Abstract

Hizb ut-Tahrir try to enforce Islamic Shariah throughda‟wastrategy by multiple stages namely; Tatsqif Phase (coaching the cadre), Tafa'ul (interaction) and Istilamul Hukmi (takeover of power). First Phase: Forming a political party that will conduct training the cadre (Marhalah at-Tatsqif). Political party formed will prepare cadres who are acquainted with Islam and want to fight for Islam, these cadres are formed by routine education weekly and monthly, which will convey the ideas and methods of da‟wa of the Hizb in order to establish the framework of the party. The second stage is interaction with the people and encouraged the people to carry the Islamic da'wah. It forms awareness and public opinion on the basis of the ideas and Islamic laws that has been selected and set the Hizb, to serve as thinking people who will encourage him to realize the life reality. The third stage: Stages of Acquisition of Power (Marhalah Istilam Al-Hukm), which is implemented to develop the message of Islam to the world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap fenomena mimpi dalam pandangan Islam. dalam kajian ini peneliti memfokuskan pada dua hal yaitu fungsi mimpi dan cara menyikapinya sesuai dengan tuntunan dan ajaran Islam yang bersumber dari al-Quran dan hadis Nabi Saw. Jenis penelitian ini adalah (library risearch) kajian pustaka, dengan cara melakukan telaah terhadap ayat-ayat al-Quran dan hadis nabi saw yang berkaitan dengan mimpi secara tematis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan disajikan secara induktif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Pertama, mimpi dalam Islam diyakini selain karena aspek fikiran maupun psikis mimpi juga berhubungan dengan ilham atau wahyu yang berfungsi sebagai kabar gembira bagi seorang hamba, ujian keimanan, petikan dari sebagian kejadian di masa depan untuk mempersiapkan diri menghadapinya saat waktunya tiba dan menumbuhkan spirit dalam berjuang. Kedua, dalam menyikapi mimpi baik Mu’abbir maupun yang bermimpi untuk selalu berbaik sangka dan tidak sembarangan menceritakannya, kecuali kepada orang yang tepat, bila mimpinya baik maka hendaklah dia bersyukur kepada Allah swt. dan boleh menceritakannya kepada orang yang dicintai atau kepada orang yang alim sedang bila mimpinya buruk maka itu tidak boleh diceritakan kepada siapapun dan tidak akan berakibat buruk dalam kehidupan nyata dan untuk menghilangkan pengaruh buruknya dia disunnahkan meludah kekiri, berlindung kepada Allah swt. dan mengubah posisi tidur.

Abstract

Shaykh 'Abd al-Samad al Falembaniy is scholar who also have a role to spread Islam in the archipelago. In order to combat irregularities and practice of religious teachings in the archipelago, he translated two works of al Ghazaliy‟s, Lubab Ihya 'Ulum al-Din and al Bidayat Hidayat. Two of these works present a system of Sufism at that time. Al Falembaniy also authored many books of Sufism, one of his works entitled Hidayat al Salikin. His contribution in Islamic thought has shown how his works have been "transmitted" to become a tradition of Islam in Malay Archipelago. Hadis on meal at the dawn of fasting day in Hidayat al Salikin explain how, the meal can distinguish between the fasting of Muslims and that of non Muslims. Furthermore, the meal will give the blessing. It is Prophet Muhammad tradition, and it provides motivation in worship. Hadith about the efficacy of zam-zam water is written in Hidayat al Salikin book. Ite explains how the zam zam contains a lot of vapour chemical elements that are not found in other water. It also provides motivation in public health. Hadith about the dreams is also written in his book Hidayat al Salikin. It explains how the forecast on dreams that exist in the community is wrong. Then it turns on explaining how the actual nature of dreams.

Abstract

This study sought to reinforce differences, as well as to find forms or teleological principles between scientific of Islam and Islamic preaching mission. The research use integrative, descriptive and analytical approaches on the existing bibliographical sources. Thus, the authors dissect the difference and teleological principles between Islamic preaching mission and Islamic science by philosophical approach to the philosophy of science (ontology, epistemology, and axiology). The results of this study are; in principle teleological and also in general, basically Islamic sciences and mission of preaching are the same. In a general sense both together toward God that attempt to reach an understanding of God. The difference is in terms of each delivery method. Scientific, is the process of searching for an understanding of God, through the traces of nature. It reveals God through searching for meaning of nature, humans, and the environment. It is intended for people who have learning capacity. While religious preaching aims to anyone. And, preaching no need to use testing methods, instead it has a variety of delivery methods.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the socio-political thought of Tan Malaka related to human rights. This study is a qualitative research with a philosophical approach. This research data in the form of a data library that includes the concept of thinking about social and political life of Tan Malaka related to human rights of individuals and communities and the nation. The data is taken from the books as primary and secondary sources. The main data collection is done by reading, understanding and studying the books source. Data is analyzed by flow models adapted from Miles and Huberman (1984) by steps of data reduction, drawing conclusions, and verification until a final conclusion.

