Abstract

  The dynamic interpretation of Koran never to stagnate since the holy book revealed to The Prophet Muh}ammad. Various shades of interpretation has been offered by mufassir, both classical and contemporary. Exegetic activity even will not arrive at the final point during the mind still exists in human. Dissatisfaction human with the principles, approaches and results of interpretation is the proof. In the range of a long history, various books have been compiled by those who?re experts in the particular field of study, so the result of interpretation is colored by areas of their expertise. Commentary which written by historians will be strongly influenced by elements of history. In a work of interpretation usually contains a lot of good stories, both complete with the sanad or just the story alone. as noted, between the inserts of story, one of them from clerics long before the Prophet Muhammad, either these stories come from Jews, Christians, and others. Those stories in the interpretation study known famously as isrâ?ilîyât.

Abstract

Sha?rûr methodology and legal implications have been widely written by researchers, but only some researchers elaborate Sunnah in depth analysis. In discussing Sunnah, Sha?rûr mentioned the problems that have serious implications, such, whether all the words, actions and silence of Muhammad is the result of revelation or ijtihâd of Muhammad himself? Sha?rûr assumed that Sunnah is actually the result of ijtihâd of Muhammad himself and it is not revelation. Therefore, definition that has been established on Sunnah (everything that comes from Muhammad either of the words, deeds and statutes) is not appropriate. Dissolving this definition for Sha?rûr became possible because these definitions are not made by Muhammad himself, but by the next generations. According to him, Sunnah is derived from the word sanna which means the ease and flow smoothly. Thus, what is said, done and set by Muhammad is an example of how such limits practiced in space and time of Muhammad. He is not the last and not the only laws that must be done. Based on the definition that has been made, Sha?rûr divided Sunnah into two categories, namely sunnah risâlah and sunnah nubûwah. Sunnah risâlah maintains on law, morals, and good manners, while sunnah nabûwah preserves objective sciences. Further, it implies that the adherence to sunnah risâlah is an obligation, adherence to sunnah nubûwah is non-compulsory.

Abstract

This article is intended as an introduction to the work of heritage interpretation Ibn Qayyim al-Jawzîyah. As an introduction course cannot be expected to complete an exposure. But from the lilte bit of description above, at least we getting conclusion that general methods are applied in interpreting. The Koran is a tahlîlî method or tajzi?. However, if viewed from term of the propensity interpretation it?s can be categorized as a al-ma?thûr interpretation despite as well as the interpretation of bi al-ra?y. As a work of interpretation, al-Qayyim interpretation may be  not as famous as the work of other commentators, such as the interpretation of al-Jâmi? al-Bayân, Tafsîr Ibn Kathîr, Tafsîr Jalâlayn an so on. But as a work of Muslim intellectuals seem this book need to be reviewed more thoroughly.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the ?adîth thematically on the act of lesbianism in the normative roots. The methods used are operationally by generating ?adîths that are related to the topic, making typology, defining the primary ?adîth, takhrîj, and analyzing it in textual and contextual perspective. This article finds that some ?adîth which are talking straightly on lesbianism are narrated by al-?abrânî. It suggests that the act of lesbianism is a sinful deeds that are similar to the act of sexual intercourse (zinâ). In the wide analysis, it can be noted that Islam does not give space for making it legal for the doers of lesbianism. It is not only because the act of lesbianism has been considered as deviation from the nature of human sexual orientation, but also because it certainly contradicts to the basic legal of human relation. Otherwise, there are ample of ? adîth giving instruction to prevent people from such action, that is by not to open and look at other human genitals (?awrat), not to have body contact  that arouse sexual desire, and to emerge awarness of sexual identity and sexs by not to follow the deeds or dressing the opposite gender clothes.

Abstract

The study of the Koran is always evolving since it revealed. The emergence of the various books of commentary which is loaded with various methods and approaches, is clear evidence that efforts to interpret the Koran was never stopped, and that the Muslims intend to make it as a dialogue partner in life and to develop a civilization. In each period, interpretation has its own peculiarities and characteristics. Between one period to another can not be forced together. Related to the issue, this paper presents the mapping of classical interpretation studies whose focuses on ?the characteristics and uniqueness of this interpretation.? The interpretation of the Koran in classical period has not revealed in a specific form, both al-ma?thûr or al-ra?y. The interpretation process of this period is still common al-ma?thûr when it viewed in terms of sources and forms of interpretation. Commentators seem clearly given the interpretation together in one package, along with the people coaching personality, which related to faith, moral, and jurisprudence. The interpretation is applied integrally not partially, which included other fields, such as theology, jurisprudence, and mysticism. This method then indicates the other, called today by the ijmâlî

