This study aims to determine empirically the correlation of adversity quotient with entrepreneurial motivation, and the differences in entrepreneurial motivation between students with type A and type B personality. The hypotheses in this study are: (1) there is a positive relationship between adversity quotient and entrepreneurial motivation; (2) there are differences in entrepreneurial motivation in students with types A and type B personality, entrepreneurial motivation in students with type A personality is higher than students with type B personality. The quantitative methodology is used for this study. Subjects in this study were 96 students of Soegijapranata Catholic University who were taking theses selected based on incidental sampling technique. In this research, the scales are used as data collection methodology, they are Entrepreneurial Motivation Scale, Adversity Quotient Scale and Type A and B Personality Scale. The data obtained are then analyzed by Product Moment correlation and t-test techniques. The result of hypothesis testing (1) shows rxy = 0,375 with p equal to 0,000 (p < 0.01) then the hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis testing (2) shows the value of t = 2,768 with p at 0,007 (p < 0.01) then the hypothesis is also accepted.

Information technology is one of the most sector that continously develop and raise. Irronically, those industry also has the highest turnover rates (13.2%). One of the causes is connected to organizational climate. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational climate on turnover intention by considering job satisfaction as the mediating role in IT (Information Technology) company in Jakarta. Organizational climate is measured by Clior Scale (Zuarez, et.al, 2013) short version with 15 items. Job satisfaction is measured by multidimensional ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index) (Tasios & Giannouli, 2017) with 24 items and turnover intention contains 3 items (Atan, 2016). A quantitative survey was conducted on a non-probability (purposive) sample of 90 employees in IT company in Jakarta. This study uses correlation analysis, multilevel regression and bootstrap to test the direct effect and mediating effect (indirect effect). Correlation test results show that there is a negative correlation between organizational climate and turnover intention, significant correlations also exist between organizational climate and job satisfaction, as well as a negative correlation of job satisfaction and turnover intention. Simple regression analysis indicates that organizational climate is a predictor of job satisfaction, organizational climate and job satisfaction, each of which is a significant predictor of turnover intention. Bootsrapping results show that job satisfaction mediates partially the influence of organizational climate on turnover intention.

The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used in this study is The Multidimensional Locus of Control IPC Scale (1981) to measure students' locus of control and the measuring instrument for arousal procrastination is adapted from General Procrastination Scale (GPS) Lay (1986). Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Research result shows locus of control simultanneously contribute to arousal procrastination with signinificance of 0,001 (p < 0,05). Where the locus of control takes effect as much as 3,6 % toward arousal procrastination, the other 96,4 % is explained by other factors. According to the partial test, there are not found any role of the internal locus of control and external chance toward the arousal procrastination, however, a significant positive role is found on the external powerfull other toward arousal procrastination among students.

This research aimed to study the relationship between age and sex with each subtest of the RAVLT- Rey 1964 version. There were 108 students participated in this research. Their ages ranged from 18-38 year old. There were 40 male and 68 female participants. The results of the research showed that there were significant negative correlations between age and short term retention (r= -0.215 p< 0.05), and long term memory (r = -0.283, p0.05). There was no significant differences between male and female participants on the three results of the RAVLT. However, we found that there were signifantly differences between male and female students on trial A4 score tM-F= -2,746, p

Violence towards women in the personal realm continues to occur in all provinces in Indonesia. The phenomenon of violence in the personal realm is experienced more by women due to fear, guilt, shame, and feeling that they have no support socially or individually. This study aims to determine the forgiveness approach as a form of recovery for women who experience violence in the personal realm. This research is a theoretical study using secondary data. The results of this theoretical study show that victims who experience violence can be recovered through forgiveness approach to express forgiveness for perpetrators. Forgiveness can be done because the victims have motivation not to avoid and respond to acts of violence perpetrated by the perpetrators, and even continues to be motivated to do good things. If forgiveness is done sincerely, it can make easier for the victims to forgive themselves and others, otherwise forgiveness is difficult to do totally if the victims choose to take revenge and avoid the perpetrators.

This article was about reviewing ten of Albert Bandura's scientific works on Social Cognitive Theory published in journals, textbooks, and handbooks. Bandura has elaborated the social learning process with cognitive and behavioral factors that influence a person in the social learning process. The main identity of social cognitive theory was the introduction of the concept of human agency and the concept of triadic reciprocal determinism. Human agency has the meaning that human beings have the capacity to direct themselves through control over the thinking process, motivation and self-action. In the triadic model reciprocal determinism was discussed about the causes of reciprocal consequences of behavior, cognition and other personal factors, and environmental influences, in interacting interactions with one another. In addition to the above concept, Bandura also put forward on self efficacy. Self-efficacy perception occupies an important role in the causal structure of cognitive social theory because efficacy beliefs affect human ability to adapt to change, individually or collectively.
