Abstract

Toddlers have a very high risk of being stunted such as chronic malnutrition, height, or body length that is too small for the same age group. During pregnancy Malnutrition can be experienced by infants, even in the early days of birth, but stunting cannot be experienced for babies under two years of age. One of the efforts to increase the level of health in children is by identifying stunting. Manual identification by measuring the child's height and weight is considered ineffective. The Focus of this research is creating an expert system for detecting stunting in children using the Case based reasoning (CBR) method using website-based technology so that it can be used anytime and anywhere.. This study uses the RnD (Research and Development) method with the stages in the ADDIE research as follows (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development, (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. The results of the research are in the form of an expert system for detecting stunting in children using the Case-based reasoning (CBR) method which has succeeded in detecting/diagnosing stunting in children and can provide suggestions for several diagnostic results as well as solutions from the results of the diagnosis, the application is made website-based so that it can be used by anyone, anywhere, and anytime. From the results of application testing using the white box testing method, the scenario is appropriate and the application is running as it should.

Abstract

ASDP Merak Banten is part of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) which is engaged in crossing services at the port of Merak-Banten. In the Merak-Bakauheni Port crossing service, operational data for each ship is different. Data from the operational results of crossing each ship is processed by the ASDP Merak by recording it on the sheet of the operational form of the ship and recapitulated using the Microsoft Excel application. Searching for operational data on ships is also quite difficult, because officers do so by opening each file until the desired data is found. To simplify recapitulation of operational data on ships, an Android-based system was made. The system built is integrated with the parts related to the operational data processing of the ship. This system is based on Android with a minimum operating system version of use is 5.0 (Lollipop). System development methods used are prototypes and data collection methods using interviews and literature study. The programming language used in building this system is Java with a programming editor using Android Studio. The type of database used in this system is MySQL.The system that is built also has a ship's departure schedule that can be seen by passengers if the passenger installs this application.Key Words: ASPD Merak, Ship Operation, Prototype, Android, MySQL.

Abstract

Political and National Unity Lampung Affair is an organization that has the task to support the Governor in carrying out the national and political unity in the province. One of the functions is to carry out policies, coordinate, and monitor, and evaluate the foreigners, community organizations, and research in Lampung Province. Political and National Unity Lampung Affair serves the community in the management of permits or research/research recommendations, certificates of foreigners' reports, and certificates of the existence of mass organizations. The government as a public servant is demanded to perform well so that it can produce services truly excellent and based on the community needs. The system development method used waterfall. Tools used for system development include context diagrams and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The Web-Based Public Service Information System of the Lampung Province National Unity and Politics Agency was an innovation and a transparent and quality information service delivery media that complied with constitutional regulations.Keywords : Information System of Public Service, Web, Waterfall,  Information System

Abstract

Laboratory assistant attendance system used to calculate lab assistant attendance. This system uses his Android based on his QR code. Operationally, the instructor can access the scans via her QR. The purpose of this study was to alleviate problems such as attendance, accumulation of attendance documents, and calculation of the number of laboratory assistants. The method of this study used the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method in the design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming languages used are PHP and HTML and the use of the MYSQL database. As a result of this research, the number of commuting assistants was calculated by the system, so the calculation could be simplified. Keywords: Attendance System; Laboratory Assistant; System QR-Code; Android

Abstract

The use of information technology in Mumbang Jaya Village which is located at Jl. Radin Intan No.49, Mumbang Jaya, Jabung, East Lampung Regency, South Sumatra 34184 with a population of 10470 people with 226 heads of families known to problems such as conveying information to the community in the form of activities and announcements are still carried out using notice boards or using pamphlets, so that the impact that arises is the high operational costs and information coverage  which is limited. Another problem is that the process of processing villagers' data and information on letter requests that are carried out is still done manually, such as residents having to come to the village office to apply for letters based on the required file, this has an impact on the slow process and can cause data collection errors.The method used in the research is extreme programming based on a brief history that software development is widely used for faster development by covering the stages of planning, design, coding and testing. The system is built using php programming language and Mysql database which aims to facilitate or implement the use of website technology to obtain information in urban villages. The results of the study are in the form of a population data administration service system and complaints services with a smart village model to provide convenience in conveying important information to the community. The implementation of the population administration information system using a web-based government to citizen model produces a system with three main features, namely requests for letters, complaints, criticisms and suggestions and can see information about the village.