Abstract

Companions of the prophet Muhammad is believed to be the best there ever was Muslim in an Islamic society. The majority of Muslim believe that all the companions of the Prophet is legally fair. The are other views on justice companions into the following categories. a) there is no difference between the companions of the prophet with other Muslim communities whenever and wherever, b) justice companions of the prophet is only given to those who are close to the prophet, and c) justice friends must be determined engagement their slander. Expert hadith of the Prophet, because to save its authentic hadith that the prophet (to be used as evidence in the practice of religious teaching in everyday life) tend to increase the number of friends by creating high standars no to put people into this prestigious group. People Mu?tazilah considered reasonable as the most important tool in interpreting revelation. Therefore, the Mu?tazilites regard hadith prophet less important than the sense that it tend to limit the number of friends by creating higher standards.It can reduce the number of hadith prophet drastically and educe their role in upholding dogma than sense

Abstract

This present paper is heavily influenced by this notion of inter-connectivity, trying specifically to demonstrate the correlation between the Prophet traditions on medication and modern health sciences. The Prophet medication project aims not at discovering utterly new ideas, but it reinforces any truth and denies false claims accredited to the Prophet. This paper, thus, focuses on both examining the medication practiced by the Prophet and exercising the accuracy of its sources. The basic argument developed in this paper is that transcendental objectivity within the Prophet traditions and empirical rationality within medical sciences must correlate. Through this examination, this paper concludes that the medication practiced by the Prophet as described in his traditions can be used as complementary to the modern medical treatment. Moreover, as long as it is carried out by using objective and accurate scientific methods, the Prophet medication can be used as an alternative to heal some diseases which modern medication has not found their cures. Abstract

Hermeneutics is part of the study of philosophy that aims to understand and interpret texts (including religious texts) elusive becomes easy, and explain the meaning of the text as objectively as possible. In the process of understanding and interpretation of the text, will always appear the assumption that there are three entities involved, namely the world author, the world of the text, and world readers. If any of the three subjects that far from each other, either because of time, place and culture, the text becomes a thing alien to readers. In such circumstances, the text easily misunderstood. Abstract

Hadith ghadir khum is the culmination of a dispute between Sunni and Shi?ite. This article tries to analysis comprehensively the hadith by elaborating understanding in two perspectives: exploring the factors that cause these differences and re-understandinging the interpretation hadith. This study found that there were differences in understanding between the Sunni and Shi?ite schools in understanding the hadith. This difference is at least caused by two things, namely: the context of the hadith and the meaning of the word maul. According to the Sunnis, this hadith contains a warning from the Prophet to his people to love and help one another (having walâ?- muwalât) and not hating and opposing each other (mu?âdat). Meanwhile, according to Shi?ah, this hadith is considered a moment in which the Prophet directly named Ali as a successor and successor to the leadership after the Prophet. Reconstruction of understanding is done through two things, namely the historical reconstruction and reinterpretation of the meaning of the womb. Overall, the ghadir khum hadith is interpreted as a form of the Prophet?s love for the people and their families. The love of his people is proven by his will in the form of thaqalain, namely al-Kitab (Alquran) and love for his family with the intention to make Ali (representation of ahl al-bait) as maulâ (friend, lover) of Muslims.

Abstract

Todays health researchs prove that the breast milk contains a lot of content that is not found in milk formula, especially immunologic substances. Breast milk contains anti-infective agents that are clean and free of contamination. Immune substances that exist in immunoglobulins, secretory, and lactoferrin as well as the presence of factors that can stimulate Lactobacillus bifidus to protect baby?s digestive tract. Lately also known that breast milk can increase children?s intelligence. It could be due to nutritional milk, methods, or durations of breastfeeding. Research shows that a Taurine, Decosahexanoic acid (DHA) and Arachidonic acid (AA) exist in breast milk is very useful in the formation of the baby?s brain cells and accelerate the stimulus from the receptor organ to the brain, so that the response can be given in a fast time. Yet long before the WHO, researchers and human rights activists has been intensifying exclusive breastfeeding, the Koran was first called to breastfeed h}awlayn kâmilayn two full years. The Relevances between the activity of breastfeeding for two full years and the brain development of baby will be discussed in this paper.
