with consistent with the activities that have taken place, has business planning and development purposes for waste banks, expanding the network of relationships or networking with outsiders and penetration and market development to drive Sales of products of waste processing.Keywords: waste bank, community empowerment, social entrepreneurship, SWOT, AHPAbstrak: Sampah adalah masalah global di semua negara termasuk Indonesia, sebab akumulasi sampah yang dihasilkan berbanding lurus dengan jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang mencapai 256 juta jiwa pada tahun 2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor EFE dan IFE bank sampah agar dapat bertahan serta berkelanjutan (sustain). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan FGD, wawancara pakar dan pengisian kuesioner oleh nasabah Bank Sampah WPL dan binaannya. Analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT dan AHP untuk menentukan strategi secara detail dan prioritas utama pengembangan kegiatan bank sampah. Hasil analisis EFE dan IFE bank sampah menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berpotensi untuk tumbuh dan berkembang dengan tetap konsisten melakukan kegiatan yang telah berlangsung, memiliki perencanaan bisnis dan tujuan pengembangan bank sampah, memperluas jaringan hubungan atau networking dengan pihak luar serta melakukan penetrasi dan pengembangan pasar untuk mendorong penjualan produk hasil pengolahan sampah.Kata kunci: bank sampah, pemberdayaan masyarakat, kewirausahaan sosial, SWOT, AHP

Abstract

The competition of the banking industry requires Islamic bank to provide a great services to its customers. Service quality is one of the critical points for the banking industry. Good quality services will create customer satisfaction and encourage customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect customer satisfaction and loyalty of Islamic bank. This research uses the concept of Banking Service Quality (BSQ) which is consisting six dimensions: effectiveness and assurance, access, price, service portfolio, reliability, and tangible. BSQ concept is later developed into the Islamic Banking Service Quality by adding a dimension that is Sharia compliance. Thus forming seven dimensions in measuring customer satisfaction of Islamic banks. The research method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), respondents are customers of Bank Syariah xyz, sampling technique used is convenience sampling with 160 persons of sample size. The results showed that only four dimensions of price, service portfolio, reliabililty, and tangible has positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has positive influence on customer loyalty. While the three other dimensions have no effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Islamic bank, service quality, SEM, customer satisfaction, customer loyaltyAbstrak: Persaingan yang ketat industri perbankan menuntut bank syariah harus mampu menyediakan layanan yang berkualitas bagi para nasabahnya. Kualitas layanan menjadi salah satu poin kritis bagi industri perbankan yang bergerak di sektor jasa. Kualitas layanan yang baik akan menciptakan kepuasan nasabah dan mendorong loyalitas nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah bank syariah. Pengukuran kepuasan nasabah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Banking Service Quality (BSQ) yang terdiri dari enam dimensi yaitu effectiveness and assurance, access, price, service portfolio, reliability, dan tangible. Konsep BSQ kemudian dikembangkan menjadi Islamic Banking Service Quality dengan menambahkan satu dimensi, yaitu Sharia compliance. Sehingga terbentuklah tujuh dimensi dalam mengukur kepuasan nasabah bank syariah xyz. Metode penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), responden adalah para nasabah bank syariah xyz, teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan convenience sampling dengan jumlah responden sebesar 160 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya dimensi price, service portfolio, reliabililty, dan tangible berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Sedangkan ketiga dimensi lainnya tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah.Kata kunci: bank Syariah, kualitas layanan, SEM, kepuasan nasabah, loyalitas nasabah

