The formulation to the problem this research is how the learning process, how big increase student learning outcomes in the competence of the village administration system, as well as changes in the behavior of students after using a strategy based human inquiry model of learning resources in the fourth-grade elementary school Keputran 06’s Classroom Action Research. This is done by two cycles. The results from this research that there is a change of behavior of learners towards the positive aspects of cooperation, liveliness, honesty, self-confidence. The average student learning outcomes have increased from the first cycle to cycle 2 at an average of 71.60 with the first cycle of students who achieve minimum completeness criteria.as much as 70% while the average of 87.50 with a second cycle student who achieve 88% minimum completeness criteria. Thus an increase in the thoroughness of the first cycle to the second cycle by 18%.Keywords: learning model constructivism, two dimension media and three dimensions.

This study was set out of curiosity to know what kind of perception of elementary school teachers, in understanding and implementing classroom action research (CAR) to solve pedagogical-didactical problems that faced during the learning process. By survey method, this study is conducted to 63 the primary school teachers from first-grade class up to sixth grade one, derived from the three districts/city in West Java Province. In general, it can be described that all teachers stated how important CAR is, but most feel still constrained in implementing it.Keywords:Â perception, classroom action research, CAR.

The development of learning in primary schools produced many theories and new methods to complement the competence of teachers in the 21st century. To complement the skills of teachers is needed guidelines, which describe the tasks and role of the teacher in guiding the learning from effective planning, selecting the right materials and media, implementation and evaluation are meaningful to development of students' abilities. Formulation of the problem this research is how the learning process, how much improving student learning outcomes on the material characteristics of living things, and change the behavior of learners with learning model constructivism in third-grade students of Keputran 06 Elementary School. A Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles, behavioral changes towards better aspects of attention, student response, responsibility, how students respond, and make a note of student activity during the learning process. The average results of the first cycle of learning 83,07Â with minimum completeness criteria, students who achieve 77%, while on the second cycle, students get an average of 90.76 with students who achieve 100% minimum completeness criteria.Keywords:Â learning model constructivism, two dimensions media, three dimensions media.

This study focused on the characteristics of the development of teaching materials, teachers and students in mathematics learning  based on Banten's culture. The Methods which is used in this research are  didactical  Design Research and experimental study, the subject of the study is a second grade of primary school student in the city of Serang  where this research  was taking place in academic year 2015/2016. The study stated that: Characteristics of teachers in mathematics learning  based on Banten’s culture, the teachers have the ability  of meta pedagogical skill in preparing the learning process  which is divided into three stages: before, during and after learning. Meanwhile, before learning the subject, The  Students  have to learn more about Banten’s culture, Also They discussed and solved the problems using it. On the last stage,  the students reflected  their knowledge and  shared their impressions after learning.Keywords: mathematical instruction, Banten Culture, Didactical Design Research.

The purpose of this research considers the effectiveness of mathematic learning using lectora inspire based interactive CD in primary school. This research is a research and development with design of ADDIE. The validity of he returns products developed by votes validate media experts and material to obtain a valid criterion.  Products in the validation by experts and the media matter experts, and then tested. Sample test grade four  students of elementary school Tandang 01 Semarang.  Results of the media validation analysis experts the average percentage of media ideals, respectively for 68.00% and 89.58%. Results of the validation  analysis matter experts the average percentage of media ideals, respectively for 74.67% and 90.42%, and the response to all students in grade IV B of elementary school of Tandang  01 Semarang  by 87.64%. Based on the test results are known tÂ0 t over table (9.056 2.030). Differences in student learning outcomes before and after being treated was 59%, from the analysis, AMT interactive CD categorized as very well, so it can be applied in teaching.Keywords: interactive CD, lectora inspire, learning outcomes.

Pangandaran Regency is one of the regencies in Indonesia which youngest age as a result of the expansion area. Therefore, the local elections have been conducted in Pangandaran. Through this article, in which the data collection is done through observation and interviews. The researchers sought to examine the implementation of the local elections are based on the perspective of primary school teachers and other citizens. The study states that the organization of the elections took place safely, and there are about 239 475 votes or people who cast. Because this election is the first election and also in an atmosphere where community ownership seems to have its own area, the enthusiasm of citizens was so great.Keywords: election, Pangandaran, elementary school teacher perspective.Â

This research is motivated by the low reading interest of children who have an impact on learning outcome is low and the need to streamline the reading comprehension to be able easily understand the material being studied. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the medium of comics to the students' reading ability. Based on the analysis of data, the first measurement using the story "Reaching Cita Although almost Despair" of 30 fourth-grade students of SDN 03 Bergaskidul Semarang District 25 students with learning outcome is high enough - and five students with poor outcomes. The average was 73.33. After being treated for the provision of comics, from 30 students of SDN 03 Bergaskidul Semarang regency, retrieved 29 students achieving grades with the criteria fairly high and only one students still have low criteria. The average value rose to 81.33. Percentage increase is 3.878%. The second measurement using the story "Cita-Citaku" of 30 fourth-grade students of SDN 03 Bergaskidul Semarang District, there are 14 students with learning outcome is high enough - and 16 students with poor outcomes. The average was 53.67. After being treated for the provision of comics, from 30 students of SDN 03 Bergaskidul Semarang regency, retrieved 22 students achieving grades with the criteria fairly high and eight students who still have low criteria. The average value rose to 66.67. Percentage increase is 2, 037%.Keywords: effectiveness, media comics, reading comprehension.

Some of the receptive language skills are listening and reading skills. Curriculum (Indonesian Curriculum 2006, 2013, or 2016 revision) is a standard curriculum used by teachers in the school. Learning to listen assessed on the ability of students retold orally or in writing Learning reading rated from revealing reading materials orally or in writing Listeners and reader's comprehension must be equal to the intended speaker and author. Receptive expression in its evaluation involves the expressive ability (speaking and writing) to revive the gathering and reading. Evaluation of the learning listening and reading could have been a test, performance test, project or portfolio.Keywords: learning materials, evaluation, listening, reading.

This research is conducted to all fifth-grade elementary school students throughout the Subdistrict Conggeang that included higher group. The research result indicates that the realistic mathematics education and conventional approach give different effect to students’ mathematical understanding and problem-solving abilities. The effect to mathematical understanding and problem-solving ability in experiment class is better than the control one. The effect of realistic mathematics education to the higher, middle, and lower achievement students group is different too. Higher group gets a bigger effect than others. There is a positive correlation between mathematical understanding and problem-solving abilities, which its contribution is 95, 9%.Keywords: realistic mathematics education, mathematical understanding ability, mathematical problem solving ability.
