The allocation of village funds from the central government whose numbers have increased every year is expected to empower the community, especially in borderland area through economic independence (Case Study of Seren Selimbau Village, Lumar District, Bengkayang Regency). This study is intended to determine the extent to which Village Fund Allocation in contributing to the empowerment in borderland area as well as problems of irregularities in the management and use of village funds encountered for evaluation and solutions. Until now, the central government's concern for the development in borderland area is the use of funds for the construction of physical infrastructure and not yet fully for community empowerment . This research location in Seren Selimbau Village, L umar District, Bengkayang Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using interview, observation and documentation techniques and analyzed qualitatively. Field research in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and document research. The resource person in this study was the Seren Selimbau Village Community , Lumar Sub-district Head, Seren Selimbau Village Chief , Secretary Seren Selimbau Village , Treasurer Seren Selimbau Village, Village KAUR, Head of Government Affairs , District and Village Assistants . Data analysis is carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods with objectives in order to get a comprehensive picture of village fund allocation for empowerment of border communities (Case Study of Seren Selimbau Village, Lumar District, Bengkayang Regency).Keywords: Village Fund Allocation , Community Empowerment

Global competition very tight making SMEs should make a different value that reflects an advantage to win the competition of competitors. The research objective to be achieved is to measure and determine how much influence the leadership and environmental excellence towards operational excellence. Type of research is the study of cause and effect. The sampling method used by the researchers is nonprobability sampling with accidental sampling method. Test instrument instrument using validity and reliability. The analytical tool used in the study are SEM Pls. The results showed that the leadership had a significant influence on the operational excellence that is equal to 0,265, or 26.5%, this suggests that SMEs concluded that aspects of leadership including the important things that must be considered. Environmental excellence provide no significant effect on the operational excellence that is equal to 0.230 or 23%, this shows that SMEs have not been able to optimize its operations. Simultaneously leadership and environmental excellence gives the effect of 0,142 or 14.2%, this suggests that operational excellence is heavily influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Leadership, Environmental Excellence, Operational Excellence, and SME

J&T Express is an express delivery company that applies technology development as the basic system. Extensive network that J&T Express facilitates express services for customers throughout Indonesia. J&T Express serve the delivery within city, inter-city, inter-provincial, and also e-commerce customer. J&T Express provides pick up service with high transmission speed, at the same time also support the growth of e-commerce business. J&T Express in operation management provide the good services to customers for had good time e-shopping and quality goods cooperate with some companies like Tokopedia, Shopee and Bukalapak and etc. J&T Express always improve their services by used the new technologies as like AI system for control the shipping of goods and also social media as like Facebook, WeChat, Twitter, Instagram, Line and YouTube for connected with customers and always upload new information at there. The implementation of technology information and communication is needed in the field of education and business as a tool for carrying out businesses. It changes all patterns and ways in all fields, especially in a field of businesses so that a company must use information technology in order to be a competitive organization. Information technology service quality and continuous improvements are the important factor used to encounter competitions, to improve performances, and to provide customer satisfaction. Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is one of the private universities that use the information technology for academic activities. One of the information technologies used by IBI Darmajaya was the Academic Information System. This objective of this research was providing convenience for companies or colleges on IT services to measure the maturity level of the IT service quality using the Knowledge Management System-based Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework. This system was designed to obtain online IT service rates about the information technology quality so that the current level of information technology that the current maturity and the expected maturity were known. The validity and reliability of the research instruments had already been tested using SPSS 23 so that the result of this research was the recommendations for improvements on the IT service quality for the future.Keywords: Knowledge Management System, Maturity Level, Current Maturity, Expected Maturity, Validity, Reliability, ITIL V3

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has natural resources that consist of oceans, sun, beaches and countries that allow it to be used as a source of foreign exchange. For regions that are blessed with exotic natural resources are expected to be able to contribute in providing foreign exchange for the region in order to achieve regional independence. The problems that occur how to market natural resources that consist of oceans, sun, beaches and abundant countries are assets that can provide a vision for local development. One effort that can be done is to make it a place. Market-driven sectors and industries. To market the items needed for all parties involved in management, government and society. This study aims to describe the tourism potential of the Way Kambas National Park in Sukadana, East Lampung Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The subject of the management research was set by 10 respondents. Techniques for exporting data, documentation and interviews. Data analysis uses a percentage table. The results showed that the Way Kambas National Park Tourism Object has a natural panoramic potential and socio-cultural potential. The total potential is 10 of the potential that there are 6 potentials that have been optimally developed and 4 potentials that have not been optimally optimized.Keywords: Potential, Tourism, Resources, Regional Independence