Abstract

Soekarno is better known not as an expert on religion and education, but as a political figure and leaders of this nation. However, that does not mean Soekarno did not have the concept of religion and education. Based on literature data searches by the author, the author encountered a number of ideas or thoughts Soekarno who come into contact with the area of religion and education are sourced from Soekarno views about Islam. In some writings, Sukarno many calls and identify the various problems faced by the Islamic world, especially with regard to cultural issues, low intellect and political phenomenon in various parts of the Islamic world. But Sukarno always believed, that if Muslims would be modern and upgraded, then Islam is no longer a religion in the sense of mere ritual, but Islam will be transformed into the power of transformation and change. Religion, politics and education according to Sukarno became the top priority to be implemented because it is in fact a decisive factor for the development of Muslims in Indonesia. Islam, which is believed to be the most perfect religion, place education as a very important aspect which requires his people. There is no other way to fix the slump Muslims besides preparing an education system which is rooted in the values, principles, objectives and political religion of Islam. The Soekarno thinking about religion that he conducted a series of efforts to release Muslims from its association to the interpretation or opinion among the scholars past and awaken Muslims to freedom to deal directly with the Qur'an and hadith through intellectual work. As well as provide space for the people to give rights to all of them to govern and regulate the way in solving the problems of Islamic education in Indonesia through The politically. Soekarno thought of religion, politics and Islamic education is always oriented towards the progress. "Islam is Progress" is the key word into the background and also the power of thought displayed by Sukarno. Thus, the authors can not say that Sukarno thought about religion, politics and education, today no one is against the spirit of the times. This shows that what is delivered by Soekarno it does have a view far into the future, and this of course can only be done by someone who does have a way of thinking that has been cooked.

Abstract

K.H.M. Zen Syukri is a famous scholar in South Sumatra. He spent time in the field of religious education, both formal and non-formal. He started from the madrassa to sue to boarding school, learning from famous priest-chaplain. His figure is recognized by other scholars from various Islamic organizations.

Abstract

Maturity  of  religious  understanding  is  a  major  effort  to  achieve  religious  harmony  in Indonesia. Muslim Students Association (Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam)’s Core Values of Struggle is the starting point to develop, to disseminate and to implement the religious maturity. At least, there are  three  aspects  of  its  core  values  that  important  to  achieve  religious  harmony  in  Indonesia, namely:  Monotheism,  the  humanitarian  aspects  and  social  aspects.  These  three  aspects  will  bring interfaith relations more open, tolerant and harmonious. Religious people fully realize that all men are ungodliness in the same God, the Almighty God, all religious people are given the freedom to understand,  to  appreciate  and  to  practice  their  religion  in  full  conviction.  Religious  people  also should  to  believe  that  all  human  beings  are  basically  good  so  thatthey  can  view  a  positive  and optimistic  attitude  to  other  religious  believes,  instead  of  being  suspicious  of  one  another. Furthermore, inter-religious relations need the real cooperation in everyday life. All religions need cooperation  against  common enemies, those are  social injustice, poverty, ignorance, violations of human  rights  and  the  tyranny  that  alienates  the  awareness  of  Almi  God.  All  religions  have  a responsibility to the real work.

Abstract

The  life  of  Prophet  Muhammad  is  a  great  example  of  Muslims,  especially  his  actions. Yet, many Muslims do not fully comprehend the deeds of the Prophet Muhammad. They assume that every Prophet’s actions are an obligation or an option to follow. Though the careful studies on the  issue  have  elaborated  and  come  to  the  conclusion  that  not  every  that  Prophet  Muhammad’s action  have  to  follow.  The  Islamic  scholars  have  distributed  the  diversity  of  prophet  actions  and explained  the  content  of  the  law,  with  the  level  of  obligaion,  ibahah  (permition)  or  or  a  good example to follow from the actions of the Prophet Muhammad.
