Abstract

Stroke is a major health problem for today's modern society. At present, stroke is increasingly becoming a serious problem that is faced almost all over the world. This is because a sudden stroke can result in death, physical and mental disability in both productive and old age. To obtain stroke information data, it is necessary to carry out data mining processes such as classification. Classification is a process for determining a model that explains or distinguishes concepts or data classes, with the aim of being able to estimate the class of an object whose class is unknown, in classification a number of records are also given which are called training sets, which consist of several attributes, attributes can be be continuous or categorical, one of the attributes specifies the class for the record In the above problems regarding stroke, to be able to overcome this problem, a lot of research has been carried out in the field of computer science, including the Classification of Stroke Patients Using the C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) Algorithm to classify the most important factors for this disease. The test resulted in a fairly high accuracy of the C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm, which was 96.11%. Referring to the results of the accuracy of the research, it can be seen that the Decision Tree produces high accuracy, but the results of this accuracy can still be improved by conducting further research to produce higher accuracy by adding Optimization Feature Weighting PSO.Keywords: Accuracy, Stroke, PSO, C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini memerlukan suatu perubahan sistem dari sistem berjalan yang sebagian rnasih bersifat manual ke sistem baru yang terkomputerisasi. Mengingat banyaknya warga calon penerima dana kompensasi BBM berupa Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) yang harus diseleksi sesuai syarat yaitu masyarakat yang ada dalam pendataan RT/RW dari masing-masing kelurahan. Masyarakat yang tidak memiliki mata pencaharian atau pendapatan, dan masyarakat tidak terdaftar sebagai penerima bantuan sosial lain, sehingga menyulitkan pihak kelurahan dalam melakukan penyeleksian guna mendapatkan data warga yang tepat dan benar-benar memerlukan dana kompensasi BBM yaug berupa Bantuan Langsung Tunai(BLT) sehingga tepat  sasaran. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis web agar dapat diakses oleh warga dengan cepat dan mudah, dimana saja, kapan saja dan darimana saja. Sistem ini diuji dengan metode pengujian black box testing. Sistem penyeleksi dana bantuan, yang mana akan membantu memudahkan dalam proses penentuan seleksi masyarakat untuk menerima bantuan dengan menggunakan metode VIKOR.

Abstract

A livable house is a basic human need, a livable house is said to be if the home owner has a sense of peace and comfort living in that house. A livable house is interpreted as a house that has facilities to meet human needs in carrying out daily activities. The government assistance has not been distributed evenly to the homes of the residents of Tiga Dolok Village, because the program that has been running so far is very complicated, the system that runs is still manual in processing community data. Therefore, the authors provide a solution to classify the eligibility level of the house using the C4.5 algorithms and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This algorithm was chosen because it is one of the methods in the Decision Tree that is widely used to make predictions about a case. Thus, government subsidies for renovating uninhabitable houses can be channeled in an appropriate manner. The research objective is to use a decision tree based on the C4.5 algorithms, which is expected to increase the accuracy of receiving housing feasibility renovation assistance. The research method used is Data Mining. Analysis and calculations using this algorithm really help the decision-making process to determine people who are eligible to receive housing renovation assistance and people who are not eligible to receive housing renovation assistance. Keywords: Livable House; C4.5 Algorithm; Decision tree, Naïve

Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan seperti tempat pembuangan sampah merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk mendapatkan perhatian dari jasa lingkungan demi kenyamanan masyarakat. Saat ini, sistem pengaduan pencemaran lingkungan belum dikelola dengan baik, dan masyarakat belum dapat menyampaikan aspirasi pencemaran secara langsung. Sehingga sistem electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) dikembangkan dengan sangat baik, tidak hanya sebagai sarana bagi masyarakat untuk menyampaikan informasi pengaduan tetapi juga sebagai sistem pengambilan keputusan bagi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dalam memberikan tindakan pencegahan pencemaran. dan tanggapan terhadap keluhan.Sistem E-CRM ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rasional Unified Process (RUP), dengan tahapan mulai dari pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, dan implementasi berbasis mobile web. Informasi pengaduan pencemaran terekam dengan baik, dan pengelola dapat segera memberikan layanan tanggap langsung lengkap dengan informasi lokasi pencemaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa E-CRM dapat meminimalisir terjadinya informasi dari pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab serta mengurangi informasi hoax. Abstract

Banking provides credit services to facilitate the community in running a business. To minimize risk, banks need to analyze the feasibility of extending credit to customers. This research aims to obtain the best procedure for classifying credit worthiness to customers. The reason for choosing the best method is the method that is appropriate for use in the classification of credit granting with the highest accuracy value. The highest accuracy was selected through a comparison of the c4.5 and naive bayes algorithms. The accuracy results obtained from the c4.5 algorithm with three tests were 91.23% and AUC 0.686 while Naive Bayes produced an accuracy of 89.90% and AUC 0.744 Keywords: Creditworthiness, classification, algorithm c4.5, naive bayes