Abstract

This article particularly aimed to analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the investment products. Assessing the environmental factors that affect the attractiveness of the industry and the business Strength of investment product in wealth management division in GE matrix provides recommendations of the alternative strategy for investment products in the future. The formulation of strategies product development was carried out using a portfolio analysis of Matrix General Electric (GE). The GE Matrix showed that the deposit product and retirement savings were in the first quadrant while attraction or interest in the industry was still high. Savings products were in quadrant II Planning, indicating that the company had a high business strength, but the attractiveness of the industry for these categories was in the normal position. The bancassurance products, bonds and mutual funds were in quadrant III where at this phase of the company business Strength was in the normal position, and the attractiveness of the market or industry was also in the normal position. Strategies for the development of deposits and retirement savings products included the market development and product development strategies. Savings Product Planning used penetration and product development whereas the Bancassurance products, bonds and mutual funds used market penetration strategy.Keywords: bank, wealth management, portfolio analysis, GE matrixAbstrak: Penelitian bertujuan melakukan analisa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman produk investasi. Mengkaji faktor lingkungan yang memengaruhi daya tarik industri dan kekuatan bisnis produk investasi di divisi wealth management dalam bentuk matrik portofolio produk, sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategi alternatif terhadap produk investasi di masa depan. Rumusan strategi pengembangan portofolio menggunakan Matriks General Electric (GE). Hasil Matriks GE menunjukkan bahwa produk deposito dan tabungan pensiun berada dalam kuadran I, yaitu daya tarik dalam industri masih tinggi. Produk Tabungan Perencanaan berada dalam kuadran II yaitu perusahaan memiliki kekuatan bisnis yang tinggi namun daya tarik industri untuk kategori-kategori tersebut pada posisi biasa. Sedangkan produk bancassurance, obligasi dan Reksadana berada pada kuadran III dimana pada fase ini kekuatan bisnis perusahaan pada posisi biasa dan daya tarik pasar atau industri juga pada posisi biasa. Perumusan strategi pengembangan untuk produk deposito dan tabungan pensiun menggunakan strategi pengembangan pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk. Produk Tabungan Perencanaan menggunakan Penetrasi dan Pengembangan produk. Abstract

The aims of this research were to have a comprehensive understanding on hedging implementation in telecommunication companies and to comprehend the impact of hedge to firm value of the companies. In this research, hedging is the moderating variable between independent variable and dependent variable. The independent variables included profit, firm size, leverage, growth, dividend and liquidity while the dependent variable included firm value. The method used was the ordinary least Square. The samples were taken from 2 telecommunication companies, and the data observed included the quarterly financial data from 2006 to 2015. The findings showed that derivative transactions used as hedge by the companies included cross currency swap, forward and option. Furthermore, the use of hedging foreign exchange was not seen to affect the firm value for the telecommunication company. This is because the 5 moderating variables did not significantly affect the firm value and only 1 moderating variable had a significantly negative effect on the firm value. Keywords: derivative, foreign exchange, firm value, hedge, telecommunication’ companyAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan penerapan hedging pada perusahaan telekomunikasi publik serta mengetahui dampak hedging terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, hedging merupakan variabel moderating terhadap berbagai variabel yang memengaruhi nilai perusahaan yaitu variabel profitabilitas, firm size, leverage, growth, dividen dan likuiditas. Teknik analisis yang dipakai, yaitu regresi (ordinary least Square). Sedangkan perusahaan yang diteliti sebanyak 2 perusahaan publik dengan data keuangan triwulan sejak tahun 2006 sampai dengan 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hedging dilakukan perusahaan telekomunikasi adalah melalui transaksi derivatif, yaitu cross currency swap, forward dan option. Secara umum hedging tidak memengaruhi nilai perusahaan mengingat 5 variabel yang telah dimoderasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan hanya 1 variabel yang telah dimoderasi yaitu profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci: transaksi derivatif, mata uang asing, nilai perusahaan, lindung nilai, perusahaan telekomunikasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to formulate business strategy of XYZ Company. This study used 4 analysis tool Matrixes i.e. IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation), SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat), and QPSM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The primary and secondary data were used for this study. The IFE and EFE analysis showed weighted values of 2.52; 3.31 in quadrant II, indicating that this company is still in growth and development phase while, through the SWOT analysis, 5 alternative strategies could be concluded i.e. (1) collaboration with government to provide special fleet as domestic transportation to support national shipping industry; (2) collaboration not only with Head company but also with the other multi-stakeholders; (3) Capacity building regarding development of national shipping industry to XYZ employees; (4) establishment of agreement among multi-stakeholders against corruptions, collusion and nepotism; (5) development of a good working mechanism in accordance with the structural organization to increase working efficiency. Lastly, based on QPSM analysis, the main priority in business strategy of XYZ Co. is the capacity building for all of its employees.Keywords: business strategy, IFE,EFE, SWOT Matrix, QSPMAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan memformulasikan strategi bisnis PT. XYZ melalui pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Alat alat analisis yang digunakan, yaitu matrix IFE (Internal factor Evaluation) dan EFE (External Factor Evaluation), SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat) dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil IFE dan EFE diperoleh nilai tertimbang masing masing sebesar (2,523;3,310) sehingga posisi perusahaan dalam matriks IE berada di kuadran II, yaitu tumbuh dan kembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh lima alternatif strategi (1) bekerja sama dengan pemerintah dalam menyiapkan armada khusus untuk pengangkutan dalam negeri sehingga mendukung industri pelayaran nasional; (2) bekerja sama dengan pihak lain diluar Perusahaan induk; (3) peningkatan kapasitas tentang pengembangan industri pelayaran nasional kepada staff; (4) membangun kesepakatan dengan pihak-pihak terkait untuk memberantas korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme (5) membangun mekanisme kerja yang baik sesuai dengan struktur organisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Berdasarkan analisis QSPM prioritas utama dalam perumusan strategi bisnis PT.XYZ adalah peningkatan kapasitas seluruh staff.Kata kunci: perumusan strategi, IFE, EFE, SWOT Matrix, QSPM