Abstract

program studi di Perguruan Tinggi.  Dengan menggunakan referensi instrumen IPEPA yang di rilis tahun 2020 oleh BAN PT, program studi bisa mempersiapkan kelengkapan data sesuai dengan instrumen yang telah ditentukan.  Namun dalam prosesnya terdapat kendala, terutama bagi perguruan tinggi yang belum memiliki basis data dalam sebuah sistem.  Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode base view pada framework django.  Dengan proses pengembangan yang mengacu pada konsep Model, View dan Template, pengembangan aplikasi bisa dibangun dengan mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan produk minimal aplikasi.  Model merepresentasikan struktur data yang akan digunakan.  Menggunakan Model yang ada pada Django maka proses pengembangan aplikasi menjadi lebih cepat dan efektif dibandingkan menggunakan framework lain yang berbasis object oriented programing.

Abstract

Corona virus is an infectious disease that attacks human respiration. This virus originated in China, more precisely in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. early March 2020 this virus entered Indonesia and has spread throughout the world. In Indonesia there are 6,721,095 people exposed to Covid-19 and 160,648 people have died. Abstract

JS Family Home Industry is a home industry engaged in the production of Robusta coffee, namely from intact coffee beans and then processing them into ground coffee which is packaged in sachets to be sold and enjoyed by coffee connoisseurs. Because of that, an intelligent system is needed to help in these business activities, namely a smart system to determine the best Robusta coffee beans. Determination of robusta coffee beans in the JS Family Home Industry is still carried out manually, namely in the traditional way that relies on an empirical knowledge base and is still not professional so that the quality of the coffee that will be processed into IKI Coffee products cannot be known with certainty whether the quality of the coffee is good or not so good.Seeing the problems that exist, researchers try to create and design an intelligent system with a good computerized system design that aims to help IKI Coffee products from the JS Family Home Industry. This system uses the Java programming language and SQL Server 2000 database. This system also use AHP methode because in determining the best robusta coffee beans, several criteria are needed and try whether the AHP method can be used to determine the best robusta coffee beans or not.Based on the results of the research conducted, the conclusions that can be drawn are to simplify the process of determining the best Robusta coffee beans and find out how good the quality of the good Robusta coffee beans.

Abstract

SMP N 33 Bandar Lampung menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk tata kelola dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 693 orang dan nilai setiap siswa dikelola oleh 55 orang guru dan 25 orang staf, sehingga data akademik dan pendaftaran siswa disimpan dan dicatat secara berkala dan berkesinambungan dengan penambahan data baru secara terus menerus. Sehingga proses ini memakan waktu lama dan menjadi kurang efisien dengan hasil pengolahan data pendaftaran dan nilai siswa hanya dapat dilihat siswa dan orang tua pada transkrip nilai akhir semester. Dengan demikian dibangun sistem informasi pendaftaran dan akademik di SMP N 33 Bandar Lampung berbasis web menggunakan metode prototype yang berperan sebagai sistem tata kelola pendaftaran siswa baru dan nilai akademik siswa yang terintegrasi. Berdasarkan uji coba sistem informasi pendaftaran dan akademik siswa menghasilkan sistem yang dapat melakukan tata kelola pendaftaran siswa baru sehingga akan diproses oleh staff pendaftaran yang terintergrasi dengan sistem akademik siswa untuk melakukan tata kelola nilai akademik siswa oleh guru dan staff sehingga nilai siswa dapat dipantau secara up to date oleh orang tua dan siswa.

Abstract

Every year more than 36 million people die from Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) (63% of all deaths). More than 9 million deaths from non-communicable diseases occur before the age of 60, and 90% of these “early” deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries. Globally PTM the number one cause of death each year is cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease is a disease caused by impaired function of the heart and blood vessels, such as: coronary disease, heart failure or heart failure, hypertension and stroke.
