Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis peran metode balanced scorecard sebagai alat untuk mengukur kinerja dosen di STKIP Muhammadiyah Pagar Alam. Evaluasi kinerja dosen adalah kegiatan rutin di perguruan tinggi untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas internal. Selama ini, evaluasi kinerja dosen hanya difokuskan pada aspek pendidikan dan belum mencakup seluruh pelaksanaan tri darma perguruan tinggi oleh dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan balanced scorecard, di mana setiap dosen memiliki tiga tujuan strategis yaitu perspektif finansial, pelanggan, dan proses bisnis internal. Pendekatan ini akan mendukung proses analisis kinerja dosen yang telah terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

Waste disposal that is not well managed in Bandar Lampung City caused problems with a negative impact on the environment and public health. Lack of related information legal dump sites make things difficult for cleaning crews, leading to dumping carelessness and increasing the risk of health problems. Official local government websites were not yet optimal in providing information, giving rise to the need for more effective solutions. This research aims to implement a Geographic Information System (GIS) for mapping legal waste disposal locations in Bandar Lampung City via its website. The research focused only on legal waste and mapping its location. The data used comes from environmental services and other supporting sources. The results are expected to make things easier for cleaning officers to access information, increase the effectiveness of waste management, assist government decision-making, increase the efficiency of waste management, environmental cleanliness and transparency. With more complete and accurate information, it is hoped that waste management will become more planned and coordinated and provide a platform for data and information related to legal waste disposal locations. Furthermore, community empowerment can be carried out for more sustainable research results in location mapping and integration with others system to improve overall waste management more efficient.

Abstract

In the effort to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of political campaigns for legislative elections, the development of information technology plays a critical role. This research focuses on designing and developing a supporter management application specifically tailored to assist legislative candidates in managing and analyzing their supporter data. The application is equipped with key features such as supporter registration, coordinator management across various administrative levels (RT, RW, District), automated WhatsApp messaging for direct communication and as a form of appreciation, and a quick count feature to facilitate vote tallying. Additionally, the application offers comprehensive data analysis capabilities, allowing legislative candidates to understand supporter characteristics based on various categories such as age, occupation, and education level. This analysis feature is crucial for formulating more effective and targeted campaign strategies. The development method employed is the waterfall method, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application has been used by legislative candidates in the DPRD of Tangerang Regency in the 2024 local elections and has shown positive results by enhancing supporter engagement and loyalty through structured and systematic communication. The application is expected to be an effective and reliable tool in supporting legislative election campaign strategies, contributing significantly to a more transparent and participatory democratic process

Abstract

MSMEs or micro small and medium enterprises is a productive business entity that operates independently and can be owned by individuals or companies in all economic sectors in west tulang bawang MSMEs has not fully utilized web technology for online promotion and ordering currently the sale of MSMEs products is still done traditionally and data recording is still done manually in books which has the potential to cause loss damage or data manipulation to overcome this problem the rapid application development method is used with UML tools such as use case diagrams activity class and sequence the database used is MySQL the result of this research is an online sales and ordering system that allows MSMEs owners to manage product data confirm orders and print reports the admin part can see sales data and reports while consumers can make order transactions up to payment

Abstract

The advancement of information technology is currently growing very rapidly. Various sectors have taken advantage of this technological advancement, including the wedding organizer business. This is indicated by changes in the management of work, which was previously done manually, now using technology. This research aims to overcome the problems of the semi-manual system used by Sri Kadarsih Wedding Organizer, where customers must come directly to obtain booking information and data is recorded in a book, so that data can be lost or damaged and can cause redundancy of schedule data.  In this study using the agile software development system development method. Using data collection techniques of interviews, observations and literature studies. This system was developed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language using the SQLyog database. The result of this research is an ordering and scheduling information system that is able to facilitate the ordering process, check the availability of service dates and support the operational efficiency of Sri Kadarsih Wedding Organizer. In conclusion, this booking and scheduling information system makes it easy for customers to place orders and check date availability, and helps Sri Kadarsih Wedding Organizer to schedule orders more efficiently, reduce the risk of errors, and improve the accuracy of managing event schedules.