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of concepts and website learning in printing graphic design learning, along with the times, learning techniques and methods have shifted from traditional teacher-centered patterns to technology-based learning that places students as the main learner (student center). The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD), with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The era of website-based andriod/desktop learning on the use of the internet as a learning motivator. Vocational high school graphic design teacher, Must be able to create and develop Android/mobile-based learning content in order to be able to attract students' interest during learning, because currently this is the media that students are most interested in and use in everyday life. Needs analysis techniques for making website-based media are software requirements (Windows 10 operating system, Google Sites, and CorelDrawX7), laptop hardware requirements (RAM4. AMD 8) Android hardware (minimum cellphone Helio P60, minimum RAM 1 GB). Data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The research subjects involved were 3 media experts consisting of 3 Mulawarman University lecturers. The validators consisted of 1 material expert teacher for the subject of graphic design printing at SMK Negeri 4 Samarinda, and students of class XI DKV SMK Negeri Samarinda. While the object under study is the feasibility of website-based learning media for graphic design subjects, printing, sketching and illustration subject matter.The results of this study are 1)Learning Media Products for Web-Based Printing Graphic Design Subjects 2) The feasibility test can be seen from the results of the test questionnaire obtained by 3 media experts obtained an average value of109.67 which is included in the category of "Very Eligible" and material experts obtained an average value of 42 which is included in the "Decent" category. The conclusion is that this learning media is very feasible to use.

Abstract

Medical records can be used for various purposes with the condition that they must be of good quality. To maintain the quality of medical records, medical record analysis must be carried out periodically. To support medical record analysis activities, it is necessary to use technology and information. The purpose of this study was to design a computerized quantitative analysis of medical record documentation at the UPTD Puskesmas Dompu Kota.This type of research is research and development, the development method uses the waterfall method. Medical record analysis used quantitative analysis of medical records. How to collect data by observation and unstructured interviews. The programming language used is PHP while the database uses MySQL. Functional testing yields a value of 1 and efficiency testing using the GTmetrix tool with an Overal score of A, i.e. the higher the grade the better the performance, Performance 98% The higher the percentage the faster, Structure 95% The higher the percentage the better the design, lCP 0.81 seconds Maximum limit 1.2 seconds, TBT 0 seconds Maximum limit 0.15, CLS 0 seconds Maximum limit 0.1 seconds.Based on the functionality testing and GTmetrix testing, it can be concluded that the design of computerized analysis of medical record documentation at the UPTD Puskesmas Dompu Kota can be used to support medical record analysis activities

Abstract

Every year more than 36 million people die from Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) (63% of all deaths). More than 9 million deaths from non-communicable diseases occur before the age of 60, and 90% of these “early” deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries. Globally PTM the number one cause of death each year is cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease is a disease caused by impaired function of the heart and blood vessels, such as: coronary disease, heart failure or heart failure, hypertension and stroke. Abstract

Abstract The village government helps take care of the village and the people who live there. It's part of the bigger government of Indonesia and is overseen by the district government. The leader of a village is very important in making sure everything runs smoothly. They have helpers who work with them to get things done. This paper looks at how well people in charge of public services are doing their jobs, using a special way of measuring called IT-IL V4. It will suggest ways they can do better based on what IT-IL V4 shows.  Abstrak Pemerintah desa membantu  menjaga desa dan memastikan semua orang bahagia dan aman. Mereka bekerja dengan pemerintah yang lebih besar untuk memastikan semuanya berjalan lancar. Aspek terpenting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa adalah kedudukan kepala desa sebagai pemimpin dan di bantu oleh perangkat desa pada saat melaksanakan tugas, kewajibandan fungsinya. Abstract

The Murah Rejeki Building Store makes sales transactions every day, but these transactions are only used for reporting and data bookkeeping purposes. The Murah Rejeki Building Store has not conducted an analysis of the relationship between building material products purchased by consumers in the future. This study aims to process sales transaction data from consumer purchases using the Apriori Algorithm, which is one of the data mining processing methods. In this study, the authors use the Apriori Algorithm to find association rules by determining the Minimum Support and Minimum Confidence values. The results showed that with a Minimum Support value of 5% and a Minimum Confidence of 60%, 14 patterns of consumer purchase transactions were found. This information becomes very valuable in making decisions on preparing supplies of building materials and determining the layout of goods in TB. Cheap Fortune. The association rules formed can be used to plan sales strategies and layout of building materials at TB. Murah Rejeki.