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and formulate recommendations from the ROE, DER san LDR. This research is a causal with quantitative approach. Independent variable is the profitability, capital structure and liquidity, while the dependent variable is the value of the company. Analysis of the data used is inferential statistical analysis. This study uses panel data regression analysis were processed using software eviews 8.From the results of the study stated that ROE, DER and LDR had effected PBV simultaneous and variable of ROE has positive and significant to company value.Keywords: capital structure, corporate value, inferential statistic, liquidity, profitabilityAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memformulasi rekomendasi pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada bank yang go public periode tahun 2011–2014.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic inferensial. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Dari hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa return on equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV sehingga perusahaan perlu memperhatikan dan terus meningkatkan ROE dengan cara mengambangkan prospek kegiatan dalam rangka untuk peningkatan laba. Nilai probabilitas terbesar adalah ROE jika dibandingkan dengan variabel independen lainnya. Oleh karena itu ROE dapat dipakai sebagai prediktor dalam memprediksi tentang nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci: likuiditas, regresi, profitabilitas, statistik inferensiala, struktur modal

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to applicated M-score to identify earning management in Indonesian corporation. This study also aims to analyst future earning condition from kind of group or sector of corporation which is indicated doing earning management. This study took a sample of 42 corporation using criteria about corporation which is had negatif information. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is evidence that companies with an Earning Management detected earn lower future earnings (a study in Indonesian Stock Exchange Market), the ability of forecast changes in future earnings stems from its ability of predictive power of M-Score (Earning Management Detection Model). There is also, evidence that group companies which had “high attention” from Regulator earn lower expected future earnings. Based on the results of this study, the stake holder are advised to consider M-score to make judgement about financial reports.Keywords: earning management, expected future earning, indonesian stock exchange market, m-score, cross- sectional time-series dataAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji aplikasi M-Score untuk mengidentifikasi earning management pada korporasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengkaji kondisi expected future earning dari kelompok korporasi yang di informasikan terindikasi melakukan earning management. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari 42 korporasi dengan menggunakan kriteria korporasi yang memiliki informasi negatif. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan terdapat bukti apabila korporasi yang terdeteksi earning management akan mendapatkan expected future earning yang rendah. Kemampuan memprediksi perubahan pada expected future earning didapat dari kemampuan prediksi yang kuat dari M-score (Model untuk mendeteksi adanya earning management). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan konglomerasi usaha yang mendapat pengawasan dari regulator mendapatkan expected future earning yang rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, pemangku kepentingan disarankan menggunakan M-score ketika melakukan penilaian pada laporan keuangan.Kata kunci: earning management, expected future earning, bursa efek indonesia, m-score, data panel

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the flow of the value chain of freshwater fish pond culture in the city. Research on the value chain actors freshwater fish farming in Bogor, mapping the value chain, the production cost and the Marginal value of the value chain. Actors involved in the value chain of freshwater fish farming pond in the city of Bogor is fish farmers, collectors and traders. Abstract

Business Incubator is a model in growing technology-based entrepreneurship. Compared with the other countries, the business incubator in Indonesia has not been well developed. In fact, the contribution of the business incubator is significant for the successes of the entrepreneurs and the economy in general. This study aimed to analyze the development strategy of business incubators (IncuBie) of IPB by analyzing the internal (Internal Factor Evaluation/IFE) and external (External Factor Evaluation/EFE) factors. This study applied SWOT analysis (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats), and determined the alternative development strategy using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The SWOT analysis showed four alternative development strategies. Meanwhile, the QSPM matrix analysis showed that an interesting strategy to be selected from various strategic alternatives that are available is by increasing the support to the business incubator through the implementation of regulation and provision of particular financing scheme based on its performance and services to the tenants. This strategy managed a number of strengths to take advantage of the existing opportunities (strengths-opportunities/SO) with the highest total attractive score (STAS).Keywords: business incubator, IFE, EFE, SWOT, QSPM