The objective of this research was determining the factors affecting the students’ entrepreneurial interest in Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya. The type of this research was the quantitative descriptive research. The number of population of this research was 3,881 students who took the Technopreneurship course in 2014 –2017. The number of sample of this research was 98 students determined by Slovin formula with 10% of standard error. The sampling technique used in this research was the purposive random sampling. The research instrument used in this research was a questionnaire used to measure the variables of this research (Capital, Innovation, creativity, Income, Education, Feelings of Pleasure, Environment, and Technological Environment). Data analysis techniques used in this research was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research was that the students’ entrepreneurial interest was affected by Income, Environment, and Technological Environment; while, Capital, Creativity, Innovation, Education, and Feelings of Pleasure were not significant. Provision and provision of information currently takes place very quickly in human life. One of the information needed is knowing the location of certified public elementary school educators in Lampung Province. This mapping application is a distribution from the location of certified educators by applying the Dijkstra Algorithm. So that with this application, it is expected that the data collection of professional teachers or those who have been certified for the State Elementary School level with the Dijkstra Algorithm in Lampung Province can be monitored and known by the Education Office of Bandar Lampung city. Higher education has a very strategic role in the midst of society. The strategic role is often formulated into three paradigms, namely teaching universities, research universities, and bastion of civilization. Strategic concepts towards a quality college will ideally occur if the Tridarma of Higher Education is increased supported by an information technology system, entrepreneurship, and reliable human resources (Sanusi, et al. 2016). The purpose of the strategy of developing competitiveness of information technology based on information technology is to determine criteria that have contributed to information technology and internal management. This reasearch is used AHP method with the number of respondents is 67 respondents. Criteria in this research are internal management & organization (sub criteria : staff performance, planning system, budget allocation, operating prochecure exellence, tranparant management system), academic athmosphere (academic society relationship, The quality of educational processes, Transparency & accountability in academic life, Motivation to work in all academic activities, Community invomen in academic & teaching-learning), and university competitive sustainability (Innovations, Networks, Reputation, Relevance, dan Commercialization). This research produced the biggest criteria weight was academic atmosphere. Information technology has a contribution to internal management of 63.2%, while internal management has a large contribution to the academic atmosphere of 79.8%.Keywords: competitiveness, information technology, AHP, universities

The development of internet today reaches almost a half of the population in Indonesia so that business sectors take advantage of this development through online businesses. One of the opportunities that the business sectors take is e-ticketing or online business. The ticket sales services are now transformed into the electronic ticket or e-ticketing known as Online Travel Agent (OTA). The objective of this research was finding out the consumer attitude on Traveloka, PegiPegi.com and Tiket.com. The sampling technique used in this research was the nonprobability and the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research was the fishbein analysis. The result of this research showed that the score of the consumer attitude on the traveloka was ordinary; the score of the consumer attitude on PegiPegi.com was ordinary; and, the value of the consumer attitude on the Tiket.com was good. According to the recent earthquake and tsunami disaster in Sulawesi, Indonesia on 28 September 2018 with a strength of 7.4 Mw it has cost many lives and damage to the property. The number of victims of the tsunami deaths in Central Sulawesi, on October 10, 2018 at 13:00 pm, increased to 2045 people. The number consists of 1,636 people from Palu City, 171 from Donggala, Sigi 222 people, Parigi Moutong 15 people. The dark history that struck the population was the second catastrophic disaster in the Sulawesi region besides from the Tsunami Sulteng which took place on August 10, 1968, with magnitude 7.3 in Central Sulawesi. From that event, this disaster has become a starting point for creating a tool for detecting earthquake seismic activity by using Hydrophone. Hence, the purpose of this study is to proposed this tool to be used in the most threatening areas in Indonesia of such disaster. It will act to warn residents around the affected area to at least act to save themselves. Hydrophone is a microphone designed for underwater use to record or hear underwater sounds. Most Hydrophone is based on a piezoelectric transducer that generates electricity when it comes to pressure changes. Piezoelectric materials, or transducers, can convert sound signals into electrical signals because the sound is a pressure wave. It is hoped that this tool will be use in the future as it can save thousand or maybe million lives.