Abstract

The existing system at Sukasari Village Office is manual, starting from the collection of population information to archiving other data related to government service processes and report generation. Therefore, recording errors and inaccurate reports may occur during the process, and it takes too long to find the required data. This system design is the right solution to solve the problems in this village government. The research methods used are data collection methods, namely observation and interviews, software development methods, namely Needs Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, and literature study methods. Research shows that services to the community are less than optimal because the system has not been computerised. Therefore, the authors designed a web-based administrative service information system as a solution to the problems of the Sukasari village office. The results of the research are the design of the web-based Sukasari Village administration service information system.  Keywords  : Design; Information; Systems Services; Village; Administration.

Abstract

  SMEs in Indonesia, particularly in Pesawaran Regency, play a pivotal role in driving economic growth, job creation, and poverty alleviation. Despite their significance, these small and medium-sized enterprises face numerous challenges, including limited capital, restricted market access, poor financial management, human resource shortages, lack of differentiation and innovation, inadequate technology adoption, and complex regulatory hurdles. To address these issues, a Use Case Point analysis was conducted to evaluate the feasibility and scope of developing an Information Management System specifically tailored for SMEs in Pesawaran Regency. The analysis began by determining the Unadjusted Actor Weight and Unadjusted Use Case Weight to assess the system's complexity. Further, the Technical Complexity Factor and Environmental Factor were evaluated based on the system's requirements. Subsequent calculations involved determining the Productivity Factor, Effort Estimation, and Use Case Points. The findings of this research indicate that the development of the proposed Information Management System poses minimal risk, given the relatively low workload and small team size required. The project was estimated to have 63.8 Use Case Points with a Productivity Factor and Effort Estimation of 1,261 hours.

Abstract

One of the benefits of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) in higher education institutions is its ability to present graduation index results for each student, allowing for an assessment of their academic engagement throughout each semester. Using cloud-based academic applications, decision-makers can access semester-by-semester student performance data to evaluate and predict the completion time of student studies. A machine learning approach is employed to systematically analyze the data, particularly in measuring the Graduation Index (GI). The Naïve Bayes algorithm is selected for its ability to classify and structure data effectively. This need can be further explored through campus research to enhance future decision-making processes. The objective of this study is to predict the graduation rate of nursing students using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, one of the machine learning methods. The research data was sourced from the Dharma Wacana Nursing Academy, including student cohorts from 2019 to 2023 as training data and the 2024 cohort as testing data. The dataset comprises 453 students who graduated between 2019 and 2023 and 64 active students from the 2024 academic year. Testing using the RapidMiner application, with graduation status as the output, demonstrated that the prediction model achieved an accuracy rate of 99.81%, with 100% precision and 99.80% recall. These results indicate that Naïve Bayes is a reliable tool for determining the likelihood of student graduation based on their historical academic data. This study concludes that implementing Naïve Bayes for graduation prediction can support more effective academic decision-making

Abstract

Efficient energy management in air conditioning (AC) systems is a critical challenge in the modern era, particularly in educational buildings such as Dharma Wacana Hall. This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Air Conditioning system utilizing fuzzy logic to optimize energy management. The system employs DHT22 sensors and ESP32 microcontrollers to monitor indoor and outdoor temperatures in real-time. The collected data were analyzed using the Mamdani fuzzy logic method, resulting in automated AC adjustments. Over a 29-day testing period, the system demonstrated its capability to adapt cooling intensity based on environmental conditions, achieving an average energy savings of 4% on moderate-temperature days. However, on days with higher cooling demands, energy consumption exceeded that of conventional systems. In conclusion, the system successfully improved energy efficiency and thermal comfort in educational buildings, although further development is needed to enhance sensor accuracy and system resilience to internet dependency. This research contributes to the application of IoT technologies for energy efficiency, particularly in the educational sector.

Abstract

The kelurahan monograph is a document containing essential data about a region, such as demographics, education, health, and economy. However, presenting data in text and tables is often difficult for the general public and policymakers to understand. This study aims to visualize the monograph data of Banjar Sari Subdistrict, Metro Utara District, in the form of informative and engaging infographics to enhance data comprehension and utilization. The research employs the Visual Data Mining (VDM) approach, which includes data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization using Tableau software. The results indicate that the generated infographics improve public understanding of their regional conditions, encourage active participation, and support data-driven decision-making. Evaluations show that infographics are easier to understand than conventional monograph documents and more effective in conveying information. This study contributes to presenting monograph data visually, making it more accessible for various stakeholders in planning better and data-driven regional development.
